denied access when checking In because the booking is for 2 person, while I come alone. this doesn't make sense. the person( reception) is not present when I came at 8pm. I have to wait a while. denied access. need other guess to translate for me(who knows English) even defended me and help negotiate with the person(looks like owner) to give me my room. the likely owner even said that he doesn't want or need my money(translated by the other guest), eventually get the room after almost half an hour of arguments(without the other guest, it's not possible, thanks them, yes it's 2 other guests that help me talked to the owner). room is not that clean , with noisy Aircon and leaking toilets. will never recommend to anyone who's not fluent in Turkish language..

Booked free upgrade and had a triple room in the annex which was roomy and comfortable. Plenty of hot water, Aircon and the Wifi was excellent. No tea making facilities in the room. The breakfast room staff and the cleaners were all very friendly but didn't speak much English although better than our Turkish. It was a continental breakfast cheese, melon, hard boiled eggs, greens, preserves and pastries which we ate outside in the shady courtyard. It was a short walk to the beach with small supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. We made use of the adjacent hotel's beach club for sunbeds and umbrellas. It was a longer walk to the Water taxi but the local buses stopped outside the hotel.

It would have been helpful to have a card in the room to explain how the lights went on and instructions for opening room safe. The owners speak little English so we didn't realise the room key had to put into a slot to switch the electricity on. The Hotel itself probably needs some freshening up during the off season. Also there is no lift so it would be hard work if you are not fit and your room was on the 4th floor.There was a power cut on 1 of the days but it came on not long after we got back. It was outside of the Hotel's control but it would have been useful for a notice to have been put up to tell us the power was out.

Ein echtes kleines Familienunternehmen mit sauberen Zimmer und super Lage. Ganz besonders großes Dankeschön an Frau Gülsüm für Ihre nette Geste an Meinem Geburtstag 💕

Personale molto disponibile, ci siamo trovati bene con tutti. La colazione turca è molto varia e comprende sia dolce che salato, frutta, verdura, caffè, the e acqua. Le sale comuni sono molto spaziose, ci sono molti divanetti e tavoli all'esterno e all'interno e vengono pulite tutti i giorni. Su richiesta puliscono la stanza e cambiano asciugamani e lenzuola. Una finestra si è rotta e non funzionava il meccanismo di chiusura e hanno risolto il problema appena lo abbiamo segnalato.

La camera era un po' trascurata, ma comunque molto carina e con terrazza. Pavimento fatto nuovo, ma non era pulitissima. Di tre interruttori per la luce ne funzionava uno. Doccia e finestre un po' sporche e specchio del bagno sporco.

La hall zona colazione, molto caratteristico e ambiente familiare.

La struttura è distante dal centro di Fethiye, ( da cui partono i tour giornalieri per visitare la costa ) ma vicina al mare. E’ necessario quindi utilizzare un mezzo di locomozione per gli spostamenti A pochi passi dall’hotel però ci sono alcuni market e sul vicino lungomare vari ristoranti Complessivamente le camere, i bagni e gli spazi comuni richiederebbero una profonda ristrutturazione perché la struttura risulta datata Le camere vengono rigovernate quotidianamente SOLO su richiesta tramite l’esposizione di un cartellino sulla porta Il personale è gentile e disponibile La colazione e’ abbondante e d’impronta tipicamente turca

La bienveillance et le fait que la propriétaire est francophone, c’est un atout en Turquie

The host is incredibly nice and hospitable. He kindly upgraded us to a larger room for free. The breakfast is substantial, though it can get busy when there are many guests. The inner courtyard has a lovely, cozy atmosphere which makes you feel right at home. Really appreciate this wonderful stay during our trip.

zeynep was very very nice, she speaks french and made conversation with us which was simply sooooo sweet, all the other personnel were also very helpful and warm. The room was clean and the shower so big and spacious

the breakfast was overall average. the hotel is in fact very close to the beach but the beach in itself wasn't that great (i recommend going all the way to oludeniz instead)

Le petit déjeuner est très agréable ainsi que la proximité de la plage. Bon point de départ pour des excursions pour découvrir la région.

Salle d'eau un peu vétuste. Je n'avais pas fait attention lors de la réservation que l'hôtel était à l'opposé du centre historique et la ville est très étendue.

Nice staff, good breakfast, 150 meters next to Calis Beach, restaurants and bara. Parking places nearby if you are with car.

The fridge in the room was very noisy! (Like a diesel engine) it has some problems! Change it !! 🙂. Room (501 or 506.. i forgot)

Location near the beach

The hotel looks more like a cheap hostel. When we arrived, we got scared. The building looks very far from the pictures on Booking. It is not maintained well at all. A lot of things in the balconies ( not guest stuff ). The boulding needed a lot of repairs..It seemed like a building of flats where people live their daily life in. Some windows covered with aluminum foil.. We took our chance with the hope that inside it is better maintained. When entering Reception, lots of stuff everywwhere…Looke quite dirty. Nobody was inside so we imediately decided to leave. It looked like a dump. We had to cancel booking, loosing one night rate and find another hotel at huge rates, as full season. I can’t magine why so many people gave good reviews, but I would not reccomend at all.

A family-run pension with very welcoming owners and personnel. Nice terrace where to get breakfast and optimal location, just two minutes walking distance from the beach. Recommended.

La struttura è molto vicina al mare e al lungomare. Permette di rilassarsi e non pensare più a guidare. La colazione è molto ricca e servita da una signora che parla inglese, l’unica, molto gentile.

Si hanno difficoltà nel comunicare perché quasi nessuno parla inglese e quindi si ha la sensazione di dare fastidio. Nel complesso però è un buon alloggio.

Комнаты маленькие, кровати стоят притык друг к другу. Все внутри старое, как минимум надо вложится в сантехнику, все течет и протекает. Завтрак очееень простой, пару раз приносили еду из друг мест, так как тут даже элементарных турецких колбасок нет.

Close to the beach and very nice breakfast

Уединенное расположение, в целом город напомнил деревню) Тихо, спокойно. Недалеко есть пару кафешек в которых можно поужинать и магазины, как простые местные так и мигрос, в котором можно купить пицу и вам её приготовят, это как вариант если захотите сэкономить на обеде или просто проголодались) Хороший номер, приветливый и персонал. В первый же день сказали обращаться по любым вопросам. В последствии так и сделали, просили утюг, обратились с проблемой с дверью, которую решили в тот же день и заказали трансфер.

Единственный минус это завтраки, а вернее отсутствие чего-нибудь мясного на завтрак, Колбаски или сосиски были бы к месту, а так единственный источник белка на завтраке это вареные яйца) Если приезжать на длительный срок это может немного надоесть.

Nice location and grandma house vibes

The facilities were falling apart, shower broken, toilet paper holder always falling, door of the bathroom didn’t close, random electric wires hanging out in the open. The property looked like it was all falling apart.

Hotel owners made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs, breakfast was nice. The beach is very close, so are shops and restaurants. Plus there is a private parking. We had great time at this place.

The facilities are a little worn down, but it gives the place it's own charm.

Сначала мы были шокированы видом ресепшен. Но потом, когда прошли в номер, осознали, что все нормально- номер небольшой, но чистый, аккуратный, все есть. Есть также небольшой балкон, где можно сушить купальники и полотенца. Когда будете заселяться, пусть вас не пугает ресепшен, все отлично

Cozy hotel ,family run , the owners and staff very friendly and welcoming. The location is great as it is only a few steps away from the beach with a strip of restaurants. Breakfast is very convenient. The parking is bonus. Definitely recommend .

Завтрак отличный. Пляж Чалыш замечательный, в двух минутах ходьбы от отеля. Мелкая галька, вода чистая, в конце июня уже комфортная, теплая. Заход в море достаточно резкий, сразу можно плыть. Гостеприимные хозяева отеля. Рядом с отелем остановка маршруток в/из Фетхие. По вечерам любовались шикарными закатами. Прекрасная прогулочная набережная с ресторанами и кафе.

Понравилось всё. Место куда хочется вернуться.

Расположение отеля было очень удобным, персонал был замечательный и очень дружелюбный. Завтрак был очень хорошим. Все было супер 👍

Прекрасное расположение отеля: море недалеко, набережная тоже, но в отеле тихо. Замечательный персонал! Остановка в центр Фетхие рядом- можно съездить, побродить по городку. Вообщем, нам все понравилось.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’hôtel Uygar. Le personnel est accueillant et aidant. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment parfait, tout près de la plage. La climatisation fonctionne bien.

The Hotel location, its very close to the beach, restaurants, movida. The room was re done recently, The Turkish breakfast included in the price. The staff was lovely and very welcoming.

It lacked some small essentials, like hangers and dust bins and, clothes line a must at the sea side. It would be great having a small table on the balcony.

The staff were amazing and would give them 10/10 for customer service.

Nach einem kleinen Missverständnis bekam ich nach zwei Tagen ein sehr komfortables Zimmer mit Balkon. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch werde ich wieder Zimmer 202 buchen. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag frisch zubereitet, ein richtiges türkisches Frühstück – es fehlte an nichts. Strand, Geschäfte, Bushaltestelle – alles ist nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Das größte Lob gehört jedoch dem Personal: Vier fleißige Damen sorgen für Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Hotel und helfen, wo sie nur können. Herzlichen Dank an Seza, Gulsum, Muzeyen und Ummü .

Gut geführtes Familienhotel in Strandnähe. Zimmer gut gepflegt und sauber. Äusserst freundliche, familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Betreiber sprechen neben Türkisch ein bisschen Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch. Reichhaltiges türkisches Frühstück. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen und Wiederkommen.

Rummet i sig hade bekväm säng och väl fungerande AC men mindre än 20kvm som det anges som storlek. Väldigt nära till stranden och matbutiker vilket höjer betyget avsevärt.

Jag borde i ett rum som har renoveringsbehov vad gäller badrummet. Väldigt slitet och faller nästan ihop. Vissa rum är redan renoverade tydligen. Frukosten var ensidig och enkel men tradionell sådan.

Everything from the hospitality of the family to the location, the beach is so close 2 mins walk, the breakfast was great and tasty, we liked the tahini and took some from the family. The hosts shared with us great recommendations. Rooms were clean, we had a parking spot for our car. Definitely recommend the stay.

Locatia micului dejun a fost ok...mese cu scaune intr-un spatiu interior celor 2 spatii de cazare ale hotelului , componenta micului dejun a fost aceeasi in toate cele 7 dimineti -branza,cascaval,oua fierte,masline.ceai ,ness ,...rosii .castraveti,verdeata,...multe dulceturi (eu nu le-am incercat ),,,turta dulce (cred !),,,gogosi si pepene taiat...care a fost rece,dulce si...bun . Si paine...A mai fost un fel de salata ...cu iaurt si ardei grasi...cred .In definitiv...a fost un mic dejun ok...as fi dorit un pic de variatie...(carne,peste,iaurt,unt,...etc.)

Dotarile hotelului corespund unuia cu 2 stele. Dupa 2 zile cand am vazut ca personalul nu ne baga in seama,am maturat si dat cu mopul pe jos noi...era nisip..si altele . Dupa inca 2 zile am cerut expres sa se faca curatenie si au venit...au facut schimbandu-ne si lenjeria si prosoapele. Pe urma...dupa alte 2 zile am plecat...Ce sa zic ?..este apa calda ,aer conditionat...un mic frigider si chiar o caseta de valori ! Dar sa va aduceti pahare...in camera nu veti gasi !

Rooms definitely need a revamp very old and tired. Very loud music from nearby to the early hours (understandably not the hotels fault) 3x shampoo - no body wash or conditioner Breakfast was okay, not great no offer of toast, pastries, juice, yoghurt or fruit other than watermelon. No hot food but that wasn’t an issue, continental is fine.

Very good location, kind hosts who are always ready to help, good breakfast. The rooms are clean and hosts provide towels and hairdryer. Also the hotel has laundry service for those who need it. Very quiet area, good for those who want to rest and sleep well at night. I recommend !

Хороший недорогой номер, достаточно просторный для ночёвки. Есть шкафчики, много розеток, балкончик. Рядом море, магазины и кафе. Очень приятный персонал, всё показали и рассказали, помогли сориентироваться на местности, подсказали, куда и на каком автобусе можно доехать. Хороший завтрак.

Некоторая мебель и элементы интерьера уже старые. Но тут тоже надо понимать, что это простой недорогой номер. То есть цена и качество соотносятся. Не люкс, но чистенько и в целом уютно.

Очень понравилось расположение,море через дорогу с отличным пляжем-можно взять шезлонг в соседнем отеле,можно расположиться бесплатно.Рядом с отелем два маленьких магазина,фруктовая лавка,остановка долмуша до центра Фетхие.Достаточно тихо и уютно,приличные завтраки и !!! очень приятные хозяева отеля.Чувствуешь себя в гостях.Хотелось бы вернуться в этот отель снова.

Я изучаю Турцию своим ходом, поэтому ночь после автобуса мы прорвели очень комфортно! Были два дня и 1 ночь. Уютный семейный отель, чистая комната, отдельная ванная комната, завтрак, свежая постель. До моря 100 метров, пляж галечный, спуск в воду достаточно безопасный для взрослого.рядом магазин, очень удобно. По приезду на автовокзале можно взять такси до отеля. С отеля вас могут отвезти до автовокзала или аэропорта Даламан сам хозяин или его сын (отдельная плата). Мы на обратном пути воспользовались домашнему, проезд с карты 30 лир. Я попросила организовать обзорную экскурсию за отдельную плату, за 3 часа обьехали Чалыш, Фетхие и бухты. Одним словом язык до Киева доведёт.
