Het is een totaal plaatje. De ligging,het uitzicht, schone kamers,zeer net,vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, welness en het zonneterras. Ontbijt en avond eten zeer goed. In de ochtend lekker actief met wandelen en activiteiten zodat we in de middag na de lunch heerlijk genoten van de welness.

Wunderschöne Terrasse am Park. Die Küche war exquisit und wir hatten grosses Glück am Anlass „Küchen Party“ teilnehmen zu können, eine einzige Gaumenfreude. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet unglaublich.

This was by far one of our very favorite places we’ve stayed ever! Spectacular setting with jaw dropping views everywhere.

The bed not comfortable

One of the best hotels we visited, staff was exceptionally kind and helpful and service is given in a relaxed and helpful way. Hotel itself is beautifully designed, we loved the decor, espresso machine in our room, breakfast near the small river and the choice to be seated where we wish. Location near a beautiful park and view of the mountains. All on all wonderful and super recommended.

A bit pricy

Phenomenal hotel. Really one of the hotels I have stayed in. The rooms have a modern mountain feel and the attention to detail is throughout the hotel. The rooms are excellent. If possible, ask for a room with a Mountain View. Absolutely make a reservation at their restaurant and plan for a long dinner. The food is EXCEPTIONAL. Do not skip the restaurant!!! Finally, make sure to go up to the rooftop pool. It is gorgeous. This hotel is worth the splurge.

Fomos recebidos de forma gentil e atenciosa pela Tamara o que já nos causou excelente impressão. O conforto da cama e do banho muito bons. Isolamento acústico ótimo. O café da manhã excelente e o restaurante também. Devido a onda de calor o quarto estava quente e quando questionamos sobre o ac que não há, imediatamente nos forneceram um bom ventilador. A zona do SPA é surpreendente.

我們這一次是家庭出遊，整體來說，Werdenfelserei是一家入住體驗蠻好的飯店，入住接待人員非常親切，設施跟活動也很豐富，有泳池看出去的景觀也是讓人驚艷，早餐也很豐盛好吃。

客房空間及床真的太小，兩個小孩睡在一起都很擠。還有飯店的枕頭睡起來真的很不舒服，以這麼貴的房價，他們應該可以提供品質更好的枕頭。

Gjennomført lekkert hotell. Store, fine rom, veranda med flott utsikt, deilig seng og veldig fint bad. Bassengområdet på taket var helt fantastisk! Stort og med enestående utsikt. Vil også trekke frem maten; virkelig høy kvalitet på både middag og frokost. Hyggelig personale.

The room was huge with tons of amenities (coffee, minibar, filtered water, fireplace, closets, and amazing balcony with views into park and mountains. We appreciated the parking garage with personal reserved parking space. The breakfast has anything you can imagine along with a beautiful terrace to enjoy. The pool area is beautiful with lovely mountain views. There are tons of places to relax in the spa; however, we were never able to find the saunas or jacuzzi and there was never any staff inside to ask. We liked the honor system bar at the pool, but actual service would have been a nicer touch. The location was perfect for walking to town and a short drive to access the lifts for the mountains. Our towels in our room were never refreshed. Overall, we loved the place and our room, but felt the staff was a bit cold and hospitality slightly lacking for this level of stay.

One of the absolute highlights was the extraordinary breakfast buffet. It was more like a culinary experience in itself. Another one was the spa, saunas, pool and inviting relaxation areas felt so cozy and peaceful - a perfect place to recharge.

Everything about our stay was exceptional!! Great location. Fabulous facilities. Staff ‘born for hospitality’!

We stayed here for one night on our way back to France during a European road trip and only wish we had longer. The hotel has a beautiful alpine feel and is stylish throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well designed with plenty of storage. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge choice of high-quality local produce. The bar and restaurant were also fantastic, and the food was a real highlight of our stay. The rooftop pool and terrace offer incredible mountain views and are the perfect place to relax. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the town centre, making it a great base for exploring. We would happily stay here again!

The only minor downside was that the pillows were a little too soft for our preference, but this certainly wouldn't stop us staying again.

We loved the design and ambience. The building was mostly made of sauna wood that gave off soothing scent and texture. Very organic feeling. Every corner seems to contain thoughtful design and aesthetics. The outdoor heated pool with view of churches and Zugspitze was breath-taking. Exactly like photos and better. The fire suite was very cozy with luxurious interiors, dining areas, bar & stools, 2-basin wash areas with rain shower and extra large bath tub for 2, veranda with view of Kurpark, and a modernized fireplace.

It's not really a negative point, but I wish we knew more about the amazing amenities the hotel offered before coming so we can plan around it. From free lunch/snacks to free city cards, there were so much free offers and discounts like bike rentals, ski rentals, cable car rides, free public transportations, free yoga classes, and etc.

Exceptional in every way! The views, the spa, the pool, the rooms, the breakfast, and all the little touches throughout the hotel. The staff were 5 star and upscale without being stuffy. This hotel is now at the top of our return to list. Perfect for families who want a luxury get away in garmisch.

Bin zum dritten Mal dort gewesen und es gab noch nie irgendwas zu beanstanden. Das Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super leckeres Essen, tolle Cocktails, sehr stimmige und gemütliche Gestaltung, egal ob im Spa, im Essensbereich, ab der Bar , oder auf der Terasse. Die Zimmer sind toll und geräumig und das komplette Hotel sehr sauber

Tolles Frühstück mit Langschläferzeiten und hohe Qualität bei allen Speisen. Kuchen teils selbstgebacken. Abendessen etwas teuer, aber es gibt eine tolle Auswahl- auch eine Kinderkarte. Da der Kurpark direkt hinter dem Hotel liegt, konnten unsere Kids auch gleich rausflitzen. Eine Switch konnte man sogar ebenfalls kostenlos ausleihen. Der Wellnessbereich ist traumhaft und auch der Pool mit der Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Sehr viele Liegemöglichkeiten und große Saunen. Hat uns super gut gefallen. Personal war auch außergewöhnlich nett. 5 min zu Fuß in die Stadt und super Anbindung zur Zugspitze. Wandern, in zahlreichen Seen baden, Skifahren- alles möglich. Toll!

Der Pool ist zwar wunderschön und warm, allerdings etwas zu klein. Richtig schwimmen ist schwierig und klappt nur, wenn kein anderer im Pool ist.

Our stay was excellent, we arrived a day late due to problems with our flight, and the staff were waiting for us. They looked after us very well and were very helpful with helping us to visit other areas.

The breakfast was absolutely spectacular. Great quality, huge selection. I also recommend dinner at their restaurant, the food is really really good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful all around, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Breakfast was the best I've ever had and was included in the booking. The restaurant is gourmet. The staff was super accommodating and helped review options for local attractions and with a last minute ironing request. The spa is breath taking. There is a beautiful peaceful garden and grounds to tour.

Note that this is a relaxation resort. We were there for a wedding, post wedding had to keep it down. Not a place to hang out late/loud, which is good resting vacationers.

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre und Inneneinrichtung. Uns hat die Betonung auf das Regionale und die Naturprodukte gefallen. Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut, viel Auswahl! Was nicht so angenehm war... in den Duschen bei den Saunen roch es sehr unangenehm!! Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Die interessante und außergewöhnliche Architektur und Einrichtung, Spabereich und Zimmer. Besonders freundliche Hauswirtschaftskräfte. Tolle Qualität und Auswahl am Buffet.

Als Anregung wäre die Betreuung der Gäste zu nennen.Die Sensibilisierung des Personals an Empfang und Frühstück, für mehr Freundlichkeit, denn höflich waren sie.Es fehlte die Herzlichkeit und Begleitung der neuen Gäste, bspw. am Frühstück.

Der Service ist hervorragend und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Aussergewöhnliches tolles Hotel in TOP Lage

Overall the hotel was very good. Gorgeous decorating. Two downsides for me would be that we booked a two bedroom which I have no problem paying for, but they charge you $120 more for another adult staying in that second room. We only had breakfast there, which was excellent, but a breakfast isn’t worth $120 a day. Not sure why they do that. So for me, it took the value of the stay down. Excellent decor and food. We did not use the spa because there weren’t any available openings.

We were on the second floor and housekeeping starts cleaning the spa above us at 6am. Woke me up each morning. That was terrible. I told the front desk about it when checking out and they acknowledged they clean at that time and simply said sorry.
