The bathroom vanity space is so small, my husband and I can’t share the space for our own amenities. The guestroom interior materials are so hard you can hear foot steps, conversation if its loud enough, and even door closing in the corridor. The changing room amenities are too minimum. Overall staff are great and the spa was really good. But again because of the hard materials, there is not enough filter for sound

Kanafa in Vong Kitchen of Alila was super enthusiastic and helpful. She made sure all my needs and orders were met quickly and followed-up. All the staffs in Alila was also the same! Would highly recommend to my friends and colleagues who are visiting Jakarta to stay at Alila!

Very satisfied with the breakfast menu. Rooms are well maintained and proximity within establishments around SCBD is great. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Hassle-free check in process is much appreciated. Will definitely book in this hotel on my next JKT visit.

Loved their service. Loved the people. The staffs were very nice and they wet above and beyond. Very considerate with our requests. Exceeded our expectation. Room was spacious. Complete with all that we needed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. If ever, Ill be back in Jakarta, I would choose to stay in Alila again.

Love the configuration of twin-bed occupancy room, it is one-of-a-kind which i've not experienced in other hotels before. Sharing a space with someone else but at the same time it feels like i have my own space and privacy! The hotel is literally opposite of Pacific mall with great shops and restaurants. I will definitely repeat my stay at Alila SCBD when i visit Jakarta again in the future.

I had a great stay at the Alila SCBD in Jakarta. I have visited the city a number of times for business over the last 4-5 years but have never stayed at this hotel. I had a great experience - the hotel is well managed and staff are uniformly friendly and helpful. The restaurants offer a nice variety with reasonable pricing and the spa is a nice facility. I especially appreciated staff friendliness and helpfulness.

Tranquil oasis in the heart of chaotic metropolis.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Helped to carry my luggage to the office building next door despite me saying it was fine a few times. Also helped to install a MI stick almost immediately which allowed me to access Netflix and YouTube when I was inquiring about it (even though they initially said the team would only be available next morning). They go far and beyond to provide the best services they could.

Hotel is modern, room is big and very clean. Staff are all friendly and the food selection and the food itself are both great. The sit-down breakfast is a good idea. Buffet breakfasts are too overwhelming sometimes. The location is in the middle of a bustling modern city. Lots of nice restaurants and malls to go to.

Great room space and amenities. Service staff at check in counter, airport transfer and at the restaurants are excellent. The breakfast selection is good as well as Chinese food at the roof top bar, very tasty indeed. The location of the hotel is at center CBD, very convenient.

One of the best hotels if not the best in the area. The location is amazing, the amenities were all to the standards of a 5 star hotel, and the staff were so all so friendly. The restaurants are also very good. The breakfast is order based rather than a buffet style and i enjoyed most of the items on their menu. Also Chao Chao is an amazing rooftop restaurant that i recommend for everyone staying here to try at least once

Very loud music until 3am

The location was excellent right in the midst of business district and next to Pacific Place Mall. I could fix many meetings at the mall and local people were willing to travel there. The room was awesome. The bathroom had a bath tub overlooking the city. The bedroom was big. It has a closet too. The amenities in the room was very good. Water was given in glass bottles - seriously awesome! Special shoutout to housekeeping who cleaned my room twice on 1 day because my room became overused in one afternoon. They would have checked and cleaned again. Really, never experienced this anywhere else. They have an excellent roof top bar. Please go there at least 1 evening.

Breakfast choice is limited with ala carte options only. So, for a family with kids might be challenging. The WiFi can be of better quality I was on the 7th floor and there was traffic noise from the busy road below which disturbed sleep specially in the morning. The bathing area in the bathroom has a problem - the water leaks into the main bathroom. There is no partition. It is expensive. Costed me MYR 5000 for 3 nights. So, around USD 372 per night. But, I think mainly it can be justified mainly because of the location

Excellent location! Slightly more on the expensive side but the same is made up by room size and service. WiFi quality can be improved better. Breakfast choice is limited. Amazing rooftop bar. Amazing housekeeping services. Sleep quality gets affected because of traffic on road outside, I was on 7th floor. Room amenities are awesome.

We had an amazing stay at Alila, one of the best hotels I’ve been to in a long time. The hotel itself is beautiful, services and facilities top notch but particularly the service provided by all the staff in the restaurants and reception and especially Adi who chauffeured us from the airport and was a great help throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Jakarta Highly recommend the breakfast deal

This was my first time at Alila SCBD...Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast spread and great location in SCBD. The gym and swimming pool was also fantastic! Didn't get to use the spa or visit the rooftop bar, so definitely will come again in my next trip.

This was my first stay at an Alila property, and I had very high expectations based on reviews I read about the Alila brand. However, this stay exceeded my high expectations. I was made to feel like an honored guest in the hotel. The staff greeted me by name every time they saw me. Instead of a lounge, they provided Globalist with breakfast and dinner (happy hour) in the restaurant. The food quality in the restaurant was top notch and much better than typical lounge food. I was upgraded to their largest room, which was not a 2 room suite, but was very spacious, clean, and well appointed. Although this is a category 3 Hyatt property, my stay was equivalent to a 5 star hotel stay. I highly recommend the Alila hotel when visiting Jakarta.

I especially enjoyed the quality and presentation of the meals, which added to the overall positive experience. However, I found the service at the bar at Vong to be lacking. While the ambiance is appealing, the staff could benefit from improved attentiveness and efficiency to enhance the guest experience. A little more focus on customer service would make a noticeable difference. On a brighter note, the rooftop skybar was a highlight of my visit. The view from the top is breathtaking, offering a panoramic look at the cityscape that makes for a perfect setting to unwind. The drinks served were well-prepared and flavorful, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, with only minor room for improvement at Vong’s bar. The combination of great food, easy access to amenities, and the charm of the rooftop skybar made it a memorable experience.

I am so happy to have stayed here. The pool on the sixth floor outdoor roof-deck is huge and good for laps as well as child’s play. My room was elegant and comfortable and well stocked with chamomile tea, water, coffee. Breakfast at Epice downstairs is delicious with something for everyone; I personally loved the liver and chicken. Staff are lovely. The bar on the 29th floor has a ‘secret’ happy hour.

We were in Jakarta to support the family of our colleague who tragically passed away. The Alila staff were exceptional in their response and very sensitive to our situation. They took good care of the grieving family and also the rest of us who were arranging the final rites and documentation. Special mention to Karl, Hans, Ellysa and Sabrina from the Front Desk and Ilham, Wildan and Akar from the Concierge team. We will never forget your kindness! Thank you for giving us strength and supporting us during such a difficult time when we were all grieving.

I stayed 3 nights in Alila. I had an amazing experience overall. Check in/out experience and valets make you feel welcome home. Pool & gym have the best view, massage was the best. Breakfast is so good, the team is very efficient and kind, special mention to Dimas! Also very nice rooftop bar with welcoming and cool staff ! It was too good thank you all ☀️ Nicolas

Overall experience staying at AliLA SCBD hotel was excellent. Staff paid attention to me and very helpful. They suddenly attended my request such as i requested a transportation in 30 mins. I like their breakfast options too. Room is clean and comfortable. I always feel pleasure staying at the ALiLA SCBD hotel.

The location was great, right next to the Pacific Mall, for the price I expected a little bit more amenities.

I did not like the room, it was a very random layout and felt cold ie. no decorations or anything to brighten up the room!

The staff were so efficient and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and had all the space I needed. Location was perfect as it was close to all my meetings and work places.

The 3-legged stool in the room is a safety hazard it's not stable and both of us fell off it twice! Please consider to change it as this would pose danger to more fragile guests. The twin room although spacious, is still an inconvenient layout especially if housekeeping wants to get to the curtains they would have to step ON the bed before they can reach it! This is really unhygienic!

Excellent service, particular mention to the concierge who was very helpful and a credit to the team. Great room, comfortable, very quiet, the bluetooth speaker was nice to have in the room as well. Convenient location to the Pacific Place mall next door. Mini bar and fridge available, power points and USB ports dotted in the room. Rain shower was nice and hot water constant. A brilliant place to stay and highly recommended.

The hotel is brand new and very nice. The location is excellent - numerous restaurants and a great mall right across the street. My only complaint is that the staff is still very inexperienced. There were a number of situations that highlighted this fact. I should note that the staff was always friendly and accommodating, but they still need training and practice. This will be a great hotel in time once the new staff/ new hotel bugs are ironed out.
