Bit high rate .and bathroom floor was sliding and no body wash

Location was great Staff were super friendly Owner gave good information

-Booked a hostel (even though I had a private room) to communicate with people, but was taken to another building, with only private rooms and not really a common area. -The mattress was as hard as a piece of wood, it was quite painful.

Reccomended! Staff was supernice superb location clean facilities would come back.

There are discrepancies in the Booking.com listing: - card payments are not accepted, only cash; - there is no kitchen; - check-in is at 2:00 PM. Initially, they tried to put me in a 12-bed room, even though I had booked a 4-bed room. I refused and asked to be placed in the room I had actually booked. My request for a bottom bunk was denied, even though a bottom bunk was available. There is no hot water in the shower.

Private bathroom in the big dorm room was always kept exceptionally clean - I don’t know if I was the only one using it or it just gets cleaned so regularly :D so big plus! I really liked that there were actual tables and chairs in the dorm room for everyone so you were actually able to chill in the airconditioned room at the table with your roommates. I was worried at first that one bathroom will be tight sharing with 8 or 10 people but it always worked out. Just one time somebody was occupying the bathroom when I had to leave for an early tour as well and since there are no other bathrooms, I had to rush a bit but apart from that, my stay was absolutely great there.

I liked how the hosts helped and guided with everything i needed during my stay.

It was not as sociable as I imagined, probably because they don't serve breakfast and couch/sitting area by front desk is somewhat small.

Anna is incredibly nice and helpful! The rooms are clean and new as well as the bathroom. Lockers are spacious and beds are comfortable. There's an elevator which is a plus!

Only thing I would appreciate would be a kitchen/common room. So if you don't want to eat out you could make something easy or eat/order food at a common area. Everything else amazing!

awsome place, the location is the best , not so crouded but walking distance of everything trust me this is the best location with quite and peace and in the middle of the city. clean washrooms , clean beds better book ur tours from hostel much better and easy for you

The staff were amazing at helping to plan an itinerary. The location was also super central too so that was awesome

I ended up in a room with 3 other males as a solo female traveller which made me a little uncomfortable. More balance would have been nice

Great location in District One. I had a private room and my bed was very comfortable. Room was also very clean. James and Elizabeth, very friendly, helpful staff. Was able to get my laundry done there very cheaply. Really good value for money.

The Wi-Fi was virtually non-existent. It kept constantly dropping out so I had to get a bolt-on for my eSIM which was a pain. They first put me in a “superior double room” which had no window to the outside world - just onto the corridor. I didn’t like that very much so asked to move to another room with an actual window which they enabled without any fuss. I appreciated that.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Located in a perfect location

The best part of the hostel is staff and the location. Elizabeth was so nice and so kind to me. She is always there to help you with all her knowledge. The hostel is very neat and clean with all the facilities available. I can recommend it to all. Worth every penny you spend here.

We booked a room with a window with a street view but were given a room with a frosted window into an internal corridor. The hostel doesn't even advertise rooms like this.

Her English is excellent, her communication is clear and warm, and she genuinely goes above and beyond to help guests feel welcome and supported. Elizabeth was incredibly helpful with recommendations, logistics, and local advice, and she handled everything with professionalism and kindness. You can tell she truly cares about people, not just about doing her job. She is an absolute asset to this hostel and represents it so well. The hostel itself is well located, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere, but staff like Elizabeth are what really make a place special. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived. Thank you day staff for looking out for me. Due to an injury I had special needs and extra requests. Super comfortable bed, A/C worked well as well as the fan. Adjustable reading bed light not too dim nor too bright, both phone sockets held my phone chargers in place, non transparent curtains all the way around bed for complete privacy. Elevator works and stops from the bottom to the top of the building (important to mention, you might soon find out why). Towels and room keys no deposit, n fresh clean filtered water available anytime no charge. Place really clean too. Quiet area but less than 5 minutes walk to the start of the main tourist hub of Saigon. Great location. I keep coming back here, would stay longer but hospital runs.

A/C shuts down each day between 10am to 1.00pm.

This hostel has a lift! 😀 AND it works 👍 AND lift travels on every floor 👏 Comfortable beds, privacy with bed curtains, bed lights n phone sockets. No young large groups or heavy party people here. Nice quiet spot down a small alleyway. The hustle and bustle of saigon is only a few blocks walking distance from here Local bus depot and international bus co mpanies for Cambodia or Thailand are in walking distance too. Medium size local supermarket couple of minutes walk only.

A/C gets turned off between 10am - 1pm. Difficult to charge phones if some phone sockets are loose.

James and Elizabeth at the reception made my whole trip so much better, they gave local tips and contributed to making the hostel a great place to stay

The staff was very friendly and made sure that I have an understanding of the city and things to be cautious of on the very first day of my stay as well as right after my booking. Rooms were spacious, lively and clean, and the staff accommodated my requests throughout my stay.

Very good central location, superior double room was spacey.

Thin walls, so you could heae other guests, but not a loud area.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpfull when i asked for an extra blanket and helped me because i wanted to leave the next day because the room did not meet my expectations. They paid me back 1 night (of the 3).

I slept in a private room but it was a dirty room with hairs from other people on and next to the bed, the bed felt like sleeping on a stone, it was not well isolated, stuff in the bathroom were broken, the view from the balcony was bad, airco did not work properly. I sent them a message to get the rest of my money back but haven't gotten a reply. I hope they will reply.

Personal hilfsbereit, freundlich. Zimmer weitesgehend sauber. Getränke an der Rezeption zu erwerben; Bar- und Kartenzahlung. Wäscheservice - wenn auch vergleichbar zu anderen Hostels teurer

Leider gibt es keinerlei Fenster im Zimmer und obersten Stockwerk. Nach einer Weile zweifelt man an der Frischluftzufuhr. Ohne Klima ist es nicht lange auszuhalten. Es gibt keinen Fluchtweg, nur den Fahrstuhl. Die Bettdecke und Bettwäsche konnte man nicht benutzen, die war nicht sehr ansprechend.

Their private rooms are incredibly spacious and the bed is very comfortable! James on reception is an absolute blast to talk to and has good knowledge of things to do in the area. The staff can help you book adventures or suggest things for you to do around locally. Wifi is fast and strong, and location is very suitable for wanting to be close enough to the main walking street without the hassles of being close to the main walking street. Will definitely recommend and stay there again when I return!

The staff were amazing, super helpful and informative about restaurants/ day trips/ cafes/ booking busses etc. Would definitely recommend and come back to stay if we’re ever back in Ho Chi Minh! Location is great as well. Private room was clean, and had a big space.

Shower isn’t very powerful but that’s the only fault!

The front desk man was very knowledgeable and had lots of advice about local places and tours etc., like where to get the best phở. Even let me hang out and drink a beer in the lobby once everyone was asleep...

The location is a bit hard to find a bit. The staff are not friendly.

Quiet and impeccably clean private room with modern furniture and all necessary amenities. Super comfortable bed. The building and facilities appear fairly new or recently renovated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, close to everything, but located in a quiet street. Excellent value, highly recommended.
