Es importante que los huéspedes colaboren con el silencio. En la madrugada alguien que se retiraban hizo mucho ruido embalando una cajas, prendieron lucen y hablaban en voz alta.

La puerta de la habitación estaba enfrente del mostrador de recepción, Si abrías la puerta se veía una de las camas justo de frente. Estaba a en planta baja y daba a la calle con mucho tráfico, sin persianas, solo cortinajes que no se podían abrir en todo el día. Estaba cerca de la plaza central pero las calles y aceras para llegar allí estaban sucias y mal pavimentas

The hotel is centrally located, a five-minute walk from Plaza Bolivar. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the room is small but comfortable. The two-person room doesn't have a window, so the space is small, but it's perfect if you want to spend a few nights in the city. There are several restaurants, bakeries, and bars nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

Las instalaciones son muy deficientes en cuanto a la relación precio/calidad. No hay agua caliente, el closet una puerta esta sellada lo que hace incómodo para guardar tus cosas o maletas, la puerta tenia un espacio abierto y se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban en el pasillo y la habitación de al lado. La chapa del baño suelta y asi muchos otros pequeños detalles de imagen que bajan la calidad

The area is a bit sketchy after dark. But I was expecting that. The room can be a bit warm. Probably only suitable for a couple of days.

The bathroom doesn't have a fan to evacuate the humidity from the shower so the room gets humid, and feels therefore warmer.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2023I arrived late and left early, just needed to sleep on my way further south. This was the perfect place for that and I honestly wished that I had more time to explore the area. It was in centro, walking distance to a hospital and a bakery type place. The lady at check in was so nice, friendly, and helpful. There is someone at the desk 24/7. I originally had a room upstairs, but I had a lot of luggage and they don't have an elevator, so she allowed me to stay on the main floor. She also gave me great directions to a late night spot to eat. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! The shower was nice and had quick hot water that lasted my whole shower.
The room was a little small for two beds, but I was by myself and didn't mind for one night. The area (centro) does not have a lot around the hotel for late night eats or things to do, but this was not a problem for me.
