Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Il personale è stato brava e paziente nonostante io sia arivato a tarda ora causa traffico. Mi hanno anche portato il trolley fino in stanza. Niente da dire servizio impeccabile. Sono bravissimi e ospitali da quelle parti.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Super hochwertiges Zimmer, großer Balkon, Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet! Lage auch top, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Super zufrieden! Check-in trotz zu spät kommen war auch kein Problem es war alles vorbereitet. Fazit wenn ich mal wieder in der Gegend bin für Bergtouren komm ich auf jedenfall wieder!
Einzige war das das WLAN nicht so besonders gut war. Aber das ist zweitrangig.

Durch die zentrale Lage war bei geöffnetem Fenster der Verkehr relativ laut; die Fenster waren aber sehr gut schalldicht, wenn geschlosden war es sehr ruhig

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026L'hotel è in una posizione comoda per spostarsi, con i mezzi pubblici, in tutta la Valle Aurina e provincia di Bolzano. Tra l'altro, il biglietto per girare gratuitamente con i mezzi pubblici è compreso nella tariffa. Nelle vicinanze si trova ogni servizio si necessiti ( bar, supermercato, ufficio turistico, negozi di vario genere…)e la fermata del bus si trova a pochi passi. Il parcheggio dell’hotel non è molto grande ma nelle vicinanze se ne trova uno molto ampio. La camera è ampia con arredamento moderno e ben tenuto, è presente la tv, la cassaforte, un bel balconcino e l’illuminazione è ottima. Anche se scorre l’Aurino proprio di lato una volta chiusa la finestra ogni rumore svanisce. Il letto super comodo con il classico cuscino di piuma che favoriscono un buon riposo. Il bagno è delle giuste dimensioni con dispenser di bagnoschiuma , shampoo e phon. La colazione è organizzata all'interno di una sala accogliente con affaccio sulla chiesa di Lutago e fornita di prodotti sia salati che dolci e sono di ottima qualità. Joseph ed Alessandra sono discreti, ma super disponibili e gentili, rendendo il soggiorno davvero confortevole. Gli ambienti comuni sono puliti, confortevoli e dotati di telecamere per la tutela degli ospiti. La reception non è sempre aperta, ma lasciano un contatto telefonico in caso di necessità. Lo straconsiglio per passare un soggiorno in totale relax e serenità.

Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, gute Unterstützung an der Rezeption bei Ausflugsplanung, schönes Frühstück, unkomplizierter check-in, hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten (dort ist bei offenem Fenster die Ache deutlich zu hören, hatte uns aber nicht gestört
Es war sehr heiß, daher wäre eine Klimananlage gut gewesen, aber nicht zwingend nötig, in unserem Zimmer hatten wir leider keinen W-Lan Empfang (ich glaube Zimmer 12, ganz oben nach hinten raus

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026È il terzo anno consecutivo che alloggiamo in questo hotel: struttura moderna con stanze confortevoli con metratura adeguata, ambienti puliti, ottima e abbondante la colazione e personale sempre cortese, sorridente e disponibile. Trovandosi all'inizio di Lutago, lungo la strada principale, si hanno tutti i servizi vicini a due passi dal supermercato, dalla farmacia, dalla banca e da più negozi di abbigliamento sportivo.
L'hotel non è dotato di ascensore, né di climatizzatore (di cui però non si sente la necessità)

La pulizia della struttura, l'accoglienza di Joseph e della segretaria, la colazione al ricco buffet, già disponibile alle 7:30. Poi la vicinanza di negozi è market oltre alla fermata del bus a pochi metri. Fantastico❤️
Manca uno specchio tra scrivania e mobile ingresso eheheh, ma Joseph provvederà 😊😊😊.

Nicht sonderlich sauber. Spinnenweben an der Decke, der Abfluss der Dusche wurde auch schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt. Schimmelflecken an der Wand bei der Balkontür. In der Abdeckung von der Deckelampe waren sehr viele tote Falter und Fliegen

They accused us of taking bread out of breakfast room, and charged us…they did realise it was not us and gave the money back though. Outdated room, not too clean bathroom.
