Los anfitriones nunca están , tienes que llamarlos por teléfono y solo hablan inglés e italiano . La zona no es para moverse por la noche , nosotras éramos madre e hija y no quise arriesgarme.

O wi-fi não funciona nos quartos. Temos que ir para uma área da cozinha para acessar. Foi minha primeira vez em Roma. Não sabia que o hotel não tinha recepção. Apenas uma porta de madeira. Ficamos quase 40 minutos rodando para localizar o local.

Staff could be more helpful, facilities weren't up to a great standard (kettle looked very old and dirty inside, lifts were not working so it was a struggle with heavy luggage, luckily someone helped us on the way down, but they way up it was difficult).

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and explains everything clearly, so there are no extra questions. The room looks beautiful, and it is clean and comfortable. The location is an absolute 100/100. The Colosseum is just 15 minutes away, and Termini Station is 10 minutes away. There is also a metro line very close by. With plenty of shops and restaurants around, there is always somewhere to go. Additionally, there is a park nearby with an outdoor cinema where you can watch a movie if you know Italian. The room is always at a comfortable temperature thanks to the AC. The towels and all the provided amenities are perfectly clean. The view from the window is incredible.
The shower is a bit small, and you have to wait a short moment for the cold water to turn warm. The Wi-Fi was also patchy at times.

It was a bit confusing finding the accomodation the first time. The doorbell button doesn't say Magic Door Rome, but Magic Guest House. It was confusing at first.

Ficamos duas noites, fica próximo do centro e da estação Roma Termini, também tem outra estação de metrô perto e fica do lado de um parque, a região não é a mais tranquila da cidade porém o rapaz que nos recebeu nos deu boas instruções e conselhos, nos informou sobre os arredores e mercados próximos. Deu tudo certo.

La habitación olía rara, lo mismo que las toallas. El televisor plano solo podes ver canales locales. Lo peor fueron los huéspedes, teníamos una pareja en la habitación de al lado que a las 23 hs estábamos hablando y vinieron a golpearnos la puerta con exigencias de que hagamos silencio porque se tenían que levantar temprano.

Wi-Fi não funcionou nenhum dia, banheiro apertado, cama dura, não tinha o frigobar conforme estava na descrição do booking.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Comfy bed, huge bathroom, good view on to the park and nice little shared kitchen with a kettle, coffee, utensils and glasses. Nice big bathroom with a good shower. Cups, soap and shampoo also available.
Just needed another pillow and the curtains hardly open so the room was very dark.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026La ubicación es excelente, solo a 7 min caminando de la estación de Termini y el metro esta a una cuadra. La habitación es chiquita, pero tiene lo esencial: buena limpieza, buena cama y baño privado.

mimo że obsługa była bardzo miła to standard hotelu był tragiczny. pościel a raczej jakiś śpiwór był we krwi, na ścianach pajęczyny i pająki, bardzo zimno, brudno oraz tragiczne prysznice z grzybem
