Esperienza molto positiva, camera confortevole (anche se un pò piccola) e con panorama magico; host molto gentili e disponibili

Camera un pò piccolina con pochi punti di appoggio. Nulla di grave però ci abbiamo messo un attimo a capire come disporre le valigie in modo da riuscire a muoverci. Un pò cara (soprattutto per gli stardard italiani), considerando la struttura un pò vecchiotta, il bagno in comune e la colazione non inclusa

L'emplacement était idéal car nous venions d'atterrir de Rovaniemi en soirée.

La chambre était petite et contrairement aux photos, nous n'avons eu accès qu'à la chambre et à une salle de bain et une toilette. Sur les photos, nous voyons plein de beaux endroits (cuisine, salon, ...) mais ils ne nous ont pas été présentés. La salle de douche était sale et petite et il y avait une odeur nauséabonde dans la toilette.

The city center is 7 minutes by car, Santa Claus Village is 15 minutes away, and the airport is 20 minutes away.

The bathroom and toilet are shared with the tenant of the other room. The family lives on the ground floor.

We had a wonderful stay here at this accomodation. First: the adress. Is located in a veeery dreamy place, it seems like it is taken out from a fairytale: nature, snow, quiteness, just wonderful. Second: the accomodation itself. It is very beautiful, very very clean, very warm (we slept in light pijamas), very quiet. Third: the owners. They were extremely nice with us, they gave us advice for the northern lights, we chatted with them and they were very friendly and nice people. If i ever want to come back in rovaniemi, surely i will come back to this accomodation and i will reccomend it.

There is nothing we didnt like. Everything was perfect.

Cualquier parecido con las fotos del anuncio es una coincidencia. Está todo super sucio y super viejo. El lavabo está roto, las sábanas y toallas super viejas… Estábamos a -32 grados y el radiador no funcionaba (la dueña lo comprobó). Su solución fue traer un mini radiador de aceite que no calentaba absolutamente nada. Ir a la ducha o al baño, que están fuera de la habitación, era una actividad para supervivientes. Compartes la casa con los dueños y otros huéspedes y se oye absolutamente todo, cero privacidad. Los dueños subían y bajaban a las habitaciones, nos sentíamos vigiladas, incluso una vez nos abrieron la puerta. He puesto 1 porque no hay 0.

Es war ein kleines aber süsses City Apartment. Wenn man im Zentrum sein will, dann gut.

Die Kommunikation war weniger als Zufriedenstellend. Die Adresse war nicht die der Unterkunft (es hat 3 verschiedene Standorte) was wir zuvor nicht wussten und nur sehr kurzfristig kommuniziert wurde. Die Reihenfolge der Fotos ist irreführend! Wir erwarteten durch den Buchungsprozess das Häuschen etwas ausserhalb und erhielten jedoch das extrem kleine Apartment in der Stadt. Süsser Ort aber wirklich nicht, was wir gebucht hatten. Die Unterkunft war an mehreren Orten sehr dreckig (siehe Fotos).

Am avut un soc cand am ajuns si am aflat ca este o singura baie la doua camere, noi eram cazati intr-o camera, iar in camera de langa noi erau cazate alte persoane necunoscute noua, deci nu m-am simtit deloc comfortabil sa impart baia cu niste straini. Alt lucru pe care l-am digerat greu a fost faptul ca gazda statea fix in aceeasi casa doar ca la parter si avea si un catel. Ideea este ca nu stiam toate detaliile astea cand am facut rezervarea pe booking si mi se par foarte importante de impartasit inainte ca oamenii sa plateasca astfel incat sa isi calibreze asteptarile. Un alt aspect care nu mi-a placut si mi se pare deplasat este faptul ca lenjeriile de pat nu sunt schimbate. A trebuit sa ma intorc in camera dupa ce am facut check out-ul pt ca uitasem ceva si cand am intrat in camera domnul(gazda) facea curat in camera, si am vazut ca doar indrepta paturile in care am dormit noi si nici decum nu schimba lenjeriile dupa noi, deci inteleg ca si noi am dormit in niste lenjerii in care au dormit alte persoane inaintea noastra, ceea ce mi se pare total neigienic.

Die Lage ist ganz ok, wir hatten ein Mietauto und waren somit flexibel

Das war die schmutzigste und schmuddeligste Unterkunft in der wir jemals waren!!! Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer, im Nebenzimmer waren 4 weitere Personen, man hört alles! Das Klo und das Bad waren extrem grausig!

Ausstattung (kaputte Möbel, keine frische Bettwäsche, Müll im Zimmer, überall Staub) Sauberkeit, Platzverhältnisse, sicher nicht wie auf den Photos, man wohnt mit den Eigentümern im Haus, Hygiène, Schimmel in der Dusche, Waschbecken zusammengeklebt, defekte Glühbirnen, modriger Geruch, leere und gebrauchte Pflegeprodukte in der Dusche. Aufteilung unserer Gruppe auf zwei Standorte war vorher nicht angekündigt. Überteuert und Preis Leistung stimmt in keinster Weise!

Nice and cosy, the hosts were super friendly and happy to assist. Take them up on the offer for transport, it’s cheaper than the taxis. Can’t fault this place, would happily stay here again.

Nice and cozy house/room with christmassy vibes in December when we visited. Very friendly family/host.

It is approximately 25 minutes to the Rovaniemi city center walking, but it is not disadvantage if you like the vibe of snowy trees in the residential area when visiting in winter.

Tuvimos una avería en la habitación de su casa (o eso nos informaron), pero fueron muy amables y nos llevaron en su coche a un apartamento en el centro de Rovaniemi. El alojamiento estaba genial: con cocina y un montón de equipamiento, no nos faltaba de nada. La verdad es que casi fue mejor así, porque al estar en el centro pudimos disfrutar aún más con nuestra peque y no tuvimos que andar tanto, ya que la casa original está un poco alejada del centro. Agradecemos mucho su atención y la solución tan cómoda que nos ofrecieron.

Nothing was to much trouble, every message I sent was answered promptly, this lady is a lovely host, arranged pick up from the airport. Lots of local knowledge, the city apartment was just lovely...! Sleeps 2 so was suitable for my daughter and I spotlessly clean and cosy.

La villa es espaciosa y tiene de todo,hasta horno.La temperatura está ideal a 24 grados de manera constante.Los dueños son un amor muy cervicales.Un plus el servicio de transfer a las 7:20h en la estación de tren.Y mi hija lo pasó en grande con los trineos. La terraza es muy agradable y puedes ver a la niña mientras juega.La tienda de alimentos está muy cerca y aunque esté nevando es agradable el paseo.Muy cerca del SCV en taxi.

Me hubiera encantado una cafetera italiana para poder tomar café por la mañana.

Pulita, ordinata, un piccolo cottage in pieno centro. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati in uno scenario magico che solo la neve di dicembre può regalare. La spa in appartamento ? Una vera chicca. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno anche tenuto i bagagli fino a sera nonostante avessimo già fatto check out (ad un orario onestissimo al contrario di altri b&b-hotel). Spero di tornare.

Søde værter, meget hjælpsomme. vi havde booket et familie værelse, men blev opgraderet til deres aneks, fordi havde fået en aflysning, og syntes vores børn, (14/17)) var for store til at vi skulle have familie værelse, da de mente af vi skulle have mere privat liv

Maison charmante, emplacement idéal, à 20 minutes à pied du centre. Les hôtes sont sympas, serviables et proposent des services de transports ! La chambre est confortable, table, frigo, et lit.

La salle de bain est un peu petite, mais propre!

O preço é um bocado puxado mas valeu a pena.

I just wanted to clarify a few things about this property. 1. The rooms are in the hosts house. 2. The photos made it appear as though you were renting a full apartment 3. The “shared kitchen” is actually the hosts own personal kitchen 4. The host has an “office” in the adjoining dining room to the “shared” kitchen. 5. Because of the above we did not feel very comfortable to use the kitchen and at one stage the host had people over making it impossible for us to use the kitchen at all that day. 6. They have a dog 7. The WiFi and tv connection was very hit or miss 8. It is a 1/2 an hour walk into Rovaniemi and buses come quite infrequently 9.The nearest shop is claimed to be 300m away but it is in fact 800m away and is at least a 10 minute walk 10. Overall it was fine but we were not aware of all of the above and so realistically would not have booked it if we had known.

Lovely hosts, convenient short walk to the centre, quiet residential location, a very clean and comfortable guesthouse - such a nice change from staying in hotels.

最寄駅近くのバス停から歩いて20分でいけました。キャリーバッグを引いていったので雪解け道でボコボコの道はしんどすぎました。 タクシーで行けば問題ないです 部屋はとっても可愛らしいヴィラで一泊は泊まってみるとフィンランドの生活感を味わえて楽しかったです。 家主さんが一階にいるので困ったら声かけることができました。 隣の部屋にもお客さんがいるので、トイレ、シャワールームは共有でした。 脱衣所がないのでそれが1番大変でしたが、なんとかなりました。 スリッパ持って行くと便利です。 食材をちゃんと買って行くことと、冷蔵庫は借りれるかわからなかったので、確認した方がいいです。　家主の冷蔵庫はありました。

Property is good. The householder is friendly. We reserved one room. There were no other guests the night we stayed so the whole floor was ours. So we were comfortable. If there were other guests staying it might not have been so comfortable because it is very small.

The snow at the entrance of the house had not been cleaned and was frozen. It was very difficult for us to get in and out of the house. The people living there may be used to this, but it is not that easy for guests to walk on that ice. No one wants to get hurt or break during vacation.

Horribly dirty! We called booking com and asked for reimbursement first they said yes and the next day they changed their minds. No more booking com when we travel.

Room was nice and toasty, bed was comfy, it was in a nice place, just 20min walk from the town centre.

I was a little surprised that it was a shared bathroom, but it made sense. It's not a hotel. It's a house/BnB. Everything was nice and clean though. 0 problems.

Le camere sono all'interno di una casa privata, 2 camere con bagno in comune al secondo piano, l'host è stato molto disponibile sia all'accoglienza che per le informazioni. Consiglio per una notte di passaggio a Rovaniemi. Pulizia buona,distanza dal centro a piedi 15 minuti.

The Villa was so cosy,clean and well equip of facilities including kitchen. Our host,Mrs Virpi and family were very helpful ,friendly and kind. She provide us transport service during our stay. Neighbourhood of the area were so cosy,nature and good atmosphere. Keep up the good service.

- Apartament was new, cozy and spacious. - Sauna and balcony were very good addition. - Kithen was very well equipted. - Owners agreed to check us earlier in the day of arrival, which was very nice of them.

- First of all the adress of apartament is not the same as mention in description. Apartament is in the block of flats in the city center. - Bed is very narrow for two people, it has around 125 -130 cm, so it was very uncomfortable. - Apartament should be cleaner for the price. Towels and linens were clean and fresh but apartament was not vacuumed properly, there were a lot of dust and hair on the floor, especially in carpets. - Apartament had washing machine but no drying rack, so it was rather unuseful

We stayed In The cottage which was small but cosy with everything we needed. The Christmas tree and decorations was a lovely idea

Not too user friendly when you have to lugged 2 pieces of 23kg luggage’s and 2 pcs 7kg luggage’s. Room was on the 2 floor. Had to lugged my luggage’s from the entrance up stairs and in snowing weather. The owners were very helpful in fetching us to and from the airport and Santa Claus village.

My stay at Villa Virpi was fantastic! The villa was beautifully decorated, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect for enjoying the stunning nature of Lapland, and the service was exceptional.

The Villa is located in a quiet residential area,Virpi is very nice and we had a perfect vacation

Cozy home, friendly family, comfortable bed. The host offered pickup and drop off service to places, airport and train stations which was very helpful.

Location. No restaurants within a walking distance. There is only a supermarket at about 15 min walk.

We were met by a friendly mum and daughter who lives downstairs in the house and showed us to our room upstairs. They offered use of the kitchen to cook although we didn’t need this. The room had everything needed - kettle, fridge, microwave,

Upstairs there are two rooms next door to each other that’s rented out with a shared bathroom. Our initial accommodation for our last night of our holiday (sole use apartment) was cancelled quite last minute so we ended up having to pay a higher amount for this accommodation with a shared bathroom. We felt the price was quite dear for the set up.

Excellent stay in Rovaniemi in this family ran villa. Virpi and her family were very welcoming and lovely and also went out of their way to help our stay be perfect. Unfortunately, my mum hurt herself so our plans changed a bit but they got the room ready in advance so we could check in way earlier than their usual check in time, and arranged to pick us up as well as driving us to a few spots so we didn't have to deal with cabs as well!

Nothing that I didn't like!

This is a very cosy apartment to stay. The hosts are very welcoming, friendly and helpful, simply the best. They also put up a Christmas Tree and lights for our arrival, ( we were surprised) and we felt at home. Close to city centre, supermarket and the bus stop No 8 to visit Santa’s Village. They also offer airport shuttle service which we used. We recommend to arrange it if this is your first visit to Rovaniemi. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here pretty much ☺️ THANK YOU VIRPI & FAMILY

Everything was perfect 👌

We loved our stay at Villa Virpi - a beautiful little cabin for our family. Very comfortable. A short walk to town and transfers available by the hosts to activities. Our kids loved the snow and the little doggy!!!!
