Was clean, modern with a stunning terrace with views of Ragusa Ibla. The host was impeccable, very helpful and incredibly friendly. Was able to assist with parking of our car close to the property. Overall, incredible property in an absolutely wonderful city.

Il B&B è in una posizione strategica e magnifica di Ragusa Ibla. La terrazza ha una vista stupenda che regala emozioni diverse ad ogni ora, anche con i sui balconcini d’epoca. Qui viene servita la colazione, tutta a base di prodotti genuini locali. Camera ampia e funzionale, arredata con gusto ed originalità … e poi … c’è’ la porta segreta! Varcandola sarete proiettati nel tempo e nell’impareggiabile bellezza di Palazzo della Cancelleria e Santa Maria dell'Itria. Non fate come noi. Dedicate almeno 2 o 3 giorni a questo posto magico.

Restare solo un giorno.

The accommodation is located just outside the old town. Slightly narrow street to get to and parking not abundant, we were lucky enough to get one though. The host, Nanni was amazing so accommodating and really friendly. Breakfast was good. Choice of croissants, fruit and typical Sicilian delights, set out on the terrace with views of the old town. The old town is a good 20 min walk from the b&b.

Nothing to dislike apart from quite a bit of street noise, bed was uncomfortable for our liking and the room and bathroom were very small, but it is set in an old building so met my expectations.

La struttura è bellissima. Ha i balconi tipici di Ragusa Ibla. La camera era ampia, pulita, arredata con cura. Il soffitto era in pietra. Lo stesso vale per il bagno. Dalla camera era possibile accedere al terrazzo con vista su Ragusa Ibla. Lí abbiamo bevuto un vino la sera e fatto colazione la mattina. La colazione con prodotti locali, abbondante e varia. Nanni è stato ospitale e gentile. Ringraziamo ancora per l'attenzione che ci ha dedicato. Torneremo appena possibile per restare più notti.

L’accoglienza di Nanni è stata unica, ci ha dato ottimi spunti per visitare al meglio la città, colazione servita tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno con prodotti tipici e tutti buonissimi ❤️ in più si gode di un’ottima vista e la camera è spaziosa.

La vue sur Ragusa Ibla est a coupé le souffle. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux. Nanni est un hôte charmant et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Das Flair der Unterkunft war genial. Liegt genau zwischen der Unterstadt und Oberstadt. Man hat das Gefühl im 17.ten Jahrhundert zu leben. Zimmer war sehr sauber, Bett groß und sehr bequem. Am Balkon konnte man sehr schönen Blick über den unteren Stadtteil genießen. Das Frühstück auf der Terasse war exzellent und Ranni war ein außerordentlich netter Gastgeber!!! Sicherlich eine der Beßten Unterkünfte in dieser bezaubernden Stadt!!🤗

Ho soggiornato qui per alcuni giorni e mi sono trovato benissimo. Nanni è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal momento del check-in, quando mi ha aiutato con i bagagli. Al momento del check-out ha anche chiamato un taxi per me e non ha avuto alcun problema a custodire i miei bagagli fino al suo arrivo. Durante tutto il soggiorno è sempre stato disponibile e attento alle mie esigenze. Una nota speciale merita la colazione, semplicemente sublime. Viene servita personalmente da Nanni ed è ricca, completa e di ottima qualità: frutta fresca, cornetti, succo di frutta, scacce ragusane, caffè, formaggi, pane e salumi. Fare colazione sulla terrazza dell'hotel, con la splendida vista dall'alto su Ragusa Ibla, è stata una delle esperienze più belle del soggiorno. Anche Debora e Barbi, che collaborano con Nanni, sono state molto gentili e disponibili. Essendo argentine, rappresentano inoltre un ottimo punto di riferimento per gli ospiti di lingua spagnola. Mi hanno dato diversi consigli sui luoghi da visitare nei dintorni di Ragusa e su come raggiungerli, e in seguito si sono anche interessate a sapere come fosse andata la mia giornata. La camera era spaziosa, il letto comodo e sia il Wi-Fi sia l'aria condizionata hanno funzionato perfettamente. Anche il bagno era adeguato e ben tenuto. Ho apprezzato molto anche il piccolo gesto di trovare ogni giorno due bottiglie d'acqua in frigorifero: può sembrare un dettaglio, ma in piena estate siciliana fa davvero la differenza. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno eccellente. Ospitalità, disponibilità, colazione e vista hanno reso l'esperienza davvero speciale. Lo consiglio senza esitazione e ci tornerei volentieri.

L'unico aspetto da tenere presente è la posizione: arrivare all'hotel può essere un po' complicato a causa della particolare conformazione di Ragusa Ibla e delle numerose scale. Consiglio quindi di arrivare in auto, soprattutto se si hanno bagagli.

Für Nanni und das Frühstück auf der Terasse gibt es aufjedenfall volle Punktzahl :-) Die Unterkunft hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Dom und Altstadt, und man ist in etwa 15 min dahin gelaufen.

Für uns war alles bestens. Wer jedoch Probleme mit engen steilen Treppen hat sollte nicht das Nebengebäude buchen :-)

Wat een fantastisch verblijf — als ik een 20 kon geven, had ik het gedaan! ​Er viel echt helemaal niets tegen. Dit is zonder twijfel een van de meest unieke plekken waar we ooit hebben overnacht. ​De kamer is werkelijk in één woord perfect en tot in de kleinste details verzorgd. Bij binnenkomst vallen direct de prachtige, authentieke plafonds op. Je wordt verwend met werkelijk álles wat je nodig hebt: van comfortabele sloffen, een haarnetje en een nagelvijl tot een handige muggenval. Niets is over het hoofd gezien! Vanaf het heerlijke balkon geniet je bovendien van een adembenemend uitzicht. ​Daarnaast is het ontbijt absoluut fenomenaal met verse producten, heerlijke croissants, ruime keuze aan vleeswaren en zowel zoete als hartige opties. ​Het stadje zelf is ontzettend sfeervol en staat vol met prachtige, historische gebouwen. Extra leuk detail: er is een 'geheime' trap met een secret door. Als je deze route neemt, wandel je via een kortere en ontzettend mooie weg langs de oude gebouwen zo het centrum in.

Direi che la struttura è molto carina. Chi cerca B&B che non siano solo una stanza con un letto questo è il posto giusto: volta in pietra, vista incantevole, terrazza, confort. Anche il passaggio che collega direttamente il B&B con le scale che accorciano i percorsi a piedi ha il suo fascino.

L’unico neo non è dovuto alla struttura ma alla solerzia dei vigili Ragusani che mi hanno multato per aver parcheggiato nel parcheggio comunale ritardando di circa un’ora rispetto al tempo impostato. Per carità, nulla da dire se non fosse che a Ragusa le macchine parcheggiano ovunque, marciapiedi compresi e una multa per un’ora di ritardo mi è parsa una ingiustificata solerzia.

The location could not be better. Fabulous views across to Ibla for a stunning vista night and day. There is easy foot access down the back streets to the "island" of Ibla or up to the popular sunset photo spot. The b&b is set into the rock walls and has loads of character. A generous Italian style breakfast is served on the terrace with fresh fruit and savoury as well as sweet pastries. Maybe the cafe machine coffee could have been improved with a better espresso system. The small staff is very helpful and friendly with good English. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Great value for money. We are very happy to have chosen Terra del Sole Ibla.

What a place! Possibly one of the most stunning places on earth. We LOVED everything about our stay. We upgraded to the room on the end of the terrace which was well worth it. I woke to the sunrise at 5.30 each morning and Nanni made us coffee while we watched the sun rise over the old town & blissfully listen to the church bells. Nanni was amazing and could not have been anymore helpful. The most peaceful place, the most stunning views & the most delightful host. Thank you so much.

The bed was the most comfortable we have had in Italy. Breakfast with a view of the old town was fantastic with plenty of fresh delicacies. The host Giovanni was charming, gracious and always available. He has a place in our hearts. I highly recommend

One of the most exceptional B&Bs we have ever stayed at. Nanni is the ultimate host, the room was super comfortable, incredible view and delicious breakfast included. Parking SO easy! There is a 'secret' door to go down the stairs and explore Ragusa Ibla. We spent the morning doing this and then sat on our balcony enjoying the view for the rest of the day...it is awesome from Room 3 with your own spacious balcony! Nanni recommended two awesome restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend this fabulous B&B.

Everything was very good, quirky room overlooking the terrace with a stunning view. Very quiet, breakfast served to you at the table on the terracey. High quality. Room and bathroom very nice with lovely touches and staff very helpful.

We had a great stay at this B&B. Nanni, the host, was friendly and very attentive, always on hand to make sure everything was just right. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and breakfast was lovely. The only minor hiccup was a broken hairdryer, but Nanni sorted it out immediately with a replacement. That kind of quick, thoughtful service really makes a difference. Overall, nothing to complain about whatsoever. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay!

Great position with excellent views across to Ibla from the breakfast terrace. A short walk into Ibla and easy to get to Superiore too where we had dinner in a restaurant overlooking Ibla. Nanni had thought of everything to make his guests comfortable. The room was spacious and had lots of chargers, hanging space, large shower, bag racks, extra pillows , toiletries, and good lighting. Quiet A/c. Breakfast was delicious with savouries and fruit, yogurt, eggs, pastries and cereals. Nanni very helpful with tips and advice for restaurants and places to go during the day. Parking straightforward and spotlessly clean. Free filtered water. Great place, really.

Vraiment un super B&B! Le propriétaire est vraiment gentil, serviable. Chambre très confortable avec vue magnifique sur la vieille ville. Nous avions celle du haut avec balcon privé et c’était vraiment merveilleux! Belle intimité. Lit et literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner excellent. Stationnement facile et gratuit dans la rue. Nous recommandons grandement!

I really liked how private our room was and the coolness of our room. We didn’t need the AC which was a bonus for us. The view from our room was exceptional.

There wasn’t anything really I didn’t like. But perhaps the frequency of bell rings was a lot to put up with if you’re not familiar with them.

Diese Unterkunft war für mich eines der absoluten Highlights der Reise. Das Bett war ausgesprochen bequem, eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine mit reichlich Kaffee stand zur Verfügung und die gut gefüllte Minibar sorgte für zusätzlichen Komfort. Auch die sanitären Einrichtungen waren in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Das eigentliche Highlight war jedoch die fantastische Aussicht auf die Altstadt von Ragusa. Das W-Lan funktionierte einwandfrei. Ebenso beeindruckt hat mich die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft von Nanni, der sogar mein Auto souverän in eine sehr schmale Parklücke manövrierte. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen ließ keine Wünsche offen und rundete den Aufenthalt perfekt ab. Ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder – nicht zuletzt deshalb, weil meine Zeit in dieser faszinierenden Stadt viel zu kurz war.

I enjoyed my stay at Terra del Sole. Nanni was an excellent host and knowledgeable about the area including nearby towns and beaches. My room was clean,spacious and had comfortable bed.The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious and plentiful with my favorite part being the sciacca. There is also indoor seating if you prefer but outside is beautiful. The location was perfect with easy parking. The view of Ragusa Ibla was incredible, I would wake early just to see the sunrise over the hilltop town.I highly recommend staying here and hope I get to visit again.

Der Gastgeber ist ein freundlicher, humorvoller und sehr hilfsbereiter Mann. Das Zimmer hatte atemberaubende und unbeschreiblich schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt und auf das Tal. Unvergesslich. Das Frühstück wurde auf einer eleganten und schönen Terrasse mit Ausblick serviert. Lokale Köstlichkeiten, Obst und natürlich guter Kaffee. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage mit einer „secret door“ :)

Giovanni was very welcoming and gracious to all of his guests. we were in the handicap accessible room and it worked out very well providing much needed stability in the bathroom. The building is extraordinary with beautiful views having breakfast on the patio. The breakfast selection was very good. it was obvious the owner poured much love into this development. Also, one of the few places that had Kleenex tissue available.

The view from the terrace and room was excellent and changed with the light through the day. The room itself was more than comfortable, modern, and relaxing. The host was excellent: he gave good info on parking and then helped on WhatsApp when we got closer. He briefed us on Ibla and, of course, showed us the passage-way there from the B&B. The breakfast (on the terrace) was fresh and substantial. Above all the host was very hospitable so that he went above and beyond to make our stay a very good one.

The view from the room was spectacular! We were greeted with such friendliness from nanni and he pointed out some great things to do the next day. Even on the day we left he told us some suggestions of where to go on the next part of our journey. He has a great sense of humour and also the place has got some incredible style and renovation work. It is a very unique place and I would highly recommend staying here. We had two nights. They have truly thought of every single detail including topping up your water in the fridge providing umbrellas if necessary and giving maps and directions of places to go. He helped us find a parking space which was safe located very near to the establishment. It really is a relaxing place to stay and very quirky. The walk into Ragusa is easy from the location even though it looks far away from the room. We really enjoyed the location. The breakfast was excellent and this was served on the beautiful terrace overlooking that incredible view towards the Duomo.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The view from the terrace is stunning. The rooms are simple and well provided with small comforts. The bed was very comfortable. The staff, especially Nanni, were extraordinarily helpful, friendly and also funny! Many thanks to them for all the extra services they provided including printing of personal documents. The view from the terrace over breakfast and late in the evening on the neighbouring promontory of Ibla makes the place unforgettable. Highly recommend this property to adult travellers, couples, friends. An excellent place from which to explore nearby sites.

Parking is a real challenge in medieval villages in Sicily! But with Nanni’s expert and energetic help all difficulties were overcome.

Perfect location for walking Ragusa Ibla and had parking for our car. Generous size rooms, every amenities needed. Beautiful terrace where we had wonderful breakfast both mornings. Zani was a wonderful host, super helpful and very friendly. Gave us excellent advice for our second day excursion. You would be so happy to stay here!!
