Overbooking. Po przyjechaniu do hotelu oznajmiono mi że nie ma wolnych pokoi i nie mogą mi pomóc. Nie mogą się też skontaktować z Booking. Po 8 godzinach bezskutecznych prób kontaktu z Booking napisami w końcu że przykro im. Mam sobie znalesc inny hotel i wysłali propozycje innych. Beznadzieja.

Un très beau lieu et un accueil très chaleureux. Excellent petit déjeuner. Localisation parfaite !

Très bon, rapport qualité prix pour ce joli établissement bien rénové. L’environnement, hors des sentiers battus du tourisme de la Cappadoce, est très appréciable. Je recommande.

Since my expectations were not high, finding this excellent boutique hotel left me speechless. This is a hotel converted from a historical stone house which belonged to the owners for the last almost 300 years. Conversion was done flawlessly. The hotel is a family run business. The owner, Miss Ulku, was an excellent host. Paid attention to every single detail during our stay. Provided breakfast was excellent every day. Will return to this place with 100% certainty. Wonderful atmosphere, very nice and tasty breakfast, helpful and sympathetic staff. Good location. Also city Avanos is pleasant to stay, much less commercial than Göreme.

If you want to have air condition, here ain’t any. For us it was fine without ‘cause in the end of September nights in Cappadocia are getting cold.

L'Hotel terracota e' veramente molto carino, pulito,molto comodo da raggiungere e con la possibilita'di parcheggiare l'auto di fronte all'hotel. Offre una buonissima colazione anche per i vegetariani. Ûlcü la proprietaria e' gentilissima e disponibile, noi non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione l'ultimo giorno perché partivamo molto presto e lei ci ha preparato una deliziosa colazione da viaggio da portare con noi. Odalarda buzdolabı mevcut değil, ve içerde tarafınıza tahsis edilen havlular işletme yöneticisi tarafından kötü kullanım tespiti yapılıyor eğer kötü kullanıldığına dair kanıda bulunursa işletme sahibi sizden bu havluların parası alınıyor. Siz işletmeyi terk etmeden bekletiliyorsunuz içeri kontrol ediliyor eğer ki onlarca yani işletme yönetimince değerlendirmede kötü kullanım varsa sizden tahsilat işlemi yapılıyor. Eğer bu işletmeyi tercih edecekseniz kullanacağınız odadaki tüm eşyaların fotoğrafını çekmeli, odayı iyice incelemeli ve kendi havlularınızı yanınızda götürmenizi tavsiye ederim.

Nicely decorated and organized cave hotel in Avanos. It is in the heart of the city. Close to Capadocia and all fantastic locations.

Bathroom faucets must be replaced.

The location was fantastic. We were in the centre of town with restaurants, shops, the river, walks in the hills behind, and so much more. The atmosphere of living in cultural architecture of hundreds and hundreds of years ago was awesome. The hotel was quaint, quirky and atmospheric. The family run hotel was great value. Breakfast each morning was a Mediterranean feast. The family were friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was a warm experience. They also arranged a couple of the tours we wanted to experience which was very convenient. The family's niece was helping out on site. She was delightful, funny and readily assumed the responsibility of tasks that needed doing. And spoke English. The hotel did my laundry which was super convenient. They allowed me to use the dining room so I could work in the evenings at my computer, which was truly appreciated.

If the desk person spoke more English, communication would have been easier. But we both managed the work around using translation apps and her brother on speed dial. The TV was not working. On the last day of the one week stay we were able to get it going ourselves. Anything I could say as a negative, as you can see , is minor, petty, and certainly did not impact our stay negatively.

Hotel güzel ve temizdi

Aradığınız temiz ve huzurlu bir otel ise kesinlikle doğru yere bakıyorsunuz. Ayrıca kahvaltısı harika.

Her şey süperdi.Otel sahipleri çok muhteşem insanlar.Gerçekten kendimi evimde gibi hissettim,Çok lezzetli ,kaliteli kahvaltı ve konaklama sundular bize.Kapadokya'yı daha sık ziyaret edip Terracora hotelde kalmak isterim.

Herşeyi ile süper bir hoteldi. Daha önce bölgede konakladık bence 4 otel arasında en güzeliydi. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Yapı planı çok güzel işletmecilerin iletişimi çok iyiydi. Konum olarak rahatlıkla yürüyerek avanos gezilebilir, merkezi bir bölgede. Kahvaltıyı da çok beğendik, el yapımı reçelleri çok güzeldi. Herşey doğal ve ev yapımıydı. Odalarda kettle değil direk kahve makinesi vardı benim gibi kahve severler için çok güzel birşey. Bir sonraki seyahatimizde avanosta başka yer aramayız. Çalışanlara ve işletme sahiplerine teşekkürler

Otel tertemiz ve çok zevkli döşenmiş. Kullanılan malzemeler kaliteli ve şık. İşletmeciler Ülkü Hanım ve Şerafettin Bey son derece ilgili ve güleryüzlüler. Tek sorun banyo ve tuvaletin kapısı olmayışı. Dekorasyon olarak çok şık olmuş ama kullanırken sıkıntı olabilir. Bazı odaları öyle yapmışlar rezervasyon sırasında sormanızı öneririm. Ülkü Hanım kahvaltıda her sabah farklı lezzetler sunuyor. Kısacası arkadaş grubu olarak gittiğimiz otelden oldukça memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ediyorum.
