レセプションでは格調を感じ、スタッフの対応も非常に丁寧かつフレンドリーでよかったが、通された部屋は、ペンキの匂いが残っており、窓がほとんどなく、暑い日だったので部屋にいることがつらかった。また、夜10時過ぎまで中庭で作業をしているらしく、大きな音がしており、次の日も７時過ぎには作業が始まった様子（作業かどうかはわかりませんが、かなり大きな音が響いていました）があり、小さな窓を全開にしても暑いので、閉めることもできず・・・

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Todo estuvo muy bien! La habitación es pequeña, pero para mí que solo lo utilice para dormir y bañarme estuvo perfecto el espacio. El wifi funcionó perfecto, el espacio es silencio y tranquilo. Estaba limpio y prolijo, el desayuno estuvo bien y comienza a las 7, lo cual esta bueno si vas a Tirano como base para ir al Bernina. Está muy cerca de la estacion de tren, 5 cuadras aproximadamente y en el centro del lugar, con todo cerca para comer. El personal fue muy amable y agradable!
Que no hay ascensor.

La colazione è una sorta di buffet servito: si chiede cosa si vuole e ti viene preparato il piatto (non c'è un bancone con i prodotti a disposizione); non è stato immediato da capire. Ricordatevi che è una struttura senza ascensore.

The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. Although they were unable to allow us a late checkout, they stored our bags while we had a lovely lunch next door. I would gladly stay here again!

ホテルとバーが併設されており、ホテル側の玄関前の通りが工事中だったらしく、入り口が分かりにくかった。ホテルのせいではないかもしれないが、帰りの日が雨でタクシーを呼んでもらったらタクシー代が高かった。歩いて5分くらいの距離なのにミラノ行きの電車と同じ位の料金だった。

Inoltre, la stazione del Trenino Rosso del Bernina è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi, un grande valore aggiunto per chi desidera vivere questa splendida esperienza. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità: il personale è stato eccezionale, sempre sorridente, attento e pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. La camera era pulitissima, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort, e l'atmosfera della struttura ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Ottima la degustazione di alcuni piatti tipici. È stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista. Consigliamo questa struttura a chiunque e speriamo di poterci tornare presto. Grazie di cuore per l'ospitalità!

Śniadanie w cenie w postaci bufetu, ale serwowanego przez obsługę. Typowe włoskie śniadanie na słodko, ale codziennie świeżutkie bułeczki, można się najeść. Butelka wody każdego dnia w gratisie. Po południu możliwość skorzystania z gorącej wody za darmo lub zakupu kawy czy herbaty. Jeżeli kiedyś wrócę do Tirano, to na pewno do tego pensjonatu.

Que antes de reservar, al leer que no tenía ascensor, pedí ubicación en el primer piso, porque, sobre todo, usar escaleras con equipaje es muy difícil para mi. Me aseguraron la habitación en el primer piso, por lo tanto reservé. Cuando llegué me llevaron al segundo piso, argumentando que la del primero era una habitación muy incómoda. Me hubiera gustado que me lo dijeran antes. En el check in me ayudaron con el equipaje, en el check out, no. Ha

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Fairly close to the train station that I came in on and departed from. The stated check-in time is quite late, but they did let me in at 3 PM when I texted them.
I signed up for the half board meals, which includes dinner and breakfast. I guess for the overall price I expected more quality based on other reviews. It’s convenient to get meals this way, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The room I got was quite small and without a window to outside, but I can’t remember if I booked such a small room so I figured it was fine because it was not a long day.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Las habitaciobes de el Hotel Maravillosas con vistas impresionantes, la cama super comoda y confortable, las almohadas y cubre camas frescas y Limpias lo cual nos permitio descansar muy bien despues de 20 dias moviendonos por diferentes ciudades de italia, el desayuno que incluye es completo, nosotros saliamos 6 am el dia de partir por lo que les explicamos un dia antes y a las 19 horas nos llebaron a la habitacion el desayuno para llebar Todo Fue Perfecto!!! Muchas Gracias!
