It was beautiful and very clean ! Just a short distance from anywhere you could want to go in Athens

No complaints about the property at all . The surrounding area looks a bit rough but we felt safe and the locals are nice people . I'm 6 months pregnant and felt comfortable walking alone in the area .

La atencion una maravilla. Desde pantuflas, botella agua todos los dias, cápsulas de café, te, y nescafe. Todos los dias se preocupaba Faisal por saber si necesitabamos algo. Nos gestionó el taxi a Rafina con buen precio. Todo muy limpio y cómodo. Nos sentimos muy bien. Muchas gracias.

The host was so kind and it was an easy location to get to the city center and airport with public transport.

We loved everything.

The room was newly remodeled, clean and had good lighting throughout. Plenty of space. The restaurant recommendation given to us was very good also! Great communication

It is close enough to the metro but not good sidewalks with suitcases but we navigated alright.

Район тихий, есть супермаркет рядом с нормальным ассортиментом. Также в пяти минутах метро и электрички. Если вы активный человек, то даже интересно сходить пешком в центр и обратно (Акрополь, холмы и т.д) . Мы так и делали. Занимает от 45 минут до часа. Но это всё конечно после 18 часов из-за жары. Апартаменты хорошие. Всё есть, всё удобно, кондиционер работает хорошо👌

Берегитесь электричек 😄 Конкретно у нас исключительно плохой опыт. Гугл (и не только он) вообще не может отличить их маршруты от метро и из-за этого несколько раз попадали не туда и теряли много времени. И по оплате там тоже ничего не понятно. Сначала ничего не списывается, потом, спустя дня три какие-то рандомные цифры от 1.2 до 7€

Beutiful and clean apartment house in the heart of Athens, just a few meters from the Metro. The owner welcomes you personally and takes a lot of care - great place to stay!

Die Wohnung ist einfach toll, sehr geräumig und bietet eine wunderbare Dachterrasse, von der aus man tatsächlich ein bisschen von der Akropolis sehen kann. Der Service war super, wir wurden täglich mit Handtüchern und Wasser versorgt und es gab Tipps und Unterstützung für alles. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und gut in Schuss. Man ist nur drei bis vier Stationen von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt.

Obwohl die Wohnung echt perfekt war und die Lage eigentlich gut, hat uns das Viertel nicht so gut gefallen. Es gab kaum Restaurants in der Umgebung und der Weg zum Bahnhof war schmutzig und unbequem, wenn auch nicht weit. Die Wendeltreppe ist wirklich recht knapp bemessen.

Alles prima, Faisal war sehr aufmerksam und jeden Tag wurde das Apartment geputzt.

Logement moderne, spacieux et très propre. Faisal est tres attentionné, il nous a fait un accueil chaleureux. Bien équipé et une superbe terrasse avec vue magnifique.

Firstly, I would like to appreciate the team effort. Mr. Faisal is the best and I see how is he doing for this place, an excellent manager. The place is good, photos are real, everything is clean and if you wish something, it will be fulfilled ASAP. Our room is cleaned everyday, bed sheets are changed in the middle of our stay, we received a fresh towel daily, coffee, shampoo, etc. so, to wrap it up, 100% value for the money, good people, good place.

It has nothing to do with this team and I will choose here again, but if you travel for the first time to Athen: - The neighbourhood is a bit suspicious. At night, when we came back around 23:00 PM, I felt unsafe or unusual. BUT IT IS ONLY MY FEELINGS. Nothing is happened and it was safe, if you meet the Athen, you will understand 80% of the city centre is like this :).

Faisal is really helpful and always attentive. The apartment is very comfortable and is very well equipped. He will help you with anything you need.

The way to get there. Rather than crossing the bridge over the railway tracks, it’s better to go through the train station tunnel, which feels safer and more pleasant. The station is very well preserved and has plenty of guards. Once through the station, the road on the left-hand side of the tracks is much nicer to walk along. The right-hand side is less pleasant and feels less safe (too many cars, and few zebra crossings)

Our stay at Alekos Apartments 1 - Netflix & Comfort was very good. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Most importantly, Faisal was excellent, very helpful and friendly, and gave us great recommendations and useful advice during our stay. We really appreciated his hospitality and support. Highly recommended!

O nosso anfitrião foi sensacional, super prestativo e sempre muito atencioso. Apartamento bem confortável e vem sempre uma pessoa para arrumar todos os dias. Boa região, bem perto de estação de metrô e comboio facilitando idas aos pontos turísticos. Mercados e restaurantes perto da casa.

A cozinha podia ter um pouco mais de utensílios. A região, apesar de ser segura e com vários acessos, é uma região mais simples e com muitos prédios.

Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Athènes Nous le recommandons sans hésitation. Merci à toute l'équipe!

Staff was very friendly and prompt to responding to text/phones calls, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen arrangements, nice cold A/C, loved having my own parking space. I will definitely stay there again.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft einfach perfekt. Wir hatten das Family Appartement Deluxe mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche darin. Der Balkon ging um die ganze Wohnung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war hervorragend und super sauber. Es gibt jeden Tag einen Zimmerservice. Faisal, der sich um die Gäste kümmert war super hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich dort einfach wohl. Es gibt auch zwei kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt bei der Unterkunft.

Jedine co tak by sme ocenili lepsie vybavenie kuchynky, ale to len preto ze priatel je vegan a tym padom sme si ciastocne varili / jedli na ubytovani, nie vzdy vonku, chybali mi ale iba banality, na hodnoteni to rozhodne neubera :)

It was really great and clean. Faisel was there every day, helping and very friendly. The trash was replaced daily and towels were new. Everything worked and there were many amenities.

This is an interesting residential neighborhood not walkable to central Athens sites. Luckily Larisis metro station is close by for quick access.

Idealne miejsce na nocleg w Atenach. Spokojne, mimo, że w centrum miasta. Zadziwiająco czyste. Hotelowe udogodnienia. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny właściciel.

L'appartement est confortable et Faical fait le maximum pour le confort de ses locataires. Bien équipé, bien insonorisé. Terrasse, climatisation et changement quotidien des serviettes de toilette.

La localisation et le quartier proche de la gare. Peu de restaurants, et secteur un peu limite , pour une femme seule, ce n'est pas l'emplacement idéal. Le métro est à 10 minutes de marche et il y a ensuite un bon service pour arriver en centre ville mais il faut compter au total environ 25 minutes.

Es un apartamento cómodo, limpio, equipado con lo justo para unos días de visita a Atenas, con aire acondicionado y posibilidad de dejar el coche aparcado, Faisal se encarga de todo con efectividad, el barrio con tiendas, panadería, súper, muy bien. hemos pasado unos días geniales, gracias 😃

La única incomodidad del alojamiento no es responsabilidad de los apartamentos. Para ir al centro en transporte público hay que pasar por un barrio que se ve claramente que está en reestructuración de mejora pero nada inseguro solamente un poco dejado, seguro que en un tiempo esta arreglado y mucho mejor.

La propreté et toutes les fonctionnalités de l' appartement , la literie ,le fait de vivre tout près du centre d' Athènes dans un quartier calme avec les locaux. Les facultés de transports pour aller au centre, 10 min en métro, le respect et la gentillesse de la population, les bons petits plats grecs,rapport qualité prix super, les très bons conseils de Faisal le propriétaire des lieux . Un très bon accueil, le ménage impeccable fait tous les jours, la petite terrasse pour prendre les repas et petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait . Nous recommandons.

Everything was excellent

The zone, was not the best one and a lot of people told us that at night alone it can be dangerous.

Everything - the host, Faisal is very considerate and helpful, he understands that we are particular about cleanliness, and he offered to change full set of bedsheets every day during our stay. Very generous supply of coffee, tea, and drinking water is provided throughout. The apartment is fully equipped with fridge, oven, coffee machine, wafer making machine, microwave, utensils and etc. The apartment is sparkling clean. Highly recommended.

The apartments are close to the train station and metro, so it is very convenient and easy to get around. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Ubytovanie v tomto apartmánovom dome bolo vynikajúce. Domáci pán bol veľmi milý, pomohol nám vybaviť transfér z letiska a na akúkoľvek otázku odvedal veľmi rýchlo. Izby boli priestranné, čisté a veľmi dobre vybavené. Ubytovanie je v tichšej lokalite, trošku vzdialenej od centra, ale chôdzou niekoľko minút peši sme sa vedeli dostať k metru. Ubytovanie určite odporúčam.

Route from Athens train/metro station (Larisa / Larisis) didn’t have great pavements and some sections required walking along a busy road. View from one end of the balcony over looked derelict building, but you are in a crowded city so one should expect some different views.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Personal war super. Jeden Tag wurde der Müll entsorgt und frische Handtücher hingelegt. Kaffee, Kaffeesahne, Tee und Wasser wurden jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Es liegt Zentral zum Bahnhof und U- Bahn (10 Minuten zu Fuß). Einkaufen 3 Minuten zu Fuss.

Leider ist das Wohnviertel nicht das schönste. Aber da man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist fällt es nich in Gewicht.

Ήταν άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Ο υπεύθυνος ο Φαισαλ μας βοηθησε αρκετά με κάποιες πληροφορίες που μας έδωσε για φαγητό και για τις συγκοινωνίες.

The place had everything you could want. Everything I can think of, anyway. Both the entrance to the building and the entrance to the room are individually locked, which helps to feel extra safe.

This was our first time in Athens, so we didn't know what the different areas were like. I don't think this area is necessarily dangerous, but it did feel a little rough. That said, it is only ~10 minutes walk from either the red or green metro lines so I'd probably still stay here next time around.

L appartement est dans un quartier populaire pres du métro 10 mn a pied et a 5 mn une boulangerie et un supermarché. Faisal est tres aimable et a l écoute de nos demandes. L appartement est tres propre et confortable. Le linge de bains changé tous les jours. Super sejour.

Ce sont des broutilles : Le quartier n'a aucun intérêt. La vue de l'appartement n'est pas terrible non plus, mais ça n'a pas vraiment d'importance. Pas de torchon à disposition (détail).

We had such an amazing time! The host was incredibly kind and helped us a lot. He recommended places to eat, trains to take, and sent us locations and places to visit. He even greeted us every morning! The room was big, clean, sheets and towels were changed every morning!

Good information about check in and door codes

Très proche d'un métro (4 stations de l'Acropole), l'appartement (avec garage) était parfaitement située. Nous avons été accuielli sur place et parfaitement été aidé pour notre séjour dans la capitale.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout our stay. We received fresh towels and daily housekeeping, which made us feel very comfortable. Bottled water was also provided every day, a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated. The apartment itself is new, beautifully furnished, and carefully designed. Everything felt modern, tidy, and welcoming. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He assisted us many times with great willingness and made our stay even more pleasant. We highly recommend this place to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality.

Se me hizo un poco inseguro caminar desde el metro al departamento. Hubo que cruzar un puente que estaba oscuro. No es zona para caminar como turista.

Der Vermieter hat uns persönlich empfangen. Tag vorher alle Infos per WhatsApp verschickt. Das Hotel und die Räume sind mit Zugangscodes erreichbar. Kostenlosen Parkplatz bekommen. 24Stunden war der Vermieter erreichbar. Die Putzfrauen haben jeden Tag die Zimmer sauber gemacht und frische Tücher ausgehändigt. Metro 7min entfernt. Lebensmittelhandel 2min.

Netflix hat leider nicht funktioniert, aber nicht so schlimm.

Good customer service! We got a lot of useful information from the manager. Walking distance to train station and grocery shop. Had everything you need for a short stay. Basic kitchen that works fine.

Smell of sigaretts drifts in from other apartments, so we had to close the windows and turn off aircon. It gets stuffy in the bathroom if the window is shut. You can hear other people in the hallway, and also from the street.

Sauber, tolle Betten, toller Zimmerservice und Empfang.

nachts war esnicht so erholsam, weil hellhörig. Aber vllt hatten wir Pech.

Faisel, rewelacyjny gospodarz, który opiekował się nami od startu w Polsce , poprzez bardzo późne lądowanie w Atenach, zorganizował taksówkę w atrakcyjnej cenie, zmieniał ręczniki i pościel codziennie, co rzadko się zdarza w apartamentach. Jeżeli skończyły się nam kapsułki do kawy to następnego dnia były już uzupełnione itd itp...Nie trzeba było prosić o fakturę . A ostatniego dnia pobytu ucięliśmy miłą pogawędkę. Oprócz tego lokalizacja, blisko metra , blisko centrum.

Die Küche war dürftig ausgestattet. Keine Koch- oder Brotmesser, keine Kochlöffel.

Az apartman relatíve közel van a Larissa pályaudvarhoz. Nem a legjobb környék, de legalább nem hangos. Igazi felüdülés volt megérkezni a tiszta, gyönyörűen berendezett szállásra a leharcolt utcák után. Faisal, a tuladonos szuper kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész volt, ott várt minket érkezéskor. Az ágy fenomenális, nagyon jót aludtunk rajta, és külön értékeltem, hogy minden ablakon van redőny, így teljesen be lehet sötétíteni. Mi nem tévéztünk, de egyébként klassz, hogy van Netflix a szálláson.

A szálláson minden tetszett, de Athénnal kapcsolatban vegyes a kép. Szépek nyilván az ókori épületek, van egy csomó csodás templom és egyéb épület, de az egész várost átlengi a csüggedtség, szomorúság. Olyan érzése van az embernek, mintha napokkal egy háború után járna, rengeteg a romos épület, a graffiti, az utcákon mindenhol szemét van. Sajnos az igénytelenség és a "jól van az úgy" attitűd látszik mindenen, és többször feltettük magunknak az "ezt miért így csinálják, ha lehetne sokkal jobban is" kérdést. Közlekedésben a metró csak a bátraknak javasolt, a buszok tiszták és gyorsak, de ha nem kezdesz el vadul integetni a megállóban, akkor nem áll meg, hiába álldogálsz ott. Pozitívum, hogy a nyilvános WC-k (bár csak kettőt láttunk) ingyenesek. Az éttermek, bárok rendben vannak, a turistákkal kedvesen a görögök, de az utcákon hömpölyög mindenféle náció, és nem éreztem, hogy annyira biztonságban lennénk. De nem ért semmilyen atrocitás. Kötelező a Google MAPS használata, de sokszor elveszik a jel, a görög írást pedig még nem tanultuk meg jól, úgyhogy többször eltévedtünk. Érdemes még utazás előtt megismerkedni a város térképével - különösen a metro térképpel - mert sokat segít, ha tudja az ember, hogy hová tart. Mi kimentünk a Glyfada Beach-re, de ott a homokon és néhány törött műanyag széken kívül nem volt semmi. Igaz, március volt.

Super appartement et bien équipé ça pourrait être amélioré avec un lave vaisselle mais il est très confortable.

Pas moins apprécié mais il faut savoir que l'appartement est situé dans un quartier populaire. On s'est senti en sécurité.

Czystość i wyposażenie. Dbano o wymianę ręczników oraz uzupełnianie zapasu kawy, mleka i wody.

Niezbyt czysta okolica, choć po pierwszych obawach okazała się być bezpieczna.

A tetőterasz. :-) Valamint Viberen már korábban és az út során is egyeztetni lehetett a szállásadóval (Faisal), aki nagyon segítőkész volt. A kapu és bejárati ajtó, valamint wifi kódokat előre elküldte Viberen, de személyesen is ott várt bennünket és mindent elmondott. Az étterem és a szupermarket, amiket ajánlott, szintén jók voltak.

W obiekcie znajduje się 9 apartamentów. Przebywałam w apartamencie z 2 sypialniami. Wspaniały, wygodny, bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony apartament z balkonem. Wszystkie pomieszczenia są klimatyzowane. Telewizor z netflixem. Wejście do apartamentu za pomocą kodu. Obsługa apartamentu codziennie sprzątała i zmieniała ręczniki. Dodawała wodę, kawę i herbatę. W obiekcie 3 miejsca parkingowe, co jest bardzo ważne, bo w Atenach znalezienie miejsca parkingowego graniczy z cudem. Do centrum ok. 3 km, więc spokojnie można dojść spacerkiem. Bardzo i pomocny miły gospodarz. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt.

Wszystko było ok.

Ηταν υπέροχο το διαμέρισμα, μοντέρνο , άνετο για μια οικογένεια , εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε για μια διαμονή λίγων ημερών . Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός και η καθαριότητα πολύ τακτική .

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δε μας άρεσε σχετικά με το διαμέρισμα ή τη φιλοξενία. Για τις γιορτινές μέρες των Χριστουγέννων θα μπορούσε να έχει κάποιο σχετικό στολισμό για να βάζει τους επισκέπτες στο εορταστικό κλίμα.Αν υπήρχε αυτό θα νιώθαμε ακριβώς σαν στο σπίτι μας.

The property was spotless clean. We were there for 2 nights and they cleaned the apartment everyday

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Close to Larisa metro station. The apartment was cleaned every day and had everything we needed for a peaceful stay- even free water, tea and coffee. The host was very kind and provided us with all the necessary information about the place, transportation in Athens, nearby restaurants. He also provided us with a parking space.

Maybe the pillows were a bit high and there was no tea suitable for children. But I wouldn't say that's essential.
