Location and value for money

Apartment could do with some updating andvsoft furnishings.

Advertised wifi - none. No onsite reception or assistance. 1 guard office at entrance gate, unmanned, I checked regulary, no one around to help. Walked for 2 hours trying to find wifi to contact hotel and there is nothing in the immediate vacinity, local hotels won't help or allow you to eat/drink unless you're a guest. The pillows were so old they were lumps of loose stuffing, the bed need urgent replacing, no support. Bathroom was okay, however, hung my towel on the wall hook and the hook fell off. Dirty dishes in the cupboards, had to wash everything before using. Took dish liquid & sponge as self catering. Patio furniture had not been cleaned since as least previous summer. Upon booking it states the pool is open, but you have to search the site every careful, clicking on questions and going through all the sub categories to find info and still no dates simply 'temporarily closed' other hotels open their pools earlier. I have never left a place early but it was so poor that I booked another hotel and left the morning of day 2. I would not recommend given how many other options there are to choose from with better facilities and onsite assistance. Very disappointing, not worth the money spent.

The communication with the owner was not that much good. Shower was having issue in one bathroom but the owner didn't bother to respond.

Lovley apartments and grounds. Very.clean with all equipment supplied.

As we stayed in January, it was chilly at night, more heavy blankets would be a bonus as not available for all beds.

Spacious, large balcony & nice view of pool. Not too far walk from Calis or dolmus stop to be able to get into Fethiye etc. quick response from host when had any queries. We loved seeing all the cats/kittens that were local on the complex

Toaster/ microwave not available in property. Only a few cups/very small glasses. We tried to use the oven once & it completely smoked the apartment out. Power cut out on fuse box a couple of times (even after the arranged power cut) so had to manually flick back on. The thick blanket in the wardrobe for when it’s cold needs replacing. Apartment had a general fusty smell to it.

Great location and no street noise

Very shabby interior, gamaged furniture, not fixed glass shelf in the bathroom which can hurt if falls on baby. Small dinning table in 130 m2 appartments, and only 4 chairs. Old and damaged frying pans, not possible to use them. I have asked to replace a pan and bring one more chair. The frying pan which they brought was even worse.

Quiet location and well kept grounds

Poorly equipped appartement with no wine glasses or coffee mug and very limited cooking utensils. Very poor patio furniture and a rusty clothes drying rack which we had to ask for.

The beautiful setting i.e. immaculate gardens/the large well-kept swimming pool/the design of the complex itself/the spacious apartment with its patio overlooking the pool. .Great showers with lashings of very hot water. Sun-beds and much-needed parasols always available. The superb weather!

The very uncomfortable couch! The very limited English speaking Television channels (none at all on arrival and after complaining, finished up with three.) The inconsiderate 'nightmare' families in the apartments next to and above ours who constantly dragged furniture across the floor at all hours of the day and night!!! The many cats, The screaming kids running riot in and around the pool. The lack of a microwave and toaster. The stained bed pillows. The thin cotton throw bed cover. The arrogance of other guests playing their music too loud by the pool. The stained mattresses on the sub-beds which could do with replacing. The walk to and from the complex down a dirty/dusty garbage and cigarette littered road.

A wonderful place, quiet, well maintained, with beautiful flowers and trees, large and very clean pool, sunbeds. Rooms were spacious, with air-conditioning (except for one, which had no windows either, but we used it for luggages). The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Also the location is very good, beach is a few minutes walk away, and if you travel by car you can easily access many attractions nearby. We had a relaxing 9 nights stay, and we would definitely revisit. 🙂

Pool, quite area 1km from Calis beach promenade

Pool needs edging resurfacing as rough and children cut hands getting in and out.

The pool and gardens were nice, pretty quiet considering the time of year.

Property itself was really tired. No-one to greet us on arrival and no instructions anywhere on how to contact them. We had to be moved from our first apartment after one night as it was immediately opposite a building site where they worked all night! This apartment had lots of problems - freezer seal broken, horrible smell, 3rd bedroom like a prison cell. Helpfully, we were moved to a slightly more up to date 2 bed apartment, which was ok but really lacking in facilities (tiny glasses, not enough mugs and plates, no tea-towel, no washing up liquid) It really wouldn’t take much to leave a small welcome pack with some water, tea-towel, dish cloth and washing up liquid. We had a buy a huge bottle of washing up liquid as nothing else available - and obviously left most of it as I’m sure most people do. Not ideal when you arrive late in the evening and shops are quite a long walk away. Guests should also be aware there are no shared facilities at all, so if you are leaving late on your last day, you can’t stay and use the pool for the day as there is no toilet, or anywhere to wait. In the whole it was ok, needs updating and to be a bit more caring about their guests. Also frustrating when moved from a 3 bed to a 2 bed apartment to be told there would be no refund as they were the same price, which I find very difficult to believe!! Also, WiFi was terrible!

Legend Apartments turned out to be a complete disaster. The staff's attitude was extremely poor. Despite the booking clearly stating that Visa or Mastercard payments were accepted, we were shocked when, upon arrival, the staff demanded cash payment, which was completely unexpected. Furthermore, the staff rudely and unprofessionally insulted our family. Overall, it is highly unrecommended.

Only the pool is good

The most bad thing that two rooms had a very bad airconditions and we told them each day they said tomorrow and they didnt do it (with 40 degrees temp.). Internet is very bad you can say there is no internet . If you have children this place not for you each sound they write you that you are so loud !!! The pictures from inside are not as the real .. furniture is old and bed are not comfortable one of the rooms has no windows lile a prison !. They dont speak english if you need something you should translate. Supermarkets need a car zhere is nothing near the place .

The property was gorgeous and the flat was very comfortable.

There was not enough plates and cutlery in the kitchen.

Ideally located ground floor poolside apartment

No amenities inside the apartment at all. No coat hangers , no cups or glasses. We had to purchase these things, even though the host advised that she would bring the coat hangers, Cups and glasses No cutlery either but as we didn’t eat in the apartment this didn’t impact our stay No room service during our stay so we had to wash the sheets and towels.

Location near the beach

Staying here for the second time. The apartment is basic but comfortable. The swimming pool and the premises are great. A really nice place to stay outside of the town.

A few things need to be repaired or replaced. Bathroom mirror broken. A shelf in the bathroom smashed with bits of glass on the sink. There was a horrible smell in the fridge so we had to air it out. Other small things that could improve the place a lot. And couldn't get hold of any personnel, had to ring the managers.

Firstly, the safety concerns within the apartment are alarming. As parents of two three-year-old twins, we found the lack of carpets or any floor coverings particularly problematic, as the floors proved to be slippery and uncomfortably cold. Furthermore, the absence of safety measures, especially on the stairs, posed a significant risk to our children's well-being, potentially leading to a dangerous fall. Additionally, the remote location of the apartment, coupled with the absence of nearby shops and the unavailability of a car, made it exceptionally inconvenient for us to access essential amenities during our stay. This, combined with the discomfort caused by the cold temperatures at night, resulted in our children falling ill.

Not enough consumables in the kitchen. 1 kitchen towel, sponge and some dishwashing liquid would be very helpful. Not convenient to buy all this stuff for a few days stay.

The pool area was good with comfy beds. Also quite well maintained. The room was also cool as it was on ground floor.

The apartments although look nice from outside inside is grubby. Thankfully I read reviews before I went and took cleaning liquids, washing powder and my own towels. I had to clean the apartment when we arrived and wash all bedding. I also had to borrow pillowcases off my sister who lives theres and the pillows were a lot to be desired. I even had to wipe down the settee. In terms of comfort there is none. The bed was awful in fact it had blood on the mattress which had been conveniently turned over so we wouldn't see. The settee was also very uncomfortable.

This was our second stay , first time we booked a two bed apartment which was ok ,this time we booked a 3 bed , which was not great and needs improvements. There was a smell of gas in the apartment which was not rectified and the landlord claimed the smell came from the drains and lack of ventilation, it was only until.we disconnected the cylinder that the smell went , no microwave so could not eat. The cooker was faulty and felt unsafe. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, especially the sitting room furniture .

Nice apartment, friendly stuff, perfect garden and pool inside

In one bedroom a conditioner had a high noise and almost didn't cool the room, however living room conditioning was enough with open bedroom door.

Stunning place, great atmosphere, spacious rooms and most importantly very clean. Very rich breakfast and delicious homemade products. Location close to all sites. In the end I will not forget the wonderful woman Shirifa who owns the place, a charming woman with character who loves to help people and that they will not lack for anything. In short, we liked the place and added another night. Thank you Shirefa from the bottom of my heart

Location was not suitable without a car.

The location is fine, especially if you have a car. It's in a quiet area, the beach and small supermarkets are within 10 min walk. You can also rent a scooter and use blue bicycle paths to reach the city centre in about 25 mins. The swimming pool was clean, but it's pretty deep, there are no places where you can stand up. The apartment was comfortable, aircons in both rooms, it was cleaned once in 2 weeks time and everything was provided for cooking, however there was no microwave. The personnel was pretty helpful. Overall, a good place to stay.

First of all, I was not aware that they only accept cash for paying for accommodation. I assumed that the money will be taken through Booking.com or else I will be able to pay by card but upon arrival I was asked for cash (833 euro) so I had to go search for ATMs to withdraw the money and they charge around 7% fee for withdrawals so I ended up overpaying around 60 euro just for having to get cash. I wish they would inform about this prior to arrival so I could have the cash ready. WiFi was atrocious. Not only extremely slow but disconnecting all the time. There was no hot water most of the mornings. Not a big fan of cold showers in the mornings. As I understand, they use solar lights for heating up water so in 2 weeks time only around 4 mornings we had hot water, other times the water would heat up either in the afternoon or sometimes only towards the evening. We could really use a microwave. Also there was an ironing board but no iron. No soundproofing so you can pretty much hear people in other apartments around, especially if you're in a ground floor apartment and somebody lives above you.

loved the property. Was a good size. A lot of balcony. nice view of swimming pool. The only thing I would say you definitely need a car. You could walk to restaurants and shops and easy access to beach but if you want to explore further you would need a car. There is taxis, we didn’t use them as we had a car. The pool was big enough and enough lounges. The garden is kept beautiful.

We had to phone to get the manager to come and give us the keys. We asked for 2 chairs to be put on the lawn for us . It didn’t happen. We asked for a blanket and was told to ask the night watchman who wasn’t in the office on 2 occasions we tried. The balcony seats and table were ready for the bin. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should be. I have taken photo. No toaster. No milk pan. We left after 5 nights because the standard and comfort wasn’t sufficient. The fridge freezer didn’t work and they had brought in an old tiny old fashioned one which was not acceptable. The gardens were lovely.

There is no internet connection in the apartments, nor a wifi. There was no staff at all, you have to call them to send someone, while the compound is open without security and anyone can enter anytime.

Not sure I would return. Wifi absolutely terrible. Very far from the beach and town. Even getting groceries was challenging as it was far from the grocers. The place itself was fine. Just average for the price you pay.

The host was very helpful and accommodating. They always attended to our requests with no problems at all. It is important to note that these apartments belong to different hosts, hence the differences in reviews. Make sure you pick a good host like ours and you should be ok.

The sofa in our living room was not comfortable at all and causing us back pain. The internet connection is very bad, and that's because of the area and not the hotel. It seems the coverage there is poor. There is no lifeguard at the pool, especially that the pool is mainly full of children.

Very clean and fully furnished appartement. The pool and surroudings are well maintained. We will definitly visit this place again!

We had booked through Booking.com for Sea Heaven Legend Apartments from 21st July to 28th July 2022, (2 bedroom apartments for a family of 4). Booking Confirmation No. 3875.156.143. We were not received or greeted upon arrival, in fact there was no reception or guest relations desk at all. Staff could not speak English and the service was pathetic. Bedroom door locks were not working, crockery, cutlery and electric kettle was in very poor condition and the bed sheet was torn. We requested on phone for the name and contacts of the owner in order to complain, but no information was provided. Someone by the name of Mr. Jay came on the first day to collect the charges, after that there was no one to attend to the guests’ complaints. Room service would not answer until several calls were made and the cleaning staff came after 4 days to clean the room.. Moreover, the Hotel is far from the City Centre, it took a drive of 15 minutes costing 130 Liras one way, to reach the main market. The apartments were selected based on the reviews in booking.com and guests had gone for a relaxing holiday, which was totally spoiled. Booking.com should remove such substandard properties and misleading reviews from their website.

Too many ants and bugs in the apartment. Suggestions: they should provide a vacuum cleaner and a microwave. Also basics should be provided such as sugar, salt, milk, water etc. As guests arrive at odd times and stay for short duration so not worth buying full packs for a few days.

The apartments are extremely good and are equipped with high quality equipments. 100% would recommend especially for children as there’s an outdoor pool right in front of you. Also if you stay in the Korfez Life Apartment it’s very easy to get around as there’s a taxi stop which you simply click a button. Also on that side there are local shops within a short walk.

If you have children be careful while using the tap for them as the water can be extremely hot.
