Unhygienisch, entspricht nicht den Bildern, Kanalgeruch ausm Bad, das Bad ist mitten im Zimmer nachträglich gebaut, sodass die Fassaden nicht komplett bis zur Decke gehen. Also wenn man mal auf die Toilette musst, kann die Luft ins Zimmer entweichen, Bettlaken und Vorhang war befleckt. Der Safe war nicht befestigt, man könnte es einfach mit rausnehmen, keine Mülltonne, keine Klobürste, keine Seife zum Hände waschen.

Più che un hotel lo definirei un Motel. Camere grandi e tutte al piano terra, comodissimo però per Bangla Road. No colazione. Meglio di come ce lo aspettavamo però. Se non avete grosse pretese e volete passarci giusto la notte lo consiglio

The walls of the bathroom didn’t reach the ceiling, so you van hear everything from your partner.. And the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors quite well, but for the money you pay it’s allright.

It was close to some main features

Only one key for a big family of 4 persons. The staff gave only 2 water bottles for 4 people which is not logical The lady receptionist was NOT friendly and courteous at all with us

Great location

What you will get is a bed, shower, AC, WiFi. Thats all. They let us use the storage room for 2 days. That was a plus.

Comfortable beds, good location and close to everything. Everything else was a disaster, mold in the rooms, terribly dirty. We tried to tell about this and change rooms but there were none available, we were not compensated for this

Staff was wery bad. No answer e-mail.

Very small room, no fridge, no kettle and couldn’t get my safe to work. When I tried to find staff to help me, there was nobody around.

Property was ok to fair to them considering the price paid. Very small though and would have been useful if the was a small place to leave the clothes as opposed to them being in the suitcase the whole time. Room and shower/toilet is very basic and quite small. On the other hand also have to weigh that up with the price paid so maybe on reflection that should be expected. Location is great though and staff are nice.

The place is tired… It’s had the usual Patong crowd running through. Bathroom/ shower wasn’t too well kept, drain didn’t work too well.

We chose this Property because the Location is near to Patong Beach and the Bangla Street and it had a rare family-room with 2 double beds. I wish the best for the Owner and hope they are able to improve upon the facilities at this property in near future.

There was no Microwave for basic cooking and the Bathroom was elevated causing trouble for the children. The Bathroom also did not have any partition to avoid shower spilling on to the entire Bathroom Floor so it was very difficult to get it wiped dry outside of 10 AM - 4 PM when the staff is available but we are out for sight-seeing.

Property is quite dated, needs updating badly. Located atop a Coffee Club, which is fine, but only access is up a long flight of staeep stairs with no handrail. Flooring is cheap and peeling. .My room on corner facing pm sun and wat blazing hor every time we left. Only one keycard, so AC turned off each time we left. More like a cheap backpacker than a hotel. Beware

Staff bad service attitude ,hotel room dirty and left a x-customer underwear under the bed.and request to cleaning the room but didn’t change the bed sheets.

It was not clean. The staff is not friendly. We asked to repair the washroom lock but till the last day the door lock was not repaired. In a group tour it was so awkward.

Too basic.No place to store clothing. Living out of a suitcase. Room dimension too small. Very crammed. Ant infestation in my room not dealt either when reported A cut from my knee resulted in some blood on the bed sheet. They charged my 900 Baht for cleaning. They have a whole list of ‘fines’ at reception that is not disclosed to guests. Management are looking for additional ways to make money.

The receptionist named Nan is the best receptionist I have ever met. Very friendly and kind to serve us. 2 times change room due to technical problems. But it doesn't give us a problem due to Nan settling it well.👍👍👍👍👍 Outside the hotel u can hang over with ur friend without disturb other.

The location was about the only thing I liked as it was close to the beach.

Our room was tiny, lthe bed iterally took up most of the room. The bathroom was also tiny and had no curtain of any kind so almost everything in it got wet when you took a shower 😳

Good location, few minutes walk from Patong beach. Coffee place at the ground floor with good wifi in case you need to work. It's definitely a budget small room,but does everything as advertised.

Sound insulation could have been better. Could hear a lot from neighbouring rooms.

The location was great; close to pretty much everything in the Patong area. (Coffee Club downstairs is convenient too if you need to get some work done). The beds are really comfortable too!

The price is wayyyyy too expensive. The toilet is literally in the same room as the beds. No separation, the same room! There is half a wall to block the view and that’s it. The entire room stinks like poo when someone goes. Was so awful I had to rent a second room to escape the smell of my friends nuggets. Ended up costing me $100aud to sleep in the most basic average room.

It is within 10min walking distance to Bangla road, Patong beach and many restaurants, bars, cafe, shops, dispensary.

The attached bathroom is too narrow. The drain of the shower was blocked and was overflowing.

Nice personel, very helpful and positive 🙂 Bed in the room is so comfortable, air conditioning works very good and in the room is enough space to put all luggage and belongings. Reception is opened 24h, so it's a great convenience. Building has also monitoring and it is safe area. Every cash mashine, store and restaurant is close and the most positive thing is that beach is at your fingertips 👌

Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant musty smell in the room, which after time also transferred to clothes. In the room were also little ants running around on the floor 😒

Good location and the beds was comfortble. I had problem with the air condition in my first room but after i changed room everything was fine. Small room but I was traveling by myself so it was no issue and it's good price. I was suppose to stay just 2-3 days but I ending up staying one week at this place.

Mabye the cleaning could be better.

Small room

Great location. Quiet in the night. But not far from Patong center (bangla road). Room was very big, a lot of space. Two big beds, perfect. It's located next to a breakfast restaurant.

Shower could have been separated by curtains. Whole bathroom wet when showering.
