Pomocny personel, bardzo wygodne łózka i przestronny pokój. Bardzo blisko centrum miasta.

Basen trochę zaniedbany, niestety w pokoju był grzyb którego zapach było czuć.

We didn't like that we put the clean room sign we went out in town but when we got back the room was not cleaned. The room is full of ants. We didnt like the fact when we wanted to eat outside a big dog shit was waiting for us ..

El desayuno esta muy bien,variado y rico pero tuvimos un problema,nos teniamos que ir pronto de viaje y como el horario del desayuno era a partir de las 6,decidimos madrugar mas y desayunar antes de irnos.Subimos a las 6,luces apagadas y todo sin poner,el cafe frio pq nadie habia encendido la cafetera,en la cocina se oia personal pero ni salieron,llego otra chica a su puesto y tampoco se preocupo de q tuviesemos algo para desayunar,ni encendio la cafetera,un desastre,nos fuimos sin apenas haber tomado nada,una rebanada de pan de molde,a las 6 y 20 el desayuno seguia sin ponerse,como consejo,pongan una hora mas tarde si no lo van a tener a las 6,perdimos el tiempo y el desayuno pagado,y lo peor de todo es q a nadie le importa.

Lovely room, comfortably beds, nice bathroom, a lot of storage space. We had a poolside room, and the pool was also good. The staff were really nice, and helpful with both airport transfer and laundry service. Great value for money.

Typhoon

We booked the Family Bungalow, and we absolutely loved it! There were four adults in our group, and the room was surprisingly spacious. It has one large bed on the ground floor and two twin beds on the loft level, making it a comfortable setup for families or small groups. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus. The location is excellent! It's right in the heart of Coron, just a short walk from Jollibee, Andok's, other restaurants, spas, and plenty of souvenir shops. (We ended up buying lots of pearls!) The pool was clean and enjoyable, and we also liked the buffet breakfast. While I think they could add a bit more variety to the menu, the food was still delicious and satisfying. And finally, the view from the rooftop overlooking the docking area and the surrounding islands is incredible!

As for the downsides, I genuinely enjoyed my stay, but I do have a couple of suggestions. I wish there had been a mini fridge inside the room, as it would have been very convenient, especially after island tours. I also noticed that the photos of the Family Bungalow show a small table with two chairs, but our room didn't have them. I ended up asking my uncle to bring some chairs inside so we had somewhere to sit. When I asked the night receptionist, I was told they had removed them because some previous guests had complained. Personally, I found that a bit surprising since the room is spacious enough to accommodate a small table and chairs, and I think having them would make the room even more comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Tropicasa Hotel. The spacious room, great location, reliable Wi-Fi, and good breakfast made it an excellent choice for our trip to Coron. I would definitely stay here again.

Mini marts nearby, ATM nearby, walk to town and back or jump in a tricycle. Pool was nice, plenty of shade . Has an elevator.

Building works on both sides of tropicasa we weren't told about. Only work through the day so didn't really bother us but still should have been advised. Restaurant food choice was limited. Didn't have a lot available. Breakfast selection was poor for westerners and stone cold. Coffee undrinkable.

Amazing views and hotel staff were so helpful and amazing. We have stayed in many places across the world. It may not compete in terms of "fancy" but I would pick tropicasa in coron any day of the week. We will definitely be back and we enjoyed our stay.

We did not have wash clothes upon arrival. And I think the breakfast syrups and food should stay covered to help prevent flys from being around them.

Great location, walk into town but taking a tricycle is better due to heat. Pool was nice. Staff were all polite and couldn't do enough to help. Clean and tidy.

Breakfast was terrible for westerners/aussies for choice. Everything was cold, even though in a warmer. Breakfast is open 6-9am, we got there about 8am, and I think it gets made at 6am and not replenished. Coffee was horrendous. Beds were very hard they need a topper. We weren't advised about the construction going on on both sides of the hotel and our room was on the end near one of construction sites, so very noisy but did entertained my tradesman husband. We would stay there again as i think alot of hotels in Coron would be very similar.

L'odeur d'égouts dans la chambre. Chambre côté route, impossible de dormir à cause de la circulation incessante. Hôtel à côté d'un chantier. Travaux quotidiens tôt le matin . Petit déjeuner très moyen, pas assez de fruits le matin . Nettoyage de la chambre non fait lorsque cela est demandé au personnel. Gérants de l'hôtel croisés une dizaine de fois, aucun mot de bienvenue. Aucun sens de l'accueil des clients. Pas de frigos dans la chambre pour garder nos bouteilles d'eau au frais . Globalement insatisfaits de ce séjour au sein de cet hôtel , trop cher pour les services proposés.

Great location, Family room so spacious. Clean hotel. Loved supermarket attached to hotel. Staff super nice and accommodating. Great pool with bar and happy hour each day. The food at the restaurant was amazing!

The staff were very helpful and kind. Location is great, within the town proper. We also love the breakfast. We were also givem complimentary ticket to the yacht which we all enjoyed.

I was really surprised that the room I booked is big enough for 4 people. Worth the money. Location-wise, too.

The only off was the short-haired lady (housekeeping) cos she got angry when I asked her to take the trash. Her face says it all. Maybe, she is tired (it was our 3rd day).

Comfortable bed and good air conditioning, friendly staff.

A few guests out the back on the lower level were drinking loudly past 12am.

Sijainti on aika hyvä, koska sijaitsee pääkadulla, mutta ei aivan keskustassa, joten ympäristö on rauhallinen. Huone oli siisti ja erittäin tilava (kahdessa kerroksessa). Uima-allasalue allasbaareineen oli todella mukava. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja paikallisella mittapuulla monipuolinen. Vastaanotosta sai varattua retkiä, joille nouto oli hotellilta. Hotellilta järjestyy myös kuljetukset lentokentältä/-lle. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Tulisin uudestaan!

We loved the breakfast so much, we’re already craving it again. The location is super convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Thank you so much.

La vue était imprenable sur la mer, la chambre très grande (sans balcon) , piscine confortable, petite déjeuner excellent (pour ceux qui déjeune sucré vous trouverez juste des fruits , pancake, petit gâteau et céréales) , bon emplacement a 5min du centre mais pleins de resto et bar sur la route

Lit très très dur, pas de wifi dans la chambre, bémol pour le chariot d'entretien qui restait devant notre chambre avec les clefs des chambres durant tout le séjour.

It's an excellent value hotel with quick access to a ride for our excursions. Staff were excellent, and the pool was a nice end to our days.

Rooms are a bit sparse and the mattress could use a swap, but it does appear that they may have just finished renovating. I expect this is a temporary problem.

Es nuevo, es comodo, la zona piscina esta muy cerca de las habitaciones lo que la hace poder disfrutarla bien.

Solo debo decir que la ultima noche llegamos al restaurante a cenar a las 21hs y nos dijeron que el chef se habia ido a su casa ya, cuando el horario de cierre es a las 22hs.

The staff were sooo sweet, and they always wanted to help you out. The breakfast was very had a good variation of food, and I had an early flight were they made me a sandwich and a fruit to go. So good service!

The staff was absolutely amazing and very friendly - they recommended great company for tours in Coron and managed the bookings flawlessly, they even arranged airport transport and recommended local restaurants upon our arrival. The rooms were quite clean, but the noise isolation wasn’t the best. Breakfast was fine, nothing groundbreaking.

There was no room cleaning during the day - we ran out of some toiletries and had to go ask to the reception to replace them.

This is a very new and comfortable hotel on the main road of Coron, 15 minutes walking away from the downtown area with shops and restaurants. Our room was big, 2 windows, clean bathroom with a big shower. Well functioning air conditioning. This room was at ground floor as the reception. At the basement there was the swimming pool, nice to spend sometime in the evening. Good breakfast both with local and continental food, at the rooftop. Room cleaning on request for free. Downtown can be easily reached by tuktuk et the affordable price of 100 pesos, 1,4 euros. At the reception desk one can book all the hopping tours and other experiences as well.

Only downside was the room had water damage and therfore smalt pretty damp the whole time we were there.

Well located on the main road down into Coron Town (approx ten minutes walk). Overall the hotel is a pretty decent stay - clean and does the job functionally with good storage in the rooms, comfy bed and decent shower. We did have some issues with rooms (see below), but the staff on reception were really great in working with us to find the best available solution. Credit to them for that! Also, they were able to book trips (both private and group) as well as transportation to the airport - all of which were seamless experiences. Laundry services are available at the hotel. Again arranged through reception, ensuring the clothes were returned the same day.

Our stay was split over two bookings (after we decided to extend our stay in Coron). Our first room with a pool view was pretty much faultless. Our second booking of the deluxe suite was very disappointing and we asked to be moved with an hour or so of entering the room. This is a more expensive room than the first we had stayed in and whilst it was larger and had a some ‘fancy’ touches, it was neither functional nor comfortable. The room itself had no outside terrace and was incredibly dark. Not only that but the noise from the pool and bar (which seems insistent on playing loud music all day to not many people) made us want to leave. The room has a jacuzzi but no separate shower, meaning you’d have to shower stood in the jacuzzi. There is kitchen with plates, utensils and pans, but no chopping board, knives or essentials like oil, salt, pepper etc. Even a standard feature of the other rooms, a TV, is randomly absent from the more expensive option. We therefore moved back to a room facing the road. This provided more light and peace. It is still loud with the traffic, but less annoying than the bar/pool. It is surprising to see that the rooms are labelled as soundproofed on booking.com - I’m not sure how this can be so, given the single glazed windows that are full of large cracks. We sadly had to move again to another room down the corridor as another basic need in a hotel - wifi, was not working whatsoever in this room. Luckily this was resolved in the last room. Randomly no fridges in the last two rooms (but present in the others we had been in). The reception staff were very helpful throughout and we did get a small refund on our stay for the troubles. I think whoever owns the place needs to invest a little more in ensuring basic needs such as quiet, wifi, fridge and a tv. I get the sense the staff on the ground are continually having to firefight against this lack of investment, which must make their jobs more difficult.

La chambre suite était bien, spacieuse, avec une belle terrasse. La clim était silencieuse ! Nous avions une bouteille d'eau filtrée fourni (même si il fallait le demander). Pas de fontaine a eau à disposition. La piscine et les transats étaient bien aussi même s'il n'y en a pas pour tout le monde

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié quand on ne mange pas forcément salé le matin. Il y avait quand même des pancakes et du pain de mie à toaster. Ce n'est pas vraiment insonorisé, certains matins ont été plus durs que d'autres.. Des fontaines à eau auraient été les bienvenus dans les couloirs ou l'accueil.

La localisation au top La chambre familial (1 lit double et 2 lit simple) en duplex était parfaite. Très spacieuse au rée de chaussée face a la piscine. Chambre faite chaque jour. L’hôtel est propre et spacieux. Il y a mini frigo, énormément de rangement, petite terrasse à l’arrière. Pour vous rendre à l’aéroport l’hôtel a un service de navette (300PP / personne).

Petit déjeuné pourrai être améliorer pour ceux qui ne mange pas de salé le matin. Dans la douche il y a un petit peu de moisie au niveau des joints.
