My Villa Hotel - Airport

I like the location that it's near the airport. The distance from the hotel to the International terminal is not so far, you can walk but you shouldn't because it will be too warm both during the day or at night. The rooms is quite quite a good size and have a lot of light, too. It's suitable to whom stay in HCMC for a short visit. There was a spa nearby where you can have your hair washed, a grocery store selling different stuff including a laundry service, there was a park in fromt of the hotel, too.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 single room and 1 with twin beds, both are next to the window next to the street. Because the rooms are next to the street so it's quite noisy. Each room had only one pair of fliflops. I did ask them to give us more (2 room, 4 people, 1 baby) but they didn't provide. One of the towels in my room wasn't dry completely and caused a bad smell. I did ask them to bring me a different one but they didn't. I just didn't like having a mirror on the left of the bed. The floor looked clean but it wasn't because my nephew came to my room and crawling around. He found used tissues under the bed and the floor under the bed was barely clean, after that his feet were completely dirty because he walked barefoot in the room, and mine were too. We got to HCMC with our car and they didn't have a private parking so we needed to get up at midnight to switch to the other side of the road to park and came back to sleep. It was still nice because it was free but It cost time. There was no one to help you with carrying the luggage from the street up the steps to the checkin hall, it won't be an issue if you don't have 25 kg of luggage like me and you're not with a baby. 😅 Overall, i think it should be cleaner.

mình ở 4 đêm, nhờ dọn phòng mà nv k thay gra , chăn bẩn bị lủng lỗ thuốc to cũ của khách trc cũng k thay

4pm Mar29/25, have no Receptionist in lobby ! Guest had to wait …. very longtime….30’…. Then the Air conditioner stopped work at midnight even doing anhthing with the AC remote cotrol… what the hell with this????

Shower had not been cleaned from last guest, no towels reset. Room was hot.

Better than average facility and amenities for a hotel in the price range. Clean and bright vibe. Very comfortable, very good staff. Bed and linens very good. Good pillows. Internet strong. Quiet despite being in a very busy area. Very close to lots of food choices. Easy airport pick-up. This is actually the kind of place I would stay at longer, but quite nice for a short transit stay of 1 night.

Hotel locates near by TSN Airport. Room facilities are relatively new and comfortable. Overall, the price is very reasonable and even higher than my expectations. And especially, all staff are very friendly and kind!

Comfortable bed, ok clean bathroom, effective reception, location is perfect for airport only (10mins walk 1.3km), corner room w a lot of windows but not too spacious. Is very quiet after 9pm..whole street was empty till 5am but very lively and super easy to get food during day time. Cup noodle is provided in room w 20k

It is impossible to get food nearby after 8pm, not even convenient stalls. But this is wht exchanged for a quiet sleep till morning i guess. Some corners in toilets can see long term dust spots which might be ignored by cleaner.i hope they can clean better but overall saigon wont have the perfect job and they are always rushing for something.

Smoking smells for non smoking reservation; you can hear everything from the hall way noise, walls are seriously cracked in the bathroom, etc

This charming hotel is right across the street from a huge park where hundreds of people are up and exercising every morning, This means a lot to me. The staff is very friendly and if you don't have a lot of luggage you can walk to the airport in under 20 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay.

The steps at the entrance are too high to carry my heavy luggage even if for someone else’s help.

-close to airport- could also be a negative as no Grab taxi wanted to take me there so had to get a metered taxi. Grab would’ve been 50kDNG and metered taxi cost me 90kDNG without tip. -comfy bed

I arrived very late from a 21 hour flight so I just wanted to freshen up and relax. the water kept running from below the shower door so my bathroom mat was very wet all the time. The bed made my back a bit sore as I could feel the springs through some parts of the mattress. The staff could hardly speak English except for one lady. I also found that the one of the staff had very little knowledge of the surroundings. I asked for the nearest convenience store and ended up walking alone in the dark road to 7-11 which was about 1km from the hotel when there is a small store just on the side of the hotel.

It is a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport, and the cost-effectiveness is good, but a better hotel is available at the same price.

First of all, the front staff did not speak English well and tried to pay with a card at check-out, but they asked for cash payment due to a failure of the card terminal, and I went around for 30 minutes looking for ATMs around me because I had no cash.

Great location for early morning flight out. Clean tidy convenient one-night stay. Corner room's layout was a bit odd (AC dumps heat into bathroom I think? opened window and closed bathroom door overnight), but service was nice and friendly.

静かな部屋をリクエストしたので、大通りに面していない部屋にしてもらえましたが、そこそこバイクや車の騒音は聞こえます。 部屋の清潔感は許容範囲ですが、バスルームはもう少し念入りに掃除していただきたいです。 朝食は最低限はあります。調理系はオーダーを受けてから作ってくれるので美味しかったです。 チェックアウト後に荷物を受付に預けたのですが、情報共有ができていない&英語が伝わらず引き取りに30分近くかかりました。 空港からは車で10分以内と近く、便利なところが利点です。

Pros - room is nice and comfort. Netflix is excellent addition. Staff is helpful with smile. Cons - the red wine in the room is awful. Breakfast can be better. Thin wall but not a problem for me,maybe for light sleeper might need to take note on this. The tv language setting should set to english, it take us sometime to figure out how set it.

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour dans ce Hotel, les personnels sont accueillant et chaleureux Les chambres sont propre, confortable, moderne, le déjeuner est excellente, Nous sommes 4 personnes resté 1 nuit pour attente le vol pour Qui Nhon, puis revient 1 nuit pour rentré en France Je recommande vivement de ce Hotel

エアポート近くで油断していた私もいけなかったのですが、チェックインの時に翌日のフライト時間を伝えると、タクシーで行けばよい、とのひと言だけでした。おそらく英語が全くわからないのだと思いますが。。 最終的に、チェックイン時間を日本と同じように考えて、それよりもかなり余裕を持って出たにもかかわらず、全員がのんびり。空港に到着したのがチェックイン時間で、飛行機に乗れませんでした。 せめて。。。翌日のフライト時間と何時にここを出たらよいのか。。くらいは英語でコミュニケーションをとれるようにして欲しいです。 そして、バスローブありません。 裸で寝るしかありませんでした。 結局追加料金で次のフライトまで２時間半も空港で待つことに。。もう少し値段払ってちゃんとしたところに泊まればよかった。

Jättevälkomnande och trevlig persona! Hjälp med väskorna,snabb incheckning och jättefint rum med utsikt mot parken på fjärde våningen. Allt på rummet kanon förutom att minibaren inte höll rätt tempratur (skulle dom fixa efter vi checkat ut) Sjysst frukost och nära till flygplatsen. Kommer boka rum här igen nästa gång vi kommer till Vietnam (till sevärdheter och shoppingturer kan man ju ta en taxi!!) Tack Mai Villa 👍👍👍👍

Overall it’s fine, good location to airport, and quite quiet. the only and main problem is that the room space is much less than expectation, especially the shower place, feel very limited.
