Me gusto mucho su ubicación, la atención de su personal (Super atentos, respetuosos y cordiales), cuenta con parqueadero a dos cuadras del hotel. Cerca de todo!!! Las camas (Se durmió bueno), la tranquilidad y la decoración del hotel. Sales y el brazo del Rio frente a ti!!

La posibilidad de ventas al interior del hotel como agua o snacks. Pero como esta cerca de todo, se podian acquirer cosas cerca!!

La ubicación, sobre todo la facilidad de parqueo

Lo único que no me gustó es que las habitaciones no poseen nevera o mini bar, sin embargo no afecta mucho la experiencia

Two members of stuff were very nice. The rest we were very disappointed

It’s falling apart. We have pictures. So expensive for what we received. They didn’t even supply clean drinkable water. Very basic and with that price . Things were broken, walls full of mould, when we first got there our room didn’t even have one draw to put our clothes away. No wardrobe, nothing!

Great location in a lovely old house. Everyone was very helpful. It was nice being cooked breakfast in the kitchen.

No hot water and one evening no water at all from shower or basin.

Breakfast was fruit, fruit juice & eggs. The staff were quiet and very competent, and I was able to leave my bags with them after I checked out, as my bus was not until 4.30 pm.

The location is central and the building has a charming colonial style.

No hot water, which was not clearly communicated before booking, and a lack of cleanliness (cockroach in the room). Service was minimal, and the way feedback was handled afterward was defensive and unprofessional.

Excelente lugar, en todo el centro del pueblo para caminar. No hay como tal parqueadero del lugar, pero al ser temporada baja pudimos dejarlo al lado del hotel y es muy seguro.

Nice restored house with excelent location within the riverwalk and santa barbara’s beautiful square. Staff is most helpful and kind.

At check in, Their booking system did not reflect one discount we had. Room wardrobe is nice but huge and does not have drawers or shelves.

I want to say first that the staff was amazing, the location incredible, walkable, and the charming of the property was beautiful in the other hand there are some aspects that should be fixed like the internet conexión is awful and very poor, we have no water at the room in two different ocasión, there was hair in the bathroom. When we arrive, there are termites at simple sight this show a low maintenance aspect to the room, and there are a little windows there that not have the proper insolate that could cause the air conditioning make an extra effort to work and for this reason there are condensation in the wall. Like I said there are aspects that should be better but the rest was very good

We loved Mompox and this little gem of a hotel. While it’s hot here the room Was cold and quiet and a lovely nights sleep. Breakfast was really good and the staff friendly. They welcomed our dog and location couldn’t be better. Lots of close restaurants. Highly Recommend.

La ubicación del hotel, al lado de la iglesia de Santa Bárbara es bastante cómoda para desplazarse a los principales sitios de interés turístico. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y tranquilas. El personal que atiende es muy amable y está dispuesto a colaborar en todo lo que se necesite.

Location and staff !

Very nice property with exceptionally friendly staff in a good location by the river. On my last morning I left early before breakfast to catch a coach and they gave me a bag of breakfast food to eat on my journey.

There was some miscommunication about the food, we can not eat any dairy or eggs and asked beforehand if it was possible to make some arepas without milk or butter for breakfast, when checking in this was mentioned again but at breakfast the chef didn't know about it and put butter in the arepas.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à Mompos. Forts de votre excellente appréciation de l'hôtel Casa Amarilla, nous y avons passé 2 nuits. La déception a été immense, et nous estimons que cet hôtel ne devrait pas être recommandé. Rapport qualité prix médiocre, emplacement pas formidable, direction/réception au mieux mal aimable. En effet : -l'habitation est globalement précaire, l'isolation inexistante, les serrures des portes inopérantes, l'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas, la literie est mauvaise (grincement, matelas peu confortable,...) - les chambres donnent sur un minuscule patio, où on entend en permanence le personnel et la clientèle parler,....des 6h30 du matin (principalement des groupes!) - l'hôtel est situé devant une esplanade où sont installés des kiosques à musique qui donne à tue-tête jusqu'à 23h (autant qu'il est impossible de dormir avant 23h et après 6h)!!! - nous avons dû changer de chambre devant le vacarme de la première nuit et essuyé un refus de la direction de l'hôtel d'une petite compensation ( 2.5 euros de boissons qu'on a refusé de nous offrir, une mesquinerie étonnante). Au final, après avoir parcouru la ville, nous avons constaté que plusieurs hôtels de grande classe proposaient des offres de prix équivalent, voir inférieur pour des prestations véritablement haut de gamme. En conclusion, nous vous suggérons de dereferencer ce mauvais hôtel

Loved the place and the room - in this case no windows but still agreeable. Kitchen/breakfast area a little cramped. Amiable, attentive and effective service.

This place is awesome! The facilities are great, the staff is really kind and ready to help you with anything you need, and it is well located! I would like to remark how wonderful the breakfast is.

A real gem, beautiful rooms and garden, quite quiet considering it was a Saturday night on the walking street. Much recommended.

Old house with all comfort

A wonderful situation next to the river. A thoughtful and comfortable accommodation with attentive and helpful staff.

The shower is a bit unpredictable but this is perfectly understandable in such an old building.

Nice family-style breakfast. Location was marred by riverfront construction ongoing in front of hotel. Good sized room with fan and air conditioning and very tall ceiling and adequate closet space. Two large public reception rooms and pleasant inner courtyard. Nice toiletries in bathroom.

Wifi signal did not reach my room. I had to go near reception to use wifi. Construction screens blocked view of river in front of hotel. Hopefully this will be a short-lived phenomenon.

El lugar es bastante genial. Nos encontró el diseño de las habitaciones estilo colonial, muy cómoda la cama, muy lindo el baño y muy lindas las instalaciones.

the room was lovely and spacious. we arrived very early and were allowed to rest in the common area. the night guard was very welcoming and even recommended when we should go out and where to see the sunrise. the breakfast and cleaning staff were also amazing and very friendly. the comunal breakfast table was nice as you could talk to others who were staying and share stories/tips

This place was amazing. Everything was perfect. I am already planning on going back to stay there. The town is adorable, lovely place, and the hotel was perfect.

The breakfast staff woman was quite loud our first morning yelling at someone on the phone. She seemed to have a big fight an integrated the whole guests into her conversation which was not only unprifessional for a hotel but uncomfortable.

It was such a pleasure to stay here. It has been far and away the best accommodation I’ve stayed in in Colombia and I really wish I could have stayed longer. Book ahead, La Casa Amarilla is tightly very popular!

Is a magical house in Mompox downtown. I love the place, all the human team make you feel comfortable and feel like home. My recommendation is, if you have the possibility, try to pay for the big rooms. I think the experience change in a good way. One of the suites have an amazing balcony to see the sunset and a beautiful entrance with reclining chairs with view to the central patio of the house. Great experience ❤️

It is near the main square and the room was big.

Too much quiet ,no antimosquitos and the staff ,specially the woman are very cold and not enough friendly,like in a motel.

Excellent location, beautiful garden, lovely big room and friendly staff. Fan and air conditioning were really strong. Bed was so comfy I struggled to get up! And I really appreciated that they gave me a packed breakfast when I had to leave really early on my last day. Great value.

Very friendly people, very atmospheric and beautiful decor - you will feel like a time has stopped. Right in the centre, but still quiet - only a very insistent church cell. Highly recommended

This property is quite comfortable and well located. We had a very comfortable king sized bed. The location was excellent at the end of the old historic promenade where the streets turn unpaved and sandy, right there at their corner. There was no visible sign for the hotel when we arrived at dusk, just the yellow color of the house. We found that the room could definitely use a table or desk and a chair. It was Large enough but there was nowhere to place things. The breakfast was good although measured. You pay for second drinks. Also you have to wait for it since there is only one table for six. But the extreme tranquility of the place makes it an excellent place to visit. One of the beautiful colonial cities still lost in time but well preserved at its origins. This old house with it's tranquil interior garden is a very good home base to stay.

Nice place but the staff are indifferent. Not the best location and noisy.

The property is very nice, and the staff is really kind and helpful. The breakfast could be a bit more generous. There should use soap/shampoo dispensers to avoid the use of plastic toiletries.
