The hotel has a nice layout and nice vibe. The staff is competent and seems to care.

I had wifi issues in the evenings, and my backup (Smart cellular connection) only had one bar from my room. The bed had a thin bedsheet without blanket. I woke up in the middle of the first night cold because I was using AC. There’s some street noise in the morning, but it’s not so loud. They gave us free water, but then at checkout, they charged for water we drank from the refrigerator, and there was no price list on display.

Breakfast was good, had the omelet every day. Service was awesome, plenty of staff around the assist as needed. Pool was clean, rooms were large, A/C worked well.

Received bath towels and washcloths, but no hand towels, and only 2 of each, would like to see more towels in rooms. The street its on does not allow direct beach access, have to walk to Alona main beach which is a bit roundabout. Finally, there is lots of street noise. Motorbikes with aftermarket loud pipes roar up and down the street at all hours, bouncing off nearby hotel buildings and it's just generally a noisy street (although not particularly busy street). Not the hotels fault, but light sleepers may want earplugs.

Great location, very pleasant staff, rooms were big and spacious…will definitely be staying here again 👌🏻

If I was being ultra critical I would say just some better WiFi….

Lovely staff, very clean and excellent location. Room was very comfortable - shower had hot water, air con great, beds and towels changed upon request, lovely balcony. Easy walking access to everything including Alona beach, bars, restaurants, and scooter rental, all within 10 minutes walk. Used laundry service and hotel transfer, both excellent.

Pleasant small scale resort, friendly helpful staff. Great location, near numerous restaurants, but relatively quiet. Has bar open until 10pm. Small refreshing pool.

It’s just a short walk to the beach, the best restaurant in the city is one block away if you like Italian food. The price is reasonable.

I would not stay at this hotel again. The ground-floor rooms open directly onto the pool, so there is no sense of privacy at any time. Even though the windows were mirrored and had blackout curtains, it still didn’t feel private—especially because once you turn on the lights inside the room, the privacy provided by the mirrored windows is lost. The only way to feel somewhat private is by keeping all doors and curtains fully closed. There is a lot of noise from the street, especially from motorcycles. The rooms are not cleaned unless you explicitly request it, and on one occasion when I did request it, it was not done. The WiFi coverage is very poor. I ended up checking out one day early and booking another hotel to avoid staying the last night here.

C'è sempre un guardiano notturno all'ingresso. Ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare un'escursione Bohol e le Chocolate Hills e ci hanno fornito il servizio di navetta dall'aeroporto. Piscina piccola ma carina, aperta fino a tardi ma non troppo pulita. nella stanza c'era un bollitore. Non abbiamo provato la loro colazione.

Tutto ok. E' tutto pulito in generale ma si potrebbe fare un pò di attenzione in più ad alcuni dettagli, non impeccabile. La piscina invece era sporca. La pressione dell'acqua era un problema. L'acqua calda usciva poca.

Location is good, not far from the center and also very quiet. The facilities are also nice, the team very helpful and welcoming. We had a quick issue with AC but the team did all the necessary to provide fans very quickly and to repair the day after, we got a very nice support. The team also has been super flexible with our schedule to go sightseeing the day of our check-out.

The only points I would love to see better are the soap and shampoo quality provided by the hotel, and the shower pressure. It was manageable but it could be better.

The water pressure in the shower was non existent and barely more than luke warm. My tv blew up on our second day and the took until the 4th day to replace it.

Staff were great, ready to help promptly. The pool was clean and inviting. Breakfast was ordered and provided as scheduled. Landscaper cleaned the area daily, and the night crew helped us find lights and game equipment. Front desk arranged airport transport that worked well. The area was quiet yet close to good dining options.

Not simple direct access to the beach was disappointing. The room key chain was large and clunky and turned off the air conditioning while you were away.

The double sided tint of the sliding door because you can still see what's inside if the curtain aren't close. The light on the ceiling is quite dim, its hard to see at night.

The property was well located close to the beach , 5 minutes walk .the staff were polite and courteous and helpful , the rooms were clean . Good value for money . Coffee making facilities and water bottles are provided every day .

The noise on the road or from the pool table can be heard clearly and can disturb your sleep .

Geweldige kamer. Erg goed bed en een airco die je amper hoort. Daarnaast een heerlijk zwembad.

Ondanks dat je dicht bij het strand zit moet je omlopen om daar te komen en best een stukje lopen langs de drukke hoofdweg.

Muy lindo hotel, lo suficientemente cerca de la playa y el pequeño centro como para ir caminado y a la vez, no tanto como para no estar en la zona de bullicio. La habitación es súper amplia, cómoda, con placard y espacio de apoyo, caja de seguridad y aire acondicionado. El baño es amplio y te dejan todo lo necesario todos los días (shampoo, jabón, papel higiénico, cepillos de dientes y toallas). La pileta es hermosa, con temperatura súper agradable y muy limpia. Sirven desayuno a la carta y lo que pedimos nosotros estuvo muy bien. Una mención súper especial para todo el personal, sobre todo las chicas de recepción (Leia es un amor de persona) y las chicas de reservas de Booking. Nos mandaron un auto para buscarnos al puerto, nos reservaron otro para ir al aeropuerto y nos recomendaron playas que vistar.

Chauffe eau marche pas , insistance pour changer de chambre , air conditionné marche peu, on me fait comprendre qu'il faut attendre que ça vienne mais le frais n' est jamais venue. Dans la résa petit dej inclu, arrivé a l'hôtel pas inclus. 6 h après avoir quitté l'hôtel booking me dit qu'il est désolé de ce désagrément. Qui croire ? Booking ou l'hôtel ? En tout cas sans petit dej inclu c'est du vol .

Our ferry was cancelled due to thypoon, so we arrived a day late, we asked if they can amend or gives us an extra day. The lady on reception told us that her boss told her he is not going to do anything as it is not his business. I think is outregous that as a big chain you are making money from natural disaster. The score is for mor the managment.

I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The accommodations were superb. My room was a good size. A generous amount of space that made relaxing easy and everything was super clean. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The resort also boasts a lovely swimming pool, which was a perfect place to cool off and relax after a day out. There is a safe, small fridge, and good air conditioning in the room. Finally, the location is excellent. It's close enough to the main attractions to be convenient, yet positioned perfectly to ensure a relatively quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
