Si vous êtes courageux et une bonne lampe torche allez dans les warung a 5 minutes a pied. Un rapport qualité prix inégalable. Le warung Jewel, un plat unique mais très copieux. Repas avec boissons pour 2. 5€😁

Pretty villa

Toilet dispenser dont work. Very less. The check in time was not followed and checked in very late as it wasnt ready. Meeting point v far away from villa so needed to bug the dtaff for buggy rides again and again. The meeting was uphill so the buggy didnt go up most times and elderly couldnt walk uphill. The restaurant was far from property had to again get the buggy. The breakfast incouded wasnt worth it. Average food and ala carte, had to pay for many things. Disappointing food and breakfast. The cafe wss unsafe as not secured properly for kids. My daughterter almost fell of the restaurant first floor.

De accommodatie ziet er mooi en verzorgd uit. De kamers waren schoon, het zwembad en de omgeving zijn sfeervol en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Over het algemeen hebben we een prima verblijf gehad.

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vonden wij helaas wat minder. Voor wat je betaalt, hadden we iets meer verwacht van zowel de kamer als de ligging. De kamers zijn daarnaast erg gehorig. Vooral de trap hoor je heel duidelijk De accommodatie is zeker niet slecht, maar naar onze mening net iets te duur voor wat je ervoor terugkrijgt. Minpunt dat je de ontbijt niet op de kamer kan krijgen best een end moet lopen ervoor

I loved the location - It was just out of central Ubud but close enough to jump on a scooter. The private villas are also so good for privacy and time out. You could go for a walk in the morning without all the hustle and bustle of cars (yes scooters) but it was so good to be able to go for a walk.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt von mehreren Problemen überschattet. Bereits bei der Ankunft ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Bettwäsche war bereits benutzt und wurde erst auf unseren Wunsch hin ausgetauscht. Auch die Pools der Villen waren recht kühl, da sie nur wenig Sonne abbekommen. Besonders enttäuschend waren jedoch die massiven Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung. Am ersten Abend gab es plötzlich kein warmes Wasser mehr. Obwohl wir das Problem sofort gemeldet hatten, war es am zweiten Abend noch immer nicht behoben. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir teilweise überhaupt kein Wasser mehr – nicht einmal zum Zähneputzen. Wir mussten schließlich im Nachbarhaus duschen. Als wir am dritten Abend zurückkamen, bestand das Problem weiterhin. Daraufhin bekamen wir ein neues Haus zugewiesen. Leider gab es auch dort direkt mehrere technische Mängel. Nachdem ich das Haus kontrolliert hatte, mussten erneut Techniker kommen und etwa 30 Minuten lang verschiedene Probleme beheben, unter anderem einen defekten Wasserhahn und die Warmwasserversorgung. Danach funktionierte zum Glück alles. Was uns besonders enttäuscht hat: Trotz der vielen Probleme, des mehrfachen Meldens und des notwendigen Hauswechsels gab es nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung seitens des Hotels. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir einen deutlich besseren Service, eine schnellere Reaktion auf technische Probleme und einen professionelleren Umgang mit den Beschwerden erwartet. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns leider enttäuschend.

Everything was perfect! The house was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and always helpful. We had the floating breakfast and honeymoon decorations which were very surprising.

The breakfast was simply good and it’s served nearby but was not at the level of the accommodation.

Il faut attendre que l'on vienne nous chercher à une drop zone car le complexe n'est pas accessible en voiture. Idem pour la salle de repas, elle se situe à l'extérieur de la villa. Pas de piece de vie intérieure commune.

The establishment is located away from the noisy and crowded center of Ubud, right in the middle of rice fields where local rice farmers work hard every day. The whole area is kept in a very original and authentic style and with many nice decorations and details. It is possible to walk around the area or take the buggy – we mostly walked, since it was short distances and it was nice to walk around in the area. The two-bedroom villa with private pool we had was perfectly located close to the reception area and the restaurant Good Day Pool & Bar, where we had breakfast and other meals during our stay. We also enjoyed the large pool area and the massage service. Upstairs the villa had a large bedroom, a large bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, a large balcony with a view to the pool. Downstairs the villa had an open kitchen, a large terrace facing the garden and pool, a smaller bedroom and a smaller bathroom with shower. Everything was very clean and comfortable. At the reception we booked a private car and driver for a half-day tour to see rice field terraces and two waterfalls, and it was a fantastic tour. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service to Ubud City. The reception team helped us when we needed a doctor during our stay, and all the staff that we had contact with were smiling, friendly, helpful and professional, so we really enjoyed our stay and we will highly recommend this place to others.

All the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was brought to our room every day. Even though the property is not in the center of Ubud, you can take a Garb, which costs around 3€ to Ubud. The location is fantastic, in the middle of nature, but with everything you need.

I saw two geckos, small and harmless, but I was afraid of them. Anyway you see them everywhere, not just at this accommodation. I kept the doors of the house closed all the time so they wouldn't come inside.

The villas were clean and exact image in the photos. Almost all staff was friendly except for the reception staff on the last night.

The main pool was very dirty and we did not use it.

Tout était parfait pour une notre première étape découverte de Bali.

Eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Anlage inmitten von Reisfeldern in der Nähe von Ubud. Durch die Lage sehr ruhig und trotzdem nah an allen wichtigen Spots. Die Anlage ist komplett in einheimischer Hand. Unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Team, unser Sohn benötigte aufgrund eines Unfalls einen Rollstuhl für die ersten Tage, der umgehend organisiert wurde. Tolles Restaurant mit sehr gutem lokalem Essen zu günstigen Preisen. Phantastische Villen, jeweils mit eigenem Pool. Wir waren als Familie in einer 3 Schalzimmer Villa. Tolle großzügige lokale Architektur. Schöner privater Pool. Sehr sauber. Gutes Spa Angebot. Nochmals danke an das ganze Team, dass wirklich alles gibt um den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen.

De grootte van de villa. Het privé zwembad. De ligging tussen de rijstvelden weg van de drukte.

Leuke villa in Ubud. Als je ergens heen wil, heb je wel een Gojek nodig. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en zoekt steeds naar een oplossing indien een probleem/vraag. Zeer handige roomservice door het restaurant waarmee men samenwerkt.

Airco maakt heel wat lawaai. Bed is op eerste verdiep. Helaas aan de voorkant van de villa geen gordijnen waardoor er zéér vroeg daglicht binnenkomt en je dus moeilijk wat langer kan slapen.

El alojamiento tenía piscina privada, la cama era cómoda, la televisión grande y el internet funcionaba muy bien. Utilizamos el servicio de lavandería y la verdad muy bien de precio y nos dejo la ropa muy bien. El personal muy amable y el desayuno estaba muy bueno.

El anuncio promete un lugar idílico cerca de la naturaleza y silencioso pero nuestra experiencia no fue esa, para empezar tened cuidado con la dirección no es la misma que aparece en booking y estuvimos más de 20 minutos intentando contactar con el alojamiento aseguraros de avisarles de vuestra llegada para que estén atentos sino es un desastre. La villa no estaba muy limpia, el sofá incómodo y no hay cortinas en la habitación lo que lo hace que en cuanto sale el sol todo esté súper iluminado y no puedas dormir hasta “tarde” Cada noche que estuvimos nos dormimos escuchando música de discoteca muy alta, esta fatal insonorizado y además entran muchos bichos porque las puertas tienen huecos. El tema de las instalaciones es por demás, yo entiendo que tengan que sacar beneficio pero en la semana que estuvimos ahí había un campamento de verano de niños. Nosotros porque teníamos piscina privada pero quien no tuviera tendría que compartir la suya con los visitantes externos que pagan para pasar el día y con los niños de la escuela de verano. Pd cuidado con las escaleras resbalan

Pool was too deep for kids. Too many insects . Breakfast options were not good . Jacuzzi and sauna was only for adults and also had to pay for it to use.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel à Ubud, dans une magnifique villa privée avec piscine. Le cadre était calme, reposant . Tout le personnel a été d'une grande gentillesse et toujours attentif à nos besoins. Leur accueil chaleureux a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le restaurant était excellent : les plats étaient copieux, savoureux et préparés avec soin. Chaque repas a été un véritable plaisir. Nous avons également profité des massages proposés par l'établissement, qui étaient de grande qualité et très relaxants.

This was an absolutely beautiful place with private rooms, stunning detail in everything, amazing location with fantastic dining so close, they had the best staff and meals, the massage parlour was spectacular and the reception was wonderful.

The villas are not accessible by car but a buggy will collect you from a pick up point. The villas are beautiful, the location is beautiful and peaceful and the staff are absolutely amazing. It was so sad to leave. We booked 3 villas and each one was beautiful with private pool.

It would have been handy to have a microwave and toaster in the villas. There were no PowerPoints in the kitchen of the 4 bedroom villa.

Absolutely beautiful location and amazing attentive and caring staff. Had a couple of issues with natural spring smell from one particular rice paddy but manager moved me right away to another even more luxurious villa. Fantastic bathroom, hot water, closets and great outdoor kitchen under expansive verandah. Fresh bottled water and spotless cleaning supplied everyday including the pool. An amazing driver (Oki) provided (at extra cost of course). Two lovely restaurants within a 5 minute walk and 10 min ride into center of town. But the best was the fantastic staff from the manager and assistant manager to the sweetest bellboys. All made the stay wonderful!

The beds were very hard.

Közel van a belvároshoz, de elég messze, hogy a hosszú és fárasztó napok után igazi nyugiban tudja magát az ember kipihenni. Az összes alkalmazott előtt le a kalappal, tisztelettudóak és tapintatosak a vendéggel. 3 szállásunk volt 14 nap alatt, de ez volt a legjobb. Ne a legdrágább, nem a legprémiumabb, de mégis erre emlékszünk vissza a legszívesebben.

Nem közvetlen a szálláshellyel kapcsolatos, de muszáj itt megemlíteni: van lehetőség rajtuk keresztül robogót bérelni. Flottul megy minden, DE! a szálláson keresztül intézett foglalás értelemszerűen feláras. Ezért a felárért viszont elvárnám, hogy a klasszik turista lehúzást hárítsák már el: a mi esetünkben ez az lett volna, hogy a hely, ahonnan a robogót hozták nem találta a 2 kölcsön adott bukósisakot a visszaadáskor, amiket a robogóhoz tartozó dobozokba zártunk. Ehhez egyértelműen kell a szállásról is a kolléga, hogy utána egy ilyen blamát továbbítsanak nekünk… Vagy változtassanak a bérléshez partnert, vagy ne rajtuk keresztül intézzétek a bérlést és negatív utóérzet nélkül zárjátok az itt tartózkodást.

Quiet, friendly staff, comfortable villas.

Pools weren’t cleaned regularly: main pool and villa pool was questionable at times. Limited dietary requirements satisfied, as didn’t consider requests for food allergies when plenty of notice was given.

We are returning customers with prior experience in other Ubud locations. It is true that villas are not reachable by taxi cars but getting to a Gojek taxi location is a matter of a short walk. Meals can be ordered and delivered just fine. In return, you are at a nice location in the middle of rice fields. There is also the Good Day resto nearby serving meals and drinks all day (you get a discount as a Candy Villa guest, also for massages) so you can simply walk there. Internet works OK, around 40-50 Mbps. WiFi hotspots are at all villas (i.e. signal is perfect). Connectivity might get somewhat overloaded on evenings, but nothing too bad. I handled a few work calls just fine. Villas are in good shape. (Everything on Bali looks slightly run down, that's how humid weather works.) Kitchen has usual equipment (including kettle), plus there's a Smart TV. People at the reception are always helpful. It is possible to get a driver through the reception for trips around the island. You can communicate with the reception via WhatsApp. Breakfasts are provided at Good Day resto. You order from a long list of choices - for us it's more than we could eat!

Main pool was not clean and pool bar not operating. Requested dietary requirements when the booked and not much food I could eat, so that was disappointing.

Περάσαμε υπέροχες διακοπές στο Candy villa by Genuine Host! Ο χώρος είναι πραγματικά πανέμορφος,πολύ ήσυχο περιβάλλον που σε βοηθά να χαλαρώσεις πλήρως. Η βίλα ήταν άνετη, πεντακάθαρη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται κανείς για μια ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Η ιδιωτική πισίνα έκαναν την εμπειρία ακόμη πιο ξεχωριστή.  Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά για τις επόμενες διακοπές μας. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

The Villa was beautiful and comfortable just like in the pictures. The staff were very supportive. It was very easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp, they responded very quickly. The location is a little bit far from Ubud centre but because of this it was peaceful and quiet. The private pool made it very special. We had a great time.

Ubud városközpontja 10 perc sétára. Az apartman házak -villák egyszerűen fantasztikusak . Medence kerti konyha , terasz , klima ,baldehin , minden szuper . Gyönyörű kertben található a lakosztály minden létszámhoz külön méretű saját házak (2-4-6-8 fősek) Ezen felül található még egy központi épület ,étteremmel hatalmas medencével ,ahol egész nap elpancsoltam volna , bárpultal...stb. Még kerékpárt is adtak igaz arra nem tartottunk igényt. Golfkocsival hoznak -visznek. Finom reggeli. Reggel leadtuk a ruhát, este megkaptuk kimosva kivasalva.

Én jobban szeretem a svédasztalos reggelit. itt pedig előző este le kell adni a a rendelést egy papíron ,amin be kell jelölni melyik ételt - innivalót kéred. Tehát mondjuk egy rántotta , egy gyümölcslé, egy latte és pont. Ha valimelyikből szeretnél még az külön fizetős. Nem viccelek kértem még pluszban 2 kenyeret azt is kiszámlázták. Nem drága de mégis olyan furcsa...

At first we booked just for 1 night, but then decided to extend for another night. So we stayed in 2 different Villas. We enjoyed the stay. Very private area with private pool. Super clean and cozy place. Very quiet👌🏻

The location was a bit of challenge - not much around it in regards to shops and restaurants. Also cars unable to get within 400m of the accommodation meant challenges if there was bad weather
