Great location, ideal for a short stay in Wimbledon. Close to the tube, quite convenient to explore the rest of London.

Wasn't clear how we got in ,didnt think 4pm was out of hours! Expected to be able to get breakfast, which was not available . Was unfortunate to be disturbed by other guests .

L'hôtel était petite et simple mais agréable pour un tarif raisonnable à Londres. Nous retiendrons l'adresse en cas de nouveau séjour à Londres. La chambre était propre même si les matériaux de la salle de bains laissaient une moins bonne impression. Le lit était confortable mais plutôt étroit pour deux personnes (130 ou 140 cm). Il n'y avait malheureusement pas de petit déjeuner, et pas de possibilité d'en prendre un à moins d'1/4h à pied. Le métro était à 1/4h à pied mais un bus passe devant l'hôtel. Marche jusqu'au métro compris, cela prend de 45 min à 1h d'arriver dans le centre de Londres. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit. Il n'est pas fermé par des barrières, mais nous n'avons pas eu de sentiment d'insécurité.

Nous regrettions de ne pas pouvoir prendre de petit déjeuner. Il n'y avait pas de conditionnement d'air et il aurait été bienvenu pendant les jours de canicule où nous séjournions à l'hôtel ; toutefois le réchauffement de la chambre n'était pas vraiment excessif.

Locacation was what i needed. Didn't try the breakfast.

Shower

Good location for our needs - we were visiting family who lives nearby.Room was comfortable and clean ,spacious car park at the back of property.

No hot water in the shower on evening even when we had followed the instructions to run the water for few minutes. We did not see a single staff member during our stay and even though we arrived during the day we had to call to a number on the door to someone to open the door for us.

Room was very small and dated and there was no cold water in the shower

The hotel is very well sited and easy to find with ample parking. Upon entry I was greeted very professionally and after a short and easy check-in, I was in my room. The room was very tidy, clean and well presented. It has all the facilities required for a good nights sleep. I was very impressed and look forward to staying again. Highly recommended.

There is nothing bad that I can say about the hotel whatsoever. It met all my expectations so there is nothing negative to say at all.

The location was great, it was a very comfortable room. The staff were accomodating when I arrived later than the specified check in time.

Dirty bedding, window frame broken, shower held in place with masking tape, loose light fixture in bathroom, towel rail hanging off.

Needs some upgrades and improvements. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location to tennis and centre of Wimbledon could not be better.

Shower mixer was very sensitive and difficult to regulate. Could do with a upgrade and clean. Only 2 plug sockets in the room.

It is not a hotel, it is a hostel. You should not list this place as a hotel. Very very very bad.

Hotel nemá výťah, vstup a celé vybavenie silno je opotrebované. V izbe je počuť chodenie, rozprávanie z izby o poschodie vyššej. Sprcha nie je ručná, lez z vrchu. Kúpelňa nedostatočne vyčistená. Okno s problémami sa dalo otvoriť a zatvoriť. Drevené žalúzie problémovo ovládateľné. Postele sú prepadlé, mäkké. Zatváranie dverí len otočením západky kľúčom, bez zamknutia. Ubytovanie sme mali zaplatené na tri noci. Po prvej noci sme odišli. Žiadali sme vrátenie peňazí za zvyšné dve noci, čo recepčný odmietol. Hotel bez stálej obsadenosti recepcie.

very old fashioned. no reception on site. have to phone to talk to someone to let you in. very tired beds and rooms...could do with some renovation and upgrading

Booked for the night of 29th June as we were going to opening day of Wimbledon. Our room was great. Really comfortable bed, ensuite with shower. Much needed fan. Perfect location for the tennis. Jay (Manager) was so helpful. A real good find. Already recommended to friends and will use again next year.

Shower was a little snug

Requested ground-floor due to mobility issues but was told 3 year old child did'nt like going up stairs so our room given to them. No shower mat/towel. Bath did not drain properly while showering. Toilet does not flush correctly. State of wiring in bedroom unsafe. Double bed mattress springs hurting us. Mattrass needs replacing. Road noise disturbing. Blinds not conducive to comfortable sleep. General state of decor tired looking.

Not very clean and didn’t provide cot when requested until second night but it was so unclean we chose not to use.

Great, easy access to everything, today a chap from Spain is staying tonight, if he wins 3 games in Roehampton he is in for Wimbledon. I booked another night tonight.

The hotel was really comfortable and cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my family reunion. And the boss was nice enough to send my shirt back that I left in the cupboard. How nice is that?

The rooms were cold and very old and delapadated. There was mould in our room and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Very noisy

10pm bedbugs appeared. To their credit, the owner refunded straight away and I left. I hope they can eradicate them quickly.

Convenient location

power plugs not near the bed, bathroom very small and needed repair,

The room was very clean, the bedding and bed itself were great. We had good sleep. The free parking at the rear of the property was massive bonus.

There was some mold present in the ceiling and bathroom walls seal but did not affect the use of the room or bathroom, overall both areas were clean.

Checking in message didn't work... On arrival, my friend called to gain access .. no security questions were asked to my friend ... so they could have been off been anyone ... nobody came to greet us .. in fact, I never saw anybody who worked there the entire stay .. the key was left on a shelf inside the front door ... .. The room was small but adequate size for a 1 night stay .. The room was freezing cold on arrival The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.. Bedding was old and smelly ( pillows and quilt) Kettle lead did not reach a plug .. The bathroom door had a fingerprint of blood on it, Wardrobe had a broken handle Would definitely not stay here again

No hot water. I was later told I had to ask them to turn it on, as there were a satisfactory number of guests to warrant leaving the water on. Also, walls are thin and any movement across the rooms is clearly audible.

Had to change rooms 3 times, the first room was dingy and cold with no hot water. Poorly maintained, cupboard doors hanging off, the third room I moved too was ok and it had an electric radiator that worked. The lady that checked me in was grumpy because I complained.

Its location

It was run down, but clean. My room was on the bottom floor and all night I was woken by people upstairs stomping around at all hours. There was no breakfast when I went up at 8.30am, nothing laid out, no fruit despite 2 messages about me needing a gluten free breakfast and them saying they could do that nothing arrived because there were zero staff to be seen. I think it’s an unmanned guesthouse, there’s no front desk.

I booked because of the location and supposedly had four stars.

This was not a comfortable stay. The room did have in it everything on this list. However, I need of decoration and reorganisation, electrics and plumbing. The bathroom was extremely small and not clean due to the age and deterioration of it.

Room size was great and super warm-thank you . I did choose the bigger room for my stay as I like comfort . Coffee and tea was great . But there was no milk in the tray in the hall . I only had the milk that was in my room , yet there was extra tea and coffee in the tray in the hall . Bed was comfortable Location was good

Noone was at reception when I arrived . Had to ring the bell and a resident on the ground floor opened for me and called the office to ask where my keys were and what room I was in . Never saw anyone during my stay . Thank goodness I never needed assistance . Room was super noisy -could hear all the noises from the road , train and neighbours and the room shook when busses went by . The shower was super small (thank goodness I'm a small person ) and the water pressure was terrible . Took forever to shower .

Shower head blocked with lime scale so shower spray went everywhere but you. This is such an obvious thing to sort out. No fridge, easy thing to install for guests.

Jay was a great host. My sheets were generally clean at all times.

Hard to say. I think the rooms can be a bit warmer during the winter. And lighting could be better in the basement room. Apart from that, with the right clothing, you will be fine.

Excellent location and good value for money if you’re staying Wimbledon. The room had everything needed and staff was always on hand for question. A big bonus for the private parking at the back of the property

Zero hot water. Left water to run for ages, never even got Luke warm. Terribly squeaky bed and extremely soft mattress. Couldn’t sleep there. So frozen shower and no sleep. Great

Just the location

We experienced a very disturbing incident during our stay. At around 5:00 AM, a hotel staff member entered my sister’s room without permission, then claimed it was the wrong room. This was extremely unsettling and made us feel unsafe. Mistakes can happen, but entering a guest’s room at that hour without proper verification is unacceptable. We hope the hotel improves its procedures to ensure this never happens to anyone else.

Location

The guest prior to my stay smoked in the room I was occupying despite warning from the property. It was not pleasant considering the room smelt smoke the entire stay. But staff were apologetic and not their fault.
