Great service from ALL staff...very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, comfy and well appointed. Great location and easy access to public transport. Would highly recommend.

Location was good relative to Putney town, room was very similar to the pictures advertised and on-site parking was easy.

Breakfast buffet is kept warm by using paraffin or similar burners and this leaves an awful gassy smell in the dining area.

Our room was beautiful with an amazingly comfortable bed... kitchenette was well equipped. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely and helpful.

The stairs :) but it's worth it and there are plenty of offers of help!

La struttura è molto accogliente. Diana e il resto dello staff (tra cui un’italiana con cui abbiamo fatto il check out), sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili verso tutte le nostre richieste. La stanza era pulita e adatta ad un soggiorno di 6 notti, con una grandezza superiore agli standard di Londra. La zona è molto tranquilla e ben servita seppur fuori dal centro di Londra. La stazione metro di East Putney, a meno di 10 minuti di camminata, è servita dalla linea District offrendo un ottimo collegamento con il centro. Praticamente davanti all’hotel è presente la fermata dei Bus 37 e 337.

Nonostante la doccia grande il resto del bagno era leggermente piccolo.

On this trip we had 2 big suitcases which could not fit in our bedroom without having to walk over them, usually our rooms have been bigger than this

Bon restaurant, amb bona relació qualitat preu al mateix Hotel. Situat en una zona tranquil.la però molt aprop de l’activitat del pont de Putney.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was powerful. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, which was a bonus. There was a very nice outdoor terrace to sit and have a drink/coffee. Everywhere was spotless. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Steep stairs (no lift)

An exceptional offering of affordable luxury. The fittings throughout the hotel were modern and clean. Bathrobes were a lovely touch although I didn't use it. Shower water pressure was amazing. I had several events to attend in the vicinity so the location was great for me. Central London is also reachable by the main line at Putney. The service was impeccable: knowing that I would be out during the afternoon and evening, my bag was kindly placed in my room by reception.

Soundproofing between floors could have been a bit better. I could hear quite a bit of noise from upstairs during the morning, but not at night. A minor detail.

Mi è stata assegnata una stanza con accesso attraverso uno stretto giro scale caldissimo e senza areazione, la vista della stanza era su un muro con i condizionatori ed è stato necessario accendere l'aria condizionata tutto il tempo, sebbene le temperature esterne fossero fresche.

Everything, was clean, staff was excellent and extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant also has a nice menu for dinner. I also liked the short walking distance from the Putney tube station

Nothing I didn't like, the only thing I would have seen slightly different would be the breakfast time. Breakfast until 9.30 is a bit tight for us but that is a personal preference.

It is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was great. The area is very walkable with bus and underground stops close and plenty of restaurant options.

Exceptional welcome, attention to detail and professionalism from the minute we arrived. I believe it was Diana who welcomed us. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The Happy Anniversary detail was amazing. Everything about the hotel was superb. The welcome made it though and that is why I have scored this rating 10/10. Exceptional and thank you.

Perhaps breakfast could have finished at 10:00am but it was no issue.

Location was excellent. An easy drive to the hotel after exiting the M4. Plenty of parking spaces available. Didn’t use our car once we were there as it was only a short walk to the Putney East tube stop and only a little bit further to the Putney train station. The Superior double room was great which had a comfy king sized bed. Loved the breakfast too.

Great hotel in a great location for Putney and for access to the rest London has to offer with the East Putney Tube station less than 5 mins away - also 3 x little supermarkets even closer - lovely staff with really nice rooms and a fantastic breakfast

The room was OK. The breakfast was very nice. The location is about 30-40 minutes by metro to the City center; it's not 15 minutes like it shows here. The staff is very warm! Overall - it's a good hotel.

Room Was a little small and not much natural light.

Very warm and helpful receptionist, swapped room immediately to a superior double when we did not like the booked large twin with opaque windows, helped with luggage and generally made us feel welcome. Good a/c. Breakfast average but bit too prompt clearing away at 9.30. We did not eat in so cannot comment on restaurant.

£20 extra for car park and place cannot be reserved which could be a bit of a worry in that area.

Staff are fantastic, super friendly and helpful. Rooms are really great, beds are super comfy, there are a selection of pillows and the bathrooms are clean and new

Although it was tasty, the 'chicken pie' was more a chicken soup with a puff pastry lid, so I would recommend a change of name or description to this on the menu.

All staff were lovely and very very helpful. The hotel is gorgeous inside and beautifully decorated, all very clean too. I would definitely stay there again when in the area. I had the continental breakfast which offered a massive amount of choice-more than I have ever seen before.

Room was a bit compact and was shower was very very small, a bigger person would have struggled. The quality of the room was great and spotless. Had a bit of a rough (just one) night as duvet was very heavy and although pillows were good, they were uncomfortable for me. None of this would stop me staying there again though.

Room was a little small but adequate. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful. Great value, public transportation was great and easy to use.

We had high expectations for this property and we were not disappointed! The location was perfect for our needs.....the 'tube' was only about a 6 minute walk, the town of Putney was lovely and getting everywhere in London was really simple. The staff couldn't have been nicer and we enjoyed seeing their smiling faces each day! Breakfast was extremely well-done and the food was tasty, fresh and plentiful. The room, itself, was perfect....bright, cheery comfy and super clean; everything there was clean!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would look forward to another wonderful stay if I make it back this way again. Cheers!!

Excellant facility with exception of bathtub shower

The room was excellant with the exception of the Bathroom shower half way on the bath was a permenant glass partition, if one had to slip the glass would cut one in half,totally unsafe Apart from that everything else was brilliant

Although the rooms were small, they were comfortable and clean. The bed was blissfully comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome during the hot weather. It was nice to have tea/coffee making facilities, a mini-bar and a safe. The staff were courteous, efficient and friendly - both before our stay, when they were quick to respond to questions and modify our booking, and during our stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic!! So much choice! Lovely little terrace outside. Good location, 5-10 minutes from East Putney underground station, but also not far from the river and an interesting walk along it.

Gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher. Es war absolut ruhig. Frühstück englisch und kontinental. Ins Zentrum ist es ein Stück mit der Bahn - aber gut angebunden mit Bahn, U-Bahn und Bus.

Struttura pulita, personale accogliente, colazione super. Non fatevi scoraggiare dalla distanza dal centro perché la District line lo collega molto bene e il quartiere ha tutto nelle vicinanze.

Location is quiet and suburban but close to the tube and buses. Very friendly staff.

I needed somewhere to stay for a last-minute business trip, and I'm so happy I found this gem. The location was great, and parking was available. The room was incredible. I normally hate hotel beds/pillows, but these were lovely. The room even had aircon and a bathrobe! I stayed the night of the FIFA World Cup Final, and had no noise issues. The reception staff was unbelievably friendly. If I was ever in this area again and needed accommodation, I'm absolutely staying here again.
