Chairs to low for the table on the balcony they are also ready to be replaced.

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt og har en skøn terrasse. Mange caféer, restauranter og supermarkeder tæt på. Der var rent og pænt og personalet havde lagt rene håndklæder halvvejs i vores ophold på 6 nætter. Man kan sætte sin bagage i receptionen hvis man ankommer tidligere end kl 14. Der er elevator, rart når man bor på 5. sal. Der var god kommunikation med udlejer. Aircondition virker.

Sovesofaen var ikke den bedste, men det er også det eneste minus.

Apartament numer 43, 4 piętro. Dojazd windą, centrum miasta, wiele restauracji dookoła. W odległości spaceru plaża Nocowaliśmy rok temu na 1 piętrze i w porównaniu do tamtego apartamentu ten był bardzo cichy, przestronny, nic nie było słychać z ulicy, był dobrze wyposażony we wszystko do gotowania.

Wszystko było ok, choć dodała bym trochę dekoracji bo apartament jest dość surowy w klimacie

The bed and pillows aren't very comfortable, it was also noisy on a night from outside and also on a morning from water running down the main drainage pipe when people were using the shower/toilet

Super miejsce, w centrum miasta. Wszędzie blisko. Apartament zagospodarowany we wszystko co potrzebne. Wymiana ręczniku przez cały pobyt. A co przede wszystkim duuuzy plus za to, że jest łazienka do dyspozycji po wymeldowaniu i schowaniu bagaży do szafek, które są bezpłatne. To jest ogromny plus i każdy powinien brać z takiego właściciela przykład. My mieliśmy lot o 19 i mogliśmy skorzystać jeszcze przez cały dzień z plaży, wrócić, wykąpać się i jechać na spokojnej na lotnisko. Oczywiście ręczniki też dostaliśmy normalnie. Kontakt z właścicielem jest super. Klimatyzowane czyste apartamenty. Polecam każdemu, ja wrócę na pewno jeszcze raz.

Das mann nicht bei offener Fenster schlafen kann. Touristen laufen bis 3 Uhr morgens. Die ware kommt jeden Tag Nachts ,morgens mit Stapler es wird so laut. Nie mehr wieder so eine Unterkunft.

Klimatyzacja w salonie nie działała o czym zostałem poinformowany jak się upomniałem. Dlatego dostałem wiatrak.

L'appartamento non viene pulito quotidianamente e nemmeno il cambio di biancheria. Ci sono state sere in cui gli altri ospiti non hanno rispettato gli orari di silenzio.

Obiekt położony w centrum Alicante, blisko do plaży i wielu atrakcji. Blisko przystanków, postoju taksówek, sklepów i restauracji. Apartament czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Okna są dźwiękoszczelne, przez co jest komfortowo. Bardzo dobry kontakt z pracownikami obiektu zarówno przed jak i w trakcie pobytu. Polecam.

L' apartamentos Boni ha una posizione strategica, vicino alla spiaggia della città e a tutti i ristoranti piu caratteristici. Sotto l' edificio trovi Supermercati e fermate dei tram. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, pulizie curate. All' interno dell' appartamento trovi tutte le comodità, forno, lavastoviglie,lavatrice. Davvero ottimo alloggio.

Central location and exactly what I wanted

Although it was great to have room to shower and change in after checkout if you have a late flight, the air conditioning in the room was switched off so depending on the time of year it was unbearably hot

Close to the beach, its location, were very helpful, provided additional amenities when I asked. Overall great!

The location is great, the air-conditioning is amazing and the fact that there is storage for luggage and shower facilities after check out is amazing.

Due to it being the central location it can get a bit loud when everyone is going back to their rooms at the end of the night

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. 5 perc séta a strand,a belváros,a reptéri buszmegálló. Élelmiszerbolt, üzletek ,éttermek ,pékség a ház körül. Az épületbe egyszerű a bejutás kóddal. Nagy,tágas apartman,ami ragyogó tisztaságú. Éjszaka csendes,pedig forgalmas utcában található, Ágy kényelmes. Ha Alicantéba jövök,újra ide foglalok.

La ubicación, en el centro cerca de todo.Las dimensiones del piso estaban bien y en buen estado.

Tenía poca luz,daba a un patio muy estrecho y a una calle muy estrecha. Las camas no eran muy cómodas.

Perfectly central location, very clean, quality linen/towels, super modern bathroom, great facilities, great aircon, free toiletries, excellent hairdryer, iron and board, plenty of hangers, and excellent communication with exact details of how to enter the apartment.

A little welcome pack would have been the icing on the cake!

We had everything we needed and the staff was beyond helpful!

This apartment was absolutely amazing. Perfect location! Just 5 mins walk to the seafront and so many places to eat all around. Lovely apartment. Had everything you need. Clean and staff were very good. Gave very clear instructions how to enter the building ahead of time, which was very easy. They offered us fresh towels without us having to ask. Had air con. Had everything you would need and good price.

The only complaint would be that the shower wasn’t very high pressure, but it was good enough.

great location! if you want to visit Alicante - it's the best choice! for all those complaining about rumours from outside in the night - guys, you are in the city centre, what did you expect? go better to some village. But if you want to experience the city, it's exactly your place

Świetna lokalizacja, bezproblemowy check in i check out, wyposażenie - garnki, sztućce, talerze, toster

Dit appartement ligt heel erg centraal. Vanuit Boni kun je lopend naar het centrum, strand, winkelstraten, andere wijken/buurten. Taxi stop ligt voor de deur. Appartement is ruim, bedden slapen goed. We kregen een code via whats app, voor de voordeur en deur van appartement. Met de eigenaar contact gehad over schone handdoeken, deze werden de dag erna rond 9:00 gebracht. Wel zelf contact opnemen anders wordt dit op de 3e dag gedaan. Appartement zelf schoonhouden daar er in 5 dagen niemand is geweest om de poetsen. Geen idee hoe dit is als je langer daar bent, maar communicatie gaat prima via whats app. Er is een wasmachine en droger, strijkijzer en mini strijkplank, handveger en blik, föhn, kluis, mini vaatwasser, krups koffiemachine (dolce gusto), waterkoker, douchegel, airco aanwezig. In de straat ligt een koffietentje wat om 7 uur open gaat, hier krijg je lekker ontbijt en een cappuccino. Tegenover Boni ligt een 24 uurs supermarkt. We hadden geen mooi uitzicht, maar ons maakte dit niks uit want we waren de hele dag op pad. Je hoort wat rumoerigheid van de straat, wat met oordopjes goed op te lossen valt mocht je een lichte slaper zijn. Al met al, een top tripje gehad!!

Als er een minpuntje te zoeken valt: Een rekje in de douche was handig geweest om spulletjes op te zetten.

The apartment was in a great location, right next to shops and cafes and 5 minute walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was good., staff were very helpful and nice.

No one came to clean the room and we were there for 6 days. Also, the air conditioner wasn't working properly and had a loud noise..we were looking onto a block wall from the living room window. New towels are also needed.

posizione centralissima, appartamento di ottime dimensioni e dotato di ogni comfort. comodissimo il checkin e il checkout. palazzo silenzioso.

unico piccolo difetto: poca luce naturale nella zona giorno, ma purtroppo per come è fatto il palazzo. comunque nella zona notte la finestra c'è e l'illuminazione artificiale in casa non manca.

The apartment is perfectly located right on La Rambla, offering great connections to the city center, beaches, bus stations, and charming nearby neighborhood (just around the corner). It was very clean, and we were well-provided with toiletries and fresh towels during our stay. I highly recommend it for a 3-4 day trip.

Given its central location, expect some street noise and traffic sounds, especially at night. The walls are also quite thin, so you can occasionally hear neighbors upstairs (like the shower or toilet flushing). Lastly, while the kitchen is technically fully equipped with appliances like a microwave, keep in mind that essentials like coffee, salt, and oil are not provided.

Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie blisko, czysto, w budynku cicho, obsługa fantastyczna, w dniu wylotu mogliśmy zostawić bagaże w szafce i jeszcze była możliwość skorzystania z ich ręczników plażowych i parasola, aby posiedzieć na plaży, a potem skorzystać z łazienki :) super sprawa!! Kontakt z obsługą również znakomity!
