Номер достаточно просторный, есть диван. Хорошая плитка на полу и стенах.

Плохая сантехника, нет вытяжки, столовых приборов и посуды недостаточно, нет микроволновки и стиральной машины в номере.

Es ist ein kleines aparthotel, indem sich jeder selbst verpflegt, wenn man mächte, es sind vollwertige Küchen. Wir haben unsere Wassermelonen und Getränke im Kühschrank aufbewahrt. Mittags kleinigkeit zum essen vorbereitet. Sicherlich gibt es in der Gegend mehr als Genug. Wir haben es dennoch genutzt. Die Nähe zum Strand, 5 Min. zu fuß. Richtig gut.

L'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato era situato all 'ultimo piano ed era molto carino e accogliente. La cucina dispone dello stretto necessario per poter preparare i pasti in autonomia. Il bagno, invece, l'ho trovato un po' scomodo, soprattutto per l'assenza di un vero e proprio piatto doccia. Molto comodo il balconcino, che permette di avere anche un piccolo spazio esterno privato. La posizione è sicuramente un punto di forza: in circa 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia, dove sono presenti diversi stabilimenti balneari con lettini e ombrelloni di varie tipologie. Nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole, soprattutto per la posizione e la comodità di avere un appartamento a disposizione.

Close to the beach.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing 13-night stay. We reported several serious problems, and NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS PROPERLY RESOLVED DURING OUR ENTIRE STAY. There was no reliable hot water. We reported this repeatedly and were asked to wait, but nothing improved. Eventually, the administrator explained that the property's hot water is heated in tanks, which was very different from the impression we had been given while waiting for the problem to be “fixed.” The TV did not work, there were problems with electrical outlets, and the Wi-Fi was unstable. Cleaning and general maintenance were also below what we reasonably expected for the price. None of these reported issues was resolved during our stay. The advertised view was also misleading. The listing referred to garden and city views, while our apartment overlooked an undeveloped area with rubbish and construction debris. I have photographs showing the actual view. The handling of our complaints was particularly frustrating. Staff repeatedly gave assurances that something would be done, but these were not followed by effective action. Explanations also changed over time, especially regarding the hot water. In my experience, communication was neither transparent nor reliable, and I eventually contacted Booking.com. We stayed for 13 nights, giving the property ample opportunity to address these problems. Not one was properly resolved. Considering the price, the condition of the accommodation, the discrepancy between the listing and what we received, and the handling of our complaints were unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property and would not stay here again.

Очень понравился отзывчивый персонал, расположение - 5-7 мин до пляжа, рядом хорошие бары и рестораны. В комнате и на кухне работающие кондиционеры, удобная кровать. Кухня, где можно приготовить еду. Есть много стиральных машин на цокольном этаже и порошок.

Очень не хватало в душе поддона и шторки, потому что мокрые полы в ванной комнате - это действительно опасно. Барахлила лейка душа, а на кухне немного подтекал кран. По вечерам не было горячей воды. И иногда отключался интернет. В остальном все хорошо

Love the location and the staff were very friendly. Room had a beautiful balcony and air conditioning worked very well. Bed was comfy and clean.

The kitchen lacked facilities such as a toaster and cutlery. Having a tea towel to dry dishes would have been good also.

Отличное расположение, близко с морю, спокойный район. Приветливый англо- и русскоговорящий персонал. Чистые и просторные апартаменты

Расположение великолепное, до моря 300 метров, сами апартаменты просторные, на кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, вся бытовая техника работала хорошо, вовремя менялось постельное белье и за отзывчивость нужно особенно поблагодарить хозяина отеля Мустафу!

Наши апартаменты находились на первом этаже и, видимо, поэтому здесь нужна защита от насекомых, так же в ванной комнате не было шторки для душа

The accommodation is situated outside the city centre but is reachable by bus (about 20 minutes). It is close to the sea and there are amenities and restaurants near it. It is spacious, clean and tidy, and has a balcony. There are basic utensils in the kitchen but no salt / oil / vinegar is provided. There is also a washing machine in the basement free for use during the stay. Facility staff are friendly and try to be helpful when responding to queries and concerns. Overall, a good stay in Antalya.

No salt / sugar / oil / vinegar is provided in the kitchen. A few areas in the room look worn off and needed renovation.

Nice clean apartment, a couple of minutes to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.Overall it was a very good value for money.The guy helped me arranged a taxi when I checked out.Thanks

Trés bon emplacement, à proximité de la plage et des commerces, restaurants. Au top pour se promener à pied. Le personnel de l'hotel était vraiment gentil.

Il faudrait un rafraîchissement des murs de l'appartement. Et mettre à disposition plus d'ustensiles de cuisine dans l'appartement.

I really appreciate location of Anatolian Homes & Apart hotel. Hotel is located just 350 meters from the beautiful Konyaalti beach and 250 meters from supermarkets and a bus stop. Key criterion for choosing a room at the Anatolian Homes & Apart hotel was the size of the room, which at 40 m² is twice as large as rooms in similarly priced hotels in same location. I appreciate high, soft mattress on the double bed. Room also had a comfortable large sofa and a small sofa in front of the bed. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Next to bedroom was a balcony, which I used for romantic outdoor seating and also for my daily exercise. Bedroom was visually separated from kitchen by a lowered decorative ceiling. Kitchen with hob and refrigerator had everything needed to prepare breakfast, including dishes, plates, and cutlery. Bathroom was clean and tiles had a non-slip surface. Hotel staff spoke fluent English, were very friendly throughout, and responded quickly to everything I asked them to do, including arranging a taxi to the airport.

Все було добре. Дуже уважний персонал і до моря йти 7хв.

Очень, порядочный управляющий. Сразу разрулил ситуацию. Так как было написано мест нет, но было зарезервировано. Пришло смс поздно, когда мы уже приехали. Единственный минус, нет лифта, но персонал помогли спустить и поднять. Отличные номера, апортаменты большая кровать и диван..Рада что не номер в отели, так как 2 больших чемодана прекрасно можно было расположить. И ещё оставалось много места. Белье чистое кровать мягкая. Единственное это подушки, но я люблю мягкие. А у них мне так не показалось . Мы даже остались на 3 дня вместо , одних суток. Огромное спасибо. Хорошее впечатление.

Подушки, и нет лифта если на 3 или 4 этаже.

Останавливались здесь всего на одну ночь, но остались очень довольны! Номер чистый, уютный, есть удобная кухня можно спокойно приготовить себе еду. Кондиционер и Wi-Fi работали отлично. До пляжа и магазинов буквально несколько минут пешком очень удобно. Отдельное спасибо Али на ресепшене 🙏 Он встретил нас очень тепло, помог с заселением и ответил на все вопросы. Приятно, когда персонал относится с вниманием и доброжелательностью. Отличный вариант по соотношению цена качество. Подойдёт для коротких поездок или отдыха с семьёй. Обязательно приедем ещё!

Прекрасная локация,до пляжа через парк идти минут 7,в апартаментах есть всё необходимое,чисто,удобная кровать,диван,очень хороший интернет.Ненавязчивый сервис,на стойке регистрации звонок,тут же приходили и очень доброжелательно решали все наши вопросы.На цокольном этаже стиральные машины,порошок.Отлично отдохнули,если будем в Анталье,однозначно опять выберем этот отель.Тем более с первого дня к нам приходила замечательная кошечка и добавила уюта нашему проживанию😊

Расположение, был удобный матрас в комнате.

Ужасный запах в каждом номере. Нет москитных сеток. Посуда очень бедная, мы даже не приготовили ничего. Кухней это назвать невозможно. В доме нет лифта, поэтому могут быть сложности, если у вас есть багаж.

Великолепный персонал. Очень отзывчивый, всегда готовый помочь. У меня было прибытие раннее, меня без проблем разместили в номере. Расположение отеля удобное - близко к морю, улица тихая и спокойная. Не шумно. Номер удобный, просторный, кухня оборудована необходимым. Постирать вещи можно было в любой момент. Даже был стиральный порошок.

Слабый сигнал Wi-Fi. Не хватало шторки в ванной комнате.

Wonderful location and very kind staff

The host welcome was nice. The rooms were clean and had a kitchen. I stayed for 4 days and they helped me with everything. It was quiet at night to sleep. There was no cleaning for 4 days, maybe we should have ask them this. There was no water to drink in the room, you need to bring it with you. It is in a great location. You can find everything you are looking for. It is close to the sea and the price is reasonable.

We really enjoyed the large apartment, missed having a balcony. Easy five min walk to the beach. Great stay highly recommend.

The staff is great, especially Mustafa. He was very friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day. The accommodation is very close to nice restaurants and cafes. It is also very close to the sea and transportation. Everything was great.

Drain smell coming from kitchen sink and bathroom. Mattress very hard. Quite noisy with night calling guests.

Good commute by public transport. Friendly staff. Decent interior (bed, sofa, table etc.). Wifi worked.

This place is 100m away from a pub that run parties till very late night on Fridays and Saturdays. The external window/door of 1st floor unit had broken lock, so anybody from outside can enter. Shower room has sewer smell from drains, that is impossible to get rid of. It wasn't easiest to cook as available equipment was quite poor in quality and scarse in quantity.

I liked where the property is situated, it’s close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The host Mustafá was very nice and accommodating I will definitely book again. Very nice man.In fact I booked already to go back in a couple of weeks.

- It stinks in the bathroom. And the bathroom itself is like outside - a through hole to the street (balcony), so it's very cold there in the evening. The only hygiene products were hand soap. - There has never been any cleaning in the room. - Old equipment. - Very strong audibility of neighbors and the street. - It was very cold at night, draughty because of all the cracks, only the air conditioner saved. - There is no declared washing machine. - There was no hot water for more than half of the days of the stay. - No elevator

I recommend the place. I had a good sleep and enjoy everyday. The people. At the hotel were wonderful and very polite.

Big apartment, really clean, really close to the beach. Kitchen enough equiped to cook.

Curtain doesn't block daylight. We were waking up too early in the morning. Cleaning should be done every 3 days according rules. Nobody came to clean the apartment. About the shower (shared with the restroom).. well, be ready to use squeegee to get rid of water on the bathroom floor. There isn't delimitation or water stop. If you are not careful, water will go all over in the bathroom

The apartment was comfortable, it had all the kitchen amenities needed. The staff on the reception is always helpful. Hotel is around 500 meters away from the beach (10min walk). WiFi connection works fine.

The general state of the furniture and amenities needs refreshment and some fixing. Building has no elevator, so in case there are some difficulties to walk - consider it as it has 4 floors. Cleaning of rooms - every 3 days (consider the stock of toiletries :)).

Location is just perfect! Walking distance to the sea. So wonderful personnel! There is a laundry room available which was great!

The sofa bed was not the best for sleeping. It had some firm part almost sticking out and making it uncomfortable to lay on. Kind of managed to find the position to sleep on it anyways. There were cockroaches on a balcony. But they seem to be of an external origin, not from inside the building. Wish there were more cooking ware on a kitchen like bigger pots for bigger families that need to cook more often.

Location is amazing very close to the beach. Stuff was very nice and helpfull. We even got upgraded to a bigger room which made it even so much enjoyable.

Staying in 4th floor difficult without elevator or left. Some facilities described but not available inside apartment( for example : washing machine. Safety deposit box. Coffee or tea maker)

When we moved in, the floor was somehow very slippery and foamy all over the floor, it smelled like bleach. in the superior apartment that we rented, the balcony overlooked the closed courtyard on the first floor, and there was also a window. The windows were curtained and there was no point in opening them, since they looked directly into the courtyard. Very uncomfortable pillows and the room itself is quite old.

There was very dark lighting in the room, so we almost couldn't cook in the kitchen No hot water in the kitchen İn the bathroom is no any shower curtain - so all the bathroom became full of water on the floor by taking shower.

fiyatına göre iyi sayılabilecek bir yer. ilk 2 gün geceleri banyodan aşırı kötü derecede kanalizasyon kokusu geldi tüm odayı sardı. onun haricinde temizlik idare edecek düzeydeydi, eşyalar eski değildi, klima iyi soğutuyor ve sessizdi. konum olarakta gayet güzeldi ulaşım sıkıntısı yaşamadık. sahile 2-3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. genel olarak orta düzeyde memnun kaldık.

Early check in Nice location

Very dirty!!! There was someone else's garbage and a huge dead cockroach in the room. There was mold in the fridge (which was not cleaned at the end of the stay).

It was a terrible stay and the worst hosts. The hosts, a father and his son, are selling their aparthotel and are absolutely indifferent about the needs of their guests. I stayed for two weeks and had issues with the apartment and the hosts almost every day. The facilities are poor. In the first apartment the kitchen stove was not working and the apartment was dirty. I asked the son of the host to repair the stove because there was the smell of gas in the apartment. He simply ignored me at first promising to repair but actually doing nothing. In one week the hosts advised me to move to another smaller apartment. It was also extremely dirty with dust on the kitchenware and mold in the shower. What is more there was a leakage from upstairs and the water was running on the wall in the evenings. The son of the host told me rudely that they can do nothing with that. The whole day he was smoking and staring at his phone and never asked how was my stay. This attitude was a shock to me. But next day I came to know that the are trying to sell their apartments and everything became clear. If you don't want to ruin your stay never go there.

Great location, close to the beautiful beach, restaurants and bars, everything you need very close by. Lovely family who ran the property, always very helpful and welcoming. The room was a great size for what I needed and had a lovely view of the mountains, a perfect balance for a long term stay. I stayed for just under a month and worked from the flat too.

The only thing I would say is that noise travelled through the building. And it would have been nice to have a few more kitchen utensils and supplies included on arrival like shower gel, shampoo / conditioner etc. lamps near the bed would be great and a small table for the balcony would be good too :)

We stayed here for over a month and I can definitely say this was the best hotel I've ever been in and everyone working there was more than nice. Highly recommend.
