location. right in the middle of city centre. On quiet area. House keeping tip top, very fast response. View is stunning

The staff. Reception to security. Not friendly. The way they communicate with customers, a bit impatient & dismissive. Simply lack of customer service. You ask a question, they answer for sure, but the body language is simply denying. I have never have this kind of experience with receptionist from International Hotel Chain. Just weird.

Staying for 1 night at Hyatt Palce Sanya was an extreordinary experience. From the smooth check in experience till checking out. Everything was enjoyable. Having a spacious and clean room really gave me a relieve after a long trip around Sanya. Breakfast wa satisfying and more than enough varieties. It is very recommended for business or family trip...!!!

Food was little too Chinese but was still good

The staffs all speak English perfectly, so it was really easier to communicate rather than other hotels in Sanya. The breakfasts were on point and the room was super comfy.

I just wish they stopped having swimming class every hour, it was diff for people to see their kids having trouble with bumping into them.

Very good location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Like the breakfast very much as they change every day. There are some shop around the hotel, you can get food just nearby.. If you coming over to Sanya, you should consider this hotel.

Non-smoking areas should be assigned around the property for healthy reason.

Staff are committed to customer service and satisfaction.

Sanya Center Hyatt Place is simply the best hotel value for a Sanya stay. Great rooms, great views, great breakfast, and great staff and management that are committed to making customer service the highest priority. It’s not on the beach, but the beach isn’t too far away. And it’s convenient to a multitude of restaurants, banks, and every other type of service you could want. Highly recommended!

Should Include microwave and basic cutlery in room for travellers' best convenient. Staff should make more communication with guest so as to understand guests' need well

The pillar quality is bad

The Hyatt Pace in Sanya is strategically located at the center of Sanya between the Phoenix Road and the YingBin Road. It is very accessible to all the attractions by the public transportation - local buses. It is a short walking distances to most of the bus stops that connect the attractions from the hotel . The view of the daily breakfast on the 23rd floor is panoramic and cinematic and so are the guest rooms on the upper floors. The hotel is clean, the services are fair, the only complain that I have is the BATHTUB is too high, ancient and dangerous for me, elderly and young to take a bath.

The hotel is located in central Sanya with convenience stores, KFCs, Pizza Hut and a good Italian restaurant downstairs. I was there during the most busy times of the year due to CNY! The staff was really helpful and organized guest stays well. The facility of the hotel is very good for this brand also

The Thursday, 12.09.2019 morning on duty swimming pool staff was not very friendly and wonder did he controlled the jacuzzi to stop whenever we wants to use it. The customer service level of this hotel is excellent. During our stay, there is one male staff in particular provided high level of attentiveness, going the extra mile. We are grateful for that. Breakfast was superb with good variety. Overall, the stay was a pleasant one.

The view was great from high floors. Although I didn’t use the gym or pool, it’s a big plus for guests. The front desk staff were very helpful. One of them (sorry I can’t recall her name), even drew the direction to nearby Malls. She also helped to wrap the coconut Shell tortoise we bought from the gift corner. Well done overall.

We stayed in both Hyatt Place Sanya City Center (for easy access to the local attractions) and Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay Resort (to rest & relax) during this Sanya trip. Hyatt Place Sanya City Center - We chose this hotel because of the good review from tripadvisor. This is a new hotel with great location. Unfortunately, I really wish the front desk could take more interest and initiative to assist the hotel guest (as tourist). Just to name one incident we encountered: As mentioned above, we had to move over to Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay Resort after a 3 night stay in City Centre. Not sure if Haitang Bay resort will offer hotel shuttle bus transfer, I approached the reception to enquire if they can provide the email address of Haitang Bay resort. I rec'd a straight "NO" from the staff without further assistance. When probed further, I was asked to search on the website, etc. I felt a bit offended as I would not have troubled them if the hotel's wifi is working fast enough. Thereafter, I was referred to another lady for further assistance. The conversation did not go very well either. Hence, I requested to meet the hotel manager and realised the lady is in fact the front desk manager. OMG!!! Requested/Insisted that she has to make a call to Haitang Bay instead. Glad that she is willing to help and iron out the matter eventually. If the staff is willing to go the extra mile in the first place, our customer service experience will definitely be different!

Very nice hotel with great roof top pool, just wish the weather was warmer. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Good experience and will stay there again.

Hi, I stay at hotels 80+ nights a year and most of them are Hyatt hotels. I am a Globalist with Hyatt. First of I will start with the good: The hotel is well decorated and the rooms were comfortable. Now the bad: The service was HORRIBLE. -staff allowed guests to smoke in the lobby and elevators! They seemed afraid to comfront peolle to tell them smoking was NOT allowed. -everywhere smelled like smoke (lobby, restaurant, elevators and hallways) -Breakfast staff are NOT well trained and threw away our food multiple times even though we were jot finished. They even gace away our seats to other guests when I had got up to get kore ora ge juice. -breakfast items were not replenished -breakfast staff was very rude -cigarettes and trash on the floors of the lobby, hallways and elevators We did not have a good stay here. This was a service FAILURE and not up to Hyatt standards.i even sent the hotel a survey review asking to be cintacted and they never contacted me. Do not stay here if you are looking for high standards!

Hyatt Place was great, location is good, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean, breakfast spread is good. Will definitely recommend to family and friends visiting Sanya.
