El personal muy simpático y las instalaciones para una estancia corta no están mal. Hay muchos sitios para comer cerca.

El baño tenia un olor muy fuerte a alcanfor o algo parecido y a tubería, casi imposible entrar. Incluso un día no había ni agua. La habitación necesita una buena reforma.

quiete peaceful convinient staff were incredible

The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked well. Had a tv but we didn’t use it. Good location with a few very nice restaurants and local art galleries.

Room: there were no windows, very thin walls, get what you pay for. Bathroom/shower room: very gross, there were slimy sections to the shower, and it looked like it had never been cleaned. Location: quite far out from the city centre but grabs/taxi were all super cheap and easy.

La petite piscine

Very average. Our room only had a small window overlooking the hallway, so it was impossible to open it or even remove the curtain, as we would have been directly visible to everyone. In addition, the humidity in our room was difficult to tolerate, the shower water did not drain properly, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from it. However, this was nothing compared to our last night, when at 10 p.m. we were shocked to see someone trying to force their way into our room. To our surprise, it was the hotel caretaker trying to enter our room in order to give it to a new guest. When we came face-to-face with him, he realized that the room (the hotel only has four rooms, by the way) was already occupied. Every night, we were also woken up by people making an incredible amount of noise. Overall, the hotel was acceptable, but significant improvements are needed, especially when it comes to the quality of the service.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Cosy room. Good WiFi.

La ubicación es idónea porque está muy cerca de ubicaciones importantes. El personal es super amable y te ayudan en todo: alquiler moto, recomendaciones, indicaciones, te dejan dejar el equipaje antes y después del check in/out… Por el precio que tiene merece mucho la pena.

Las instalaciones podrían estar un poco más cuidadas

Nice and helpful staff, spacious room, pool is small but refreshing after a hot day sightseeing. Location is also good, to the palace only 5min by car. A lot of cafes and restaurants around.

Unfortunately you might get woken up by the mosque at 4.30am but that's difficult to avoid in Indonesia. We had some small ants in the room, but again, that's just Indonesia. Can't say anything about the shared bathrooms as we had our private one, which was small but okay.

Nous avons passé un très bon bon séjour ! Le personnel était très sympathique et nous a aidé pour les excursions, et était arrangeant lorsque nous avons prolongé notre séjour ! Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine qui est assez petite comme indiqué sur les photos mais qui a le mérite d'exister L'emplacement est vraiment très bien avec pleins de restaurants à proximité

Quelques odeurs dans la salle de bain malgré la VMC et les parfums d'ambiance mais il semble difficile d'y remédier

Staff was very nice, lots of good food nearby. The AC worked AMAZINGLY. Best nights sleep we had in a long time!

The road out front has no sidewalk but it was not a problem for us. The scent freshener in the bathroom was a bit strong at first, but we got used to it.

The staff were all super nice and helped me a lot with planning activities etc (also just lovely people to chat to!). The room was good, particular for being the ‘super budget room’. It included a comfy double bed and a desk, and plenty of room to move around. I extended my stay by one night.

The shared bathroom was sometimes not super clean, but it wasn’t problematic. It would be nice to have a sink and hand soap in each bathroom too!

Toen ik aankwam bij Ostic House, was mijn eerste indruk meteen ontzettend positief. Alles wees erop dat ik een uitstekende keuze had gemaakt voor mijn accommodatie. Mijn verblijf begon dan ook absoluut als een topverblijf. Ik had bewust voor een privékamer gekozen om me even lekker terug te kunnen trekken en goed tot rust te komen. In eerste instantie leek het daarvoor ook echt de perfecte plek te zijn.

Na de eerste goede nacht sloeg die positieve sfeer tijdens mijn tweede nacht compleet om en viel het voordeel van mijn privékamer volledig weg. De hele avond was er enorm veel geluidsoverlast van mensen die onrustig door de gangen liepen. Het absolute dieptepunt werd om 04:00 uur 's nachts bereikt, toen ik ruw wakker werd door luid gelach en geschreeuw op de gang. Nadat ik dit een halfuur had aangehoord, heb ik de receptie geappt met het verzoek of zij konden ingrijpen. Het duurde dertig minuten voordat ik antwoord kreeg, met enkel de boodschap: "Sorry, they are a group of moms." Er werd verder geen enkele actie ondernomen om de groep stil te krijgen, en ik was vooraf ook niet geïnformeerd over de komst van zo'n grote, luidruchtige groep. Omdat ik om 06:00 uur alweer moest vertrekken voor mijn vlucht, heb ik de rest van de nacht geen oog meer dichtgedaan en ben ik maar eerder weggegaan. Bij de check-out liep, de receptionist sprak vrijwel geen Engels en lachte de situatie eigenlijk een beetje weg met een simpele "sorry". Een ontzettend vervelende ervaring en heel erg jammer dat mijn verblijf zo slecht moest worden afgesloten.

The people there were so lovely!!! They helped me with suggestions for what I should do in the area and helped me with my bike rental (for reference: 80K a day - 1 full tank not included, it costs around 40k and should last you 2 days)

The rooms are not so super clean. There were also 2 cockroaches in my room on day 2…. I discovered the animal at night, texted the hostel and they came immediately to remove the animal. They were very apologetic about it.

The location was great and really nice staff.

Toilet was kind of small compared to other places where we have stayed, but it works perfectly.

You can’t even imagen the massages they offer there!!! Very nice staff! The hotel is surrounded by art scene!

One of my favourite stays in Indonesia. Staff was so nice and friendly and the bedroom was really clean.

The location is not so close from the center.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im OstiC-House in Yogyakarta. Wir wurden sehr herzlich emfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ausstattung ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Lage ruhig aber zentral. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen

The location very good area

It's a good deal for the price.

The staff was the highlight of our stay. Massages were very good. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

The facilities are a bit weared out, the AC was noisy, the beds were not super comfortable. The pool was not so welcoming.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk! Ik had wat problemen met mijn was, omdat het niet optijd klaar was, ze zijn meteen voor mij gaan bellen en er naartoe gaan rijden zodat ik met mijn schone was weer verder kon! Het was echt heel fijn

La peinture de la chambre pourrait être rafraîchie, par exemple la repeindre en une couleur plus claire et chaleureuse (notre chambre était grise foncée) Il y avait une forte odeur de produit chimique dans la salle de bain

It can be noisy in the area, one of the staff members at check in gave us no details which was strange and there was a rodent in the pool area

Saturday, Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft, hat uns viel über Yogyakarta erzählt und Tipps gegeben. Das Personal im Allgemeinen ist sehr freundlich. Die Aufenthaltsbereiche sind hübsch eingerichtet und sauber.

Espace commun trop petit, une seule douche pour plusieurs chambres c’est compliqué, mais ça passe. Les murs sont fins, ont entend bien les voisins !

the toilet in the family room was a bit smelly, the smell probably came from the pipes. the pool was nice, but be careful with blonde hair, because it can turn greenish after swimming there.

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours de bon conseil et ils nous aident beaucoup dans toutes nos démarches et recherches. Très souriants et très gentils.

L'équipement est très sommaire, un petit coup de rafraîchissement ne ferait pas de mal. Certaines photos ne sont plus a jour mais dans l'ensemble ça reste plus que correct et un excellent rapport qualité prix

The air con wasn’t working properly and kept switching off after half an hour meaning I slept very badly, I raised this but unfortunately the issue wasn’t fixed. Other than this great stay
