The stay is located right in the center of town, making it incredibly easy to reach all the nearby attractions around Haputale. On top of that, the staff treats you exceptionally well. Highly recommended!

The place was really clean and the staff is very friendly

Location is very closed to Haputhale railway station. It has a stunning view point. Especially, sunrise and sunset both can be viewed.

The room is big and the balcony wonderful. Also the bathroom is clean! Had a great stay and the breakfast and dinners were delicious :) one morning took a sunrise tuctuc ride with the owner to the Lipton seat, can totally recommend!

For the cost it’s not a bad place. It would have been nice a few years ago, but they are in desperate need of new blankets, towels, and a deep clean on the rooms. Fine for a short stay because it’s cheap

Accueil glacial Ce n'est pas parce que c'est une chambre économique que cela doit être sale. Couverture qui ne sentait pas bon , literie pas de première fraîcheur Salle de bain un vieux bout de savon et pas de rouleau de papier toilette..4 feuilles Pas de petit déjeuner alors que c'était annoncé dans booking.com.. Publicité mensongère Et le clou le dîner. Je ne l'aurai même pas donné à mon chien..donc je n'ai pas mangé Je devais y rester 2 nuits . J'ai passé la deuxième nuit ailleurs dans Haputale..je n'ai même pas demandé qu'il me rembourse Endroit à fuir

The location is good and within easy walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants, and bus station of the town. You can also go on walks into the mountains from their location. The owners are very kind, and the rooms are in their own home. it is modest accommodation at a budget price. They’re very helpful. One night when my scooter was parked in a location that was not ideal, the owner came and got my key from me and moved my scooter to a better location. Good people:)

I stayed that resort I lost my gold chain and stone chain on the bed after I called owner he didn't responsible he fought with me so I'm lost my experience thinks that resort owner bad person I want my thinks so can you help me please 🙏

We had a lovely stay at Lakshan View Resort in Haputale. The location is very convenient, just a short walking distance from the railway station. Lakshan was so thoughtful in giving us two rooms right in front of each other since we were traveling with kids and my mum, which made everything much easier. His hospitality was excellent – he even carried our bags upstairs with a big smile. Lakshan’s mother is also a very kind lady, and together they create such a welcoming and homely atmosphere. What we appreciated most was the balance: they let us enjoy our stay peacefully without any disturbance, but were always available whenever we needed something. A truly comfortable and heartwarming stay – highly recommend Lakshan View Resort to families visiting Haputale!

camera non pulita: le lenzuola non sono state cambiate, il pavimento era sporco, le superfici polverose il cambio da dollari a rupie non è stato fatto correttamente e ho pagato più di quanto scritto su Booking, nonostante lo abbia fatto presente allo staff, hanno ridotto di poco il costo ma comunque applicando un cambio non corretto

The host was so nice and he accommodated both early check in and late check out. The garden is gorgeous and a very cute place to sit.the location is also nice, close to the train and in the middle of town.

The night was very noisy because the room gives on to a busy street and could hear and feel the train so it was difficult to sleep.

It is a Small clean Guesthouse in the Heart of Haputale. This has become my Regular place to stay whenever I visit Haputale. Clean room & a Great Host

Owner asked charges more than system shows of total amount but didnt crosscheck since add amount was just less than 1000/= .

Good location from the station. We arrived late night around 22:30. However they still welcome and had good room for us.

No view, just a brick wall. Train line runs next to it Noisy, inconsideratr guests and staff. Expensive laundry costs.

It is Nice cozy small Guest house in the Heart of the Haputale town. Close to the Bus stand Railway station. Many local food Joints around. The Host Lakshan & His Mother is amazing. Caring and attentive yet they respect your privacy. The room is very clean with clean blankets and towels. The room has nice view. Bathroom is very clean and with hot water. I would Highly recommend this place.. All the best to Lakshan , one of the nicest hosts I met.

Beautiful scenery and amazing friendly staff

We had a great stay at Lakshan view resort after a long hike in hortons plain the beds were super comfortable to get some rest. The break first was good with an amazing view over the misty mountains, Too bad we couldn't stay longer because we had to catch our train early in the morning.

When I arrived there were problems with my room and I couldn’t check-in at the check-in time that is said on booking. I got my room way later, I think at 16:00 or so. First he wanted to give me a room that was obviously not cleaned yet. I warned him to cancel and write a bad review and then he gave me a room that seemed cleaned. It was weird. The owner made me feel a little uncomfortable as a young female solo traveller. He took fotos of me sitting on his terrace (which was ok for me but a bit weird) and also he tried to pressure me to write a good review on booking all the time I was there which I didn’t like at all. I always write honest reviews and I will write it whenever I want.

I loved the location wich is close to the city center but at the same time quiet and with an amazing view we had a room on the topfollr with a balcony to sit on and enjoy the view of the hill and valley

Nice place situated at Haputale exact town near an amazing sky and mountain view. Owner is very supportive and kind they will care about you as much as they can. I got a tv room and then the night was not boring. Nice place and worth for the money. Recommended !

Hot water is available but had to try many times to make it work Pillows aren’t comfortable No soap in bathroom ( guess we need to request) It mentions breakfast included but no breakfast given No warning about checkout time so we had to pay extra than the price we booked

Host name Lakshan is very friendly and helpful. Suggest everyone to come here and enjoy the scenic morning view from the hotel balcony. Even you can get a scooty at low rent price compared to the bike rent shops, if u have a day to spare here. The road along the tea plantation and stopping at the road side to have an aroma of pure tea makes your your stay in Haputhale a worthwhile.

I stayed there for two night and could have stayed fro a month the location is incredible sorrounded by nature everywhere and with the best view of haputale to say good
