Las instalaciones son muy buenas. Incluso te ofrecen el disfrutarlas tras el Check-out Buen desayuno. Pedimos un desayuno en picknick y también fue estupendo. El trato del personal fue fantástico

This is a wonderful hotel, small but perfectly formed, within the walls of the old city of Avila. We had a suite on the second floor and the room was quiet, spacious, clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Coffee was available in the room, but they provided a kettle for tea. The breakfast was a feast and they easily dealt with my dietary intolerances. The pool area and gardens are beautiful. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was the best meal we had in our 12 nights in Spain. You can easily walk to all the sites in Avila, restaurants and bars from the hotel. Special thanks to Laura, Adrian and Julio for their care and attention, but all the staff were fabulous. We will return.

El trato en algunas ocasiones , es un hotel de 5 estrellas, el ir a pedir una botella de agua al bar de la piscina y que te contesten que tienen mucho lío y que no pueden dártela en ese momento te deja un poco en shock. Y en el restaurante que estén más pendientes del dueño del hotel que de los clientes tampoco da muy buena imagen

The hotel was so beautiful. A luxury home. Staff were brilliant and funny and friendly. Food was gorgeous. The location was idyllic. Cannot wait to return.

Cet hôtel a été autrefois la demeure du premier Président démocratiquement élu en Espagne Adolfo Suarez. Il a du hélas la céder pour faire soigner sa femme atteinte d’un cancer. L’hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre historique avec parking privé. Jardin et piscine au calme derrière de grands murs. Le personnel est très prévenant et super agréable. Pour visiter la ville historique d’Avila (où Orson Wells a vécu) je recommande c’est sûrement le meilleur. Chambres avec clim, déco très sympa. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque et varié (sucré, salé, fruits, œufs cuits à la demande…)

Breakfast: small Rationen food of barely any Choice. No multiple breads to chose, no range of juices to chose from, no bacon to accompany the eggs. I was offered alternatively to have jamon York with it, which sadly never arrived. We were told we couldn’t have breakfast in the garden as the waitress was alone. A normal slice of Gouda cheese wasn’t available for breakfast. We were served bad salmon 2 days in a row Restaurant Not Open during the week. Was a special reason for us to Book this hotel. Sadly couldn’t even try it. No bar to have the night chill out. No coffee before 8:30. Small detail: No smoking in Garden area. Overall feeling is less 5 more 4 Stars. It gives the vibe there’s a cost Problem and savings Are trying to be made on wrong end. Bathtub felt like it’s only made for looks, didn’t even dare to try to get into it. Amenities such as dental kit seem to be surcharge. Which I find unusual for a 5 star hotel.

La ubicación, la atención del personal.

Una suite como la que estábamos, tenía una nevera super pequeña, que además no enfriaba. La habitación de al lado, escuchaba perfectamente lo que hablaba el otro cliente.. y la piscina estaba sucia cuando nos bañamos, llena de suciedad en la superficie... No tenían puesta la depuradora y estaba muy sucia.

Todo muy a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas. La habitación era amplia y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno muy bueno, todo de excelente calidad y gran cantidad. La zona de piscina muy cuidada. Muy recomendable por estar cerca del centro pero en una zona no demasiado concurrida.

Quizá las ventanas dejaban pasar demasiado el sonido pero no impedía el sueño.

The staff were great, especially Paola and Pia. The breakfast was magnificent. I had a nice big room overlooking the city wall. The pillows were just how I like them. Excellent location.

Hübsches kleines altes Hotel, schöner Garten und Pool Bereich. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Das Hotel ist sehr laut, es gibt nichts aus Metall was sich dreht und nicht Quietscht! Fensterläden, Türen, Türgriffe,Schanktüren, Sonnenschtz, etc. Die Minibar ist vorwiegend Mini, kein Wasser mit Kohlensäure und auch kein Bier und Wein. Sonntag 8.57: klappern unter dem Balkon vom Geschirrwagen, ab 9.00 Uhr lautstarke Unterhaltung von der Gärtnerin. Reinigung des Gebäudes findet ab 8.00 Uhr statt, und auch während der Siesta! Der Fernseher war defekt, Bildschirm mit großem grünem Streifen. Für Raucher findet sich nicht einmal im weitläufigen Garten ein Plätzchen, diese müssen auf der Straße vor dem Hotel rauchen! Aschenbecher Fehlanzeige. Keine Bar, kein Kaffee im Hotel, nächstgelegene Möglichkeit 600 m. Bergauf. Umständliches Frühstück, erinnert an eine Komödie! Jede Scheibe Brot wird einzelnen aufgetragen. Keine Auswahl an Brot oder Backwaren. Schade eigentlich, alles lösbare Kleinigkeiten. Die Summe ist das Problem!

Hotel con muchísimo encanto y muy bien cuidado. La habitación era muy cómoda, el entorno es precioso y transmite mucha tranquilidad. El personal fue muy amable durante toda la estancia y el desayuno me pareció de muy buena calidad, con productos variados y bien presentados. Aunque solo estuve una noche, disfruté mucho de la experiencia.

La calidez y profesionalidad de todo el personal. Atentos en todo momento. La segunda revisión de la habitación por la tarde con cambio de toallas si es necesario. Podría parecer habitual en un 5 estrellas pero os aseguro que no siempre es así.

Por indicar algo negativo, la limpieza de la piscina y la cantidad de avispas en la zona ajardinada de la piscina, siendo inevitable en la época en la que hemos estado. ( fínales de junio)

Do café da manhã , extremamente racionado , nem açúcar na mesa tinha , vc tinha que pedir por tudo e a quantidade que traziam era minima . O banheiro , tem ducha muito ruim . As cadeiras da piscina estavam todas cagadas de pássaro , impossível de usar . Não voltaria e nem recomendo .

Uno de los mejores sitios donde nos hemos alojado. Vale cada euro. El trato es excelente. La comida riquísima. Repetiremos sin lugar a dudas, con mejor tiempo, para disfrutar de su piscina.

It would have been a solid 10 out of 10 if it hadn’t been for the following shortcomings. Internet connection - absolutely unstable and frustratingly unreliable, you can get better connectivity in the jungle or any remote area, plus the login interface requires you to provide your email or social media which basically means that a five star hotel charges you extra for an allegedly free and rudimentary service in your privacy, Check in - that’s nice to be offered a complimentary glass of cava but to write your address on a blank piece of paper on which the receptionist then writes your credit card number (NOT typing in any computer system, just casually handwritten) feels like a step away from identity theft. Compulsory interactions - I’m sure it’s meant to be personable but I hated it anyway. Useless phone call on the day prior to our arrival to enquire about the arrival time (the reception is 24/7!). Entering and exiting the parking lot - go and ask the reception. Getting more than one slice of bread for breakfast - find a server and ask her. Waste of time and effort.

Es un hotel exclusivo con habitaciones bonitas. No todas tienen bañera.

Desayuno nada acogedor y en mesas tan grandes que no puedes ni hablar con tu pareja. Tienes que estar pidiendo cosas porque tienen un menú establecido con unas cantidades. No es para un hotel de esa categoría. Hay hoteles con desayunos espectaculares y este no lo es. Hay un olor excesivo a ambientador (tóxico) en las habitaciones que no te deja dormir.

O pequeno almoço muito pobre e de qualidade muito inferior ao hotel. Tivesse eu sabido de antemão teria sido bem melhor tomar o pequeno almoço num outro local.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, The décor was attractive and thoughtfully done,The bed was particularly impressive very large and extremely comfortable. The grounds bar the pool are a bonus

The room felt quite dark and somewhat claustrophobic, with only a very small attic window and a sloping pink ceiling, which made the space feel more enclosed than expected. There was also a lack of any meaningful storage, which made it difficult to organise belongings. I appreciate the pool is not in use at this time of year but it appeared dirty and cloudy, which gave the outside areas an overall impression of being poorly maintained and somewhat unpleasant. The breakfast setup felt rather stilted, and at I believe €25 per head, it seemed very poor value for what was offered. Additionally, something as simple as English breakfast tea should be made with properly boiling water, not lukewarm water.

O atendimento é excelente e as instalações são um charme. Um hotel boutique, com mobiliário antigo e muito bom gosto. O quarto tem uma vista espetacular e bem espaçoso. O cafe da manhã é ótimo também.

Lo mejor fue la cama y la ubicación del hotel

El desayuno fue excesivamente caro. La habitación y el baño, demasiado pequeños. Pocas facilidades y amabilidad en general: no pudimos hacer late checkout siendo un lunes la salida, ni early check in, nos cobraron hasta el parking. Amenaza de penalización de 150€ (previa garantía con tarjeta de crédito) por fumar en la habitación o terraza. ¿Cómo lo demuestran si deciden cobrártelo? Mala insonorización de las habitaciones.

Tolles kleines Hotel in Avila in der Villa des Präsidenten Adalpho Suárez, der heute im Kreuzgang der Kathedrale seine Ruhestätte gefunden hat. Sehr gutes Restaurant, Außenpool, toller Service und Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür im inneren der Burgmauer.

A propriedade é maravilhosa e bem cuidada. As acomodações são muito confortáveis, com um banheiro enorme. O staff é prestativo e atencioso. Localização conveniente. Tudo excelente.
