The staff is amazing! Dani, Naima, Bruna, Anastasia are the best 🤩 I am coming back second year in a row with my group and we will be back again. The beds are comfy, facilities are clean and great. Just keep in mind it is located in a hilly place, so you need to climb up.

Great location, walkable to most things in Ericeira. Was clean, employees were friendly and helpful, was also quite affordable. I stayed for two weeks and don’t have a single complaint.

I like most its design Huge space for different activities which is enjoyable for all age group kids to teenage as well as adult. Best for relax trip you will get all aminities inside the hotel. I also love its colour Swimming pool and they offer yoga every moment here you can enjoy

Het is een heel sociaal hostel. Je leert snel mensen kennen, en ze bieden veel activiteiten aan. Ondanks dat is het geen party-hostel. Veel mensen gaan wel op stap, maar geen feestjes IN het hostel.

De douches zijn heel klein, donker, en ogen niet schoon. De bovenbedden hebben geen gordijnen. Ook de kamers zelfs hebben geen gordijnen. Alleen houten luiken, maar als je die dicht doet gaan ze klapperen door de wind. Oogmasker is dus nodig tegen het licht.

Spazi comuni molto belli: pscina, aree sport, zona colazione e divanetti. La colazione abbastanza buona. Bagni e camerei molto puliti. Servizio reception h24.

Camere troppo asettiche, poca cura del dettaglio. Qualche scaffale dove riporre le proprie cose sarebbe stato utile anziché solo il cassettone sotto i letti. Letti troppo rumorosi (ogni movimento sul letto a castello svegliava tutta la stanza). Basterebbe poco per rendere le camere più accoglienti. Prezzo troppo alto rispetto alle altre Surfhouse

The people who work there are really nice, you can remain active and socialize in the hostel in the pool or playing some ping pong, has a kitchen(even though can get a bit crowded in the evening), WiFi worked great

Ho prenotato una camera privata con bagno e devo dire che era comoda e pulita, anche se al pomeriggio diventava molto calda in quanto è completamente esposta a ovest. La colazione inclusa era veramente basilare. Interessante la possibilità di avere la cucina condivisa, ma….

Le zone comuni erano un disastro ma assolutamente sporche e mal gestite sia dagli ospiti che dallo staff , troppo giovane per occuparsi di uno stato così grande. E quando chiedevo informazioni o altro sembravano anche infastiditi infastiditi. La cucina in comune era un disastro , c’erano dei frigo in condivisione dove la gente schiacciava i propri alimenti e la parte in cui si cucinava era indecente. La piscina era sporca inoltre rimane completamente all’ombra di mattina e non c’è nessuna possibilità di ombra nel pomeriggio. Le uniche altre possibilità per avere del cibo era o ordinare attraverso di loro delle pizze surgelate terribili oppure chiamare un the delivery a prezzi decisamente fuori mercato. Il supermercato più vicino è a 30 minuti a piedi.

The location can be a bit inconvenient if you don’t have a car. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, and considering the price, I think there are other hostels that offer better value for money.

The WOT est un hostel très accueillant avec un staf génial, Shane, Nader et les portugais au top toujours là pour aider 😉 Je suis restée 13 jours et j’ai passé un très bon séjour. Les activités proposées sont très sympas !

Toutefois, il y a quelques points négatifs à retenir. D’abord, le petit déjeuner à 8€/jour (ou 10€ selon qu’on le réserve sur place ou non…) doit être servi jusqu’à 10h30, cependant si vous arrivez après 9h30 il n’y a presque plus aucun choix. Payer 8€ pour manger un morceau de pain avec du beurre et de la confiture (pas de choix car les autres étaient vides) est un peu excessif, j’aurai eu la même chose pour 3€ en l’achetant moi même. J’estime que pour ce prix, l’ensemble de ce qui est proposé doit pouvoir être servi jusqu’à la fin du petit déjeuner, c’est à dire 10h30. Ensuite, lors de ma 3eme nuit, toute la chambre a dû être évacuée en raison de problème de canalisation, l’odeur était insoutenable. Si nous ne demandions pas à changer de chambre, l’hostel n’aurait rien fait… j’estime que pour le prix de cet hostel, nous ne sommes pas sensé subir ce genre de gêne. Après ça, la porte a dû rester ouverte toute la journée et la nuit pendant plusieurs jours pour que l’odeur ne stagne pas dans la chambre.

Ogni giorno ci sono tantissime attività da fare ed è molto semplice socializzare, anche se si viaggia da soli. Inoltre, gli spazi in comune sono davvero molto belli e curati

Sostituire i pulsanti a tempo nei bagni per non allagare il pavimento. Solo un piccolo dettaglio

Espaço exterior e de convívio

Ausência aparente de qualquer tipo de limpeza nos espaços comuns e na casa de banho do quarto. Chão da casa de banho inundado à hora do check-in, cabelos, champô, lâminas e não só pelo chão do chuveiro. As casas de banho fora do quarto estavam mais limpas. Beatas por todo o lado no espaço exterior. Funcionárias a conversar sobre a sua vida e vida alheia em vez de limpar.

Ficamos em um quarto individual com cama de casal, com ar condicionado, e vista para o mar. O quarto estava super limpo, e tinha serviço de limpeza todos os dias. A localização é 10 minutos da Praia do Sul, excelente para quem não tem carro.

10/10 surf hostel in Ericeira, no debate. Insane view, especially at sunset. You kind of get absorbed by it. The whole place has that effortless surf vibe: relaxed, social, and fully tuned into the ocean rhythm. Staff were super friendly and welcoming from the start, which made settling in ridiculously easy. If you’re into surfing, this is basically the ideal accomodation. Everyone is there for the same reason, so meeting people and finding surf buddies happens without any effort. I also ended up learning how to skate there, which somehow just fits the whole experience. I wanted to extend my stay after a week, but had another trip lined up. And I wasn’t the only one; pretty much everyone seemed like they’d happily stay longer if life didn’t keep interfering. And then there was Yacine. Pure warmth, always kind, and constantly on top of any issue before it even turned into a problem. He just had solutions ready. He is a huge asset to this accommodation. Overall a great place with amazing people among their residents and staff.

Zimmer war angrenzend an einen Raum mit Balkontür allerdings soweit weg, dass es sich wie ein Raum ohne Fenster angefühlt hat .. Klimaanlage lief Ich durfte die Küche vor 11 nicht benutzen, da das offizielle Frühstück gemacht wurde

Destaco apenas a simpatia dos funcionários, que foram sempre educados e prestáveis. No entanto, transmitiram pouca autoridade para fazer cumprir as regras e garantir o bem-estar dos hóspedes.

A minha experiência neste alojamento foi bastante dececionante. À chegada, é entregue uma lista extensa de regras aos hóspedes, mas, na prática, essas regras parecem não ser cumpridas nem devidamente fiscalizadas. Seria importante existirem avisos visíveis nos quartos sobre os horários de silêncio e respeito pelos restantes hóspedes. Durante a estadia houve um constante entra e sai de pessoas durante a madrugada. Chegadas depois das 2h da manhã, banhos, conversas e barulho nos quartos e corredores como se não existissem outras pessoas a tentar descansar. No exterior, a situação repetia-se, com música e ruído até altas horas da noite. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar. Os quartos encontravam-se desorganizados e pouco cuidados. Nos frigoríficos comuns, a falta de espaço e organização era evidente, com alimentos e objetos amontoados uns sobre os outros. Claramente seriam necessários mais frigoríficos e uma melhor gestão dos espaços partilhados. Para quem procura passar um fim de semana tranquilo na Ericeira e valoriza uma boa noite de descanso, não recomendo este alojamento. Infelizmente, não voltarei.

The higiene was not good, especially in the dorms. There were bedbugs in my bed. Switched to another bedroom and the problem of bedbugs remained. Already reported the situation but I think it is important to report this situation in all the possible ways. Also, since we are in Portugal, please make sure that all workers speak Portuguese. I am Portuguese and in some moments was forced to speak in a foreign language in my own country

Luana e Mafalda são muito prestativas e atenciosas, as duas dão show de qualidade no atendimento. Café da manhã acima da média se comparado com outros hostels.

Banheiro do quarto não estavam tão limpos, porém entendo que isso pode ser um problema de outros hóspedes e não da equipa de limpeza. Os outros banheiros externos por trás da piscina estavam todos sem papel higiênico.

Tive uma experiência excelente no WOT Ericeira! O hostel tem um ambiente super acolhedor, moderno e muito bem cuidado. Os espaços comuns são confortáveis, limpos e perfeitos para relaxar, cozinhar, conviver e até mesmo trabalhar. O grande destaque vai mesmo para os funcionários — todos extremamente simpáticos, prestáveis e sempre com um sorriso. Fizeram-me sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento e estavam sempre disponíveis para ajudar, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais especial. A localização também é ótima, perto da praia e do centro, permitindo aproveitar ao máximo a vila. Sem dúvida um lugar ao qual voltaria e que recomendo a quem procura boa energia, conforto e um atendimento incrível!

Das Frühstück war Ok, aber für den Preis wurde zu wenig angeboten. Nicht so angehm fand ich im Dorm mit Badezimmer, dass dieses nur durch eine Milchglasschiebetür getrennt war. Dadurch war es sehr hellhörig.

J'ai adoré séjourner dans cet auberge ! L'ambiance, la vue sur l'océan, la piscine, le personnel... C'est l'un des rares endroits où je me suis tout de suite sentie chez moi.

Le seul bémol est qu'il est interdit de faire du bruit à partir de 22h le soir. Or, c'est arrivé que les réceptionnistes fassent des late check-out après 23h en parlant à voix haute et en allumant les lumières, ce qui ne facilite pas l'endormissement des personnes présentes. L'auberge est un peu loin aussi des grands supermarchés quand on est à pied, mais la balade est agréable donc on s'y fait vite.

Really nice big space! Nice hammock area, cool ramp for surfskating, there is curtains with the beds so it’s quite private even in shared dorms. There is a bar, and a very big kitchen with nice view, just the frying pans are rubish so it’s hard to cook with it. There’s quite a lot extra activities - joga, surfing, bouldering, electric bikes, but not much free interactions going on

All the frying pans are super old so everything sticks to it - pretty toxic to be honest they should be replaced. No coffee for the guests. It’s a bit far from the town if you want to go back and grab a hoodie for the sunset, but it’s a beautiful walk & views

Como o quarto era hostel com muitas pessoas sentia o nao limpava muito bem! Teve um copo de café que ficou 3 dias no quarto em cima de um banco, espelho sujo de pasta de dente... mas foi so isso mesmo que me incomodou!

Globalement c'est un hostel fréquenté par un type de touristes : des jeunes venus pour surfer sans se prendre la tête. Donc attendez-vous à avoir de l'urine sur la cuvette des toilettes (il y a même une pancarte Your mom is not here so clean after you), des chaussettes qui traînent par terre, et entendre des vos collègues de chambre flatuler. Le système de frigo n'est pas adapté, les frigos sont trop petits, trop peu nombreux et non contrôlés, c'est le bazar les gens laissent des trucs pourris périmer dedans. Durant mon séjour quelqu'un a renversé une sauce noir puante sur mes aliments, j'ai dû jeter des aliments. Dans les chambres tous les lits n'ont pas de rideaux certains n'ont aucune intimité et aucun moyen de se prémunir de la lumière. Le mobilier extérieur en bord de piscine est entièrement k.o. et les matelas moisis, si vous voulez vous prélasser au soleil il faut s'allonger part terre. Les toilettes de l'espace commun ne sont pas nettoyées régulièrement

Gostei bastante do Hostel, várias atividades pra fazer, bilhar, ping pong, pista de skate, piscina.. mas principalmente do atendimento acolhedor de TODOS os funcionários, Dani que fez meu checkin, Luana, Naima, Gabriel, Mafalda que fez meu checkout, Bruna, Thiago.. me senti muito bem recebido! Obrigado a todos!
