There are quite a few stairs to climb, but the entire city is built on a hillside, so that is difficult to avoid.

Stylish and comfortable room with lovely details. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything was fresh and local produce. The host Vincenzo was very friendly and welcoming, he even helped us bring our suitcases from the parking lot to the hotel. Thank you Vincenzo!

Las escaleras de acceso no son para todo el mundo, complicado subir si tienes problemas de movilidad o vas muy cargado aunque el anfitrión te ayuda :). No funcionaba el secador de pelo.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Ein Highlight!!!! Das Hotel liegt auf der Treppe nach Ragusa Superior (ca 60 Stufen). Der Besitzer ist extrem lieb, kam uns entgegen um mit dem Koffer zu helfen. Gemeinschaftsräumlichkeiten im 2. Stock (hier bekommt man auch das Frühstück). Traumhafter Blick von der Dachterrasse. Wir haben ein bisschen von der Geschichte der Stadt erklärt bekommen, auch Tips wo man gut essen kann haben wir bekommen. Das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll zubereitet mit regionalen Produkten und man bekommt eine Erklärung was von wo her kommt. Sehr leckerer Kaffe. Es war wirklich absolut wunderbar!!!!!!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento delizioso e siamo rimasti assolutamente entusiasti dell'esperienza. La casa si trova in una posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti da un parcheggio gratuito, perfetta per esplorare le meraviglie di Ragusa a piedi, ed è arredata con grande gusto, curando ogni minimo dettaglio per creare un'atmosfera calda. Vincenzo è stato gentilissimo fin dal primo momento, accogliendoci con calore e fornendoci preziosissimi consigli su cosa visitare, dove mangiare e come muoverci in zona. La mattina ci è stata servita una colazione deliziosa e abbondante, ricca di prodotti freschi locali di ottima qualità. Il vero gioiello della struttura è il terrazzino in comune: la vista che si gode da lì è semplicemente spettacolare, ideale per rilassarsi la sera ammirando il panorama. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno indimenticabile nel cuore della Sicilia. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

La camera non era molto pulita a terra, colazione con prodotti tipici della zona ma non è adatta a tutti e non c'è possibilità di chiedere altro (formaggi e salami a colazione). Camera molto umida.

On a répondu à notre appel, nous a conseillé sur le stationnement et on est venu nous rencontrer près du stationnement pour nous guider et nous aider avec les valises. Les chambres sont belles et le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. On a accès à une terrasse sur le toit et la vue est magnifique. C’est dans la zone ZTL donc à 5 min de la ville historique.
Les 58 marches à monter avec les valises (même si ça en valait la peine), le lit était très dur et les lits twin plus petits qu’à l’habituelle

Nous avons parfaitement été accueilli par Vincenzo. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux ! Nous avons pu nous garer facilement pas très loin de l’hôtel dans un des parkings public

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Aby dostać się do obiektu, najlepiej zostawić samochód na bezpłatnym parkingu (parking San Paolo) oddalonym o około 400 metrów. Jak sugeruje sam adres, hotel znajduje się tuż przy schodach łączących Ragusa Ibla z Ragusa Superiore. Jeśli dobrze pamiętam, cała trasa liczy około 330 stopni, ale do samego obiektu trzeba pokonać zaledwie około 30, więc nie ma powodów do obaw🙂 Vincenzo to zdecydowanie najlepszy gospodarz, jakiego kiedykolwiek spotkałem. Jest niezwykle pomocny, serdeczny i komunikatywny. Widać, że z ogromnym zaangażowaniem dba o swoich gości oraz o każdy detal swojego obiektu. Lokalizacja jest doskonała do zwiedzania miasta, z tarasu rozciąga się przepiękny widok, a śniadania przygotowywane przez gospodarza są po prostu wyśmienite. Gorąco polecam to miejsce – z pewnością chętnie tu wrócę!

Feines regionales Frühstück gemütlich zusammen mit den anderen Gästen. Parkplätze in der Nähe, Gastgeber half uns die Koffer, die 55 Treppenstufen bis zur Unterkunft hinaufzutragen.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026I loved my stay at this hotel. The location is outstanding, right in front of Ragusa Ibla, offering breathtaking views of the city. The room was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, modern, and very well equipped. Vincenzo was a wonderful host—friendly, welcoming, and always attentive. Every morning he prepared an excellent breakfast featuring local products, and he took the time to explain their origins and traditions, which made the experience even more special. The hotel also has a fantastic common area on the upper floor, with comfortable sofas, tables, and a lovely terrace overlooking the city. There was even a refrigerator stocked with local wines and beers available for purchase and enjoyment on-site. Overall, it was an incredible experience that made our trip to Ragusa even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Besonders gefallen hat uns das Engagement des Vermieters. Er hat uns geholfen, das Gepäck über viele Treppen hinauf und wieder herunterzutragen, hat für uns den Parkplatz gebucht und uns jede Menge Informationen gegeben. Darüber hinaus gab es ein leckeres Frühstück mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Sehr schön ist auch die Dachterrasse mit dem Blick auf Ragusa Ibla. Wir waren an einem Stadtfest dort; es gab abends noch ein tolles Feuerwerk, von der Dachterrasse aus gut zu sehen. Es gibt auch mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe.
Die Unterkunft ist ohne Hilfe schlecht zu finden und man muss viele Treppen steigen. Aber alles kein Problem, wenn der Vermieter so hilft wie in unserem Fall.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Uns wurde über WhatsApp ein kostenloser Parkplatz genannt und von dort ein kurzer Weg zu Fuß ca. 6 Minuten zum Treffpunkt. Wir wurden erwartet und der Besitzer führte uns zur Unterkunft ca. 2 Minuten. Er hat uns sofort die Lage der beiden Stadtteile erklärt. Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen den beiden Ortsteilen. Perfekt! In wenigen Minuten ist man im Geschehen von Ibla. Auch nach Ragusa sind es über viele Treppen nach oben nur 10 Minuten. Das Frühstück gab's auf der Terrasse mit wahnsinns Ausblick

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The best place in Sicily where we stayed! The host was extremely nice and helpful! Such a friendly and warm person. The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was far the best we had in Sicily, with homemade cakes, marmalades, cold cuts etc. And the view was amazing, to both sides of the town.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Located part way up the hill between old and new Ragusa with a view over old Ragusa. Patio must be the best in Ragusa for breakfast, happy hour, or night cap. Freshly prepared breakfast. Friendly manager. Free underground parking about a 10 minute walk away in a parking lot named San Paolo parking.

El hotel está exquisitamente remodelado, con detalles simples que dan calidez y calidad al ambiente. La atención de Vincenzo fue 10 puntos, nos ayudó con todo, nos espero para darnos la bienvenida y nos preparó un desayuno increíble con productos locales y caseros para que los conozcamos, dulces y torta hechos por el mismo, todo increíble! La vista desde el desayuno te deja atónito!! Nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones locales

Diese Aussicht und das wirklich tolle Frühstück mit lokalen Spezialitäten machen den Start in den Tag zu einem wahren Erlebnis. Vincenzo ist der perfekte Gastgeber.

Lo único que creo hay que comentar es que tiene bastantes escaleras, esto le da encanto pero puede ser complicado pero personas con poca movilidad o mayores
