Every corner was clean.The bed was comfortable.

They don't change the towels and the toilet door it doesn't close

Very very dirty, very old that is very dirty. The room are very dirty. I don’t recommend anyone ever to go there

There was no air condition, not hot water the bed very old the room very dirty as well

Τι να πρωτοπώ μέσα έλεγε πως είχε parking ένα μεγάλο ψέμα ήταν πόλυ βρόμικα δεν συνιστώ σε κανέναν να πάει να μείνει εκεί, πολύ άθλιο μαρεσει που λέει πως είναι 3 αστερον. Είχαμε κλίση για 3 διανυκτερεύσεις και τη δεύτερη μέρα φύγαμε προτιμότερο είναι να μείνεις στο αυτοκίνητο παρά εκεί ούτε ένα 1 ευρώ αξίζει

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean. We like breakfast buffet but the most important thing is location. We use tram, metro and marmaray, the hotel is in the middle of them & easy to walk grand bazaar etc. I advise whose looking for cost benefit balance

La struttura risulta pure carina rispetto alle altre in zona, ma servizio di pulizia zero sono stato dieci giorni, non mi hanno cambiato il letto neanche una volta, e per cambiare le asciugamani sono dovuto andare a chiederle io o addirittura prendermele da solo.

We did not get what we booked at all. The room was not the one we booked. Our room was cleaned only on the first day, after that no one cleaned. The breakfast is bad, only the coffee is ok. Overall, we didn't get what we expected.

Thanks god! there was water in the hotel, the elevator was working and there was electricity

This hotel is really bad. It is not possible for this hotel to get any stars, it should definitely be inspected by the Ministry of Tourism. (They say they are 4 stars) The hotel is dirty in general, but the condition of the rooms is very bad, the toilet, bathroom and beds are disastrous, the tears on the bedspreads have been patched. It is impossible to leave this hotel without catching a virus. They say they give breakfast but they don't give anything edible. It is impossible to understand how such terrible service is given to tourists who have come to their country as guests. And of course there is no ventilation in the room and the air conditioner does not work. Of course, it is not possible to sleep in such conditions at 35 degrees. A disgraceful hotel

Only the breakfast was good.

Staff was rude, room was dirty, bathroom was dirty also ,bedsheets was dirty and broken , no towels in the rooms . After they give us towels there was stains on them . The furniture was old.

This was described as ‘accessible,. Accessibility is a joke. There is a lift yes, but not from ground floor. Have to climb a set of stairs to get to the 1st floor, where the lift is, however the lift doesn’t stop at every floor. The list is too small to accommodate a normal wheelchair, so I had to get out of my chair and be held up. Our room is 6th floor, but lift doesn’t stop there, 5th or 7th sir? Which would you like? 😡. So then I had to come down a flight of stairs on my backside. The room was so small, I couldn’t use my wheelchair, absolute shambles! Thank feck we’re only here 1 night. Email to ‘Hotels.com’ when I get back. They sold this is a wheelchair accessible room.

We were given a rundown room, with a non functional fridge , not mini bar as in what I booked for.After I complained, the room was changed to a very small room not what I paid for.Airconditioner not working.We had no choice than to leave our windows opened even at night.Internet was also very bad in the room the room they changed us to.My son refer to the hotel as discomfort hotel.

The hotel was old but authentic. The beds are very soft. Average breakfasts. The staff is great. The area was not very noisy. But the location was very convenient, close to metro, cafes, tram. I advise everyone.

Was an ok experience not more than that.

The staff most particularly the one at the reception was not that welcoming. The room was not that great, namely the bath glass partition just collaspe into pieces when opening same, nearly got injured.

Rooms are rubbish, with no kettle, no water, no coffee, no Bin. Breakfast is very basic, the same food every day. I came with my little boy and an elderly mom. we asked them to book a taxi to the airport, Hotel asked us to make payment as a hotel and they charged us 650 lira which is very high but we thought it will be safe for us. On our way to the airport, the driver took us to Istanbul airport and refused to take us to Sabiha Airport as he was licenced to go to the Istanbul hotel only. We tried to contact the hotel anytime to try to sort it out as we were getting late for our flight, but they did not help us. To make the long story short, we lost 650 Lira ($35) then we have to find another Taxi from the road (in the middle on no way) to take us to Sabiha airport and pay him another 300 Lira ($16). Be very careful don't book this hotel again and never ask them to book a taxi for you.

Staff were impolite. When I arrived they told me that I don't have a reservation, though I showed them the confirmation from booking, but they said that they didn't confirm and I have to pay again if want to stay at the hotel. I called the customer support of booking and explained the situation, they called the hotel and they said that they solved the problem. I went to the reception again and there was an impolite staff called Salem, he said again that he didn't confirm. I called booking again and they say that they will solve it. Finally they said ok we will accommodate you. I spent 40€ for the international call to booking. After all these, they gave me the worst room in the hotel as like I didn't pay. It was a very bad experience and such bad hotel with racist staff shouldn't exist in a respectful website as booking.

Hotel muy sucio, descuidado falta mantenimiento y huele horrible. El area igual de sucia y te sientes inseguro caminar tarde.

I contacted them as I was running late and they replied saying the room will be kept. The breakfast was very nice.

It didn't have three single beds, the bathroom flooded and the shower was splashing everywhere. When we tried to complain, the receptionist said "Why didn't you book better rooms?"

Rooms are small, bathroom had a leakage issue, Air condition was not functioning on 1st night we arrived and it was repaired after complaining. Only receptionist Staff Miss Sara was helpful for any issue

It was good and the manager in particular Ayhan was very helpful and welcoming.
