Reviewed May 23, 2026Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

A misunderstanding arose between myself and a member of the hotel staff. However, the hotel’s manager (General Director) Mr. Amine Guizani, resolved the situation in an exceptionally professional and ethically exemplary manner. This elicited my profound respect for his leadership as well as for the entire hotel staff. They are indeed genuine professionals who consistently strive to provide guests with the highest possible level of comfort and service.
