Changsha Days Hotel & Suites China Town, Nearby Train Station,Wuyi Square

It was a bit dated but the staff made it a great stay. Jack Ma (no not that one) was the perfect host. He greeted us every time we were in the Lobby and break room.

We love everything as Changsha is a little off the tourist map. We felt special.

Debió ser un gran hotel hace 30 años. A día de hoy está muy viejo y necesita una remodelación integral. No puedo destacar nada más que la ubicación y la Amabilidad del personal de la recepción , y las vistas ya que estuvimos en una planta 25. La cama era cómoda

Desayuno muy pobre, aunque había muchas cosas apenas había proteina, y ni siquiera tenían zumos, el personal del desayuno desagradable, los mandos de la bañera estaban semi rotos. En definitiva no te dejes engañar por las fotos y porque sea un 5 diamantes, mejor buscar otra opción en Changsha

Ths staff were extremely helpful, especially the front of desk manager John. The hotel is very close to the metro and has Kaisa Plaza which has many dining options. The breakfast buffet is also very substantial and has many local cuisine options.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel prima del nostro volo di rientro. Rispetto agli altri hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato durante la vacanza, questo è sicuramente quello che ci è sembrato più autenticamente “cinese”, sia nello stile che nell’atmosfera, e proprio per questo ci è piaciuto. Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento particolare al responsabile, il signor Feng, che ci ha gentilmente custodito i bagagli e ci ha anche prestato gli ombrelli, dimostrandosi davvero premuroso. Molto carina anche la sala della colazione ai piani alti, con un ambiente piacevole e una bella vista.

袁家岭站2號出口右轉走路不到5分鐘就到飯店，飯店周遭都有非常在地化的小吃及餐飲。旅館服務人員非常友善，想去橘子洲需要預約服務人員很樂意幫忙！環境鬧中取靜，交通便利

The staffs were very courteous and helpful, and that makes the stay very pleasant. Breakfast spread was good. The facilities are adequate and are in good conditions. The location of the hotel was good too.

Grazie a lui abbiamo potuto usufruire con una piccola integrazione del late check out che ci ha permesso di avere la camera fino alle 19 di sera. La struttura fornisce inoltre una mappa con le principali attrazioni e linee metro che ti permette di muoverti in autonomia in città. Anche il servizio lavanderia eccezionale e soprattutto gratuito!

Location is super convenient. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Jack Ma. Breakfast has the good varieties. Room is big, clean and comfortable.

The carpet near the bed is a little bit out of date , but that is alright for me.

We had such a lovely stay in the Presidential Suite in Changsha Days Suite Hotel. Our concierge Jack Ma was extremely helpful, he recommended some great markets and restaurants. It was very helpful to have someone so friendly and helpful with great English. Our suite was spectacular, very luxurious and spacious. We are looking forward to staying here again.

前台服務員友善，能透過微訊即時聯絡，房間有問題時亦能即時跟進。早上的自助早餐選擇多。酒店附設自助洗衣，很方便。

房間設施有點老舊，電視機在入住的第一晚不能使用。浴室的按摩池亦無反應。整體或需稍微裝修一下。酒店中下層設卡啦OK聽，升降機經過時的音量有點嘈吵。

We loved the room size, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast but best of all Jack the concierge. His knowledge of Changsha was amazing, he helped us with bar codes for the metro which was only a five minute walk. Responded to messages almost immediately and organised a driver to collect us from our midnight flight. Highly recommended

The personal welcome by Mr Jack Ma was lovely. The room was spacious and the view of the city was a big plus. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was very good and a large choice of food options. Mr. Feng at reception was very helpful in answering our questions.

The service from the staff, particularly Jack Ma, made our stay very comfortable and special. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the metro station for all sightseeing. It was located in a quiet neighbourhood so we had a great sleep. The hotel provided a laundry, lots of information on sightseeing, daily fruit and water in the room plus a varied breakfast. The room was very large and comfortable.

中空冷气需要改进 热带雨林地区的人不适合冬季租这个酒店 晚上睡觉会热死 因为他们是开暖气 自己房间也不能够开冷气 晚上过了12点吧？ 走廊很阴森恐怖都没开灯全关了 能的话不要省那一点电费

Per noi la posizione è stata ideale, siccome ci siamo fermati solo una notte a Changsha era importante essere vicino alla stazione dei treni. Il centro è comunque anche raggiungibile velocemente. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo dell’hotel davvero buono.

Chose the hotel for a short overnight stay to get to Zhangjiajie and couldn’t have been happier with the choice: new facilities, clean rooms, nice breakfast with a view, friendly and helpful staff. Our flight was delayed to 1am and the manager Jack Ma went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay and booked a DiDi to the right entrance at the train station

ロケーションが良い、近くの地下鉄駅は繁華街にアクセスできます。 スタッフも親切、夜9時洗濯しました、毛さんが丁寧に説明してくれました。 また、最終日に10分早く朝食会場に入れて頂きました、高速鉄道に間に合いました。 　朝食は湖南の特色ある料理でした。

ホテルの設備は少し古いです。清潔に掃除されていました。

Nice room. Many restaurants and food within walking distance. They even have a convenient store in the hotel that open 24hrs!

The area is near to subway and a shopping mall and the bed is very comfortable to sleep.

La atención del personal. Buena ubicación, a 300 metros de estación Yuanjialing Línea 2 como para acceder a cualquier punto de la ciudad, Estación de Tren y Aeropuerto. De salida un presente para amenizar el regreso.

Nice hotel. Clean - good sized room and bathroom. Quiet. Manager - Jack Ma - is very welcoming and personaly showed me the local delicacies being cooked fresh on the buffet breakfast. Every time I left the hotel someone would check to make sure I was OK and knew here I was going. They offered a map and helped point me in the direction of the metro system.

They have a "foot bath" in the hotel. It would be nice, as a visitor, to have a little more information on this traditional custom in Changsha. Maybe an outline of what it involves and costs for example.

Feng was very helpful. 24 hour connivence store at the reception was quite good . free laundry and when i went o get our clothes, it had been packed and folded for me. the staff were really exceptional for service delivery

All Staff very pleasant and more than helpful. Jack is excellent for having that bit extra for communicating in English and it was in touch shortly after my booking to make himself available for any questions. Restaurant is good for breakfast with a good selection of food. Room was clean and plenty of space, with bottled water and fruit each day. An enjoyable stay.

Couldn't really pick fault with anything

There's been a lot of praises heaped on Jack Ma the hotel manager and they are all justified and well deserved. Friendly and helpful.

The walk to the nearest train station is a bit far for a 77 year old mother. For me, it was fine.
