Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Lovely place surrounded by mountains. All the staff working were lovely. Was easy to store luggage. Breakfast had a great selection. Bus stops right outside the hotel.
The restaurant doesn't open for lunch or dinner (only breakfast) although the next hotel is down the road (5min walk) and has a restaurant open for dinner.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Frühstücks-Buffet war reichlich und erfreulicherweise konnten wir uns schon vor der offiziellen Öffnungszeit hinsetzen und anfangen, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Der öffentliche Bus ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem kommt man mit der Gästekarte umsonst ins Zentrum, zur Kitzsteinhorn-Bahn (eine Station) oder zum Kesselfall (2 Stationen - Endstation) hoch. Von dort aus haben wir die Fahrt zum Moserboden usw. gemacht. Mit einer "Sommerkarte" wäre das angeblich sogar inkludiert gewesen. Mit der Gästekarte haben wir anstatt 39 Euro hin- und zurück nur 35,50 Euro bezahlt.

Essensmöglichkeit (Restaurant) in der Unterkunft nicht gegeben, man muss auswärts Essen Baustelle in der Nähe, deshalb ist es richtig hell nachts am Balkon, zum Glück gibts gute Vorhänge

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Me gustó todo. Sitio increíble. El emplazamiento es maravilloso en plena naturaleza, entre montañas, al lado del Río y a las afueras de Kaprun, si bien a 5 minutos en coche. Piso amplio, bonito, con terrazas hacia dos lados con vistas increíbles y dos baños, uno de ellos con una ducha doble y bañera, el otro solo con vater. El menaje completisimo, hasta con lavadora secadora. Pequeña estación de carga para coches híbridos con un precio muy razonable. El establecimiento con arquitectura tradicional, la decoración preciosa, forma parte del mobiliario artilugios antiguos como esquís, pesas, etc… perfectamente integrados. Jardín y terrazas preciosas. Parking amplio. Cuenta con restaurante con muy buen ambiente. Emplazamiento ideal para ciclistas, moteros, familias, parejas, por entorno y cercanía a muchas actividades en la naturaleza. El propietario encantador, nos ayudó con todo lo que precisamos tanto por mensajes como personalmente.
No hay nada negativo.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Kurze Anbindung nach Zell am See, Kitzsteinhorn, Mooserboden, Sigmund thun klamm. Selbststängige Getränkeausgabe abends. Falls man Angeszellte gesehen hat, waren sie freundlich und nett.
Ab 17.00 uhr hat man keine Möglichkeit mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrunternehmen zum Hotel zu kommen. Dadurch sind Atraktionen wie die Wassershow in Zell am See oder die Lichter im Sigmund Thun Klamm schwer oder gar nicht zu erreichen, außer man läuft in der Dunkelheit nachts eine 3/4 bis zum Hotel. Schwierig ist auch die Anreise mit dem Zug, da man ab 17.00uhr die Koffer bis zum Hotel erneut eine 3/4 Stunde schleppt. Im Hotel konnte leider kein Angestellter deutsch! Das war sehr Schade... eine Begrüßung ider Verabschiedung war auch nicht im Preis enthalten. Ein Zimmer mit Balkon wäre in den Bergen schön gewesen.

Es fehlten ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Wäschspinne zum trocknen (Waschmaschine war vorhanden), Kaffeemaschine oder kaffeefilter war leider nicht vorhanden. Wir haben den Kaffee dann im Wohnmobil gekocht.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Super místo prakticky hned pod lanovkou. V létě klidně pěšky, v lyžákách určitě ne. Ale pokud u penzionu staví skibus, tak si rozhodně nesedejte. Nemá to cenu. Pro někoho může být výhodou i česky hovořící personál. My jsme tohle místo zvolili protože jsme chtěli zvládnout jak snídani, tak první lano na Kitzsteinhorn. Což tady není problém stihnout. Snídaně je od sedmi, v půl osmé můžete být pohodlně na parkovišti, obout se, koupit lístky a dojít k lanovce, kterou pustili o 15 minut dřív a tak jsme už v osm seděli v kabince. Už jsme zažili větší pokoje i bohatší snídaně, ale to neznamená že tady je něco špatně. Personál je pozorný, všude je čisto a je tu příjemná atmosféra. A to vše za velice rozumnou cenu. Takže nic co by se dalo hodnotit jako negativum. Rádi zas někdy využijeme služeb penzionu.
