Reviewed Jul 6, 2026A warm welcome and fast, efficient check-in on arrival. Spacious, very clean room, freshly decorated with new furnishings. Everything (comfortable bed and seating, good water pressure, safe, toiletries, bottled water, TV, etc.) that guests need is provided. Housekeeping are very good, helpful, thorough and fast - rooms are cleaned daily. A delicious buffet breakfast is available between 07:00-11:00 every day. Guests can enjoy their leisurely breakfast inside (A/C) or outside overlooking the beautiful, large swimming pool. Dishes include, dim sum, steamed pork buns, BBQ satay on bamboo skewers, chicken fried rice, Thai and Chinese dishes, sausages, ham, toast, jams, juice, yoghurt, fresh fruit (watermelon, pineapple, dragon fruit, etc.) There's also an egg station where chefs freshly prepare omelettes, fried and scrambled eggs. Dishes are replenished frequently - chefs and breakfast staff are all polite, friendly and exceedingly helpful as are all the staff at the Zing Hotel. Secure, underground car parking is available and easy to access. Location's great, on Thappraya Road with a good sized 7-11 convenience store next door as well as some great restaurants and shops nearby, within easy walking distance. Taxis and songthaews (baht buses) pass the hotel every few minutes and so all areas of Pattaya are within easy, quick reach. The Zing's a very well managed hotel in a great location. It's excellent value for money and the next time that I visit Pattaya, we'll be staying at the Zing again. I recommend that you do too.
