Nous sommes arrivés et nous avons été placés dans une chambre avec petite terrasse, sombre et sentait très fort l'humidité. L'impression d'être dans une "cave" Après 2 nuits, nous avons demandé pourquoi nous n'avions pas une terrasse comme les autres et que les photos de notre réservation ne correspondaient pas à la chambre. Ils ont fait le nécessaire pour nous changer de chambre.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very helpful — one young man in particular (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) took care of all our requests promptly, including giving us the room we asked for with a jungle view. The room was clean and had a kettle with tea and coffee provided. A nice bonus was watching squirrels in the trees each morning. Overall, a solid experience and good service.

Furniture is a bit dated, but that's expected given the price — good value for money overall.

Location is great. It's nice and quiet away from the busy Ubud lifestyle. Has everything 2 mins walk away. The staff where fantastic and very helpful with everything. The room is lovely. Shower was great. The pool is awesome. I was sad to leave. If I'm back in ubud this will be my go to place 100%. Can't express how good everything was.

Everything was great

Staff was super kind and helped us with everything we needed. Conveniently located in central Ubud, close to bars, restaurants and yoga schools. Walking distance from Ubud Palace and Art Market.

The alley taking to the structure is dark at night (and sandy), but overall possible to walk safely.

So friendly in a wonderful location.

Dobry stosunek cena jakość. Dobry punkt wypadowy na wycieczki. Bardzo dobre śniadania i bardzo pomocny personel.

Słabo oznaczone wejście. Pokój trochę mały.

Nagyon kedves, figyelmes személyzet. Lehetett választani, hogy az étkezőbe reggelizel vagy a szobába, ha a szobát választod felhozzák. Napi takarítás amennyiben kéred. Ivóvíz ellátottság. A medence kellemes. Minden könnyen elérhető. ☺️

El personal el cual es muy atento y amable, el desayuno y la ubicación.

La calidad de algunos materiales deja mucho que desear. Nos hicieron pagar 200.000 rupias por el mando de la ducha que se rompió. Si lo hubiéramos roto por un mal uso, no habría habido ningún problema en asumir el coste, pero simplemente lo cogimos para usar la ducha con normalidad y se rompió en ese mismo momento, lo que demuestra que ya no estaba en buen estado. Aun así, nos obligaron a pagarlo. También el tirador de la puerta de nuestra habitación estaba roto.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, notre chambre était située au dernier étage avec une belle terrasse donnant sur une superbe vue, chambre très propre, le lit était grand et confortable. Il y a un frigo dans la chambre et des distributeurs d’eau dans l’hotel, vous pouvez également louer un scooter auprès de la réception, nous recommandons !

I’m very, very satisfied with my stay here and I would definitely choose this place again. The location is honestly amazing — very close to the Monkey Forest and basically in the center of Ubud, but slightly tucked away from the main road, which makes it quieter and gives even more beautiful views. It’s the perfect balance between being central and peaceful. The rooms were cleaned every day and everything was always spotless and well taken care of. The customer service here is truly outstanding. Both the housekeeping staff and the girl at the reception were absolutely amazing. Communication was excellent from the beginning, and they helped with literally everything — laundry, taxi arrangements, recommendations, any questions or requests. Every single request was handled with kindness and professionalism. I genuinely think the customer service at this place is top-level. I also really appreciated the amenities in the room — having a kettle, coffee, tea, and a fridge was very important for me. Another huge plus was the balcony/terrace. The sun hits it during the day, which is perfect when traveling because you can wash clothes and dry them properly without them getting damp or smelly. That was honestly super important and very practical for me. But overall, I had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere, cleanliness, location, and especially the staff made the experience truly excellent.

The only downside for me was the room layout, which felt a little impractical. The toilet and shower are together, so when you take a shower the whole toilet area gets wet. Also, the sink and mirror are outside of the bathroom, in the room itself, and there’s only a very tiny shelf for cosmetics and personal items. There’s actually much more space in the bathroom area, so it would make more sense to have the sink there as well. Going back and forth between the sink and bathroom was a bit inconvenient.

The American breakfast is meant to be hot but was cold most mornings - except for the eggs which were always hot.

Perfect location in good street full of restaurants. Nice view to jungle. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast were nice, we loved the pancakes. Internet was good enough for work in common area with tables and view to jungle. People working here are very nice and always helpful.

Odalara kapalı su bile koyulmamış doldurma şişeler vardı. Temiz değil, çalışmayan şeyler var fön makinesi,kapı, Otel girişi çok dar ve pis . bavullarla gitmek imkansız. Erken ayrıldım aynı ücrete 4 yıldızda kaldım.

Price was excellent. Pool is awesome and clean. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

The bathroom was damp with no extractor fan. Toilet would also get wet when showering. Getting there required a walk through a muddy alley which was under construction during our visit. Just something to consider but not a train smash.

L'accueil n'était pas chaleureux. Un passage étroit et route abîmée pour joindre l'hôtel. Incompréhension totale avec le personnel..On nous a attribué une chambre difficile d'accès Grandes et hautes marches. Mon amie s’est cassée la jambe la veille de ́notre arrivée ,on a voulue changer d'hôtel car pas possible avec le fauteuil roulant. Le responsable a exigé qu’on paie une semaine entière alors que nous avions dormi qu'une nuit..

́Nous étions 4 personnes le gérant était d'accord pour qu’on ne regle qu’une nuit et le lendemain il a exigé qu’on régle la semaine entière sans tenir compte de l’handicap de mon amie... Le comble il nous a proposé de venir boire le thé.tous les jours..

Det er anden gang, vi bor på dette hotel. Det fungerer rigtig godt at lande her som det første sted, når man kommer til Bali. Fantastisk beliggenhed og meget venlig og serviceminded personale. Super udsigt. Der er også kommet mere lys op, så det fungerer også fint at finde vej, når det er aften.

The stunning and relaxing view from my balcony. I loved to spend my time there during my morning- and evening tea sessions. The staff was super friendly. They have a lovely pool too. I loved that you're in the center of Ubud, but on the quiet side of it. The Bisma street has many nice restaurants/places (my favorites: Shamana Mama for the food, Bisma Valley for the view and Bali Star Massage for the massage) I would absolutely come back when I'm back in Ubud.

The room smells a bit funky, but that didn't matter to me. I would still come back!

The rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly. (Some staff training could enhance the experience).

Lots of construction and we had to walk through wet concrete to access the property with our suitcases as there is no access for a vehicle. The pool is TINY! No rice fields just a grass field. We left a day early as it was not a relaxing place to be.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are very spacious, extremely comfortable, and spotless, with a beautiful view. Having a large fridge and air conditioning made everything even better. The pool is always perfectly clean, and the breakfast is delicious, fresh, and a great way to start the day. The service is outstanding, the staff is young, friendly, and always respectful. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a 10-minute walk from the main street, yet at night it’s wonderfully quiet and peaceful. I would 100% stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

The location was ideal, close to the hustle and bustle but on a quiet side alley. The view of the jungle from the restaurant terrace was breathtaking! WiFi worked really well in all areas - we were able to work remotely and handle zoom calls without issues. The pool was nice and refreshing. The room was big, the bed comfortable, and the daily housekeeping did a great job. Service was extremely nice. Breakfasts were limited but tasty. You get an option of a food platter or a fruit juice from chosen fruit, coffee/tea that’s available for self-service (they provide milk if asked), plus a chosen dish. My favorite were pancakes with pineapple and mie goreng.

The facilities are a bit aged. Everything on the pictures from booking seems newer and better maintained than in reality. There are some stains on the walls, and it’s necessary to air out the room multiple times a day to get rid of the smell (due to the humidity). There are ants in the room - first it drew us back, as we’ve just arrived from Europe, but we got used to it quickly. I guess it’s all normal in this climate. Once you get over the initial impression of it not being as perfect as on the pictures, the overall experience was very positive!

Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Omelet was bij jullie het lekkerste dan bij andere hotels. Bed is prima. Jaren terug hebben wij ook hierin verbleven. Toen waren wij ook tevreden. Bedankt voor het verblijf.

De kamer voelt nu wel meer aan dat het verfrist/vernieuwd moet worden. Wij hadden een probleem. Het personeel heeft het voor ons uitgezocht. Jammer dat zij een camera niet hadden opgehangen. Uit eindelijk heeft het hotel voor ons opgelost.

Location was great, staff also super kind and helpful. Breakfast very good and starts at 7 AM, which is great for all the early bird and planned morning trips.

Don’t have any special complaint. Maybe just an advise; sleep with the curtains down across the bed because of insects. I used laundry service which was ok, the clothes came back with no smell and the white socks was not so white 🙈 the brown stains were left on them.

Staff was very friendly Location was really good. You can hire a scooter at the hotel and book the taxi to the airport. There are many restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel.

Laundry was expensive since they charge the price per piece of clothes instead per kg.

Je pensais avoir vue sur les rizières mais c'était simplement des herbes je pense Cela peut déranger certaines personnes, mais qui dit nature dit grenouilles et insectes qui génèrent du bruit la nuit, moi cela ne m'a pas dérangé, ça m'a bercé
