The private villas with a pool and access to a private beach are amazing. The villa is large, spacious, and very comfortable.

It was a bit far from other places like bars and restaurants, but for us, it was ideal.

Die Lage der Villen und die gesamte Anlage, dankbare Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus. Frühstück und Essen war super. Liebevolles Personal.

Es gibt nicht wirklich etwas auszusetzen. Es wurde schon mehrfach erwähnt, dass das Hotel zwar in die Jahre gekommen ist und zeitnah renoviert wird. Dennoch war der Zustand der Villa gut, es wurde alles mögliche unternommen, den Standard eines 5-Sterne Hotels zu bewahren.

Die Lage am wunderschönen Strand, der Pool, Größe und Ausstattung der Unterkunft, das sensationelle Frühstück, die Freundlichkeit des Personals,- wir fanden alles außergewöhnlich gut, noch besser als im Vorfeld erwartet. Das Napasai soll jetzt renoviert werden, wir hatten bereits jetzt nichts daran auszusetzen (etwas Patina an den Holzteilen erhöhte eher noch den Charme, wie wir finden).

Die Anlage besticht durch ihre traumhafte Lage am Hang mit direktem Zugang zum hoteleigenen Strand. Obwohl sie bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, vermittelt sie den charmanten Eindruck, in einem authentischen thailändischen Dorf zu wohnen. Die Zimmer sind rustikal und zugleich im typisch thailändischen Stil eingerichtet. Sie bieten hohen Komfort und überzeugen besonders durch ihre Sauberkeit. Das Personal ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend – stets mit einem freundlichen Lächeln und bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück überzeugt durch seine große Vielfalt und lässt keine Wünsche offen: Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei, alles ist frisch zubereitet und wird täglich durch neue Köstlichkeiten ergänzt.

Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Im Beach-Restaurant kann es gelegentlich etwas länger dauern, bis die Bestellung serviert wird. Dafür wurden wir jedoch mit der typisch thailändischen Herzlichkeit und einer kostenlosen Portion frischem Obst mehr als entschädigt.

Die ruhige Lage, der atemberaubende Meerblick, das Meer (nicht ganz so viele Fische beim Schnorcheln, zum Teil Meerespflanzen, Strand sauber, teilweise steinig), der Dschungel in der Nähe. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Zimmer, das Personal hat unser Anliegen ohne Diskussion sehr ernst genommen und uns eine Alternative geboten (und auch danach war das Personal weiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit), Frühstück sehr lecker. Kostenlose Fahrräder und Wasseraktivitäten, Süßigkeiten herstellen und Pilates.

Man ist ein wenig abseits des Geschehens (ein kostenloser oder günstiger Shuttle zum Fischermarkt wäre für die Gäste eine tolle Idee, vielleicht zu festen Bring und Abholzeiten), Restaurants in circa 10-25min zu erreichen. (Essen am Hotel teuer, viele gehen deshalb auch auswärts essen). Mini Bar nicht inklusive. Zimmer teilweise schon älter.

Alles. Bis auf ein Erlebnis am letzten späten nachmittag vor unserer Abreise welches mein gesamtes Wohlbefinden erschüttert hat. Leider konnte ich dies auch den Mitarbeitern nicht mehr mitteilen, da wir am nächsten Morgen abgereist sind: eine riesige Spinne in unseren Kleiderschrank des Masterbedrooms unserer Residenz. Die Tür zum Zimmer war nicht dicht, so dass wir die Spalte nachts mit Klebeband versehen hatten. Ein No Go bei 5 Sternen.

It will be renovated and probably extended - please keep the charme of a (relatively) small resort and don’t make the mistake to turn it into a massive thing.

It’s not exactly near anything, but getting a grab to other parts of the island is easy enough. You’ll also probably not want to leave the resort!

Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Herzlicher Empfang, wunderbarer Bungalow, schöne Poolanlage mit schöner Aussicht. Sehr schöner und sauberer Strandabschnitt.

Preis/Leistung des Restaurants ist nicht gegeben, aber genügend Möglichkeiten in Gehdistanz vorhanden.

Amazing grounds and private beech, the pool is also a very nice size for swimming lengths. The staff are wonderful and the whole site including the villa was very clean and tidy.

We don’t think the food was great and was over priced. The menus were lacking choice too. Sometimes you just want a club sandwich and some chips by the pool or a really nice smoothie!

The Pool Villa was simply amazing, spacious, double bathroom, beautiful private swimming pool and garden, very quiet, very close to the beach. The staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful on any matter (to do with the resort or not).

Our stay at Napasai was one of our highlights during our honeymoon. The resort grounds are beautiful and classy without trying too hard - and the staff are very skilled, super friendly and genuinely always wanted to make sure we have all we need to have a perfect stay. The breakfast was just perfect. Thank you so much and we hope to come back in the future!

The customer service was amazing! The whole team was super kind and friendly. They made some surprises for my birthday without me telling them! It was super clean, the room was beautiful with the sea view. The hotel property was amazing too. Super breakfast.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben bei dem sehr netten Personal, die uns bei allen Fragen geholfen haben. Als Honeymoon-Hotel wirklich genau das richtige! Die täglichen Aufmerksamkeiten in Form von kleinen Obst- oder lokalen Süßigkeiten waren wirklich süß :). Das Frühstücksbuffet sowie der Fitnessraum waren für uns ein Traum!

Man ist sehr für sich, allerdings einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gibt es schon. Das Hotel liegt verhältnismäßig etwas außerhalb, für Shopping oder Essen außerhalb vom Ressort braucht man in der Regel 30min bis zur nächsten größeren Stadt. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau, da man gerade in den Flitterwochen wenig außer Haus will ;)

Beautiful beach and resort

L'accueil et le personnel sera aux petits soins tous le séjour. C'est très appréciable, je me suis rarement sentie aussi bien dans un hotel. La cuisine est gastronomique, avec un chef qui a fait ses preuves dans des restaurant étoilés.

Les tarifs sur place sont assez élevés pour la Thailande, je suis contente d'avoir pris la formule demi-pension (half bord)

La spiaggia, l’acqua è molto bassa, per lo meno a agosto. A 10 minuti a piedi dal resort si può nuotare bene

Peut être préciser que les résidences sont composées de pièces séparées les unes des autres par un extérieur. Elles sont complètements indépendantes. Il s’agit d’une maison sur plusieurs étages donc ne convient pas avec des enfants en bas âge ou qui ne sont pas en âge de dormir seuls dans une chambre loin de celle des parents.

Che dire..un vero paradiso. Villa spaziosa con vista mare super. Camera pulita, rifatta 2 volte al giorno. Staff di una professionalità unica. Chiunque! Dalla reception, ai ristoranti, alla spiaggia. Attenzione e cordialità ai massimi livelli. Colazione che può soddisfare tutti i gusti e le esigenze sia sul dolce che sul salato. Buona selezione di piatti anche per pranzo e cena. La spiaggia: qui si che è davvero privata. Accesso solo per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Lettini a disposizione ed in numero sufficiente. Punto mare più che dignitoso. Acqua calda e sempre pulita e calma. Mattino generalmente bassa marea, dall'ora di pranzo balneabile "normalmente". A disposizione: kayak, paddle board, catamarano, campi di tennis, ping pong, badminton, biliardo, biciclette, palestra, etc..cosa volere di più? Posizione tranquilla dalla quale si può raggiungere ogni punto dell'isola con Grab (circa 10/12€ a tratta). Un saluto a tutto lo staff! Da Alla, a Haa, a Santi, alla general manager di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome! Grazie a tutti!

Se proprio bisogna cercare qualche piccolo spunto di miglioramento cito: rapporto quantità (non qualita, che era SUPER) prezzo del ristorante Lai Thai un po tirato. Tegolare la temperatura della doccia non immediato (classici pomelli)

Breakfast was a bit repetitive and not as much variety as other hotels. The quality was good though.

The breakfast could have done with some more variety. Compared to the rest of the property and the facilities, the breakfast felt a bit sub-par. It was good, unlike everything else which was excellent.

Toute l’équipe était au petit soin. Un grand merci à Haa qui a entraîné nos enfants en boxe thaï, il était patient et très passionné par son travail, les enfants ont adoré. La chambre était tellement confortable donnant sur la mer. C’était un vrai paradis. Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel! Rien à dire de négatif, nous y retournerons dans 1 semaine pour terminer notre voyage tellement c’était exceptionnel.
