Terrible in every way possible! The picture isn’t even of the actually hotel itself!
The place was perfect. I just wanted a nice place to sleep and shower that wasn’t that far from the main attractions of Paris. This was the perfect fit
Had a good 3 night stay here, we found staff all helpful and spoke good English. Shout out to Catherine who was very friendly and welcoming. €50 deposit is required upon arrival for the room so bring debit/credit card, it was reverted back on the day of leaving so all is fine. Breakfast is extra costing around €9 for a petit dejeuner of pastries cake (very nice always running out though) drinks breads cheese ham cereal yoghurt etc. Room always cleaned well and shower was powerful and warm. Bed firm yet comfortable. Drawback for us was location as further out of Paris and we used the public transport (use the RER C train which the train station was a simple 15 minutes walk away. Not too many restaurants in the area although there was a nice one we found, not the Mercure one. All in all very good, if you have a car they have a car park but as we don't drive we have no experience with that. Rooms get a 6 digit code rather than a key or key card.
Great
Had a nice stay. Would definitely recommend
I liked the convenience of the place.
I liked the place for the convenience.
They charged 50 euros saying it’s a deposit and never got it back after check out
The lights did not work for our entire stay
The covered garage is a plus for someone who rented a car to drive to POIs. It was sort of deceiving in the website stating it’s less than 20min drive to Paris. Although it did say roughly 10 miles, it does take a good 40 to 50 min to get to city center. No grocery or restaurants either nearby so you have to grab food before heading back after a long day of exploration. Would still recommend if you’re not just going to Paris when in France. It’s a reasonable base. But I DONT recommend staying here if you don’t have a car. I don’t think the breakfast was worth the price. I would have taken my $ to some better cafe.
Best hotel in the area and clean good value for money
Worst Hotel to stay in Paris
Everything was great , staff amazing and friendly no complaints
Stayed 3 nights at IBIS Gennevilliers. Staff greeted us with a smile on our arrival and made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. They were helpful with all of my queries and available 24/7 whenever I needed them. This is what I was most impressed with. I would like to give a special thanks to the chap with the long hair at reception who was very down to earth and honest. He even organised me a Taxi into central Paris when I was struggling to get hold of one through the app on my phone, which was very helpful indeed considering I had my wife and 6 month old baby with me. So a special thanks to him. The area itself however is very remote (industrial area/train lines) and is at least 30/40 mins drive from central Paris through normal traffic. At rush hour this can take a lot longer. There is a McDonald’s on the avenue around the corner from the hotel and a couple of other small eateries on the same road but nothing more so if you wish to explore, I wouldn’t recommend stopping here and would suggest staying closer to central Paris where there are more options. Otherwise, if you are not fussy and only looking for a cheap place to stay for a few days, then this is not a bad shout. Overall rating out of 10 : *6*
The receptionist was really kind and helped me to find accommodation as I made a mistake and booked for 1 night. Friendly and helpful.
The building was a little hard to differentiate from the other hotel in the same parking lot. Taxi and delivery drivers were confused a few times. The wifi had a lot of issues but the hotel next door was accessible for us thankfully. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. More food was available but not put out until we had eaten the few things available. Our room was very clean and the floor was quiet despite being almost completely full.
Room smelled of cigarettes Window lock broken off Shower was at stomach height for a man of 5”9 Fire alarm went off at 4 am, used emergency exits and waited out front at the muster point at no point did the person on shift come outside to explain or help. He continued to check people in and we ended up going inside again
Nice place
Staff were very helpful rooms cleaned daily hotel is 35mins on train to center of Paris for €2.50 it’s a 20min walk from hotel to train station supermarket is across from station the area is very quiet.
A very decent place to stay, got value for my money
Very Good and Nice Guy in a lobby!
Great Stay – Would Definitely Return! I had a lovely stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing – friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The room was smaller than I expected, but it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, which more than made up for the size. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the train station, so bear that in mind if you’re arriving with luggage. One great perk is that there’s another hotel literally next door where you can pop in for dinner, drinks, or breakfast. The staff there were also very friendly, and it was a convenient option during my stay. All in all, I had a great experience and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour visiter Paris avec transport à proximité
Very clean, comfy beds, staff are very helpful and polite/ friendly, rooms get cleaned and tidied every day with towel and bed changes when you ask. 10-15 minute walk to a RER station with a 45-1hr ride into tho centre of Paris. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for somewhere outside the centre.
They don’t change the towels, don’t have usb to charge any phones, don’t have hair dryer, the bathroom has a smell bad
Very clean , and comfortable. However, the room is not soundproof and on the website it is noted that the room is soundproof.
It’s next train line make noise at 3 am Reception staff are very helpful specially DULASHA was very helpful
Second stay at this hotel, it’s easy access into Paris and actually there is a cute shopping mall 10 min drive from here which is really good. There’s also a really good affordable bakery near the Aldi close to here. The staff were friendly, and the rooms are decent enough. Walls are a little thin, which can be annoying if you have noisy neighbours! But can’t fault the hotel for the price it’s decent!!!
Nice staff
The staff was friendly, and the room size was quite small. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep and take a shower, this place is ideal.
Staff was excellent. They go above and beyond for the customers. Kuddos to to Skander, Haseena and Kathrine!!
value for money! far from the city and public transportation
Beds are small and uncomfortable
Rooms are compact but clean, conveniently close to train station and McD. Easy check in and check out. Its a good place to stay
The property is excellent, located at a quiet area that is easily accessible
Overall rooms are small but clean and nice. Staff is very friendly and approximately 25 min away from center of France.
It was alright, not much
My trip average. The location of the hotel was too far away from Paris centre.
It was a good one night stay and the staff was very helpful.
Very good
Very good as a base to get around .
Transportation limited, no close shopping, restaurants.
A Wonderful Stay at Ibis Budget Paris - Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at the Ibis Budget in Paris and had a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. A special mention must go to **Catherine** and **Niouma**, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Catherine was incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. Her local knowledge and helpful recommendations really enhanced my Paris experience. Niouma, with her infectious smile and friendly demeanor, made me feel at home every time I passed by the reception. It's clear that both Catherine and Niouma take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their guests. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Paris. The room was simple but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being a budget hotel, the level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend Ibis Budget Paris. The staff, especially Catherine and Niouma, made my stay memorable, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Paris. Merci beaucoup!
very clean
The staff were amazing. Great personalities that contributed to our stay. They were helpful I. Every way , the cleaning staff were attentive and always happy to help or answer questions.
First room, the shower drain in the bathroom is clogged Then, I changed to another room immediately, but the second room 's air conditioner not cool enough. Both rooms didn't provide slippers, electric kettle, refrigerator

The hotel was really clean and rooms were cleaned every day and towels refreshed. The staff were helpful when we had a problem with our room and it was resolved straight away. The locations is pretty poor as not much around and we struggled to get a taxi but the metro is about 15 mins walk away.
Had an amazing stay with super customer relationship even without me speaking french. my special regard to the man that made me enjoy every minutes of my stay in the person of Mr Abdel .the reception Manager He was so helpful and was there for me at all times. Helping me to navigate all through france.
The room was filthy and extremely tight. So tight you could not open a case on the floor. When telling the receptionist that it was dirty they said they could do nothing about it and when we said we would leave the hotel as we did not feel safe they said they were not refunding it and it was not their problem. We have stayed in Ibis hotel abroad and this is by far the WORST.
good
The only problem was how to go shopping,
Lovely stay but the hotel is very basic no facilities in the rooms for tea coffee etc. the restaurant doesn’t open at weekends and there is no where else within walking distance to eat so not the greatest location. Staff were very nice and helpful but you need to ensure you have plenty of change or a card for the vending machines
It’s room is very compacted, only 1 chair and it doesn’t even have a phone in the room. The elevator makes quite bit noise every time use it.
Its a budget hotel but poor facility around. the hotel looks pretty and new but poor cleaning maintenance. After returning from our visit into city centre, the room has bugs all over the ceiling. We got our room changed but still feel the jilters from before. Would not return to this hotel. its too far from city centre too.
it was great
Property was economical however was in an extremely remote area, i wont advise anyone to stay here if they are coming as a tourist and relying on public transport
No food, just a food machine that doesn’t accept contactless and the reception had no coins. Resuming, first night sleeping hungry. Two night later someone smoked at 3am all the whole building fire alarm triggered for 10 minutes in the middle of the night and no one came to explain what was happening…. Extremely far from city center.
It is a budget hotel, and it’s what you’ll get. Its location is not the best; it may work for people by car, not public transport commuters (we felt unsafe all the time). Besides, I is far from Avery thing. The room was clean and tidy, except for the shower curtains, and the floor corridors’ carpets were a little dirty. The check-in was easy, BUT we only got the room door code number on our last staying day (arrived on Saturday, left on Wednesday). We have to ask the counter guy to open it whenever we want to enter our room. There was a FIRE ALARM RINGING for nearly 30 minutes at 3:00 AM. It is a good place to save money, but I wouldn’t book out there again.
Wanted cold water to drink and there was no water dispenser/cooler as at Abis Antwerp. Very disappointed. Overall good value for the money paid.
i dinde check in they wanted money upfront and I lost my iPhone there when traced by apple still localized the phone at the hotel and a week later even though the phone is on lost mode still there is nothing. the phone was stolen
Affordable, clean, friendly, quiet
very bad customer
Not much breakfast, but staff were really nice.
Room was perfect for 3! Bathroom was a nice size. Everything was clean. Breakfast was tasty. The staff was so nice!
Morning breakfast was terrible, all the dishes was dirty and the room was dirty and the vending machine all out of services.
The aircon was nof working and when we complained we are told to open the windows which we can't since my wife is allergic to pollen. It isnlime sleeping inside an oven and we were not able to sleep the whole night. Have to move to other hotel.
The room is cute! But girlfriend got bed bug bites here :(
The roomis tiny, you almost wall over your luggage, and the upper bed was dirty, black hair to see on white sheets.. loved the breakfast though, well priced, basic, healthy
The room was clean & comfortable. The hotel is not centrally located, to get to the city it is a 10 minute walk to the train station and then a 20 minute train. There are also no restaurants or bars around other than the hotel restaurant next door. The area is industrial/business. We personally didn’t mind but for those that want to be close to the centre it probably isn’t for you. Overall we had a good stay. The only negative was when we went to check out & asked if we could store our luggage for a couple of hours and we were told there would be a charge. We have been traveling Europe for 6 months now and not once have had to pay to store luggage at a hotel we had paid to stay 3 nights at. I thought that was very odd.
Very good
Nice hotel however no mention of the parking charges which increase with the size of the vehicle. This should be made clear before a booking is comfirmed.
Staff are very helpful and nice , breakfast was good
The staff were extremely helpful pleasant and courteous
I think hotel is nice quite convenient in price. It is in the suburbs of Paris and would do the job if you plan to stop by for night sleep. I would recommend using the bus route which stops in front of the hotel. Tram route over St. Denis does not look safe with scenes from District 9
I had a lovely stay at this hotel for my birthday weekend, my room was cleaned everyday which o really appreciated. The hotel is also very peaceful, despite there being a lot of guests. My only criticism is that the heater in the room wasn’t very good - it didn’t warm up the room as I would have liked it. Thankyou ibis!
Good experience. No fuss check in/check out. Parking is charged at €9 per day which i found to be quite excessive. Breakfast was sufficient, nothing spectacular but then again i wasn't expecting anything spectacular as im aware its a budget hotel. Local area is great for Halal food options a quick search on google will bring up many halal places within a 2 mile radius. Make sure you check out a burger place 5 mins from here Brooklyn Village, the best burger ive had! Also Around 35-40mins from Paris city centre in a car and around an hour to Disneyland in car.
Nice very clean budget hotel location to far away from paris and nearezt train statiom
Clean and nice looking bathrooms. Not a lot of food options though. Vending machines were broken, and the restaurants closed early. Had to order take away. A bit difficult to get an Uber to the location. The price is probably off set by the cost of transportation to the location. Would probably stay close to Paris proper next time.
Wonderful Hotel, and I like it.
Facility is good, service lady is friendly, tried her best to help like providing hot water.
The hotel is great! It has AC which is great in the summertime. The reception is friendly and helpful. Especially Bombileé (not sure if that is spelled correctly) she was very nice! The hotel is clean, new and comfortable It’s not too close to town BUT there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which makes traveling back and forth easy.
Its okay but it should have in room kettle and fridge so people can store their food freshly and room service was bad as the cleaner didn't clean my sons bunk bed for the whole time of stay. Toilet was good but the sink tap was broken and self was bit dodgy unstable. Overall experience is mixed and not very happy though.
The guys in the reception charged us for 3 days breakfast even-though we have requested only for 2 days. The bill was shown to us only after the payment was made. When we pointed out this mistake they told us that they cannot give us back the money and they give us an email contact for raising this. We had sent mail to the email contact but we haven't got any reply. The support for these type of issue is very poor. The property is clean but located in a place where the only option for food is McDonald which is 10 mins walk from the hotel.
Staffs are nice, but there are some mistake about address when I use google map, I been to another Ibis, it confused me, also, when I used Hotel.com to order the hotel, the address was wrong And there is no hairdryer
Had a nice stay other than the fire alarm waking us up about 2:30 Am.
Great service, employees are amazing. They gave us great recommendations on anything we asked for. Overall, very friendly, helpful and would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Paris
Annual trip for Paris sevens was a nice hotel not much around the area but nice staff
Hotel is clean, everyone working there are extremely helpful and nice. But their beds are extremely uncomfortable , their supposedly breakfast is basically bread, croissants, coffee etc. Not worth spending the money for breakfast. The area was good short walk to bus, metro etc. When the cleaning lady came in to clean she just sprayed something from a bottle and wipe the sink, did not sweep or mop the floor. If you’re looking for something cheap and don’t mind the uncomfortable bed then that is your place.
Nice hotel, clean, just further away that I thought from the metro and the city
The colors of the room and hallway were unique. Plus the price was great. Only a 15min walk to the train station as well.
Its a nice chic hotel. It's far away from the city itself. You have to walk 15 minutes to train. Had i known that, I'd book elsewhere. Overall, everything else was ok. Hotel seems new, staff are friendly and helpful.
Very nice stay , reasonable cost for rooms and breakfast. Staff were very helpful including breakfast team .
The hotel was old, but clean and comfortable beds and rooms. There were many choices for breakfast, but the quality of food wasn’t very good. The receptionist had a little bit of attitude which maked him rude... the pool was very small.
