Napoliamo Guest House

It's a small, cozy hotel located within walking distance to all Naples' major attractions. Light breakfast included(not even advertised). Absolutly exceptional service. Honor system fridge with reasonably price water and drinks. I heard a lot about thieves in other hotels. This hotel, due to residential style access, made us feel very safe.

Un grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff, davvero eccezionale, per la professionalità, la simpatia e la grande disponibilità dimostrata durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è molto piacevole e si trova in una posizione perfetta, nel cuore di Napoli, ideale per visitare la città. Mario and Luca were very welcoming and friendly with lots of helpful suggestions about the area, where to eat etc. The location is perfect for the historic centre area, close to everything. The hotel room has a little balcony with a tweet view, shutters to keep the heat and light out, aircon and kettle. Bathroom was lovely and modern. Smart TV. A light breakfast was offered as a gift which was a lovely start to the day.

Location, cleanliness and the amazing people who work there!

Great spot, and Mario is super helpful. I loved the location since it was easy to get around, and he was very sweet to walk us through all the local spots and things to do. His place was really clean and comfy, and I loved the high ceilings.

A wonderful stay! The guest house is very well located, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Everyone working there was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The staff also gave me excellent local recommendations for places to eat and visit. They offered a small complimentary breakfast with coffee and croissants, even though breakfast was not included in my booking. I accidentally left some belongings behind, and the staff found them, contacted me promptly, and kindly arranged to send them back to me. Excellent hospitality—I highly recommend this guest house. 10/10!

En general, todo. El trato, muy familiar y siempre tratando de ayudar. La ubicación genial, en una calle muy animada pero sin ruidos y con la parada de metro de Universidad a unos 100 metros. La habitación estupenda con un baño moderno. Y el detalle del desayuno con el personal que lo sirve siempre tratando de agradar.

Pues lo que no me gustó fue que solo estuve cinco noches. Porque el alojamiento y Nápoles merecen más tiempo.

location is great. It was amazing to stay in a building built in 1800. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They provide a map with interesting sites to visit. That is very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Napoliamo Guest House. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very stylish. We especially loved the unique concept of the rooms, each dedicated to a different artist and numbered with their name. Our room also had a lovely little corner featuring the artist’s album covers, which made the experience feel very personal and special. The hosts were absolutely wonderful as well. Mario and the rest of the team were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always happy to assist us with anything we needed and made us feel genuinely well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Napoliamo Guest House to anyone visiting Naples. We would happily stay here again!

The hospitality from Mario and his family was wonderful. They were incredibly helpful, kind and nothing was too much trouble. The location was ideal and we could very comfortably walk most places.

Great location and even greater host, Mario. He was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything about the city and the best locations where to eat. The cleaning lady was cleaning our room every day making sure we have clean towels and prepared breakfast every morning. All in all a great experience.

We loved the location. It's near the university and less-touristy restaurants that served tasty, authentic food at a reasonable price. We also wanted to have more of a "local" experience and Napoliamo Guest House gives you that opportunity, which is quite different than staying at a hotel. Naples is also a good starting point if you want to go to the Amalfi Coast for a day or two, and then later to one of the other islands (Capri, Ischia, and Procida) for a few days. We enjoyed the pastries and espresso/latte/caffe in the morning. We especially enjoyed recommendations from Mario and interacting with him! We especially enjoyed trying to have conversations with Nunzia and Zoris, using Google Translate. They were very patient and kind. Nunzia and Zoris were members of the staff. Zoris was preparing and serving pastries (sfogliatelle and cornetto) and espresso drinks that morning. Thank you Mario, Nunzi, and Zoris for a truly memorable stay in Naples!

The air conditioner could have been more powerful in our room, but it seemed powerful enough in our sons' room. Please keep in mind that our stay was in June 2026, and coincided with a heatwave in Naples and other parts of Europe.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, estaba muy cerca del puerto y eso nos ayudó mucho porque fuimos a varias islas. La habitación era grande, tenía aire acondicionado y buen tamaño de baño. La atención de Mario fue excelente!! De principio a fin estuvo al pendiente, nos dio recomendaciones de restaurantes y de lugares a los que podíamos ir a conocer. Recomiendo muchísimo este lugar! Y agradezco a Mario por sus atenciones y mensajes antes durante y después de nuestra estadía.

A pocos metros está la parada de metro y la zona es super tranquila, está muy cerca de todo por lo que puedes ir andando a todas partes. Una pena haber estado solamente una noche. Nos recibieron Mario y Gianluca con toda la disposición para ayudarnos, nos explicaron que podíamos ver en el poco tiempo que íbamos a estar y nos recomendaron sitios para comer por la zona. Siempre disponibles y atentos. La habitación, cómoda, moderna y bien cuidada, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente y no se escuchaba ningún ruido. El espacio para el desayuno de cortesía era muy acogedor y el desayuno muy rico, muchas gracias por el detalle. Al poco tiempo de marcharnos, recibo un whatsapp de Mario diciéndonos que si necesitábamos algo en el próximo destino que no dudara en escribirle, todo un detalle por su parte. Muchas gracias por la estancia tan agradable.

Our stay at Napoliamo was a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Gianluca. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with such kindness and took the time to explain everything about the accommodation very carefully. He gave us a map of Naples and explained the area, useful places, and things we should know during our stay. The map he gave us ended up being incredibly helpful while exploring the city, and we used it a lot throughout our time in Naples. Another thing we really appreciated was how easy it was to communicate with him. Whenever we had a question or encountered a small problem, we could contact him through WhatsApp, and he was always very responsive and helpful. Knowing that we could reach him whenever we needed assistance made us feel very comfortable and reassured during our stay. The location of Napoliamo was also excellent. It was very convenient for exploring Naples, and we found it easy to get around the city from the accommodation. What touched us most, however, was Gianluca's genuine kindness. On our last day, he helped us store our luggage, and everything was handled so carefully, neatly, and kindly until it was time for us to leave. It may sound like a small thing, but moments like this really showed us how much he cared about his guests until the very end of their stay. Looking back on our trip, we feel that we did not simply meet a wonderful host in Naples — it almost feels as though we made a new friend during our travels. That is something very special to us, and it made our memories of Naples even happier. Thank you so much, Gianluca, for your warm welcome, your helpful advice, the wonderful map, and all your kindness throughout our stay. We are very grateful that we had the chance to stay at Napoliamo, and we would happily stay here again if we return to Naples someday.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and very nice. Very close to the port where you can take the alibus from/to the airport. Also very close to the metro statin and 15min walk to the centro storico. As overall very nice stay here

You would be very hard to find better staff in Napoli than here. They genuinely care about your experience. People have misconceptions about Napoli, but if you wanted to feel safe and happy. The area is 5 mins away from big tourist areas and you know you are returning to a good place to rest.

The room was clean and in good condition, and we also appreciated the complimentary light breakfast that was included at no extra charge. Gianluca was very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which we genuinely appreciated.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly affected our experience. The room was very noisy. There are no blackout curtains, and whenever the guests in the neighboring room used the sink or flushed the toilet, it sounded as if they were in our own room. The biggest disappointment was the hot water. It only stayed hot for about 10 minutes, after which we had to wait around 45 minutes for it to heat up again. This was never mentioned anywhere before booking. Had I known about this limitation, I would not have booked this accommodation. I also didn’t find the bed or the pillows particularly comfortable, although I understand that this is a matter of personal preference.

Absolument tout 👍🏼 la situation idéal pour visiter Naples. L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Nous étions avec nos enfants en bas âge et la chambre familiale était parfaite pour 4. Spacieuse et propre. Petit déjeuner offert (croissants, café, jus de fruits). Le personnel sur place sont napolitains ce qui rend le séjour authentique car ils donnent de précieux conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Nous avions une voiture que nous avons pu garer à 3 minutes à pieds de l’hôtel avec un prix présentiel en supplément grâce a une convention avec l’hôtel Napoliamo.

Ascenseur ancien dans l’immeuble mais cela donne même une touche d’ancien 😉

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen und diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen! :)

Excellent location, perfect for exploring Naples on foot, with the added advantage of being close to the port, the historic centre, major transport hubs and the city’s main attractions. We felt very safe throughout our stay. The property was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well maintained, and the owner was kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Black-out curtains didn't fully close, lack of bidet and shower on the bedroom corridor were not ideal. The towel hook was too high for me to reach. Very small details that could be improved. The lift to reach the B&B has been broken for 1 day but the owner was very kind and helped us to carry luggage to the ground floor.

I had an excellent stay at Napoliamo Guest House in Naples. Very convinient location next to the metro station but walking distance from most of the places. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean, with lovely high ceilings, a spacious bathroom, and excellent air conditioning. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, as several keys and secure access points are required to reach the room. The hosts were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There is also a fridge at reception where guests can purchase refreshments at very reasonable prices. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay, and I would highly recommend Napoliamo Guest House.

Big thanks to Mario, who has been really helpful and welcoming. The place is only few minutes walk from Metro so you can pretty much travel to most iconic spots with great convenience. And so many great restaurants around (again, thanks to Mario’s hand written guide map!) would definitely visit again!

The place is amazing! Mario & Giulio welcomed us from the start making sure we have everything we need and suggesting places and restaurants that we could visit. Our check in process was smooth and our room was great! We have very high cleaning standards and I must say Napoliamo is the cleanest guest house I’ve ever seen! We had cleaning room service every day! And also coffee and Italian breakfast in the morning! There is also a mini bar available at all times so you can grab a drink even in the middle of the night. The location is perfect, very safe neighbourhood, next to the metro and city centre. We can’t wait to come back to Napoli and Napoliamo

This place was situated in a perfect location for any tour guide pick ups. The place itself was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly and so helpful during our stay. Definitely recommend this place and will use it for any return trips to Napoli. Mario -manager helped us with clear directions and recommendations.

We had an amazing stay at Napoliamo Guest House. It is family run and they were incredibly kind and knowledgable about the city, we got great recommendations about places to visit and great food to try! The location was perfect, right downtown and an easy walk to most sights we wanted to see. The room itself was just what we needed it to be, it was nice because there was a vestibule right off the the bedroom where we could keep our luggage and then feel like the bedroom was calm!

We only stayed for one night as a stopover in Naples, but we couldn't recommend this place highly enough! The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything you could need. The property was spotlessly clean, and the host, Mario, was exceptional from start to finish. He contacted us before our arrival to check our arrival time and made sure everything was ready for us. He took the time to explain everything about the property, gave us a map of the area, and shared some great recommendations for places to eat and visit. His hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

The guesthouse was extremely well located, just steps off the popular tourists’ path and easy walk to the port for the ferries to the islands. There is also the metro just steps away. Rooms were clean & spacious and the air conditioners worked well. I traveled as a family of 4 and took two rooms (2 couples). Mario was a wonderful host - helpful with itinerary advice and arranging for transfers. His hospitality helped to make our visit to Napoli even better.

Our stay was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was absolutely first class and far exceeded our expectations. Our room was stunning, with beautiful high ceilings, elegant décor, and every comfort you could ask for. What truly made our stay so special, however, was our wonderful host, Mario. Nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of our visit, from arranging our airport transfers and organising taxis to providing detailed advice about Naples, including the different districts, the best restaurants, places to visit, and boat trips. His local knowledge was invaluable and helped us make the most of our time in this incredible city. Each morning, Mario treated us to a beautiful breakfast in the property's stunning library room. Fresh pastries and croissants, fruit juice, and excellent coffee made for the perfect start to the day. There was also a refrigerator in reception stocked with chilled water and juices—a thoughtful touch that summed up Mario's attention to detail. He really has thought of everything. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day earlier than planned because my partner became unwell. Mario was incredibly kind and compassionate, even waiving our tourist tax, which was a gesture we truly appreciated during a difficult time. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Naples' historic centre and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. If you are visiting Naples, do yourself a favour and book this guest house. It offers outstanding accommodation, exceptional hospitality, and an experience that is genuinely unforgettable. We also really loved the old building that the accommodation is housed in, and the location is spot on for exploring the historic centre, while also conveniently near to the port and metro stations. Would happily stay there again if we return to Naples.

El anfitrión Mario fue super amable y cordial, nos brindó recomendaciones para conocer Nápoles. La ubicación es muy buena, tiene una estación de metro a menos de una cuadra. El departamento es muy lindo y de grandes dimensiones. Si bien la tarifa era sin desayuno, te brindan un desayuno sencillo de cortesía que es un lindo gesto.

El agua caliente se agota rápido y la habitación es algo ruidosa por momentos (no es ruido proveniente de la calle sino ruido de cañerías o similar, parecía provenir de la habitación de al lado cuando utilizaban el agua).
