The beds were reasonable although the linen looks really worn out.

Staff interactions. Receptionists were not helpful and intimidating when my relatives who were the main guests took time to present their identifications. My relatives felt the staff were condescending due to their appearance (provincial people).

Proximity to the hospital where a family member was confined.

The aircon was leaking. I informed the staff. My wife informed the staff. I personally mentioned it to the housekeeping crew along the hallway. We got back from being away for more than 8 hours and the room was not made despite the sign on the door.

The aircon was leaking. Called the reception and she said she would have it attended to the following morning . NO ONE CAME. I posted a MAKE ROOM sign and when we got back at almost midnight, the ROOM WAS NOT FIXED AT ALL. Before we left that morning, my wife talked to the morning male receptionist and still nothing done. On our way down, I mentioned it to the room attendant cleaning the room in front of the elevator. We requested to be moved to another room and that took more than 30 minutes .

They accommodated an early check in and a late checkout.

They need to monitor the water at the dispensers. Many times it is already empty in the evenings.

The staff was great and service and place was good

I was unable to get a good sleep because the other room was noisy. I called them about it. But it's still noisy. I have to wait until the people in the other room were asleep before I can try to sleep myself. I don't know why some people don't have respect or regard for others. I have to sleep early since I have a flight to catch. It seems like a crazy person has to wait for the very perfectly normal people to sleep for them to be quiet and that crazy people can sleep too.

Perfect location for exploring The Circle area. Comfy beds.

All good for my purpose. Love the food buffet outlets and dimsum places nearby

No breakfast Location is good.

No hot water, shower head needs replacing, bad smell straight away once you get inside the hotel lobby. The view outside is another wall. Ripped towel and so on. The place is needed a major renovation.

There’s a bit of bathroom smell. The blanket had blood stain but I just saw it when checking out because it was covered by duvet cover.

improve your services to achieve customer satisfaction by giving the highest level of quality service to all your customers. front desk associates dont greet. they are focused on their phones and/or other things at all times. for sale items are too expensive. provide new and thick towels. aircon not cold even at its lowest temperature.

1. No towels (checked in around 530Pm, they provided towels around 7PM 2. Tried calling their lobby for more than 5x but they only answered me one time 3. Small cockroaches (bed, table and cr) 4. Exhaust fan (CR) is not working. 5. Elevators feels like im being suffocated

Staffs were not attentive, we requested for floor towel three times, only when we got mad already they gave us and housekeeping wasn't properly informed. Aircon was leaking, reason why we needed floor towel as well, it was mid night and we have settled already and didn't want to move to another room.

Tried to cancel my reservation via email but they arent responding… they just keep routing me to their timog branch no one is answering… now, i never used my reservation and was still charged for the full price… please hire people in ur customet service that are useful..

Best value for money. This hotel is located in Timog Avenue which is near a lot of restaurants, malls, bars, stores and is beside a popular chinese buffet. The rooms are more than adequate and I love that they have a separate shower and toilet room. The staff are attentive and there is a 24/7 security on the premises with cctv cameras on hallways and elevators. I asked to be transferred to an even numbered room on my 2nd night for a better view which they granted when there is a vacancy/ room available. Though, I wish they could offer an optional In-room Refrigerator or a place to heat up food, like a communual microwave. They do provide a cold and hot water dispenser per floor which is pretty useful.

There were tiny cockroaches in the shower and drainage. The room smells very musty.

My room is and my linen is always clean. Thanks to Aileen my RA and Ela, Trisha FO and also Bryan who always put water in my room. However needs to attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. They are very attentive to my needs. Thanks you guys.

Kinda small bathroom and toilets, one room smelled like dead lizard, so i requested to change room, no rags outside the bathroom, only one staff so it was taking long for checkout.

The location is great, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff's are very nice.

The parking. The guest should be allowed to park their cars on the duration of their stay. If your car stays overnight, they will charge you extra.

Whenever I am in Metro Manila, I stay at Go Hotels Timog. My wife and I are regulars. It offers basic amenities. It is has clean, comfortable rooms & friendly staff. But they need to make sure that shower heaters and bed lamps work without having to inform front desk. A microwave and a refrigerator in the common reception area would be nice.

Affordable room rates that have eco-friendly features and with best massage service. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and will be considering this again in the future. Thank you and good job for embracing the sustainability measures in your operations!

Stayed here for 3x now, and I can say I have different experiences for each one. The location is its strongest point as Timog/Tomas Morato is a go-to place to eat, chill, and hangout. First experience was great as we were booked at a higher floor and it was facing the city so the view was great. Second time was when we were checked in a room that has its air con leaking. Called reception 3x, and she mentioned she'll be sending someone over but nobody came. I just resorted to buying a bottle, and have it catch the leak. Third time was actually okay because the reception was great. I asked to be checked in to a room that was just okay. My gf requested for extra things like towels, and tissues, and it was provided no questions asked. Don't expect too much from this hotel because it's considered a budget one, but if you're looking for someplace to stay that is accessible, and you get what you pay for, I'd definitely recommend Go Hotels.
