The property location was unparalleled! We were in the middle of everything and it was wonderful!

Unfortunately after the first night the room developed this very strong mold/mildew smell. We discovered it was coming from the bathroom. Over time it became unbearable. We did speak to the staff, and they apologized profusely. They said they would care of but after they cleaned, we returned, and the smell was still very much present. The fixtures also had a dirty look about them, but that was the least of our concerns. The smell continued, and we struggled to bear it.

De ligging was perfect, midden in het oude gedeelte, maar toch redelijk rustig. Heel Behulpzaam personeel, meisje zware koffer naar boven gebracht. Op het schattige dakterras een heerlijk ontbijt met uitzicht over de stad.

Desayuno muy bueno con mucha variedad, la ubicación excelente en todo el centro de Lagos y todo cerca para ir andando y visitar las tiendas, bares , restaurantes, el puerto y sus playas de 10. La habitación muy cómoda con aperitivo de cortesía oporto, vino dulce de la zona con frutos secos , agua y té en habitación. El personal muy atento y amable.

Lovely place , in centre , clean,stuff very friendly and healthful, small room but enough to spend a couple of days in Lagos . So cute that they offre 2 small bottle of portugaise liqueur . The breakfast on the roof was fun too , the croissants was fresh and delicious and we enjoy eating fig from the owner trees. All was delicious and fresh . Highly recommended it

Great central location with a good breakfast included.

The bathroom had a very bad smell; like a sewerage/potent mouldy smell. It was very unpleasant and due the small size of the apartment, you can smell it throughout the room.

Era una segunda planta sin ascensor por lo que no lo recomiendo para personas mayores.

La ubicación es inmejorable! La habitación estaba súper bonita y limpia. Me encantó el desayuno, muy variado y rico.

The location was great. Being able to relax in the room whilst listening to the live music and hustle and bustle of the streets was great. The noise did not impact our sleep. The staff were amazing and the best pastel de nata only a few steps away.

Too much furniture made it difficult for luggage and the location of the couch wasn’t ideal for access to the fridge.

Lovely room with welcoming port. The setting was perfect, in the middle of all the action and fun! We loved the breakfast on the roof/veranda every morning, the chef is makes fresh orange juice and serves a selection of food for every taste!

We missed our coffee station in our bedroom when we wake up.

Hotel did not look like the picture, yet was quite good location. Many steps so know that this may affect you- we were on third floor with breakfast one more floor up- Breakfast was VERy nice with amazing staff. Loved our terrace

The location was good. It is close to the tourist downtown and close to the main restaurants.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it also had a musty and extremely unpleasant smell. The pillows smelled really bad, they didn’t had any support at all The pictures of the room provided by booking.com were not accurate with the real appearance of the room. The room window opened to a lousy view of a dilapidated building across the street with rubbish in the balcony (second photo) Photos 1 and 3 show the bad state of the side lamps.

La situation bien centrale dans Lagos , rue piétonne et le bon petit déjeuné bien préparé sur le roof top .

Le linge de lit était douteux pas ou mal lavé ( odeur de transpiration) il y avait du sable sur le matelas . Certains équipements de la petite salle de bain devraient être réparés ( w.c et patères)

The location and he host helped us with our luggage and made the bed breakfast. We had fresh squeezed orange juice, homage breads and croissants.Also loved having our own balcony!

Die Lage ist zwar etwas speziell, mitten in der Altstadt gelegen und dadurch sehr unruhig, aber dass haben wir vorher gewusst und positiv akzeptiert. Die Frühstücksbewirtung war immer sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich, die Lage auf der Dachterrasse ist sehr schön.

Das Zimmer war sehr eng, die Bettwäsche roch von Anfang an nach dem Schweiß anderer Gäste und während unseres achttägigen Aufenthaltes wurden nur die Kopfkissenbezüge gewechselt. Es war schwierig die Koffer irgendwo geöffnet zu leeren oder zu füllen. Das Bad war auch sehr eng, Handtücher konnten so gut wie nicht trocknen, weshalb ich um täglichen Handtuchwechsel bat. Allerdings musste wir trotzdem drei Tage lang die gleichen Handtücher benutzen. Die Sauberkeit im Bad ließ auch sehr zu wünschen übrig, der Spiegel wurde zum Beispiel während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nie gereinigt.

It was in the heart of the centre of Lagos. The staff was very accommodating to meet our later check-in after delayed and missed flights. The rooftop breakfast provided a great start to the day. It was delicious especially with the freshly juiced orange juice.

The hotel is located centrally, and it was very easy to get there from the bus station (as we travelled from Lisbon by bus). Although we arrived a little early, it was convenient for us to store our luggage in the hotel until the room was ready. Both the room and bathroom is of reasonable size and very clean; and we had a balcony too. The breakfasts were excellent - especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and other fresh fruits. The friendly service of the owner and staff was also appreciated. We can highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Emplacement plus qu’idéal en plein centre de Lagos. Personnel accueillant et très gentil. Chambre bien équipée avec boisson et petit cadeau d’accueil.

It was a last minute booking. And I knew it was non refundable. But then the meeting we were meant to attend in Lagos got moved so I asked if we could change our dates. Didn’t get a response to my request. They just ignored it. It would have been been professional to at least have said sorry that’s not possible but to ignore a request was just out of order. Really disappointed. €90 lost

The location is excellent and the fresh orange juice was great.

La struttura è nel centro di Lagos, ha un comodo parcheggio pubblico vicino. La nostra suite era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di terrazzino. La colazione favolosa, abbiamo trovato tantissime scelta e poi mangiare sul terrazzo all’ultimo piano è davvero una chicca.

L’unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è l’aumento dell’orario del check-in, obbligatorio entro le 20.00. Per il resto è tutto perfetto

Great location with comfortable room and great ambience. The small details in the room made it feel welcoming. The breakfast on the terrace with simple but very nice. The bed was way more comfortable than some reviews would suggest. Would stay here again

As there is no reception, getting in was more difficult than needed as was expecting to be meet at the door at the check in time. If told someone was on site and to knock on the closed door, this would have save me a wait. Toilet seat needs replacing has was loose and not able to secure.

Location was ok

We were expecting a balcony with a view, not a small street across from store. We were also expecting a staff person on site.

La posizione era perfetta per raggiungere i vari posti che volevamo visitare. Colazione ampia, frutta fresca e succo d'arancio fresco.

The warmth and frendliness of the staff. Wonderful talks during breakfast and also in the evening on the terrase. Location is perfect to catchbthe bussle of the city without being disturbed.

The water pressure in the showers could be a bit better and maybe a tiny table instead of 2 chairs in the room to be able to place items on..

Die Lage war sehr gut und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war zufriedenstellend. Die Wohnung war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, es wurde ein super Buffet angeboten.

Das Parken war schwierig, es stand zwar irgendwo einer zur Verfügung, aber etwas weuter weg und durch die vielen Einbahnstraßen, dje dann auch teilweise gesperrt waren, sehr schwer zu erreichen. Ein junger Mann auf der Straße hat mir dann gezeigt, wo ich mein Motorrad abstellen kann, ca 250 m von der Wohnung.

Aamupalalle ei saanut pyynnöistä ja lupauksista huolimatta gluteenitonta leipää/mysliä. Vanhan kaupungin ytimessä, jonka kaduilla kaikuu: Meteli suoraan ikkunan alla aikaisin aamulla, iltaisin kaikuu baarikaduilta (britti)turistien mölinä. Eli korvatulpat hyvä olla matkassa:)

The bed mattress and pillows were lumpy

L’emplacement est parfait, au plus près des commerces et du centre-ville. Le balcon est super et bien équipé pour prolonger la fin de journée. Une bouteille de vin est offerte à l’arrivée et des biscuits en repartant. Le petit-déjeuner se prend soit en terrasse, soit à l’abri du vent avec vue sur les toits de la ville, on peut même voir la mer au loin !

Il n’y a pas de réception, il faut donc communiquer avec le personnel par téléphone ou messagerie.

Gostei da forma como nos receberam, até porque não chegámos à hora do check-in, e nesse sentido foram super atenciosos. O pequeno-almoço não é de hotel, mas é simples e conforta.

Não gostámos do facto de ser mesmo no centro da vila, e temos de deixar o carro ainda longe num estacionamento de terra batida. Quanto às comodidades, já precisa de uma reabilitação. O nosso quarto não cheirava maravilhosamente bem.

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung, die Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Strand unschlagbar. Wir fanden den Blick über die Dächer und den Himmel und vor allem vom Frühstücksbereich wundervoll.

Il rooftop a disposizione anche alla sera e non solo per la colazione. Colazione accettabile. Ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani. Letto comodo.Posizione super centrale.

Allora..ho trovato un alloggio che era molto al di sotto delle mie aspettative create sia dal punteggio di booking che dal prezzo. Ho trovato la stanza molto molto impolverata. La stanza aveva un forte odore di umidità mista a polvere. Arredamento davvero datato e usurato (ma se ci fosse stato pulito li avrei accettato). Sono stati carini a lasciarci una bottiglia di vino ma ripeto avrei preferito trovare una stanza salubre. Consiglio di buttare via il frigo, bollitore e il divano e di realizzare una stanza con meno arredi ma senza polvere e odore di muffa. Io l bagno non ha basi d'appoggio, che per due giorni va bene,a gli asciugamani devono essere puliti e non lasciati vicino al pavimento sotto un tubo impolverato. Non tornerò qui e non lo consiglio.

Bedingt durch die zentrale Lage leider sehr laut in der Nacht. Die Betten rochen etwas muffig, erholsamen Schlaf fanden wir daher nicht

The members of the staff were excellent and we appreciated the included breakfast in the upper balcony area. The location was in the heart of the old district of the city.

The space in the bedroom was tight but we were able to manage. The balcony provided more space to sit.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, mitten in der Fussgängerzone, unweit vom Hafen. Das Frühstück Buffet war sehr gut auf der kleinen Terrasse mit Weitsicht! Die Dame, die uns empfangen hat, ist sehr nett und sympathisch.

Das Zimmer war eher klein, Bad auch. Im Bad roch es sehr stark nach Kanalisation.
