Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Lage direkt am Meer, grosser Kühlschrank, sehr bequemes Bett, grosses Dusche, grosser Sitzplatz. Konstantinos ist sehr sympathisch und herzlich, wir durften sogar die Suite bis 13 Uhr behalten, da wir um 14.3o bei der Fähre einchecken mussten! Lieben Dank!
Dass wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht haben!

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία, το δωμάτιο που επιλέξαμε είχε μπροστά ένα χώρο διαμορφωμένο με ξαπλώστρες με άμεση οπτική επαφή με τη θάλασσα, με μοντέρνα έπιπλα. Υπήρχε χώρος να παρκάρουμε το αυτοκίνητο και δεχόντουσαν κατοικίδια. Επίσης υπήρχαν κρατημένες ξαπλώστρες στην παραλία σε ένα χώρο με μπλε σημαία και άψογη οργάνωση και αισθητική.
Το μόνο που ενοχλούσε ήταν ένας θόρυβος που ακουγόταν το βράδυ, από κάποιο μηχάνημα στο υπόγειο αλλά αυτό μετά από τη δεύτερη ημέρα σταμάτησε.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Lovely views from the villa. Spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen (although odd collection of mugs and glasses). Free beach towels and free reserved sunbeds on the beach. 'Hot' tub.
Overflowing bins right outside the villa (apparently problem with rubbish collection in the area generally). Needed to drive to get down to the coast and the beach. Looked clean, but lots of rubbish not emptied out of wardrobes and cupboards.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Posizione ottima, monolocale completo di tutto: cucina accessoriata, balcone attrezzato, bagno perfetto, climatizzazione e wifi efficienti, parcheggio all'interno del cortile. Abbiamo cenato, bene, sulla spiaggia di fronte alla struttura.
Non è stato possibile fare colazione perché siamo partiti relativamente presto la mattina e la colazione non era ancora disponibile. Il proprietario ci ha preparato dei sandwiches per il viaggio. Anticiperei l'orario del servizio.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Hôte très prévenant, logement complet est très bien équipé. plage pratiquement privée. bons restaurants pas loin (spécialement à trapeza), parking inclus. serviettes plage inclus. nettoyage appartement tout les jours. Plage de galets mais eau extrèmement claire et propre et fraîche (appréciable vu la chaleur)
pas vraiment de cuisine bien que la bouilloire et la cafetière soient fournies. il y a bien des assiettes et de la vaisselle mais pas de cuisinière. si on veut faire une petite salade ou chauffer autre chose que de l'eau.... Il faut demande rà l'hôte qui nous a fourni gentiment et rapidement tout ce qui nous manquait...

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Dort wurde auch das Frühstück serviert. Das Frühstück selbst war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.
Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

Privatparkplatz mit Überdachung fürs Motorrad. Frühstück alles frisch zubereitet (frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Eiergerichte auf Wunsch und Kaffee auf Wunsch), Wir haben direkt am Strand gefrühstückt. Umbeding im Restaurant essen!!! Riesige Portionen und sehr gutr Weinempfehlung und sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Kommen gerne wieder.

Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera grande e comoda, dotata di ogni comfort, la nostra con balcone vista mare e con favolosa colazione in spiaggia inclusa, con prodotti locali. C’è anche un ristorante servito sulla spiaggia che non abbiamo avuto modo di provare.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen, die sehr schönen und sauberen Appartments waren groß und hatten eine wunderschönen Meerblick. Das Badezimmer war offen zum Wohnbereich was aber trotzdem nicht störend war, die Dusche war sehr schön groß. in der voll ausgestatteten Küche war auch eine Flasche Wasser eingekühlt. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit in der Taverne die gleich unterhalb ist sehr gut zu essen: Oktopus, Bifteki Dort wird auch das Frühstück serviert. Leider gibt es keinen Innen Bereich aber wir hatten Glück und das Wetter beruhigte sich und wir konnten ein Frühstück mit frischgepressten Orangesaft, Eier nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet, griechischen Salat, Süsses, frisches Brot genießen. ein paar Schritte entfernt ein wunderschöner Sandstrand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirme.
Das es keinen Innenbereich gibt wo man bei Schlechtwetter sitzen, spielen oder ein Getränk trinken kann. War beim Frühstück grenzwertig wegen den niedrigen Temperaturen (Anfang Mai 11°)

Besonders die herzliche Liebenswürdigkeit unseres Gastgebers hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem gemacht. Nochmal vielen Dank für die wunderschönen Tage bei Ihnen

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025Neue und saubere Unterkunft - am Strand - Parkplatz - Maisonette Appartment ist grandios - herrliches Bett - 2 Badezimmer - Gastgeber freundlich ubd hilfsbereit - es gibt schöne Tavernen in der Nähe - äußerst empfehlenswert !!
Zu beachten es sind Appartments ohne Kochmöglichkeit - für kalte Speisen genpgend Ausstattung vorhanden -

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Nice apartment just on the beach. Breakfast/lunch/dinner served outside, but a surprisingly varied menu, though we were here in October, out of season. Breakfast very good. Spacious room, clean and with comfortable beds. Helpful and nice host and staff. There are no other shops or anything right here - but Diakopto is a short drive away.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025דירה מהממת. יש חשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים: הכינו לנו קוביות קרח במקפיא, יש מגבות לטבילה בחוף, מיטת תינוק מוצעת, קפה וכו. נוף מגניב מחלון המקלחת. והסדינים- סדיני כותנה מושלמים!
מעקה המדרגות בגרם המדרגות שמוביל אל הדירה לא בטיחותי לילדים קטנים (המרווחים במעקה ממש גדולים), ובתוך הדירה יש גרם מדרגות תלול למדי. שהייה עם תינוק בן שנה הייתה קצת מאתגרת בעניין הזה.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Absolutely stunning apartment about 5 mins walk from the restaurant where breakfast is served in the beach every morning. Fabulous seaview.
The property was perfect but last orders at the restaurant were a bit early-6.45pm , in September. Luckily there was another beach bar/taverna open later just along the road (easy to walk).

It’s a wonderful place with amazing food and beach amenities. I have been may times and will continue to come back. Thank you, Kosta and staff!

Need to take in consideration that the beach is not with sand but with stones. But the clear water and views are worth it

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025The host Kostantinos was awesome. He provided a great list of activities as well as the menu for the property. The beach facilities were excellent and included in the stay, and reserved for guests! Loved that. Great food, great coffee, great home-made lemonade 😆

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025The only thing we truly enjoyed was the singing of the cicadas, which gave a nice Mediterranean atmosphere.
The accommodation is completely misleading. The photos shown in the listing do not reflect reality, and the property is located much farther from the beach than advertised. During our stay there was no running water, which the host blamed on the city supplier, but this is unacceptable as I paid for the full service. The villa is described as having 3 bedrooms, but in reality the attic only contains a few beds that are uncomfortable, not private/lockable, and extremely hot. The air conditioning was functioning but clearly underpowered, so it did not cool the rooms properly. On the beach the sunbeds are indeed free, but the Stavento staff behaved aggressively and persistently harassed us to make purchases. Cleaning was almost nonexistent, with hardly any change of bed linen during our 9-day stay. The villas are in a very poor, run-down condition and clearly not maintained. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience and I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone.
