Le personnel est adorable et extrêmement chaleureux, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Abdel Samad et Zaid qui nous a d'ailleurs raccompagnés de nuit à notre taxi. Les transports entre le riad et l'aéroport ont été très bien organisés. Hadija a été présente pour nous tout au long du séjour et nous a servi de délicieux petits déjeuner qui nous manquent déjà. Les chambres sont climatisées, confortables et nettoyées tous les jours donc extrêmement propres. Nous vous remercions et avons hâte de revenir ;) Romane et Anaïs

Très bon emplacement en plein cœur de la médina mais dans une rue au calme , on s'y sent bien, coin paisible le personnel est d'une gentillesse extrême, merci à Khadija vous êtes exceptionnelle, merci aussi à Zaïd et Abdessamad qui sont toujours au petit soin et très discrets. Merci à la propriétaire. C'est mon 2eme séjour j'étais l'an dernier au riad Bonheur et cette année le riad Thycas, ils sont à côté, ils appartiennent au même propriétaire. Les 2 sont top. Petite piscine pour se rafraîchir, déjeuner très sympa fait maison jus d'orange excellent fait maison. Riad très propre Merci encore on reviendra

Pour commencer, l’accueil et la bienveillance de Khadija vous apportera du bonheur chaque jours de votre séjour. Elle prendra en compte ce que vous aimez au petit déjeuné, sera au petit soin avec vos enfants jusqu’à disposer les doudous/peluches avec attention sur les lits de vos petits, tous les jours commenceront avec son sourire. Tout simplement, un grand merci à elle. L’emplacement du Riad est vraiment à deux pas de la place Jemaa El fna (10 mins maximum en marchant tranquillement) et pourtant au calme de l’agitation. Le trajet pour y accéder est rempli de petits restaurants/commerces moins onéreux que les grands restaurants sur la place. (Et tout aussi bons) Étant arrivés pendant un période de grande chaleur, la climatisation dans les chambres ainsi que la petite piscine (eau froide) ont été d’une importance capitale pour le rafraîchissement quotidien. Pour le cadre du riad, je vous laisse juger par vous même avec les photos. Nous concernant, ce fut un vrai petit havre de paix. Le salon avec piscine intérieure, la fraîcheur du soir au rdc, le rooftop pour admirer les étoiles et les lumières de Marrakech. Nous vous recommandons ce riad les yeux fermés. Un véritable coup de cœur ❤️

The location of the Riad Thycas is 5 minutes walk to the entrance of Medina and all the souks and shops. When you walk into the Riad you find yourself in a calm oasis, surprisingly can’t hear any noise from the streets. The staff were very kind and went above to make our stay the best. Khalida served a beautiful tasty breakfast every morning, great start to a busy day. We were lucky the Riad had only few guests, we enjoyed the space and pool ourselves. It is a lovely Riad with roof top sun lounges, with a beautiful view to a mosque. Our family had a best 5 night stay, Thank you to the staff, Khalida, her helper, and Zayed.

Nous venons de passer 4 jours dans ce Riad au cœur de la Médina et nous ne pouvons que en dire du positif. Le riad est très bien placé, proche de tout nous pouvions aller à pied à chaque point d’intérêt. La décoration du riad est très typique, ce que nous recherchions. La chambre, et notamment la salle de bain avec la mosaïque nous a tout de suite plu. Notre chambre était tous les jours lavée et rangée soigneusement. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, Zyad nous a accueilli avec le sourire. Dès le lendemain, nous avons pu rencontrer Khadija et Abdi. Le petit-déjeuner préparait par Khadija était tous les jours excellent, avec des œufs réalisés sur le moment. Tout le long du séjour elle a fait preuve de gentillesse et a su répondre à nos besoins. Quant à Abdi, il a également été très professionnel en répondant à nos besoins à tout moment. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce riad, avec une équipe très humaine et qui sait écouter vos besoins.

Fomos muito bem recebidos, e bem tratados por toda a estadia. O quarto foi limpo todos os dias, ótima localização dentro da Medina, acesso fácil, a Sra. que prepara o café da manhã super simpática. Riad agréablement décoré et idéal pour se reposer. Le personnel est adorable et à votre écoute. Mille mercis à Khadija pour son accueil et s'être occupé de nous avec une telle gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est au top et la piscine permet de se détendre facilement.

A great place to stay in the heart of the Medina, full of character and authentic charm. Karima is a wonderful host, Zaid is always happy to share interesting stories and recommend places to explore, and Khadjia keeps everything spotless while preparing delicious breakfasts.

The Medina is not easily accessible by car, but the warm hospitality and unique location make it well worth it.

El personal muy majo y el trato genial ya que nos alojamos ahí y por un problema del baño nos cambiaron a otro de sus Riad y el que nos asignaron como ese excelentes ambos. Además nuestro vuelo no salía hasta las 20h y nos dejaron guardar el equipaje y usar los espacios comunes.

La amabilidad de los dueños! El Riad es muy lindo y limpio. Está en medio de la Medina.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Riad Rita Thycas in the heart of Marrakech. The property is beautifully traditional and offers an authentic Moroccan riad experience while being very comfortable and family-friendly. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality from Karima and Khadija. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and warm personalities made our holiday even more special. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, fresh, and a great way to start the day. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard and was always spotless when we returned. The riad is in a fantastic location, close to everything Marrakech has to offer, yet it still feels peaceful and relaxing. As a family travelling with our 7-year-old son, we found the riad to be very family-friendly and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we had the best week and would highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for a traditional Moroccan stay with outstanding hospitality.

The owner Karima and all the staff were genuinely very nice to us, prompt to address anything that would be necessary and helpful in providing guidance and support for scheduling activities. The room was nice and the pool was great to relax during high heat hours, as well as the rooftop In the end of the day. Additionally, a 10 min walk takes you to Jema Al Efna Square and to the Souks at the same time, and it is quite easy to reach. Also gps works well in the area for your first time.

Localização, simpatia do pessoal, piscina, terraço, pequeno-almoço. A anfitriã Karima fez-nos sentir em casa, sempre atenta ao nosso bem estar e em nos ajudar em todos os tours que fizemos, uma pessoa amável e incansável com os seus hóspedes! Um bem haja!! Com toda a certeza voltaremos!

The hosts are very welcoming. It felt like I was visiting family members. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and made with love. We arrived late at night and booked a transfer. Best decision ever otherwise it would be scary at night without knowing the surroundings. I would stay here again. It's very peaceful. Simple riad but very welcoming.

Some noise is expected as this is a riad (old infrastructure without proper isolation). Light sleepers will find it a bit annoying. You can hear the prayer call very loudly but it is what it is. It's a maze to get there wich can be a bit scary at first but very safe to walk day or night.

Riad Thycas was recommended to me by friends who visit regularly. On arrival I was greeted warmly by Karima and Zaid with fresh mint tea and biscuits. Thycas is a genuine Moroccan Riad; beautiful tiles furnishings and cool plunge pool. The room I had chosen was beautiful with clean comfortable bed, towels and private facilities with air conditioning. Every member of staff were exceptionally courteous efficient and went the extra mile to ensue my short stay was perfect. The quiet sun terrace were wel equipped to provide peace and relaxation. I quickly found my way around to the main square which took approx 5 minutes and enjoyed the opportunity to have a quiet coffee and simply relax and watch the world go by. I can’t wait to return for a longer stay and meet Karima and her team again. If you want a real Moroccan experience I highly recommend Riad Thycas.

Très mauvaise expérience dans ce riad. Déjà, l’accès est extrêmement compliqué : le taxi nous dépose loin et il faut marcher dans de petites ruelles très sombres en pleine nuit, ce qui n’est pas rassurant avec des enfants. À notre arrivée, la chambre sentait très mauvais, et ces mauvaises odeurs ont persisté tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons très mal dormi. Le matelas pas confortable .La chambre était minuscule pour un adulte et trois enfants. Les lits superposés étaient dangereux, avec des espaces tellement larges qu’un enfant pouvait facilement passer à travers. L’escalier était en très mauvais état, mal fixé avec de grosses vis apparentes, ce qui était très dangereux. La douche était bouchée et peu confortable. Nous avons également trouvé des poils et des cheveux dans la chambre. La porte-fenêtre ainsi que la fenêtre ne fermaient pas correctement : seuls les volets pouvaient être fermés. La piscine était sale et glaciale. Au deuxième étage, les transats étaient eux aussi dans un état déplorable. Rien ne correspondait aux photos annoncées. Le pommeau de douche était cassé et coupant, la fixation ne tenait pas et nous est tombée dessus pendant l’utilisation. Les toilettes étaient encore moins stables : même la cuvette bougeait énormément, rendant leur usage presque impossible. Le personnel était malgré tout très gentil et faisait de son mieux, mais la direction devrait vraiment revoir énormément de choses concernant la sécurité, l’entretien et la conformité des lieux. Franchement, établissement à éviter.

Típico Riad tradicional en las callejuelas de la medina. El servicio excelente, nos ayudaron en todo momento desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Nos pusieron el desayuno antes cuando teníamos excursión y nos facilitaron el taxi de madrugada a la vuelta al aeropuerto. Gracias en especial a Ziad, siempre atento y con una sonrisa. Nos sacó los billetes impresos y nos acompañó hasta el taxi a pesar de ser las 4 de la mañana.

Le garçon qui nous a accueilli était très gentil et de bons conseils. Le cadre du Riad est très mignon et chaleureux.

Accueil tres chaleureux de Karima et Zaid,qui ont été toujours à notre ecoute avec bienveillance.Ce Riad est un véritable havre de paix au milieu de la médina à proximité de la place Jemaa el Fna et des souks.. Khadija qui est adorable prépare de très copieux petit dejeuner toujours avec le sourire,même si ella a été un peu malade (on lui souhaite bon rétablissement).La chambre est faite avec soins tous les jours avec changement des serviettes,ce qui est très appréciable.Possibilité de faire une machine si besoin et d'avoir une réservation de taxi le jour du départ,sans stress. Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel du Riad pour sa gentillesse et pour la qualité des services !!!

La bienveillance des propriétaires. Grâce à eux on s'est senti comme chez nous pendant tout notre séjour. Nous avions déjà passé une nuit dans le Riad au préalable et c'était encore mieux cette fois ci. Ils ont organisé le transfert jusqu'à l'aéroport, laisser à disposition la cuisine pour qu'on se fasse notre thé le soir, les chambres étaient nickel a chacun de nos retour de la médina... Nous avons passé un bon moment à discuter avec eux et nous reviendrons sans doute dans ce Riad si nous devions revenir à Marrakech. Le petit déjeuner était top : café, thé, pâtisserie, oeufs faits le matin même au moment où on arrivait La présence d'une petite piscine : c'était idéal pour se rafraîchir les pieds au retour d'une longue marche dans la médina L'emplacement : à 15 minutes de tout (la medersa ben Youssef, le palais Bahia, la place jema El FNA...) et la possibilité d'avoir un taxi qui arrive dans la rue.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais le personnel a tout fait pour nous prendre au mieux en charge (transfert depuis l'aéroport, petit déjeuner à emporter le lendemain matin car on partait très tôt)

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Lunchpakete würden uns mitgegeben, nachdem wir leider keine Zeit zum Frühstücken ab 8 Uhr hatten. Außerdem lassen sich auf der Dachterrasse die Abendstunden sehr gut verbringen und preislich kann man sich auch absolut nicht beschweren 👍🏻

I have stayed in this riad many times, and the reason why, is that I like it so much. Inside the riad and up on the terrace it is so quiet, even though it is situated so near to Jmaa el Fna the huge main square.......about 10 to 15 minutes walk. The square itself has much entertainment, local musicians, a big food scene, stalls selling fresh fruit and vegetables, straw hats.....whatever you need is there. The staff at Riad Thycas are so friendly and helpful, and the rooms are so clean and fresh, while our host, Karima, welcomes all with big smiles, good English, and a pot of mint tea, Moroccan Style. I love it.

The transfer to and from the airport was well priced and went straight to the door of the riad with the use of a porter. The breakfast was ample and there were different sweet treats each morning. The staff were very friendly. Our host checked on us each morning and evening in person. He helped us with bookings and printing out our boarding passes. The room was surprisingly quiet and the riad felt very calm and relaxing. The children loved the pool.

The riad is beautifully renovated with authentic Moroccan architecture and thoughtful details. Its location right in the Marrakesh souks meant we could step outside and immediately be in the heart of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to us and our kids. They also helped us book taxis and tours, which made our stay even smoother.

Really nice Riad in the middle of the centre! Perfect location in a quiet area. The service was fantastic and the breakfast delicious. I definitely recommend it!

We arrived pretty later in the night, due to a flight delayed) and it was a bit challenging to find the address because the Riad is an small street (no dangerous at all, it’s in a safe area). The guys were really nice and they were waiting for us outside!! I would just recommend to put a sign or a poster with the name of the Riad in the main street.

Beside having a very good and fresh breakfast every morning, I would like to mention that the people working at the Riad are exceptional. The lady working at the Riad Khadija is simply a hidden gem. She went out of her way to help me when I needed a new coat (because I had lost the one I had) and she also took great care of me when I was sick. I was in bed for 2 days and she treated me like her mother. Traveling by myself and getting old (75 years old) when I have a person like Khadija to take care of me , well her help simply helped me to continue my trip to Morocco. I would also like to mention Zaid and Arbi they were very helpful for the excursions I wanted to do and for my leaving earlier the Riad because I was sick. They arranged for my transportation and answered all of my needs . Thank you so very much to you all. Keep up the good work. Inch Allah!! I would like to add that when I got to the Riad I found that my room was cold so Khadija brought 3 heathers to my room to make sure that I would be comfortable. She really helped me a lot and I hope that the owner knows that she has an outstanding employee in Khadija. Khadija will remain in my heart for the rest of my life. ShokranXX

The riad was in an excellent location, a close walk to the city centre. Even with the riad being so close to the busy souks, the road it was down was peaceful and quiet and felt like a completely different location. The riad itself was lovely, and the rooms were spacious and had everything you required. The breakfast provided was excellent and the hospitality from all the staff members was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to the hussle and bustle of the medina but also in a slightly quieter location. Thank you, we really enjoyed our visit!

Emplacement au top. Petit déjeuner bien.

Bon alors là, ça se gâte. Salle de bain a rénover. Toilette qui se bouche un soir, intervention rapide pour déboucher mais toilette inutilisable. Le lendemain matin, quelle surprise c'est remonter dans la douche. Je ne vous fais pas un dessin. Intervention encore une fois rapide mais niveau hygiène un peu moyen. Suite à a ça on me dit que les toilettes sont utilisables mais le papier toilette faut le mettre à la poubelle. Bon. Et puis une odeur d'égout dans la chambre, pas terrible. Surtout qu'on me dit que c'est déjà arrivé et qu'ils arrivent pas a résoudre le problème. Dans ce cas fallait pas louer cette chambre. Pour 93€ la nuit taxe comprise et ces prestations, le compte n'est pas bon.

EXCELLENT séjour au Read Thycas, l'endroit parfait pour Marrakech, on a adoré. Khadija était vraiment TOP ,... Merci,merci, pour tout :Petits dejeuner, service de menage..etc et on a bien rigolé.. Sans oublié Zahid toujours avec le sourire et qui s'est levé tot pour nous car nous avions le vol très tot le matin. Merci. On reviendra, responsable du Riad trés agréable..

Sijainti on erinomainen. Riadin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällisiä ja vieraanvaraisia. Koimme perheemme erittäin tervetulleiksi. Kattoterassi oli viihtyisä ja aamiainen oli erityisen herkullinen.

Huone oli siisti ja puhdas, mutta huoneen ilma oli melko kostea. Huone oli kuitenkin sopiva lyhyeen majoittumiseemme. Olimme ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneessa.

ochotný a milý personál, Zaid nám pomohl se vším, na co jsem se ho zeptal a ochotně vše pomohl zprostředkovat. velké díky patří i paní, která se stará o snídaně. naší nepozornosti naše dvouleté dítě omylem spadlo do bazénku vprostřed dvorku, pomohla nám s osušením, dokonce i zapůjčila vlastní boty!

Kadija est juste exceptionnelle, c’est une vraie perle. Si nous y retournons, c’est principalement pour elle que nous reviendrons.

La salle de bain pourrait être rafraîchie (planche de wc totalement déboîtée).

L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la Médina. Le personnel a le cœur sur la main et prends le temps d’accueillir et partager comme nous l’attendions. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable.
