Tienen un concepto de limpieza bastante diferente al nuestro, la barra de la cocina tenía marcas de vasos recientes, no había papel higiénico suficiente, el suelo sucio, manchas en las paredes.. Te piden un depósito que en cuanto entras al departamento ves que es ridículo porque esta todo hecho polvo

So easy to book, the owner was so helpful, it was clean the bedding was immaculate and the sea view was totally breathtaking, I highly recommend this place, value for money and a perfect stay, I will stay here again

Location was good. Close to attractions and restaurants.

I did not like the height, at level 38, I had to keep the curtains closed. I have a fear of heights and this one is high, very high. I have stayed in many hotels and units where they were up to 12 stories high without too many issues. This one terrified me. Left a day early as I just could not deal with the height. If heights don't bother you, its fine, nice unit.

I do not like this accommodation, it was dirty and filthy. Although this owner/agent charged me RM60 cleaning fees, it does nothing but free money for them

As the above, feeling disgusted when I first arrived to the place. Not worth the money at all. Place is not maintained, dirty bed sheets and recycled pillow cases. Floor is dusty and strands of hair everywhere the place and also the toilet is MOULDING???

There no water in one of yhe apartment its difficult since my grandsons is available.

Misleading information in Booking.com. The reason I booked this unit because it stated the balcony have patio but it's not. RM200 deposit is very high and strict, but did not justify with the facilities. I had been here in the same apartment before (Block A) in 2022 but no deposits are required then. No shower cream but only water inside the shower cream bottle. Air cond remote was given 2 unit but only one work because the other one battery weak. TV remote battery weak and I didn't switch on because of this. There is grill to enter the unit but no key to lock the grill. Only main door have lock and provided key. Owner feels it's fine, but I don't feel safe. Because there is lack of security. Anyone just can enter the building main door from car park without access card. Then anyone can enter the lift, press which floor want to go up without touching the access card. This is what you called safe? Basically security is poor. I had been in such apartment and hotel in KL. You need to touch the access card inside the lift before can press the floor you supposed to go. No way you can go to the floor you are not supposed to go.

I just want to try a new place in the many hotels I go to this is one I will come back to again

The elevator is a bit slow and the parking is a bit inconvenient and the road to the city is quite congested.

The house are nice & clean.. Love the view.. Next time will come again.. 😊

The beds were comfortable. The view was fantastic overlooking the water and city. And we can watch the sunset. That is all I can say. The security was tight which is good but I find it a bit too much and a bit of hassle (as we had to change apartment and I had to do all the registration of filling their log book that had too much details to fill in).

I was travelling with my parents who are elderly and my brother and his 2 adult children. There were 7 adults in our party for this apartment. The first apartment air conditioner had water leaking at the main room. However we were given another room immediately. Unfortunetely, the second apartment also had issues of blocked basin and loose shower heads in the main bedroom where my parents sleeping. The blocked basin was fixed but still not working 100%. The rain shower was not working as we had to press the button to keep the water flowing. My parents were totally not satisfied of their stay. As with the rooms I was expecting 3 bedrooms but the third bedroom was at the living area with 2 floor mattresses. My brother and his children had to book another apartment instead.

Quiet and peaceful place to relax with a nice view. From my room, we can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Straits of Malacca, The Lisbon Melaka hotel, Portuguese settlement, Statue of "Christ the Redeemer" and few others.

تجربتي مع هذه الشقة كانت سيئة جداً ومخيبة للآمال. الشقة لم تكن نظيفة إطلاقاً وكانت غير صالحة للسكن. كان هناك رطوبة وعفن في الجدران والأرضيات، وصدأ في الحمام، وتسريب في الشطاف، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثاث مكسور مثل خزانة المدخل ودولاب الملابس وكراسي غير صالحة للاستخدام. بسبب هذه الحالة، لم أتمكن من الإقامة في الشقة إطلاقاً رغم أنني حجزتها لمدة ليلتين بقيمة 506 رنجت ماليزي. تواصلت مع المالك لطلب استبدال الشقة، لكن لم تتوفر أي وحدات بديلة، وتم طلبي بإرجاع المفاتيح وكرت الموقف، وقد قمت بذلك فوراً. ورغم ذلك، لم يتم إلغاء الحجز ولم يتم استرجاع المبلغ، وحصلت فقط على تعويض بسيط بقيمة 76 رنجت، وهو غير عادل مقارنة بالمبلغ المدفوع. كانت تجربة مرهقة جداً، خاصة أن أطفالي كانوا متعبين بعد سفر طويل ولم يتمكنوا من الراحة. لا أنصح بهذه الشقة إطلاقاً.

Lack of cleanliness of the room on check in.

The flat was okay. The balcony was very small, and with the furniture and clothes dryer there was hardly any space to relax. The bathroom sink was dirty, and I had to clean it before I could use it. The kitchen was also dirty, and the washing-up sponge was disgustingly dirty and overused. The internet was unstable, and most of the time I didn’t have internet access. I reported this to the property manager, who told me to reset the router. When I said that didn’t help, I was ignored. I left an expensive item in the flat, and when I reported it to the property manager on the day I checked out, they told me it had been thrown away and that they wouldn’t do anything about it. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

It seems the home appliances were not updated properly. The electric kettle was in poor conditions, you can even see the wires inside it. The seating sofa also in bad conditions. Cleaners surely did not do their work because I found a bit of a lock of hair inside a towel. Cleanliness is a bit meyh.
