Plataran Bromo

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean, with a truly magical setting. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the surroundings and the overall appearance of the property. It is a very special place and visually one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at during our trip.

Unfortunately, the service made our stay less relaxing than we expected from a luxury resort. We received a very large amount of messages, documents and forms, and were repeatedly asked to sign confirmations for different activities. We were also frequently contacted about where we were or when we would be available. At times this felt quite intrusive rather than helpful. One situation in particular made us uncomfortable: we were asked to sign paperwork for our Bromo activity, and only a few minutes later we were informed that the tour had been cancelled because the area was closed. The timing made the whole process feel unclear and poorly handled. We also experienced an unfortunate incident at breakfast. A utensil/tong had been left inside a container that several guests understandably believed contained soup or broth. Multiple guests, including us, took from it before realizing what had happened. The hotel itself was very clean, so this appeared to be an isolated issue, but the buffet should have been monitored more carefully. Overall, we feel the guest experience would benefit greatly from less administrative contact, clearer communication and a more relaxed approach to service.

Had a wonderful stay at Plataran Bromo. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by amazing scenery. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. A special thanks to Lufi and Rahma for being so kind and helpful during our stay. They were always friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend Plataran Bromo to anyone visiting Bromo, and I hope to come back again someday.

Der Spielplatz ist ziemlich alt und die Organisation davon war nicht so einfach. Man kann diesen nur schwer zu Fuss erreichen. Es fährt jedoch ein kleines Auto dich dahin wenn man fragt. Das hat gut geklappt. Unser 3 Bett Zimmer war nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar, was nicht gut mit Kindern ist.

We stayed one night at this beautiful hotel, and it was perfect! We chose this hotel because we were going to visit Mount Bromo—it’s the best place to stay for that. The views from the hotel are stunning! You really are “above the clouds.” I also highly recommend tea time on the other side of the mountain (a shuttle service is provided)—it was a lot of fun. The friendliness of the staff has convinced me to definitely come back here. But one staff member really stood out: Rahma. She was always in a great mood and always ready to chat—in short, she was the friendliest person in the entire hotel! There’s really only one downside, and that’s the restaurant—it gets very cold in the evenings, so you have to put on a jacket. The food, though, is absolutely delicious. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

几点印象深刻之处： 1. 景色卓越。度假村占地面积很大，本身就是一个景点可以参观漫步。酒店还提供了45分钟的观光车，可以去酒店其它区域转转。 2.人性设计。我们预订的是三人家庭间，每个床之间有个卷帘设计，可以放下作为空间隔断，保留私密空间；每个床头有个小阅读灯，避免彼此干扰。还有两个插头，非常方便（多数酒店只有1个）；房间还有两件独立小空间，不仅可各自独立存放行李，还给每个人提供更衣、整理物品空间，避免摊在一地，尤其在一家人要统一时间出发卫生间有人使用时，几个独立空间可以同时发挥作用。这是我在其他任何酒店没见过的设计。此外，房间保暖很好，夜间的山间很重要。 3. 设计巧思。每栋别墅里既有公共空间（客厅、阳台），还有各自独立的房间，既适合小家庭出行，也适合团体活动。尤其是酒店营造了很多园林环境，非常适合举行小型家庭或团队活动后居住。此外酒店还有专门的动物养殖区，不一定有很多实用价值，但是确实给酒店增添了更多生机。同时酒店各种活动的举办既适合亲子、也适合情侣和家庭。还有一个拍日落的大平台。 4. 火山早餐。价格不便宜，但确实很有仪式感，而且这样的风景和经历未必会再有，如果觉得可以承受的，建议尝试。

1. 行李搬运时间。虽然行李是由行李员搬运至房间，但由于房间多为台阶设计，来回搬运无法靠单纯的电梯和推车，而是人工拖拉，会花费不少时间，尤其房间内还涉及楼梯的。如果有严格时间计划的，一定要把搬运行李的时间留出来。 2. 出行安排。如果从酒店预订套餐，一定要注意的是，司机并非导游，不会有人提醒和限制你每个环节所需时间。如果当天你有明确的时间安排，必须自行把控每个环节时间，提前确认各点之间交通时间、每个点的常规停留时间，否则司机并不知悉你的安排，你的计划可能会受影响。

This was an extraordinary stay. I have traveled a lot and I did a ton of research and this exceeded our expectations. Boris and his team are incredible. Out room was amazing, afternoon tea was great, breakfast and dinner were all outstanding including our romantic dinner in the glass house. The plants and landscaping was top notch and the tour to Bromo of course was over the top good. If you’re looking for nightlife look elsewhere - if you want five star service, food and location next to the national park - you’re in the right place. Every detail felt authentic to the Bromo experience, making our stay truly memorable. While the price is certainly on the premium side, it is absolutely worth it for the quality of service and the unforgettable experiences offered. What made our stay even more special was the genuine hospitality of the team. Boris gave us a warm welcome from the moment we arrived, making us feel at home immediately. Rasya was wonderful with our children during the trekking activity, ensuring they were safe, engaged, and thoroughly enjoyed the adventure. The Front Office team was also consistently friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Everything about our stay was simply perfect. Plataran Bromo has created an experience that goes far beyond accommodation—it truly captures the spirit of Bromo. We are grateful to the entire team for making our family holiday so memorable, and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Had a good experience of the hospitality at Plataran Bromo. Staff were warm and genuinely welcoming. Shelly was outstanding when showing around during orientation of the place and subsequently offering to take photos. Few suggestions below: 1) Since it is also meant to be a family oriented resort, the various restaurants should cater some children meals in their menu. 2) The maintenance crew should try to check periodically to ensure fixtures are in top condition - Rm109 toilet seat cover has become loosened before our usage. 3) Lighting in toilet near mirror can be improved to facilitate better view of user face especially for women.

A gorgeous property with extra large hotel rooms and huge bath. Too bad it's on the main road as the scooters go by continually and sound carries. Comfy bed, inviting living room area with a welcome message written by hand on a large leaf and sweet treats on the table. The Hydrangeas at the entrance were colorful and full, the staff was efficient, the High Tea that was included with the room was a nice treat, as was the Happy Hour at the cocktail bar. However, only 2 wines were on the menu for happy hour, one red and one white. Not nearly enough choices since if one likes Chardonnay, a Pinot Grigio is far from satisfying.

The location is nice with the only downside being that you have to go through many twists and turns on the already bumpy road to get here so if you're prone to car sickness get ready for the ride. The atmosphere is super cold and even all the staff inside wear jackets so that's a must. I stayed in the house resort at the top which was spacious with great views plus it was spotless. The room also had a smart tv with a free netflix account so that was nice. There are plenty of stairs leading to the room (depending on which one you got) so get ready for that. It's relatively quiet besides the occasional sounds of cars and bikes. I didn't try their other services like the spa, but if you're looking for a good place to spend the night before seeing Bromo then this is the place to go, if you have the money ofc since its quite pricey when compared to other hotels in Indonesia.

Stayed here as a family of 3 (with a 7 year old) in the 1st week of June for 3 nights. It’s a beautiful property and the staff are kind. We intended to spend a day relaxing at the hotel and the next day visit broom but due to Vesak day broom was closed. So we spend 2 days at the hotel and visited bromo on our checkout day. We met the hotel manager Boris and he is a great guy. Just like the staff very kind and helpful. Only thing the staff don’t understand or speak English very well but that wasn’t a big problem most of the time. Loved the little cottage style rooms. 4 rooms on the ground level and 4 on the 1st level. Each level has a shared living room with a water filter. Loved how the hotel thought about the water filter, its being eco friendly. The rooms itself is cozy and well maintained. The beds are super comfy and so are the pillows. Would love if they could allocate families with young children the cottage rooms next to the open garden, so kids can run about. We only realized after we checked in. They have a newer building with modern rooms but it spoils the charm of the hotel. The cottage rooms give a more holiday feeling and match the scenery. Now for the improvements that can make the hotel perfect. The rooms have no Aircon or fan. While it’s generally not needed as the weather is cool. At night the rooms can get stuffy due lack of air circulation. We then opened the balcony window for some cool breeze as we were sweaty at night due to no ventilation. Doing that was a mistake as we got bitten by mosquitoes. So we had to make a choice sleep in a stuffy room and sweat or open for cool breeze and get bitten by mosquitoes. Maybe they should think of putting nets on the balcony so the windows can be opened at night or just provide a fan. As we had plenty of time because Bromo was closed. We decided to do the little farmer activity for my city born kid. The activity cost is actually quite steep but we still decided to proceed. That was the worst decision. The staff don’t speak English so they just gestured us to dig, plant and water, with zero information. We didn’t even know what we were planting until we asked. The activity was done in 20 min and then they told us there is a cooking class next. Now we didn’t want the cooking class. We wanted to learn about farming, which we didn’t because no one shared any knowledge with us. I do not recommend this activity to anyone considering is so expensive and you don’t learn anything. I think the hotel should rethink their activities and their pricing. Now for the carnival playground, there is no staff to help turn on the rides even during designated hours. We had to go and ask the receptionist for help. Also, 2 rides were not working. As for the animal feeding, the staff have no clue of the timing. There is no staff to help when you go there during the day. Again, we have to walk back to the reception and ask them to send staff. There were supposed to be 4 rabbits. But in the rabbit room there are only 2 when we asked the staff where are the other 2 they said near the campground but no rabbits were there. We then found the other 2 rabbits when we hiked up the hill opposite the hotel. I hope the staff have not forgotten about them. We had 2 free horse ride from our booking. We asked the staff that we would like to ride them at 1pm after lunch. They agreed, when we showed up at 1pm no one was there and no one had a clue. Finally they made us wait for an hour and the horses showed up at 2pm. As for the restaurant, there are 2 on the property. Both have a limited menu and some of the items are out of stock. So if you stay longer than a night you are going to get bored of their food as there is no variety and nothing nearby. We booked the bromo jeep tour from the hotel and it’s expensive. We were hoping for some information from the jeep driver but as usual we were given silent treatment. We had to ask questions. For the price paid the experience was not worth it as we had no information on bromo. The hotel is definitely beautiful but the rooms face the road so you can hear constant loud scooter/car sounds and it’s extremely loud (even at night). This spoils the serenity the hotel promises to give. Thus losing its charm The hotel definitely has potential but maintaining the beautiful grounds is not enough. The finer details for the guests need to be looked at too. A lot of improvement needed. Especially if they want to charge such high prices for rooms and activities. While I do recommend people to stay here. Bring your personal fan and earplugs. Don’t stay more than a night as the hotel is not equipped to handle long staying guests,don’t do any paid activities and lower your expectations a bit. We didn’t have a car and hired a driver to get us there and pick us up. I think the hotel also helps with car pickup but it’s expensive

The resort is very large, beautifully designed, and well maintained, with many areas to explore. The service was excellent — honestly, I felt it was on par with some luxury resorts in Bali that cost nearly $1,000 per night. However, the room itself, along with the in-room facilities, was really quite ordinary and small. There was a big contrast between the room and the beautiful resort grounds and excellent service. Perhaps that was because we booked a more affordable room category. I still give it five stars because of one warm little detail. While we were dining at the restaurant, my mom was slightly overwhelmed by the spiciness of one dish and made a “ha” sound. She was not complaining at all, but a staff member still came over with concern and asked what had happened, and whether we would like the dish replaced. We smiled and said it was fine, just a little spicy. A while later, the staff member brought us some fruit and drinks, saying they could help ease the spiciness. The service was truly amazing!

The food only came 2 hours later, the pasta is not only apetizing, looks poorly made, so bad, no oil on it, using canned tuna, doesn't say it's canned just tuna, bread was soggy like it was waiting in a cold fridge and just microwaved, the staff look so bored and not caring

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider coming back despite a few hiccups. The property itself is beautiful. It’s spacious, surrounded by lush, well-maintained plants, and the misty forest creates a truly unique and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really liked the common areas, especially the shared living room, which was beautifully designed and equipped with a large TV where guests can watch Netflix and relax.

There were a few downsides, though. We could hear loud dance music (“boom boom” bass) from somewhere outside from early morning until late at night, although we never figured out where it was coming from. The food was unfortunately quite disappointing—honestly much worse than what we had at a basic business hotel in Surabaya. We also spotted a rat on the ground floor one day. That said, none of these issues significantly affected our overall impression. The one area where I think the hotel could improve its professionalism is transportation coordination. Since the hotel is in a fairly remote location, transportation arrangements are very important. We informed the hotel multiple times that we would need an airport transfer to Surabaya Airport: before arrival, during check-in, when confirming our sunrise tour, and again after returning from the tour. However, when we checked out and requested the car, we were told that no reservation had been made and that a vehicle would have to be dispatched from Surabaya, which would take considerable time and we would never catch the flight. In the end, it was actually our suggestion to arrange for a vehicle that would arrive soon and head back to Surabaya to take us, which fortunately solved the problem.

A unique and memorable experience at Plataran Bromo! The resort is set high above the clouds with incredible views of sunset. A great base before doing a 4ww trip to Bromo sunrise. Lots of activities on site to keep everyone busy and occupied - can definitely stay here a full day and enjoy all that there is to offer. Service was very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Anches, Cindy and Nurul for putting extra care into our trip.

We stayed one night and to be honest weren’t in the hotel that much but our room was very nice apart from accessing it.. Block 3 is up slopes and lots of steps.. the furthest away from everything. The decor of the hotel throughout is stunning! The gardens are immaculate. We even wrote a message on the tree of hope. We had a very nice dinner from the set menu and were served by the very professional and friendly - Haris. All of the staff throughout the hotel were fabulous. We had massages on arrival day which were good. We would’ve used the pool or jacuzzi or sauna after our journey, but they don’t have any of these facilities which would really enhance the hotel if they did.. It’s still the place to stay when visiting Mount Bromo. Breakfast was fine, albeit I was disappointed that there wasn’t any fruit or yoghurts. This is a very nice hotel up in the mountains perfect for visiting Mount Bromo.

We stayed at Plataran Bromo, which is often considered one of the better hotels in the Bromo area. While the location and concept are strong, and the property is positioned as a luxury brand, the overall experience felt quite far from luxury. We stayed at the House Resort, which consists of two upstairs rooms with a shared living space. The rooms themselves were decent and comfortable enough, but access was quite challenging. After a long day at Tumpak Sewu (which already involves a lot of climbing), we still had to navigate five slopes and staircases from the restaurant to reach our rooms, which made it quite tiring, especially for families with children or elderly guests. Food was a major disappointment throughout our stay. The selection lacked variety and was essentially the same every day. Even afternoon tea was underwhelming. One evening, when we tried to dine at the alternative restaurant outside the hotel, it was fully booked, leaving us no choice but to return to the main restaurant again. Unfortunately, many menu items were unavailable, and we were served the same limited selection once more. We also booked the campervan picnic experience, which was unfortunately quite disappointing. It had rained in the afternoon, and the setup did not resemble the promotional photos at all. Although we ordered food for two pax, there were six of us (including children), but the setup was for two, hotel could have made some flexibility with the set up. There were no cushions in the campervan (unlike the pictures and maybe because it was raining and wet. Lighting was good at the site. The overall picnic didn't feel special at all. The marshmallows were not prepared in advance and had to be requested, and some food items were served cold, including chicken balls with the noodles, we had to ask to be reheated. There was also little flexibility with the menu, which meant some food went untouched. Overall, while Plataran Bromo has potential and is likely one of the better accommodation options in the area, the execution of its “luxury” positioning feels inconsistent.

I have a great experience staying at Plataran Bromo. The hotel is beautiful and clean, very well-kept, services are great, staffs are friendly and helpful. Stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. We brought our 2.5 years old toddler along and thank goodness for the mini play area at Level 3 restaurant as well as the Carnaval playground. These 2 places kept my toddler very happy and entertained. Food wise, Plataran Bromo kept us very well-fed throughout our time here. Breakfast had a slight change in variety during our time there and the same goes for the tea break (from 4-5pm). For lunch/dinner, my family thoroughly enjoyed their tenderloin, fried breaded chicken, iga gentong (oxtail soup), fried bebek (duck) as well as the mie ayam gbk. Please try these dishes when you go! As for the view, we managed to see loads of stars on most of the nights. There are also a number of activities you can do on site that are free, such as feeding of sheeps, playing at the Carnaval (includes carousel rides, viking, merry-go-round etc), tour around the estate etc! Throughout our time here, we encountered staff who were always smiley, genuine and hardworking. I was so in awe when I saw a staff climbing the stairs/incline slope while carrying a foldable bed. Please tip them generously if you are able to. They truly deserve it. My family and I will definitely explore other Plataran resorts in the future!

Truly the Swiss of Java. The hotel has a common living and dining room area. The rooms are always cleaned and the views are magical. We went as 3 families and the rooms provide us with the privacy we need while still allowing our children to mingle in the communal areas. The activities were thoughtfully organized, with food and drinks always ready. We came back from the Tengger Caldera Tour post breakfast and found out that they have prepared and set aside a set of breakfast waiting for our return. The staff are very friendly, attentive and great with kids. We wished we had stayed an additional night. 2 nights is not enough to fully explore this beautiful place.

To categorize Plataran Bromo simply as a "resort" would certainly undermine the amazing experience we had. My wife and I stayed at Plataran Bromo in May to celebrate her birthday, booking the "Couples Retreat" package. I chose this package to ensure a hassle-free vacation where we could fully enjoy the occasion, and it delivered well above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were greeted by a private car to take us to the property. The second we stepped foot into the resort, it took our breath away. The entire staff made us feel right at home, and we were introduced to our personal butler, Mr. Ragil. As part of the package, we stayed in a Suite Room, which was incredibly classy and spacious. Everything from the bed and the bathroom (featuring a separate shower and bathtub) to the balcony overlooking the hills and the top-notch amenities was exceptional. The room's design was elegant without feeling overly pretentious. Furthermore, a personal welcome note from Mr. Boris (the Operations Director) and birthday decorations in the room made the occasion feel even more special. The next day, we left the hotel at 2:30 AM to catch the sunrise at the top of Mt. Bromo. The hotel had already prepared boxed breakfasts (local fried rice and sandwiches) for us to enjoy during our early morning trip. After watching the sunrise and visiting the caldera, we were served a private breakfast at the base of the mountain. This is an experience we will certainly cherish forever. When we arrived back at the hotel, we were served lunch. You will truly be spoiled by the food here; the taste is amazing. The Plataran group is renowned for its fine-dining Indonesian food concept, and I can attest that the culinary quality at Plataran Bromo matches the high standards of their top-tier restaurants—which is incredible for a remote resort. Our package also included a 60-minute couples spa treatment, which we desperately needed after our mountain excursion. The highlight of the day, however, was a private romantic dinner at the glass house. We were treated to a flawless, specially curated 3-course meal inside a beautiful garden nursery setting that left us breathless. I must highlight the incredible staff. Everyone did a phenomenal job attending to our every need. Special thanks to Mr. Boris, who personally ensured we had an amazing experience and even cooked his mother’s special egg omelet recipe for us. Another team member who deserves high praise is Mr. Ragil, who was always there to assist us. Last but certainly not least, the entire team at Plataran Bromo made us feel completely at home. My advice: experience Plataran Bromo for more than just one day. A minimum of two nights is a good start. We will certainly be back because, in my eyes, there are ordinary resorts, and then there is "Plataran Bromo"—there is a massive difference.

We recently concluded a wonderful 5-day stay at this hotel, and every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. The front desk team was always pleasant and helpful, the chefs went above and beyond, and the spa facilities were excellent — truly relaxing and well maintained. A special mention to Mr Boris, Director of Operations, who was frequently seen walking the grounds and personally ensuring that guests were well taken care of. That level of dedication and visibility speaks volumes about the hotel’s service culture. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touches for longer-stay guests, including customized menu options and the care taken to accommodate our allergies and food preferences. It made us feel genuinely valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The environment was beautifully maintained, room cleanliness was top notch every single day, and all tours and activities arranged by the hotel were smooth, enjoyable, and very well organized. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a memorable one. We left feeling well rested, cared for, and already looking forward to returning again.

We didn’t plan this stay much, just a random TikTok find that somehow led us here (searched for resorts in Bromo). But it turned out to be more than just a place to stay, it felt like an experience in itself. There’s something incredibly calming about it. Maybe it’s the cool mountain air, the way the resort sits quietly above the clouds, or simply the people who make you feel so welcomed from the moment you arrive. Every corner feels intentional, with a timeless design that gently takes you back, while the views stretch endlessly across Mount Bromo and the surrounding highlands. At times, it almost felt like we were somewhere in the Swiss Alps, except this is East Java, home to one of the most iconic volcanic landscapes in the world, within the vast Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. It’s quiet here, slower, a little removed from everything else, and that’s what makes it so special. You find yourself pausing more, noticing more, feeling more. The kind of place where the clouds roll in like a soft blanket and the day fades gently into the horizon. We came here by chance, but somehow it felt like exactly where we were meant to be. Some places you visit, and some places stay with you. This one, we’ll carry with us for a long time.

My stay at Plataran Bromo exceeded all expectations. Coming from someone who lives in the region, I was genuinely impressed by how perfect the weather was in April — cooling aircon weather, fresh, and incredibly refreshing. Felt like I’m in Europe during spring/autumn and this climate made every moment outdoors even more enjoyable. What truly sets this stay apart is how thoughtfully curated the experiences are. The Tengger cultural experience was quite a highlight for me, insightful, authentic, and beautifully presented, giving a deeper appreciation of the heritage and traditions of the area. The picnic breakfast at the savanna was another standout. Dining in a vast open area surrounded by nature after the iconic Bromo sunrise trekking, with that kind of weather, felt surreal. Simple yet incredibly memorable. Highly recommend the spa after the trekking morning. And to end the day, the campervan dinner was such a unique touch — intimate, cozy, and perfectly executed under the stars. Overall, this is more than just a stay. it’s a well-rounded experience that blends nature, culture, and comfort seamlessly. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Bromo and want something beyond sightseeing.

I had an amazing time here at Plataran Bromo. Not only is the staff really nice but also the activities are really engaging: - seeing sunrise in Mount Bromo - having breakfast in Savannah - feeding horses and sheep at the resort - learning about local tengger people - and also eating good food made by their chefs I highly recommend for people to visit and experience the beauty of Plataran Bromo and enjoy the nature around it.

Have the best nights staying here. Staffs are so friendly and attentive (as always with all other Plataran locations), and there are so many fun activities here.

We had a wonderful couple of days at this beautiful resort. We really loved the views, the thoughtful way the rooms are appointed and setup - such a big difference compared to the soulless , standardised, big box hotels. The owners and management’s personality truly shines through the curated decorations, small menu, and suite of activities. We really liked the food at Syailendra and Teras and thought the staff was top notch. Highly recommended.

The place is very secluded and if u are looking for peaceful retreat, this is the place We booked suite room for me, my hubby and oir 3 year old, room was very spacious to accommodate us and pur 2 medium luggage. Breakfast and afternoon tea are included in the rate, and their food is delicious but its limited options.. Their ground is beautiful, from the glass house to the farm and playground. My little human had a great time. The hotel also help to arrange the transport for Bromo trip.. Spa was fantastic.. Staff are super nice, especially the one in the dining area, and farm (I think her name is Dini). Can’t complain about anything for this resort

The services and facilities are excellent! The staff there are very responsive, friendly, pleasing and genuine (sorry I only get the name of Selly). The place is located at the highest altitude so we can enjoy many mountains when the sky is cleared from the haze. The whole landscape is very beautiful designed and taken care. The room is totally clean and enjoyable, no air-con but naturally cool with premium facilities. If I can suggest: more food varieties in the menu.

Plataran Bromo is a quiet and secluded hotel, tucked away from the crowds. The journey here isn’t the easiest — expect plenty of sharp turns and winding roads. No swimming pool, but once you arrive, you’re rewarded with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a great stay and well worth the trip.

What we love the most is their excellent services! They even informed me which food in the breakfast buffet that contains my allergen and they notice that we skipped breakfast (to catch sunrise at Bromo) and offered to deliver breakfast to our room once we arrived. Also when we need medical aid, they immediately respond to our needs and drove us to the nearest medical center. The place is so serene and perfect if you’re looking for tranquility. It also makes us fitter since we need to take a long walk (and stairs) to get to our room. Foods are tasty and our attic room is lovely. Recommended place to visit.
