when i booked the room i requested a window room, but when i got there i was given a room on the mazzzenine floor, the room had no windows aand low ceiling, it was unconfortable for me for the first night, i went to the counter to request fro a room change the person on duty said we can only switch rooms in the morning, they charged me RM10.00 for a room change, that is unacceptable the mistake.

I was in room 003, the first impression and feel of the room is humid (including bed and quit) and the odor of room is unpleasant to smell as well. Air circulation is very poor. The mold present on the ceiling and the wall make me sick.

部屋が汚い！ホコリがある。カビの跡がある。臭い！特に枕が臭くて寝られないのでタオルを巻いて使った。音が響く。バスマットは古く色落ちしていて、何よりも湿っている！シーツもシミがある。ドライヤーは壊れかけていて、使っている間に突然止まる。部屋に小蝿が飛んでいる。
