Das Guest House ist einfach ein Traum. Am wunderschönen und ruhigen Ban Tai Beach im Norden der Insel hat uns ein traditionelles Samui Haus erwartet, Gastgeberin geführt, mit freiem Blick aufs Meer. Eigener kleiner Privat-Pool, Direkt angrenzend,... der hauseigene, abgesperrte Strand mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen, Schnorchelmasken, Badeschuhen, Kajak, SUP,... und eine Gastgeberin, die sich rührend um ihre Gäste kümmert. Frühstück wird jeden Tag auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert! Da muss man echt überlegen, ob man nicht einfach wieder kommt. ALLES BESTENS!!! Wer eine Unterkunft abseits des Mainstream-Hoteltourismus sucht... hier bitte!

Tolles süßes Bungalow direkt am Strand, nur durch eine kleine wenig befahrene Straße getrennt. Meerblick von der Terrasse, absoluter Traumstrand. Jedes Bungalow hat einen kleinen privaten Pool. Die Familie ist unglaublich herzlich und außergewöhnlich engagiert. Frühstück wird am Vortag bestellt und zur Wunschzeit auf der Terrasse serviert. Privater Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Schirmen. Es stehen Schnorchelausrüstung und Badeschuhe zur Verfügung. In direkter Umgebung ist tatsächlich nix, zwei drei Lokale - zur Erkundung benötigt man definitiv einen Roller, der günstig fussläufig zu mieten ist. Essen in der Cape Away Beach Bar am Ende der Straße links ist absolut zu empfehlen.

The houses are cozy and well furnished, inspired by local architecture and details. They face the sea and it feels like a real beach holiday from there. The owners are very sweet and attentive, they personally take care of guests and anything needed, which made us feel very much at ease. We really enjoyed the pond to refresh during the day, and also the shared area seafront. We liked it so much that we decided to travel back to Ko Tao to spend more days at Jasmin's. Compared to resorts, staying at the bungalows made us feel in touch with nature and the surroundings, and totally relax. The breakfast is very good and enjoying the morning coffee at our wooden terrace was very nice. We loved this small beach in Samui, it has a very different vibe than busy and sometimes tacky tourist areas. Around there are also very good bars and restaurants to explore.

Great location on one of the quieter beaches but still not too far from more touristy activities. The owners were so helpful throughout the entire stay with helping with car/motorbike rental, suggestions of activities to do around the island and activities available on the property (snorkel, kayak, paddle board all included). You can tell the owners take pride in the property. Their family also owns the bigger resort next door, so the breakfast buffet is there and it’s great value.

Lovely place to stay with beach views and beach access just across the road. The beach is lovely and has interesting snotkling eight oyt side your room! The cleaverly renovated bungalow retains its original charm abd includes a personal pool which is a lovely way to cool down abd relax.

A larger fridge, cutting board, knife, and basic cutlery and a couple of bowls and glasses would be good. We often snack on noodles and sandwiches/fruit and these itmes would be a great addition.

Alles. Vom privaten Pool, bis hin zum privaten Strandabschnitt und die Besitzer. Jederzeit gibt es Tips zu Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten. Jederzeit da aber nicht zu aufdringlich! Es war rundum perfekt!

La posizione è semplicemente fantastica, direttamente sul mare, con una spiaggia bellissima e un’atmosfera di pace e tranquillità che ti fa dimenticare tutto. La nostra sistemazione era meravigliosa e la piscina privata è stata il massimo!!! 😍🏊‍♂️ Un dettaglio che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale: poterci rilassare nella nostra piscina privata, circondati dalla natura e a pochi passi dal mare, è stato semplicemente fantastico. Anche l’accoglienza è stata eccezionale: personale gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Abbiamo scelto questo posto per un viaggio molto speciale e possiamo dire che ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative. ❤️ Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff del Jasmine & Tea House per aver reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. The hosts here were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and it felt like being welcomed into the family, with local recommendations and advice ✨🤍 I only wish I could have stayed longer! Peaceful, perfect beach, pristine clean and comfortable accommodation… I miss it already!

Warm ontvangst door de eigenaars, we werden overspoeld met tips, tricks en to do’s. Via whatsapp kon je haar altijd bereiken. Het verblijf was subliem, mooi uitzicht op de zee, zwembadje bij de woning 😍. Voor het ontbijt kon je kiezen tussen het ontbijtbuffet in het nabije hotel of op je eigen terras mits een keuzemenu. Het huisje is in werkelijkheid nog mooier dan op de foto’s, een echte aanrader!!! Dagelijks kon je gebruik maken van de kajaks en SUP voor een uitje op de open zee. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf!!! Bedankt aan de eigenaars voor het warme verblijf!!!

Die familiengeführte Unterkunft befindet sich an einem der schönsten Strände Koh Samuis. Man kann das Meer von jeder der vier liebevoll gestalteten Apartments sehen (entweder aus dem privaten Pool oder der privaten Terrasse). Zu den Apartments gehört ein privater Strandbereich inkl. Liegen mit Schirm/ Hängematten. Außerdem kann man sich jederzeit ein SUP, ein Kajak oder auch Tauchausrüstung ausleihen. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich außerdem tolle Beach Clubs und leckere Restaurants. Tum und ihr Team kümmern sich außerordentlich liebevoll um ihre Gäste. Das beinhaltete tolle Tipps rund um die Insel, Interessante Hintergründe zur Unterkunft, Unterstützung beim Ausleihen/Organisieren von Beförderungsmitteln oder eines Wäscheservice. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das morgendliche Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Dabei kann zwischen vielfältigen Optionen gewählt werden (von authentisch Thai bis Kontinental). Die Zimmer sind sauber sowie stilvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Minibar wird täglich mit frischen Wasserflaschen aufgefüllt und man erhält täglich frische Dusch- und Strandhandtücher. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben den Aufenthalt vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment sehr genossen. Wir können die Unterkunft daher wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden diese immer wieder wählen.

Beautiful place with incredible views on the ocean! Big room, confortable bed, private pool with view of the ocean. Owners are so nice and welcomed us with a lovely fresh coconut and great advice about restaurants. Very confortable stay we felt at home!

A little noise from nearby construction but not so bad and nothing that the owners can do. This did NOT make our stay less amazing!

Потрясающе стильные бунгало идеальной чистоты в двух шагах от пляжа (через маленькую дорогу), их 4 аналогичных. Мы жили в самом первом со стороны входа и, кажется, оно самое лучшее) Внутри стильно, чисто, уютно (разный свет, много подушек, милые дизайнерские штрихи). Маленькая купель-бассейн - вообще бомба! Заботливые хозяева и атмосфера того самого Таиланда. Завтраки мы не брали - очень советую завтракать в соседнем кафе Fitoh, буквально в шаге от бунгало.

Бунгало действительно стоят на дороге и утром мне приходилось на пару часов надевать беруши, но все остальное настолько здорово, что я даже не могу снизить за это оценку.

This place is absolutely amazing! Tum was so attentive and provided so many great recommendations in the area, as well as sending beautiful photos and information about the fisherman houses and area in the past. The plunge pool was such a nice relief from the heat. It's also close enough to the beach to hear the waves lapping on the shore at night. It's right beside the Fitkoh Beach Café, so very convenient for the 7am yoga classes there. Also only 5-8 minute walk to Fitkoh gym and Bantai padel 😊 plenty of restaurants around, and they have a gorgeous private area beside the beach with loungers, hammocks, and kayaks for guest use! Also have to mention the gorgeous dogs, especially Mimi who was waiting erith a wagging tail outside my door every morning before I went to yoga. The place just has gorgeous energy. Will also mention that I used the laundry service neary every day (I was doing a lot of activities at Fitkoh and Bantai padel) and the laundry came back within 24 hours and it was super convenient! Cannot recommend this place enough. When I go back, I will be staying here again! Have added some photos (mostly of Mimi), my plunge pool faced the back, which I actually liked because it was very private and quiet, but I also had a front deck with seating which had a beautiful beach view. Two plunge pools face back and two face the water, but they all have decks on both sides 😊

If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic Koh Samui experience away from the crowds, Jasmine & Tea Samui House is an absolute gem. The property itself is beautiful. The traditional Thai-style houses are comfortable, charming, and thoughtfully designed, each with a private porch overlooking swaying palm trees and the sea. Every house also features its own private infinity pool, creating the perfect place to relax and take in the stunning surroundings. If available, I highly recommend requesting House 2 or House 3, which offer front-side pools with particularly spectacular views. The location strikes a wonderful balance between seclusion and convenience. It’s quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing, yet several excellent beachfront restaurants are just a short walk away. The calm waters make for enjoyable swimming, and during our stay we were treated to both breathtaking sunsets and beautiful summer sunrises. When you’re ready to explore more of the island, Fisherman’s Village, Nathon Town, and other attractions are just a quick and inexpensive Grab ride or scooter trip away. Each morning begins with a homemade breakfast served right on your porch. NOTE: This may be changing as Jo & Tum are converting her parents former home into a breakfast lounge for J&T guests only. Guests can choose from traditional Western breakfast items or local Thai dishes, all delicious - we tried ‘em all during our 5 day stay. It’s a great way to start the day. As wonderful as the property is, what truly makes Jasmine & Tea House special are the owners, Tum and Jo. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality set this place apart. They are just kind, sweet humans. Tum goes above and beyond to help guests experience the best of Koh Samui, sharing helpful recommendations, photos, maps, and links to local attractions, restaurants, and hidden gems.

Excellent location and the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. I have stayed here before and they always give me good reasons to return whenever I can.

Very beautiful, authentic bungalows. Warmhearted, friendly thai owners with good english language knowledges. Helpful, great informations. And a lovely long romantic beach only a few meters away. Delicious restaurants near there. Excellent breakfast in the connected hotel on the beach.

Eine wirklich sehr gute Unterkunft abseits des lauten Touristentrubels. E ine außergewöhnlich nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste kümmert. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und privat gelegen – perfekt, um abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wer echte Entspannung abseits der vollen Party- und Strandstraßen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolut empfehlenswert. Danke! 🌿🙏

EVERYTHING!!! The location, the beach, the bungalow, the owners, the adorable dogs Mimi and Crossiant!!! The breakfast! It’s hard to put into words how perfect our stay was. Waking up everyday to the sound of the waves and a fresh breakfast was just dreamy. The owners were just so kind, the loveliest people. They have kayak, paddle board, inflatable, snorkels all free of charge for residents to use. We used the snorkels everyday! We also used the kayak for sunset and it was amazing!! I am a vegetarian and they helped me find restaurants in the area which accommodated my dietary requirements. The breakfast was always fresh and delivered right outside your door. The rooms are cleaned everyday and towels are replaced. We had a beach front room with a pool and it was great to have a cool down after a day at the beach. If you are thinking about booking this place, DO IT! We luckily managed to find a 3 day window as it books up so quickly for good reason! Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back :)

Jasmine and Tea House is a small family business owned and managed by locals Jo and Tun. There are four villas designed and built in authentic Thai style and positioned directly across the lane from a private relaxation area and beautiful Ban Tai Beach. Jo and Tun are lovely hosts assisting with booking cars, taxis, etc. They are around to assist but not intrusive. The Ban Tai area is quiet and within easy walking distance of several beach front bars and restaurants, massage, gym and a short walk to a 7/11. Breakfast was set-up on the front deck of the villa each day, next to the private plunge pool and with views to the beach. Mimi the dog added to the relaxed, family-orientated vibe. We highly recommend Jasmine and Tea House for a lovely, relaxed beachfront stay.

Minor maintenance issues that could easily be fixed e.g. slow draining shower and hand basin in the bathroom; piece of fabric covering bathroom window as the blind was broken.

Es ist einfach unglaublich schön und für uns ein absolutes Paradies, wir sind so sehr begeistert, dass wir unsere bereits gebuchten Nächte direkt verlängert haben. Über die so liebevollen Vermieter & tolle Hilfsbereitschaft, die großartige Lage am Strand mit den schönen Sonnenuntergängen und u.a. zum Fitkohcafe & Capeaway, die wunderschöne, detaillierte Einrichtung und sehr gute Sauberkeit und vieles, vieles mehr. Es ist wirklich bezaubernd!

The owners go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The property is beautiful ; very clean and comfortable. I loved having breakfast on the patio in the mornings over looking the sea. Having use of a kayak and snorkling masks was great fun. There are a number of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk for a evening meal.

Tum and Joe were amazing hosts, they helped with everything and were so kind! The location + the beach is amazing, we absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back!

The only thing that we could mention is that one of the houses (the one we stayed at) has significantly less view + pool at the back of the house, instead of the front. The other three houses have a better view. We still had an amazing stay and would love to be back even still 😊

I LOVED everything about the J&T House. It is a magical place in Koh Samui with the kindest, most welcoming hosts I have ever experienced. I love the rental, the bed, the pool, the breakfast, the beach, the location, having a paddleboard to use at my liesure. This was one of the most magical and spiritual experiences of my life thanks to Tum and Jo, the location and the property

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir herzlich aufgenommen.. Der private Pool und der eigene Strandabschnitt mit Möglichkeit zum ausborgen von Schnorchelmadkem, SUP und Kajak ist toll. Der Bungalow ist super komfortabel. Das Highlight war aber eindeutig die herzliche Art der Gastgeber und das wahnsinnig leckere Frühstück.

We had the most incredible stay during our honeymoon at Jasmine & Tea House over Christmas — it truly exceeded all our expectations. Waking up to views of palm trees and the sea, with our own private plunge pool, was absolutely amazing. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The private beach area was a real highlight, with sunbeds, paddle boards, and kayaks all available to use. Tum was an excellent host — so accommodating and attentive. The breakfast setup each morning was fantastic, with delicious fresh fruit as a lovely added bonus. The property is set in a very secluded beach area, yet still conveniently located, with a couple of great restaurants and a beach bar just along the road, as well as padel within walking distance. Would highly recommend - thank you!

Our stay here was amazing. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to restaurants, and a 7-Eleven is about a 10-minute walk away. The beach is literally right next to the house, with private sun loungers, which was incredible. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and always available to give advice or help us with any questions or issues we had. We also rented a scooter through them, which made everything very easy. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this place to everyone🫶🏼

It's literally paradise. The hotel is small and ideally located for a non party stay in Koh Samui. the pool was a lifesaver from the heat. breakfast was delicious. The rooms themselves are spacious and well appointed.great restaurants close by and the beach is right across a small road I think lane is more appropriate. Personal chairs overlooking the beach. I cannot say enough wonderful things.

It is more like a bed and breakfast. You get to know the lady running it you see her everyday there are no do not disturb signs or no housekeeping signs. These things are not really a problem but nice to know.

Spokój, brak pogoni do leżaków ;-), chill. Gospodarze serce wkładają w prowadzenie domu i to czujesz będąc gościem. Bardzo polecam ludziom chcącym uciec od dzikich tłumów.

Nie było takiej rzeczy. Nie ma to wpływu na ocenę ale przydałby się większy basen :-)

El lugar es increíble. El recinto son dos casas antiguas de Samui restauradas por los dueños, con un solarium delante a orillas de la playa. Cada casa está dividida en dos habitaciones. Tiene piscina privada (si te toca hacia la parte de atrás con privacidad, hacia adelante te ve todo el mundo al cruzar la carretera). Dentro de la habitación una cama grande y cómoda, un lugar de descanso, minibar y baño completo con ducha y una pequeña estantería a utilizar como armario, que no tiene. Todos los días proporcionan 2 botellas de agua frías y 2 del tiempo, y cambian las toallas y las sábanas diariamente. Hay limpiadores constantemente por el recinto. Puedes reservar desayuno con ellos pagando aparte, pero hay bares cerca para ello también, y un 7eleven. Hay un lugar para alquilar moto al lado llamado La Perle (250 bath por día) sin fianza solo por alojarte aquí, también tienen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto, pero es más barato reservar taxi en Bolt.

No está para nada insonorizado, se escucha cualquier tipo de ruido. El personal es demasiado atento, se hace pesado y parece que te están controlando constantemente. La luz del baño es demasiado tenue para un baño. El alojamiento está un poco separado de todo, aunque están construyendo muchísimo por la zona así que en un futuro seguro que es más céntrico. Imprescindible alquilar moto, ya que el servicio de Grab o Bolt/Taxi es demasiado caro en esta isla, comparado con Bangkok u otros lugares.

La casa es muy bonita y cuidada, tal cual las fotos.

Dos de los 4 días que nos hospedamos tuvimos cortes de luz y agua de al menos 5 horas por la tarde. No había arena ni playa cuando estuvimos nosotros, el agua rompía contra el muro justo debajo de la zona de hamacas y no había ni medio metro de arena donde poner una toalla. Las fotos en las que se ve un conjunto de casa, relax y playa deberían ser retiradas y únicamente mostrar la casa en si misma. Para la playa tuvimos que alquilar una moto e irnos a 15 minutos de la casa.

Absolutely amazing stay, like in paradise. Hosts are lepful, warm and kind. The houses are wonderful, clean, beautiful, breakfast is served on private terrace, the place is in hotel area, very safe with entry guard, and close to beach. Nearby food, drink, massage and 7-Eleven. Host Tum helps with everything, additional wishes, everything, and also has many interesting stories about the place and neighborhood, recommends interesting shops and restaurants. We could not imagine a better place and will recommend to everyone. Thank you, Tum! ♡ you are a lovely soul ♡

Tolle sehr ruhige Lage, perfekt zum entspannen! Der Blick aufs Meer ist großartig und der kleine Pool sowieso! Die Inhaber sind unglaublich nett und geben viele Tipps und Infos was man wo machen kann.

Amazing location, beautiful old and traditional style bungalow right next to great sandy beach, quiet area, nice restaurants nearby. Joe and the team were extremely friendly and hospitable. Very accommodating, when asking for a mosquito net for our little one, they installed one the very next day. Everything cleaned daily, little plunge pool was always a delight to use our little one and for ourselves. Not too far to 7/11 for some snacks and beers. Will be coming again!!

Despite all the great reviews about the breakfast here, we were a little disappointed to learn that the kitchen was closed while we were there so we didn’t get to try the breakfast, which was a big draw for why we booked. The breakfast offered by the hotel next door was pretty average unfortunately.

Everything was just perfect. The owners are super attentive and nice. The pool is beautiful, the room is spacious and well decorated with wooden furniture. There are great restaurants and bars nearby and the location is calm and quiet. The breakfast served on our balcony in front of the beach was delicious.

Tum und ihr Mann waren sehr zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit (auch zB beim Organisieren eines Autos), das (wirklich gute) Frühstück auf die Veranda serviert zu bekommen war umwerfend (der Ausblick!), wir haben den wunderschönen Strand direkt vor der Villa sehr genossen (paradiesisch!), der Baustil der Villa ist sehr gelungen (traditionell thailändisch), alles war sauber und gepflegt, das kostenlose Kajakfahren sehr schön...ein echtes Paradies!

Uns hat alles gefallen aber die Villen mit Pool Richtung Meer wären wahrscheinlich noch ein bisschen besser gewesen ;-). Wir waren trotzdem sehr happy. Kleine Anregungen: es wäre angenehm, wenn es einen Wäscheständer gäbe zum Wäsche aufhängen auf der Veranda und mehr Ablagefächer/Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen. Beim Frühstück hätte die "Western Breakfast"-Option ein bisschen größer sein können. Die "Thai Breakfast" Option war optimal. Dennoch kann ich mich nur wiederholen: wir hatten es ganz wunderbar und haben jede Minute genossen :-)!

Una experiencia auténtica en una casa al estilo original de Samui. La ubicación es ideal, a unos metros de una playa increíble y en una zona muy tranquila. Pero lo que más nos gustó fue el trato de los propietarios, y sobretodo de la dueña. Nos recibieron con total amabilidad y durante nuestra estancia nos hicieron muchas recomendaciones estando siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad.

La gentillesse et l’accueil, le logement est incroyable, le petit déjeuner est très bien et la terrasse devant les bungalows est aussi très bien avec plein d’équipements en libre service.

Die Besitzerin war super nett und freundlich. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, also perfekt für alle, die Entspannung suchen. Das Meer ist traumhaft und es sind ausreichend Liegen zum entspannend vorhanden. Tum gibt auch tolle Tipps, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Zum Beispiel eine Taxiapp, Lokalempfehlungen. Sie hat auch die Abholung vom Flughafen und einen Tagesausflug für uns organisiert. Das Frühstück wird einem auf die Terrasse gebracht und man kann zwischen lokalen und globalen Gerichten wählen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen ❤️

Our stay at Jasmine and Tea House was truly unforgettable. The accommodation was beautiful and luxurious, yet preserved in the authentic Thai spirit. The beach right in front of the bungalow was clean and lined with palm trees – a true paradise. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful in every way. Thanks to them, we enjoyed every moment of our stay and felt completely at home. Many thanks for the wonderful time – we are already looking forward to coming back. 🌺

Un séjour parfait pour terminer nos vacances, nous avons juste eu un regret, ne pas avoir réservé plus longtemps. De fait, cette adresse nous la gardons en tête pour notre prochain séjour. Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse et d’un empressement à répondre à vos besoins exceptionnels, la plage est magique, les bungalows très conforts avec chacun leur petite piscine ce qui est super appréciable. Pour le petit dejeuner, comme nous ne l’avions pas réservé à l’avance nous n’avons pas pu le prendre en chambre , mais nous sommes allé au restaurant juste à côté qui propose une formule buffet complet à volonté qui était parfaite. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir très vite, encore merci à nos hôtes 🙂

Peut être un peu de bruits et d.animation le soir du fait des restaurant à proximité, mais au final pas trop dérangeant

Virkelig fint lille sted, helt ned til vandet. Sød lille autentisk hytte med egen pool og privat strand. Personalet var så venlige og hjælpsomme og morgenmaden enestående. Har intet dårligt at sige, helt klart et besøg værd!

This place is wonderful- beautiful room, lovely pool, amazing breakfast brought to your balcony, super close to the beach with amazing host- Tum you are the best! we were with our 5 month old baby and everything was so wonderful, we really had everything we needed. (the photos don't do this place justice, it's much much nicer)

It's a quiet part of the island without many markets bars or restaurants. There are several which was more then plenty for out stay of 4 days, but if you're looking for some hustle and bustle- probably not the place, although there were some attractions nearby and Tum offered to help us set up more if we needed. For us- the quiet surroundings were just what we needed.

Ci sono piaciuti la tranquillità, i tramonti, la cordialità e disponibilità Jasmine e Tom, le colazioni con vista mare; ci si accorge solo quando si và via della pace che ci si lascia alle spalle.

Sfortunatamente non avevamo la piscinetta fronte mare ma sul retro, cosa a mio avviso è rilevante se siete una coppia e cercate situazioni romantiche, nel mio caso cn un bimbo di 2 anni non è stato un gran problema 😅. Della 4 abitazioni 2 hanno la piscina vista mare.

La Cabaña es cómoda y tiene vistas al mar. La pequeña piscina individual con vistas al mar es un lujo. La playa es de arena blanca de coral, con palmeras y la temperatura del agua es prefecta. Hay restaurantes proximos y luego, con la app que te indican en el hotel tienes precios razonables para moverte por la isla, si no quieres alquilar moto, que es nuestro caso. Los dueños te aconsejan bien y la estan pendientes de lo que necesites

Really quiet area, the beach is clean

4 bungalows avec de petites piscines situés au bord de la mer (espace privé en bord de plage avec des transats). Tout était parfait, la taille du bungalow, de la salle de bains, la décoration, les deux terrasses (devant et derrière), le petit-déjeuner servi sur les terrasses, la gentillesse de la propriétaire, sa réactivité et ses conseils précieux (elle vous arrange tout, ce qui est très pratique). Vraiment digne d'un 4 étoiles même si pas de réception.

Absolument rien

Een heerlijke kamer met een eigen zwembadje en aan het strand in alle rust! Een heerlijk bed. Elke dag weer schone handdoeken. Een ontbijtje op je eigen terras. Elke dag kan je kiezen wat je graag wil eten. De eigenaars zijn zo behulpzaam. Ze helpen met alles: tripjes, taxi’s, kortingscodes etc.

Ik kan niks bedenken. Mocht je op zoek zijn naar party dan zit je verkeerd, maar wil je echt relaxen dan ben je hier in het paradijs.

Taxi from the airport is expensive compared to other alternatives

Very comfortable rooms in the traditional island samui built. The owners show great passion for keeping the island heritage alive. The accommodation is very comfortable, great beds, very clean and decorated minimalistic with great taste. The little pool outside on the deck was amazing for us and our five year old. The breakfast in the morning is just a great Luxery, eating under the palm trees overlooking the sea. We stayed in house 2, which has the most amazing views. The beach is lovely, not crowded at all with some nice beach side restaurants, and a great walk. The owners arrange everything for you for a good price, like car rental and washing. This side of the island is quit and relaxed, and away from the more commercial side. It comes with the amazing sunsets you want to see! Visiting the island attractions is easily done and fisherman's village is 10 minutes car ride away. So I would 100% prefer to stay in this little paradise than in the busy streets in town.

Un paradiso, tutto era curato nei minimi dettagli. Posizione ottima: vista mare con spiaggia letteralmente a due passi. Vicino ci sono ottime caffetterie e ristoranti. C’è anche un beach club con palestra e corsi yoga proprio sul mare. La struttura è davvero magnifica e la proprietaria ancora di più: disponibilissima a dare indicazioni su qualsiasi necessità, inoltre ci ha organizzato lei taxi e boat per i trasferimenti e anche il noleggio motorino. Nice quiet place and very helpful hosts. Great breakfast, private sunbeds and umbrellas.

We felt incredibly welcome and right at home from the moment we arrived. Sun and Joe were absolutely fantastic hosts—their attention to detail was second to none. From personalized recommendations for the best local restaurants (even with discounts), to organizing taxis, ferries, and excursions—nothing was too much trouble. While we were out paddleboarding, Sun even took some lovely photos of us, which was such a thoughtful touch. They were always available, happy to help, and truly went above and beyond every single day. It was also really special to stay in a Thai-owned resort, where the pride and love for the island was so clear. You could feel the heart that had gone into building this beautiful place. We left feeling completely relaxed and cared for. One of the sweetest touches was them bringing us Thai treats to try— local fruits and jelly cups. These were things we likely wouldn’t have tried on our own, and they were absolutely delicious. It was a lovely way to experience the local culture and made us feel even more welcome. The facilities were fantastic. The minibar was very reasonably priced, and we loved the free use of paddleboards, kayaks, beach toys for our son, snorkels, and swim shoes—they really thought of everything. The resort has private beach access with plenty of sun loungers, hammocks, and even beach entertainment like football goals. It’s the perfect place for families. Our son loved the freedom he had to move safely between rooms in this quiet, traffic-free town. We never had to worry about crowds or cars, which gave us such peace of mind. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly—an unforgettable stay.

If you want a party location this is not for you. This is perfect for families, couples and anyone looking for a relaxing time.

Beautiful property, loved our personal pool, breakfast on the terrace was delicious and it was so special to have it served directly to our room and to enjoy it outside in the fresh morning air. It was peaceful and near the end of a road which is not busy, which made it feel quite safe and private. We enjoyed the beach and hammocks as well but have to say that the pool was unbeatable.

Nothing! The only sad part is that the area seems polluted with so much traffic on Koh Samui and the ocean water quality was not good while we were there. However this is of course not the fault of the property but rather something to consider on a visit.

We had an unforgettable honeymoon at Jasmine & Tea House, one of our favourite stays ever! Right from the beginning, Tum was amazing, she would WhatsApp me all the information I needed and provide us with photos & history of the houses & the location, it was super kind & thoughtful! The villa itself was incredible, with our own plunge pool facing the beach so we could watch the sunset from it - absolutely breathtaking! The aircon was fabulous & definitely needed due to the heat outside. Breakfast out on the patio each morning was fantastic, the food was so delicious and we loved that Mimi the dog would sit by us while we ate (she's so sweet!). There's a private area just for guests in front of the beach where you could relax in hammocks & it's so quiet & peaceful. You're only a minute away from the beachfront - incredible! We also loved going to Mimosa Stars (less than a minute away) for food & drink, the staff there are also incredibly friendly ☺️ Unfortunately there was a storm while we were there which knocked out the power for 1 night but this didn't bother us really - once again Tum was truly helpful & provided us with a handheld fan & light, she always checked in to make sure we were okay ☺️ I can't say enough about how fantastic this place is, we really hope to be back one day as we loved it so much 💗 Thank you Tum!!

Nothing, it was honestly perfect

This place is an absolute dream. Incredible location. It’s so calm and quiet. The accommodation is incredible. So beautifully designed and well thought out. The private pool was the icing on the cake. Having breakfast while looking out to sea was a real treat. Tum is an incredible host. So helpful and kind. Classic Thai hospitality at its finest. I loved being told about old Samui and shown around her old family home that’s being done up so wonderfully. Utterly faultless.

This place is a true hidden gem of accommodation, located on one of Samui’s more secluded and beautiful beaches — Ban Tai Beach. The private pool opening directly from the bathroom is incredibly convenient. We just wish it had been clearer on the booking site which accommodation types have pools facing the sea — we probably would have chosen that option. The accommodation is beautifully and spotless, with daily cleaning of both the pool and the rooms. Our host was absolutely wonderful and helpful, sharing lots of recommendations as well as interesting stories about the house and the local area. Breakfast was amazing. We also really appreciated the snorkeling gear and water shoes — they were super useful.
