Personel był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Śniadania hotelowe były różnorodne i smaczne. Dbałość o czystość na wysokim poziomie. Brak zastrzeżeń, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with a good choice of Asian and Western as well as healthy bowls. The facilities are good although we didn’t get to use them all as we were out sightseeing which the hotel is well located for.

The staff are amazing and helpful. The breakfast was good and the garden is an absolute art.

The soundproofing is not existing. You heard the other room when you’re in your room. The hotel provides ear plugs.

The stay was almost perfect. The only minor downside is that the room walls are a bit thin, so if other guests come back late at night and make noise, you can hear them. Absolutely not the hotel's fault, just something to keep in mind

Great service, comfortable bed and rest of the facilities were excellent.

There were lots of tiny little ants in our bathroom and they kind of got into some of our stuff so had to give everything a thorough shake before we left. Didn't take away from our experience and some level of bugs are expected in bal.

L’acqua della piscina era un po’ freddina ma andavo sempre dopo il tramonto, sicuramente col sole sarebbe stata più piacevole!!

L accoglienza ..la disponibilità di tutto lo staff a partire dalla reception fino allo staff del ristorante ..sempre con il sorriso. Ottimo cibo, cucinato benissimo di qualità e curato nell impiattamento con varie possibilità di scelta sia di piatti locali che internazionali. Hotel je lijepo uređen, udoban i čist s predivnim bazenom. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno i spremno pomoci u svakom trenutku. Od hotela do centra Ubuda i nazad vozi mini bus tri puta dnevno. Definitivno preporucam

The food is really good and it’s good value for money. The food is. It was my birthday and they had done up my bedroom for me.

The pool area is small. If you’re not up early you won’t get a bed. The room had a really bad smell. Like from the drains. They left me with a dehumidifier whilst I was there and I appreciate it.

Παρά πολύ όμορφο και κεντρικό κατάλυμα στην περιοχή του Ubud. Το προσωπικό ήταν όλοι ευγενέστατοι και πολλοί εξυπηρετικοί. Ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας το φέρανε αμέσως. Επίσης μας κάνανε upgrade το δωμάτιο μας χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση από μόνοι τους και το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και το καθάριζαν και κάθε μέρα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Everything was great! Spacious, beautiful room, excellent service, and SPA were some of the reasons I chose the hotel. Not the first time!

Het zwembad ligt midden in het hotel waar iedereen constant passeert. Dit is niet erg uitnodigend. Ik heb dan ook niemand in het zwembad gezien, nooit.

The plug in air freshener spray in the gym was unbearable. Myself and others using it had to unplug it constantly, very hard to breathe!

L'emplacement proche du centre de Ubud et de nombreux restaurants. La piscine qui est très grande. Le personnel très souriant. La mise a disposition d'eau gratuite en bouteille.

La piscine était froide. Nous avions une chambre pour trois personnes, mais le troisième lit était un simple canapé très inconfortable. Il aurait fallu ajouter un surmatelas. L’isolation des chambres est catastrophique : nous avons été réveillées trois nuits de suite, à 3 heures du matin, par nos voisins. Le petit-déjeuner est à la carte, cependant, les fruits et les jus sont à volonté. Les jus proposés sont industriels, ce qui est décevant pour un hôtel cinq étoiles.

I couldn’t eat food from outside in the common areas which made it uncomfortable to me as I follow a meals plan and the didn’t find anything suitable on the hotel menu

Personale super gentile e disponibile, piscina molto particolare circondata da palme, ottimo servizio SPA, ottima colazione, posizione comoda per gli spostamenti. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Nella suite non abbiamo sentito rumori da altre camere (come segnalato in altre recensioni)

Very clean, lovely kind and attentive staff, great location. Near plenty of cafes and restaurants, a nice walking distance from busy Ubud centre.

The size of the hotel, modern facilities and pool zone which was very calm and quiet and beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable and beautiful also. The breakfast was half buffet for fruits and juices while main courses by menu prepared at the moment with a lot of options.

Probabilmente avremmo dato 10 se ci fosse stata la colazione a buffet ma capisco che è una cosa soggettiva. Ristorante per pranzo e cena davvero ottimo. Personale gentile e molto premuroso. Ci hanno fatto upgrade dandoci una camera con vista piscina e sono stati straordinari a decorarci la camera per il nostro anniversario. Kit nel bagno da 10 con tutto l'occorrente. Piscina immersa nel verde molto suggestiva.

Colazione non varia, a scelta e non a buffet. Cuscini scomodi. Cattivo odore in bagno (tubature?).

La struttura è estremamente curata, nel pieno rispetto dello stile Balinese. Ha una bellissima piscina, un’area ristorante che serve ottime pietanze e una SPA ben organizzata che offre numerosi massaggi tra i quali scegliere. Le stanze sono comode ed estremamente pulite. Lo Staff è un ulteriore plus della location: tutti molto disponibili in qualsiasi momento della giornata e per qualsiasi necessità, educatissimi, molto gentili e affabili. Affettuosi verso il cliente, senza limite di orario. E’ stato un vero piacere soggiornare in questa struttura e sentirsi sempre coccolati.

La propreté des transats est à revoir, la nourriture n'était pas à notre goût (et un peu chère) et on entendait les chambres voisines.

The property hosted a great amount of amenities and the staff were excellent, hospitable and informative. The service was wonderful and warm!

Inside the room we had a fair few ground worms within the door area, one day we even saw over 10 worms with one being on the bedside table. At this point we called guest services who promptly move us to another room after flagging there was a gap in the door leading to the outside pool area which was causing this worm issue. As a result of the broke door, this caused a feeling of dampness and a smell that came along with this. the dampness in our room. Once moving to the new room there was a noticeable difference in dampness and cleanliness after being moved to the 2nd floor. As a result of this we saw many mosquitos in the bathroom. We came to the Hava hotel to celebrate our honeymoon and this is not really what we expected in terms of the room. We booked a room with an outdoor pool there we didn’t use at all the pool was dirty and the area outside was unmaintaind. At the end of our stay I asked for some compensation as we had been moved to a small room due to the issues however the hotel were unable to do anything for us. Beautiful hotel with amazing service the room and cleanliness were a let down in our first room.

Las comidas y cenas mala calidad pero el desayuno bien.

L'hôtel est très joli, les chambres sont confortables, le cadre est agréable et le personnel est globalement souriant et serviable.

En revanche, plusieurs points m'ont déçue. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre près d'une heure avant de pouvoir accéder à notre chambre. Au moment du départ, j'ai demandé un léger late check-out pour compenser ce retard, mais aucun geste commercial n'a été accordé. Autre déception : j'avais payé pour une chambre avec vue jardin, mais la chambre attribuée donnait sur un espace intérieur, sans véritable vue. J'ai signalé le problème à la réception, mais aucune solution ne m'a été proposée. On m'a même laissé entendre que j'avais bénéficié d'un surclassement, alors qu'il s'agissait simplement de la catégorie de chambre inférieure a celle que j'avais déjà réservée et payée. C'est dommage, car avec un meilleur sens du service client et une gestion plus commerciale de ces situations, l'expérience aurait été excellente.

We came here for a babymoon and we informed in our pre-arrival form, and they surprised us with this very cute setup for us!! We enjoyed our stay, there was a good gym, the pool was relaxing and the facilities and amenities in the room were great. The staff went above and beyond to make us happy. They had a free shuttle bus that ran a few times a day back and forth, that could take us to 10min away into the town, so the very slight inconvenience of living not on the main strip of Ubud was totally fine.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die Massagen sind ein Traum! Wir haben tatsächlich 3 Tage in Folge eine Massage gebucht, weil es so gut war. Wenn ihr eine Massage bucht, fragt nach LIA und YUNITA. (Oder wenn nicht available nach ANISYA).

Das Frühstück im Restaurant hat uns jetzt nicht aus den Latschen gehauen, aber war absolut i.O. Service wie gesagt super!

Our stay wasn’t long enough

Een fijne toegankelijke plek, gelegen in een rustiger gebied van Ubud maar met wel leuke restaurantjes in de omgeving op loopafstand. Ontbijt was goed en zwembad heerlijk, ook de gym was fijn.

Onze kamer rook een beetje muf en het balkon is eigenlijk een gedeeld terras uitkijkend op een muur. Je kijkt gelijk bij de buren naar binnen.

We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the authentic Balinese vibe of the hotel. The private pool room was fantastic, and the main pool was also beautiful and relaxing. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

We would have appreciated more organized activities. For example, yoga was only offered once a week, and since we stayed for just four nights, we unfortunately didn’t have the chance to join.

A lovely little place that offered the relaxing atmosphere you desire in Ubud and its beautiful staff, the massage’s services were amazing.
