Too far from the paid parking lot, air conditioner is regulated by the hotel you can not do your own sept up. They gave me the pigeon loft. Where I had to bend to avoid hitting my head.

Everyone at reception excellent and happy to make great suggestions. No restaurant or breakfast, but there is a lovely new coffee, fresh juice and tostada place next alley down on right, one minute away. 3 Cafes. Ask for a bigger room.😊

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Fantastic location, the cathedral is a 3 minute away away, the seafood market 2 minute walk away and tons of fantastic bars and restaurants nearby. For a solo traveller, the room meet most of my needs. However the star of the accommodation is their staff, each one of them were very kind and helpful, in particular who did very well trying to pronounce my name!
Although coffee/tea could be made in your room, it would have been nice to have bottled water available or even a vending machine so water could be purchased. It can get quite nosey at night due to the location.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026L'hôtel calme et très bien placé en plein centre de Saint Jacques de Compostelle, les chambres sont spacieuses avec une très grande salle de bain, la propreté parfaite. Le réceptionniste était super il nous a indiqué des endroits où manger et prendre le petit déjeuner.
En revanche le SPA un peu cher pour les prestations il n'y a qu'un jacuzzi et un hammam, mais le pot d'accueil très agréable.

The renovation on this historic building was very well executed; historic essence is preserved without sacrificing modern look and ammenities. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Nice balcony to the street made it perfect.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026It was clean and spacious and well located and the staff was great. We enjoyed our stay. We had hoped to use the spa and never got the chance!
The bathroom was odd: it has a clear glass sliding door and echoed like a megaphone, so no privacy. We had a balcony, but it was just a one foot deep sun room with no furniture and not enough space for any, so it wasn’t useable. Also you couldn’t open the windows for cool night air because the heavy curtains blocked all the air anyway. We had air conditioning though so we were fine. But I would not pay more for the balcony.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026¡La ubicación del hotel no podría ser mejor! Está dentro del casco antiguo, a pocas cuadras de la Catedral, del parque y los museos. La recepción fue súper amable y el sistema para entrar fuera del horario de recepción, muy práctico. El cuarto era enorme y muy cómodo.
Dos comentarios, no muy importantes: Nos tocó vista a un patio interno sin ninguna gracia, aunque por suerte muy luminoso. El cuarto tenía un pequeño balcón cerrado. Quizás poniendo unas plantas en esa área se hace más agradable la vista. INDISPENSABLE agregar un para de lámparas individuales para leer por la noche. Había una sola lámpara que iluminaba toda la cabecera de la cama, pero si uno quiere dormir y la otra persona, no, es molesto.
