UGLY ASS HOTEL!! Not worth your money even one bit! I THOUGHT THIS IS A 4 STAR HOTEL, the service was good but the place, its UGLY! It feels like I’m in a cheap motel. I would not recommend, go to other places for better experience. I am never coming back here, this place is HAUNTED! I am thinking of reporting this incident, but I didn’t because I think the hotel was packed that day and I won’t be able to change rooms anyway. I was on 15th floor, the ambiance is sick I never felt comfortable in this place. This is not the rest you’ll look for.

Excellent stay! The staff were friendly from the receptionist Marc and Ace. They are very professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Outstanding service made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We stayed here for our anniversary, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Everyone was very accommodating, especially AJ at the front desk, who made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of.

Extremely frustrating front desk. They take a card as security. Then make you wait 20 min while they check the bar fridge. No other hotel does this. Toral disrespect of the client. First room was terrible. Do not get a room at the front of the hotel. It's 2 star. The AC sounds like a jet.

Luxent Hotel has truly become our little home away from home over the years. It’s our favorite place whenever we want to slow down, take a break from our usual routines, and simply enjoy quality time together as a family while recharging. Honestly, we often end up just relaxing in the room because it’s that comfortable — cool ambiance, cozy beds, and a huge cinematic TV that makes staying in extra enjoyable. But one thing we never skip is visiting the Vertigo Pool. The nighttime atmosphere there is always a vibe: relaxing lights, cozy surroundings, warm water and a beautiful view from the top of the building. The lobby and public areas are consistently clean, elegant, and photo-worthy, making it hard to leave without taking a few memorable snapshots around the hotel. Both the Garden Cafe and Vertigo Pool Deck Bar also serve a satisfying variety of food and drinks. We especially enjoyed the warm and tranquil atmosphere at the pool bar — even though the Mongolian dishes were a bit spicy for my senior Dad’s palate, the videoke session and the beer definitely made every bite tolerable. :) What makes every stay even more special is the people behind Luxent. From Reservations, Security, Concierge, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Pool and Bar, Garden Cafe, and even the hardworking back-office teams — everyone contributes to the warm and welcoming experience. We can genuinely feel the teamwork, care, and passion in the way they look after us, their guests. Thank you for always making our stays comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. Luxent Hotel truly offers great value for money. We are looking forward to visiting again soon (and hoping the pet-friendly rooms will again be available). P.S. We also appreciate the drinking water stations available on every guest floor — a thoughtful and eco-friendly feature that keeps guests refreshed while helping reduce plastic waste and care for the environment. Lift was broken, buffet food below average, staff couldn’t accommodate my orders for food or drink, cocktails were the worst I’ve had ever anywhere, location is rubbish, extra charges at the end of stay, no way is this 4 star. What a joke.

Very accommodating all the receptionist even the staff hands up lahat ng request and needs namin they all did well handle. Sa gym well prepared even on the roof deck pool they’re attended to give towels 👏👏👏 Napakarelaxing ng room, fave kong room is executive soafer love it. Not exaggerated but this is our experience. We’ve been to other 5 star hotel. But definitely could go for this a 5 star hotel 👏👏👏 Will definitely come back again and again our first choice of Hotel to go

Staying at Luxent Hotel has been a truly wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff are exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food is also excellent—well-prepared, delicious, and with a good variety of choices. Dining at the hotel has definitely been one of the highlights of my stay. I’ve been enjoying my time here so much that I decided to extend my stay until tomorrow. That alone says a lot about how great the experience has been. Overall, my stay at Luxent Hotel has been enjoyable and memorable. I would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to coming back again.

For approx 12 years i am staying in this hotel if on vacation in Philippines. Now there is this big competion, new hotel, named Solar. Luxent stills feels like coming home, there is were my loyalty remains.

Luxent became quite expensive after Corona, be carefull that clients dont choose Air bnb over Luxent, and there are a lot in subdivision , guarded 24/7 with pool as well.

friendly staff in the buffet area like the manager “jay_ar” who handled me n my family with extraordinary service. Also with the staff in house keeping “victor pulvera” who is so nice with us. Overall I give this hotel an excellent service.

It was quite spacious but crowded with rather long and convoluted check in process.

Back at Luxent last Friday for an overnight stay. If my recollection is correct, my last stay here was still before the pandemic and now: - the hotel has a new wing (which is good!) - they have more parking spaces - the breakfast buffet area is way better than before (more food options) - pool looks better. The housekeeping staff and other hotel personnel were kind and attentive. Needs improvement on: 1) Check-in process. I arrived past 1pm (but close to 2pm already, I believe) and the room is still not available. Truly understandable because 3pm is the hotel's standard check-in time. I was told by the receptionist that I will be notified soon as the room is ready. And so I waited at the cafe area adjacent to the lobby, opened my laptop and did some office work while waiting. Time passed by and it's 3pm already. I still have not been informed if my room is ready. I'm a bit anxious because I have a virtual meeting .at 330pm, and I was hoping to be able to settle in and prep my files/materials in my room before the meeting starts. I went back to the reception to check if my room is already available and the receptionist said "YES". Unfortunately, this receptionist guy is not the one who told me that I will be notified once my room is ready... so in my mind I was asking (I thought you're going to notify me? When will you inform me about my room - 4pm?). 2. Room amenities / supplies. My room is at the old wing. It was clean and no foul odor. However, the bath and hand towels were noticeably worn-out. They were dirty white in color to the point that I cannot even distinguish which one is the rag and which is the hand towel? There's toothbrush and the usual hand soap and lotion, but there was no comb provided (the typical small comb), no cotton pads, no cotton buds, not even a shower cap. I wonder if the rooms at the new wing will have the same set of toiletries / room amenities? 3. Breakfast buffet. No "to-go" option for your buffet breakfast allocation. Almost all of the hotels I've stayed at have this option already. It's helpful because sometimes, I need to check-out of the hotel early, way before the breakfast buffet opens... and so having a "to-go" option for buffet will not make you regret that you booked a room 'with breakfast'. Anyway, I went to the buffet breakfast area at the ground floor a little past 630am. I was led to my table and the waiter poured / gave me glass of water. When I came back to my table after getting some food, i was surprised that there's a couple who took my seat. I can even see my glass of water on their table. Is there no table assignment? Overall, it was a pretty decent stay. Three (3) stars for the experience.

Good location. Lobby is beautiful. Rooms are big. Breakfast is so so nothing to be excited about. Staff are friendly and attentive.

We stayed at the older building so understandably, the facilities showed aged. The bathroom door will not close unless it is locked and the toilet bowls areshowing some stains which makes it looked dirty even though it is clean.

Our family stayed at Luxent Hotel from January 21–25 while attending my grandmother’s funeral. Unfortunately, our experience during this already difficult time was extremely distressing due to how an incident was handled by the hotel staff. During our stay, my father’s vehicle (a Ford Ranger) was involved in an incident near the hotel’s front lobby stairs. A security guard was actively guiding the vehicle. Based on the CCTV footage that was later shown to us, the car was moving forward while the guard stood in front and continued gesturing for the vehicle to move forward and turn — not to stop or reverse(for better maneuvering). My father, acting in good faith and trusting the guard’s instructions, followed these signals. But this then resulted in the vehicle hitting and damaging the stairs. What made the situation worse was the Incident Report, which was shown to us by Ms. Rachelle Garcia on January 24. The report stated that “the guard immediately assisted the guest in maneuvering backward” and that the turning of the wheel resulted to the damage but this clearly did not match what was shown in the CCTV footage. The car never moved backward at any point. The integrity and reliability of the incident report appeared to be compromised due to clear inconsistencies with the CCTV footage that was shown to us. Additionally, the CCTV footage showed that there was already a cone placed near the stairs before the incident, raising questions about whether the area may have been previously damaged. I raised these discrepancies with Ms. Rachelle Garcia and referenced Article 2176 of the Civil Code of the Philippines, which states that damages should be borne by the party that was negligent. In this case, my father was not negligent — he merely followed the security guard’s instructions. The negligence clearly lay in the incorrect guidance given by the guard. Despite explaining this, Ms. Rachelle firmly insisted that the fault was entirely my father’s. There was no openness to reconsider the evidence shown in the CCTV. What was especially painful was that this blame was placed on a grieving senior citizen, on the very day of his mother’s burial. We were told that unless we paid the charge, we would not be allowed to check out. Because we were rushing to the burial, we felt forced to pay despite strongly disagreeing with the conclusion. I would also like to mention Marx and Marvin, who were involved during the process, as part of the overall handling of this incident. This review is not about the amount charged, but about how the situation was managed, the lack of empathy, the inconsistency between documentation and actual footage, and the refusal to acknowledge possible staff error during an extremely sensitive time for our family. I sincerely hope Luxent Hotel reviews this incident properly, including the CCTV footage handled by Ms. Rachelle Garcia or the security team. How this was addressed left us deeply disappointed, especially given the circumstances surrounding our stay.

While waiting to be seated, the staff member cleaning our table brushed all the crumbs directly onto the floor. This was surprising and felt unhygienic, especially in a dining area where guests are eating. In addition, the pancakes were already unavailable by 9:00 AM, which was unexpected considering breakfast service was still ongoing. Given the price of the breakfast, the food selection and availability did not meet expectations.

Standard breakfast is good but I never like it when a hotel uses an alternative room such as New Year’s Day. No coffee machine, no chef to cook omelettes etc

The staff were warm and friendly. The location was ok. The water pressure in the toilet/bath was decent. That’s about that’s all good about the hotel.

The rooms are dingy, the furniture needs an upgrade. The towels have seen better days. The tv remote was faulty we had to ask for replacement twice. The tv itself was super slow to function, we used our personal Netflix account on it. The rugs in the lobby, hallways, and in the rooms need to cleaned more thoroughly if not replaced entirely. The floors in the lifts are constantly wet because of guests who used the pool.

My family and I spent our Christmas here at Luxent and had a really pleasant stay. During the check-in and check-out process, the staff were acommodating and friendly which made the process smooth. The room we stayed in for the night was clean and had all amenities we need (a hair dryer, an electric kettle, a heated shower, and such). We spent the night at the game room and sat by the pool. We also tried their breakfast buffet and enjoyed our meal (a great way to start the day lol). The hotel's location is also a big plus. Lots of cafes, restos, and convenience stores nearby. We had a really great stay, overall. Definitely consider coming back in the near future and will recommend this hotel to our friends and loved ones. :)

The hotel itself is really nice and great location to get anywhere within Quezon City and even Manila.

Initial greeting and checking in was simple. However as the nights went on (stayed 4 nights); the staff in my opinion was unprofessional with some things. First off, room service/cleaning was at/around 8am every morning. There is room signs for “silence” however, the walls are so thin you hear them throughout the entire morning. While I’m on vacation, it’s very rare I wake up earlier than 8am so this was very disturbing. Secondly, my wife by chance was on her period and unfortunately left a stain on the bed sheets; while we checked out we were told we had to pay a fee. Regardless of how small or big, charging a customer that fee—is ridiculous. It’s natural and happens with or without pads. Lastly, checking out—luckily I didn’t have a flight but while checking out I was told we had to “have the room checked” and was quoted to 5-10mins, it took 20 mins and we were in a rush to head towards Manila to check into a different hotel. Got to the point where my wife had to go to the concierge desk to ask if we were good and then found out we were good.

Didn’t know that there’s a luxurious hotel closer to home. We felt relaxed on our spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms! Thanks to the receptionists that went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and clarifications and to Kuya’s at the breakfast buffet, for accommodating as well our request to serve the meal for our mom upstairs that can’t go down to the buffet area. 🤗 Thank you so much also to Sir JR Dimayuga for the smooth experience!

Our stay in luxent took it over the top with the amazing staff and customer experience. Bartender Arvin took the extra step to make sure we get our money’s worth with the food we order. He also took the time to have conversation about a brief history of Luxent that gave us appreciation of the hotel we’re staying at. In addition, when we needed an emergency errand to the drug store at 4am, front staff Juel took the initiative to run to the store for us. To improve further, I would’ve liked to see updated TV that has newer apps for movies.

To że skróciliśmy tam pobyt.

Bardzo dużo rzeczy było złych, wszystkich nie opisze bo mój czas jest zbyt cenny. Jednak sytuacja na recepcji o 8 rano jest godna do opisania. Na googlach doba kosztuje 4500, a Pan na recepcji mówi do mnie że wcześniejsze zameldowanie kosztuje 7000. Ponadto po zapłaceniu tych 7000 powiedział mi że śniadanie mi nie przysługuje. Nie mając wyboru poszedłem do hotelowego baru. Dostałem 2 karty miejscową i włoską, zamówiłem jajko po benedyktyńsku to jedna pozycja z kilkunastu. Na co kelner mówi że do wyboru są tylko 2 pozycja fasola (angielskie śniadania) Pokoje brudne i klimatyzacja bardzo głośna. Ogólnie najgorszy hotel w jakim spałem.
