The room was big and spacious with nice shower.

I'd asked for a quiet room but was given one right above the entrance where motorbike deliveries came and went with noisy exhausts. Any other room would have been better at rhe rear. The location is a little far away if you don't have a motorbike. The bed was bad. It was 2 si gles pushed together with a ridge in the middle. As a solo traveller the side I was on became sagged like a hammock. I am 16.5 stones. Television had no English channels. The light pollution due to poorly fitted curtains was another issue.

I m a regular to this hotel, I love the place. I was much surprised on my 1st visit and keep returning

Hotel room very nice big room, big comfortable bed, toilet and shower room big and very nice. Swimming pool good, particularly when open to sunshine.

Dissapointing not to have use of kitchen facilities with ceramic hob available but no kitchen equipment available to use for self catering. I'm sure that I read that there was at one time a courtesy buggy to transport people to the main road but this wasn't the case and had to order many taxis as main road was up steep hill.

Очень понравилось! 10/10 Отдыхали 11 ночей. Персонал всегда был вежлив, бассейн всегда был пустой и чистый. Уборка номеров тоже всегда отличная, даже если оставался кофе, они клали ещё хаха Не знаю почему все в отзывах пишут что это не удобно или далеко. 5 минут пешком до ближайшего 7/11. Если пройти 5 минут на главную дорогу, там везде ходят маршрутки (туктук) которые отвезут тебя куда нужно. Очень понравилось! Рекомендую!

Маленький нюанс, несмотря на запрет готовки, на этажах все равно пахнет едой. Хотелось бы чтобы на кухне все же присутствовали вилки и тарелки для комфортного обеда/ужина готовой еды :)

Big room cosy and comfortable with a living part and sleeping part. The double corner door for the bathroom make the space bigger

The bathroom is flooded a bit after you take a shower, better put the floor mat out of the bathroom

Cleanness could be better.

Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen abseits, dafür aber ruhig. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, ebenso das Bad. Eine Küchenzeile bietet Kühlschrank, Spüle und ein kleines Glaskeramik-Kochfeld (kochen ist allerdings nicht erwünscht; für mich war das kein Problem).

Zunächt hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Geruchsproblem (wohl schadhafte Abwasserinstallation); nach zwei Tagen konnte ich in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln, das angenehmer war. Die Möblierung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, auch die Matratzen haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich.

If you don’t have your own transport it’s a little bit hidden away. Compared to other hotels which have lots of food options and convenience on their doorstep. I had a scooter so wasn’t a problem but if I didn’t this location wouldn’t be ideal.

Only thing I didn’t like was location, other than that it was a great place to stay staff were very accommodating.

The Rizin was very good for our 7 day stay. Location was good from the main road, in which we often took a songthaew (which is good way to go, if you are on a budget). Grab also worked very well. Hotel room in itself was all the we could ask for, we even had a good terrace, and even more space than we needed. Few times we ate and ordered from the hotel restaurant, nothing to complain about.

Only thing that was not so ideal, was the painting project, that was on going during our stay. During that time the pool area was not the best to spend time in. Gym was a bit too small, but for us did the job.

Расположение отличное. Тихо, птички поют. При этом весь движ в 5-7 минутах небыстрой ходьбы. Бассейн до 21.00, спортзал до 23.00. Ежедневная уборка. В номере чайник, две поллитровые бутылки воды, чай, растворимый кофе ежедневно. Чайная посуда. Мини-холодильник. Есть плита, но готовить запрещено правилами отеля;) Однако, в этой стране очень сложно остаться голодным, так что этот запрет лично нам жизнь не осложнял.

Hotel situato non su stradoni pieni di rumori, ma tranquillo e rilassante. Serve il motorino, c’è il parcheggio gratuito coperto. Bella e grande piscina, palestra ben attrezzata, personale cordiale, ottimo wifi. Camera un po da sistemare ma bella. Pulizie frequenti.

Letto king, formato da due vecchi materassi a molle sfondati. Ho fatto mettere un topper, ed è andata meglio. Ma o dormi a destra, o a sinistra. Non c’è il frigorifero, ma un minibar che non fa freddo, al massimo mantiene fresche le bevande già ghiacciate, per qualche ora.

I was in an apartment where there was a cooktop, but cooking or heating anything was not allowed. Smoking was also not allowed on the balcony.

Отличный отель по отличной цене. Хороший светлый номер, шикарная кровать, тихий район,уборка каждый день. Вернусь сюда ещё.

Был небольшой запах канализации

Чистий просторий номер , є кафе для сніданків та обідів. Персонал привітній.

Басейн дуже холодний, у коридорах на килимах є великі плями які псують враження, треба поміняти або почистити килими. Кухня що є в номері не підключена я була цим засмучена. Бо в майбутньому планувала зняти на довгий період. Але без кухні , навряд.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich. Sie Zimmer Ware sehr ordentlich und wurden auch tägliche gereinigt, insofern man zwischen 14:00 und 17:00 Uhr nicht im Zimmer war.

Stanza grande pulita e molto comoda, palestra piccola ma funzionale, ci tornerei volentieri. Letto eccellente.

Store flotte rom. Ingen maur. Fluer og mygg på rommet. Mye for pengene. Bassengområdet. Stillheten og den relativt korte avstanden med mottorsykkel til Walkingstreet/ Pier. Pattaya sentrum og Jomtien busstasjon.

Noe dårlige madrasser på sengene dessverre.

Minor issues but there was a leak in bathroom that made the floor wet and there was no freezer compartment for ice in fridge

Lo staff è gentilissimo e molto cordiale. Si possono lasciare i bagagli tranquillamente dopo il check out. La camera è molto spaziosa e pulitissima, il bagno enorme. C'è una piscina molto grande. Consigliatissimo.

Good location and spacious rooms.

The aircon was poor, didn’t get the room cold. The mattress on the bed was terrible, either cheap or old. Found several hairs on the bed I had to remove, not great. I had to go searching for a member of staff twice at reception.

Very much special No noise, clean rooms, … 24h entry.

Leider war die Tür hellhörig. Keine Küchenutensilien vorhanden, kochen nicht erlaubt.

This hotel is not safe at all Some unknown people came to my room in this hotel and snatched my money and mobile from me and also tore my passport injured my head as well but no one helped me in this hotel I would like to tell everyone not to come to this hotel.
